Unfortunately, it's just an Italian snack bar! The atmosphere is very nice, but it has absolutely nothing to do with a trattoria!

It couldn't be worse!! We were shown to our table and that was it. We had to ask the waiters several times if we could have a drink, let alone eat. After about 1.5 hours, we left. It's truly unbelievable. The girls are working themselves to the bone, and the boss gives them even more work than they already have. Honestly, it's inhumane.

I actually wanted to pick something up here. But customers are blocking the charging stations with their gasoline and diesel vehicles, and when you complain to Losteria, they say they can't do anything about it. They refuse to go and tell people themselves. Instead, they just tell me to contact the city since it's a public parking lot. Goodbye forever!

Went there last night because my little one wanted pizza for his birthday. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we were about to get up because the food hadn't arrived. Then, finally, it arrived after a long time. By the way, thanks for wasting my time! Conclusion: I personally didn't like the food. My son also had nausea and vomiting that evening, but I can't 100% confirm that it was the food. My wife did enjoy her pizza. The final bill was also not entirely correct. The bill wasn't printed until after payment and a request. My mistake, as I had already paid without checking the individual items. But I didn't have the nerve to waste any more time there. I didn't notice the mistake until I got home. I tipped only out of courtesy. If I'd known the bill was over 12% off, I wouldn't have tipped. Perhaps you should re-examine your structures and processes. I hope this doesn't happen every day. You can't run a restaurant successfully like this in the long run. I can also understand that the waiters might be young and inexperienced. However, that's not my problem as a customer.

We came here by chance. We actually just wanted to charge our car at Ionity. The L, Osteria was right next door, so we decided to eat here on the spur of the moment. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was served quite quickly. We had pasta and salad. Both were well prepared and tasted very good.

A very nice location, the food was excellent as always, and the staff was friendly. We were there with two children of different ages, and both felt comfortable. The waiters are very child-friendly. There's also a playground outside where the children can pass the time while waiting. We'll be back!

I've only ever been to the Düsseldorf branch. I'll be staying there in the future. The pizza is obviously impressive due to its size, but the taste isn't at all. The pizza was very dry and sparsely topped. The ambiance is pleasant, but the noise level is overwhelming. Conversation with a larger group is almost impossible. The service was "always attentive," but the wait was beyond belief. It took 55 minutes for the drinks to arrive at the table. Another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Questions weren't particularly forthcoming. All in all, I don't need to repeat this experience in Dormagen.

The evening ended badly. We were really looking forward to our meal at L'Ostaria. The service was quick, and the drinks and appetizer were very good. Unfortunately, the main course was a disaster. The spaghetti in tomato sauce with arugula and cherry tomatoes was extremely spicy and very watery. My partner's lasagna was ice-cold on the inside and burnt on the outside, unfortunately inedible. About an hour after the meal, it finally made its way out again.

We had a table at 6 p.m. We got our food at 8:10 p.m. At least some of it was good. Not recommended.

They completely forgot their order, or rather, it never made it to the kitchen! The second time they asked, the waitress simply replied rudely that other customers also waited an hour for their pizzas. The head waiter tried hard, initially promising that the pizzas would be on the house, but in the end, it was "only" a round of drinks! The pizzas were still delicious 😉

Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, and the portion sizes of the pasta dishes were too small for the price. The taste was okay, but overall, including drinks, it was more expensive than other restaurants. The service was friendly and attentive.

We ate here with 10 people. We really enjoyed it and it tasted great. The pizza came very quickly and was delicious. The great thing is that you can change the toppings on each half of the pizza. The only downside was the acoustics. It was very, very loud in the restaurant. We'd be happy to come back, despite the noise.

Unfortunately, the service is designed to get rid of guests quickly. This was our second time there during peak weekend hours. After the initial order is placed, food and drinks are brought. You can only order more once the plates are cleared. After receiving the dessert menu, we were "forgotten" again. We were left with just the main course and a drink. It could be that there are too few staff during peak times, or that they are simply poorly organized.

Super nice losteria!! BUT: The food was too expensive and a bit too loud. And the waiter was super cheeky. He asked straight away, "How much do you want to tip, 10%, 20%, or 30%?" - No wonder no one goes there anymore and doesn't tip anymore.

Unfortunately, you are often overlooked here and have to wait 10-15 minutes for a waiter to come.

The food was okay, except for the lasagna, which had no sauce and was burnt on the bottom. The pasta dishes were otherwise excellent at the other restaurants, and the pizzas were very large. However, cleanliness is in dire need of improvement. All the tables were sticky, and there were no coasters. A server wiped several tables with a rag without even rinsing it: it's self-explanatory why everything was sticky. Unfortunately, the floor wasn't clean, and the restroom floors were sticky too. It's a shame, because the decor is otherwise cozy. It could be better. When the restaurant looks like this, you honestly wonder if the same thing happens in the kitchen.

We were very late, but still got a good bite to eat! Very nice, beautifully decorated, with well-trained and friendly staff. The only downside: the location, which is a bit of a challenge for non-locals. While there's parking right outside, it's located in a mixed-use area. It's better to sit inside! Highly recommended nonetheless.

The way we were received at the entrance was extremely rude and ruined the whole experience. A place where people come to relax should never start with such hostility.

My husband and daughter and I went to eat at L Osteria. An employee (manager) greeted us with, "Wait here until I arrive." Then a waitress came by and kindly said we could sit wherever there was space. Shortly after, the manager came again and saw that we were about to go inside. He said with intimidating aggression that we should stay where we were and that he was in charge. That was the end of the evening for us. We finished our food in a bad mood and left. This shouldn't happen in a restaurant that people spend time and money on. And that was a manager!

Dinner delivery on time at 7:45 p.m. The truck's refrigeration unit runs for over an hour. The truck driver takes a leisurely break. And the refrigeration unit runs with a tremendous noise, disturbing us during dinner. The fact that the delivery takes place during peak business hours is unacceptable.

A gem in the middle of the industry. We had to charge our electric car and were hungry, the restaurant is right next door. The car was at 20% and they are so fast at the restaurant that we managed to get our food and eat before the car reached 100%. The bonus is that it also tastes crazy delicious and they are really nice. You can take your excess pizza home (they are VERY big 😂)

Even though it is close to the street, the terrace is quiet and sports a nice playground and lawn. You can relax and the children play in the small garden. Large parking lot and a lovely atmosphere inside. You can book a separé for private reunions. Groundfloor toilets for handicapped and facilities for babies. Great pasta and pizza with a variety of choices - the pizzas are huge and thin, so rather order one for two children and make use of the paper mat that staff will bring... Staff is very helpful and recommends dishes upon request - giving open and honest personal favorites or info on best seller dishes. Specialty of L'Osteria is that you can combine two different topping combos for a single pizza. Great value for money. We sat outside on a Friday evening and it was rather quiet. I Recommend the pasta orecchietti di manzo al limone! Solid option for families.

What's particularly noteworthy about this osteria is the service. The staff are very, very friendly, and not at all common for restaurants in Germany: children are welcome! Even when the little guests are annoying and stressed, the waiters remain calm and find solutions! We've been customers of this chain since day one. The recipes change over time, so whether you like it is, as always, subjective. We think it's delicious.

I waited far too long. I waited almost an hour and a half despite repeated inquiries and no apologies. If you go, definitely allow yourself some time.

What is completely unacceptable, however, is that abandoned tables are not cleared, the floor in the restaurant is very dirty with food scraps. There are used dishes on a sideboard at the entrance, and the toilet is dirty. My husband wanted to pay and had to signal several times because she didn't respond at all. A few months ago, we often ate in Dormagen. We were really shocked today at how the restaurant has deteriorated. It's a shame; we think this was our last visit.

Unfortunately, the pasta with tomato sauce didn't taste good at all. The vegetable pizza only had three sliced eggplants and was missing mozzarella. So, it didn't compare to other Losterias. The coffee and dessert were okay.

A huge L'Osteria in an industrial area, clean and modern in design, but without booths. Therefore, the noise level is very loud and unpleasant upon entering. You are escorted to your reserved table at the entrance. The open layout and the absolutely disturbing background noise do not create a cozy atmosphere. The menu consists of a shrink-wrapped sheet (front with the menu and back with the drinks menu). The carpaccio appetizer was served with a few arugula leaves and shaved Parmesan cheese and tasted okay. The pizzas we ordered were disproportionately large. The dough was very thin and crispy, reminiscent of tarte flambée dough. There was no tomato sauce, and the few remaining toppings (onions, peppers) on the pizza were baked between the cheese and the pizza base. A few quartered cherry tomatoes were also scattered on the pizza. The ordered portion of spaghetti with crab was almost unseasoned, and the carbonara sauce wasn't thickened – like water. The dessert, tiramisu, was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was attentive, but slightly overwhelmed due to the high volume of guests. When paying, a small handheld computer was handed over on which one could select the amount of tip (10%, 15%, 17%, no tip). The tip is based on the total bill. All in all, the visit was rather disappointing.

Prices here have risen significantly, while the quality of service has declined dramatically. The staff is extremely friendly, but it's obvious that the restaurant is chronically understaffed. The wait time to place an order is unusually long—as is the time until food and drinks arrive and you can flag someone down to pay. The food is really good, but going to the restaurant just for that is simply not worth it.

The food arrived late. I wasn't upset. The waiter asked for a tip, and the bill was higher; I had to pay seven euros more. Sorry, not satisfied. This is the second time this has happened.

We were particularly disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant manager, who also worked in the service department. He seemed unwilling to accept feedback or individual requests and treated us in a rather unfriendly and distant manner – which unfortunately further dampened the overall impression. All in all, we unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant at this time – neither in terms of the food nor the service. Nevertheless, we wish the team all the best and much success for the future.

We came from Düsseldorf to visit our friends and planned to eat here, but we came to this branch with the dream of having a nice dinner, but unfortunately we left sadly. Reason; We asked them to cut our pizza and send it, but it was not cut and the Tunisian waiter unfortunately cut our pizza at the table with his bare hands. This is very bad in terms of hygiene and almost ruined our day, but the Afghan waiter is very knowledgeable and acts correctly. We thank him from here. We've been enjoying this L Osteria in Dormagen for years. With a few exceptions, we've always been very satisfied. The service and coffee are always excellent. They recently added six Ionity chargers in the parking lot. That's a good thing. So, we're always happy to come back.

The benches, which were once covered in light pink fabric, are so dirty and scuffed I even had to put my jacket underneath them. The chairs are unfortunately dirty too, and the toilets are usually not clean. The staff are always very nice and friendly.

"Saturday evening with Nina – better than a vacation in Italy" A textbook Saturday evening: The city is buzzing with life, we enter L'Osteria with appetite – and instead witness a gastronomic miracle. Not because of the ambiance, not because of the pizza (although that was fantastic too) – but because of Nina. Nina, the waitress with the charisma of an Italian summer evening, wasn't just friendly – ​​she was a vision. Her beauty? Elegant, radiant, and so charming that even the candlelight on the table blushed briefly. But what really made her shine was her warmth and charisma. Even upon greeting, we thought, "Wow, she loves her job." But what came next surpassed everything. She raved about the homemade passion fruit lemonade with such enthusiasm that we couldn't help but order it. And yes – it tasted like liquid sunshine with a hint of dolce vita. Refreshing, not too sweet, with just the right amount of fruit – a drink that should be bottled and patented. But the real highlight came at the end. We were actually full – but then Nina, with a twinkle in her eyes, added: "Do you know what makes you happy now? Our Soufflé al Cioccolato. Warm. Tender. And with a core that melts hearts." We laughed – ordered. And melted. Period. Nina didn't just serve us that evening, she directed the evening – like a hostess in an Italian family film, full of warmth, charm, and incredible flair. Despite the packed restaurant, there was no stress, no fake smile – but genuine passion for her job. Conclusion: Anyone served by Nina on a Saturday evening gets much more than good food – they get an experience. Her recommendation? Worth its weight in gold. Her manner? Unforgettable. Her charisma? Like a Mediterranean breeze with style. L’Osteria should not only keep them – but carve them in marble.

We arrived late in a group of 5, no problem ordering in English, friendly server who willingly gives their recommendations even if short wait before having a table. Very good food and how can we not mention the size of the pizzas which is aberrant. Displayed 45cm on the menu and I don't think they are lying for the price of a classic restaurant pizza (15~20€). We highly recommend. Even if large size for good eaters no problem because very thin dough which allows to really appreciate the toppings. The cocktails, including the spritz very good too.

We're regulars, and the food is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. So far, something has been forgotten every time we've ordered takeaway. The seating is comfortable, and there's a small play table for the kids (with pizza dough). The outdoor playground is completely exposed to the sun. The service is mixed. The waitress (a young man) was really nice, attentive, and very friendly. Apparently, he's a new addition to the team, as he seemed a bit disorganized. The food was delicious, as we've come to expect from Losteria. As mentioned, the service was also great, but what was less good was sitting inside. The ambiance is fantastic, and so is, of course, the noise level. It seemed as if it was bouncing off the glass, so you couldn't avoid the sensory overload. For me, it was actually a bit too much, although everyone will certainly experience it differently. We also found it a shame that the waiter, who had briefly chatted with us, was approached by a colleague (a supervisor) and called away with the words: "There are other guests waiting." He immediately turned away from our table, so my question about a dessert we wanted to order remained unanswered. We then quickly paid and left. It's a shame, I was so looking forward to a great evening. I can't say at the moment whether we'll come here again, precisely because the joy of the special event was somewhat dampened.

The pizzas we ordered were okay. But what bothered me a lot is that the pizzas protruded far beyond the edge of the plate and thus touched the table, which wasn't quite as clean. I would much rather have smaller pizzas, or larger plates so that everything fits.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to a nice evening with good food and ordered three pizzas and a portion of spaghetti Bolognese. But what came next quickly made our anticipation disappear: All three pizzas were cold and hard, the spaghetti was so watery and tasteless that it was more reminiscent of canteen food - and in a negative sense. It seemed as if the court had been standing for a long time. After we kindly pointed out the quality to the waiter, we were at least offered a new pizza. Unfortunately, this one was also a failure: warm, yes – but still raw inside. In the end, when we asked for a little discount, it was categorically refused. No accommodation, no understanding – that was really disappointing.

I like coming here. Service and food are at a consistent, appealing level. Sure, over time furniture etc. becomes worn out. But when we were here today, I lost my appetite when I saw the floor and the seating we were placed on. Too bad...
