Haben über 20 min gewartet. Niemand ist gekommen und bei Nachfrage nach einen Kellner habe ich die Aussage ,, Es ist viel zu tuen bekommen " obwohl es so gut wie leer war und ich die Kellner am Handy waren.

Ich war dort schon ein paar mal und sonst war ich immer sehr zufrieden, doch diesmal mussten ich und mein Freund 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen warten, obwohl es nicht sonderlich voll war. Während mein Freund nach 2 mal nachfragen wo denn unser Essen bleibe, bekam er seine Pizza schließlich. Ich hatte meine Nudeln immernoch nicht bekommen. Nach weiteren 30 minuten bekam ich endlich auch mein Essen. Als Entschuldigung bekam ich ein Nachtisch aufs Haus. Natürlich sind es auch nur Menschen aber ich finde es schade dass so wenig auf die Gäste geachtet wird, da ich ähnliches an den Nachbartischen beobachtet habe. Nach dem bezahlen wollten wir den Beleg noch haben, diesen haben wir aber nie bekommen. Schade.

The outside area was very dirty. We asked for a children's menu which was supposed to be there doesn't exist. When we left the restaurant we saw them lying there. An ordered side salad can only be requested three times, an ordered water not at all.

Unfortunately disappointed this time. Ordered two pizzas, came on time, nice driver, but the pizza wasn't finished. Called, explained the situation and had a new pizza delivered. One pizza was done, but unfortunately mine wasn't. Called again and said that. Answer “then you probably have a bad day today”! No accommodating.

Guys, yesterday was pretty bad. The calzone was almost half black and was delivered with the explanation that it needed a little longer to cook through and was therefore a little darker in various places. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of this part. A pure disgrace. If such a mishap happens to the pizza maker, he should quickly find an adequate replacement. But it doesn't work that way. Apart from that, the edges of the pizzas are generally extremely wide and dry. But it costs a little more than in a normal pizzeria. No people, this is the last time you saw me here.

Great Pizzas and very nice ambience. Good value for the prices, and proper parking spaces. What's not to like about it? Went with friends and we left satisfied (and had to take the pizza leftovers home because they're so large!) Solid 5-star rating.

Today we ordered food to pick up ourselves for the first time. and were very disappointed. For each dish we paid for additional ingredients: we ordered arugula for the pasta (€2.75) and additional cherry tomatoes for the salad (€2.5). We got a quarter of a rocket leaf and half of a cherry tomato! very unfortunate...

The food is actually always great. Interesting additional map allows for variety. Always a bit stressful at peak times for the very hard service, you rarely have to wait long. The beautiful design and furnishings, however, suffer from a very high noise level, fueled by Italian music from ceiling speakers that get louder and louder the more people shout at each other while eating. Sitting outside is better.

Always friendly service staff. Consistently good quality of food. Modern furnishings. Only the toilets could be kept cleaner.

A very nice staff. We came on a Saturday evening at 10:20 p.m. and were given a chocolate suffle and ice cream, which was so nice that we got the offer. A thumbs up. Respect!!!

That's good. There is enough choice and there is always a menu with “seasonal” dishes. Unfortunately the service is not as good. You sometimes sit in front of your empty glasses for 20 minutes or longer. Things are forgotten. The service really needs to step up its game or hire more staff.

Order: unfortunately no basil on the caprese pizza, even though it says so in the description, and I also forgot the extra request for garlic. On site yay, unfortunately sometimes nay during delivery..

There was pizza and pasta. Both looked very good. Pizza BBQ, very meaty and very *wobbly* The noodles were very good. Unfortunately we didn't notice that there was a mini pepperoni among many dishes. It was on the price card. On both the pizza and the pasta, the spicy oil was not spread throughout the food but was completely in one place. Unfortunately for us as normal consumers, this made both incredibly spicy and therefore inedible.

We were in Dormagen on Sunday May 26th with our daughter Marie and her friends and celebrated the children's birthday there. The children were able to bake their own pizza and even received a present. The children really enjoyed it and Melissa (carer) looked after the children really well. Thumbs up 👍 highly recommended.

L’Osteria tuna pizza was simply delicious! The base was perfectly crispy, the topping was plentiful and fresh. The tuna had great flavor that was beautifully complemented by the other ingredients. The service was also friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic experience that definitely deserves 5 stars!

Super cool location in Dormagen. Very popular with young people. The food is super tasty and there is a lot of choice of pizza, pasta and salads. The waiters are all super nice, only a small deduction because after a while you're left stranded. But generally highly recommended, I go there at least once a month.

Extremely friendly staff. We were greeted very politely at the entrance by a young man who took us to our seats. The food was also very tasty! Overall it was a nice experience!

Unfortunately, once again very disappointed with the service. You have to repeat several times that you want to order or pay for something. Reserviert für 3 Personen 17h. Atmosphäre und Geräuschkulisse: Wie im großen Bahnhof. Aber netten Tisch zugewiesen bekommen. Bestellung Getränke und Essen um 17:10h. So weit, so gut. Ankunft Getränke: 17:40h (!). Ankunft nur 1 (!) Essen: 18:05h (! (Nudeln*). Ankunft der beiden anderen (=restlichen) Essen (Pizzen): 18:20H (!!!) Auffällig war, dass etliche male jemand vom (eigentlich zahlreichen) Service-Personal Essen oder auch Getränke 'rausbrachte, durch das Restaurant irrte, den passenden Tisch nicht fand und dann alles wieder zurück brachte. Noch eine Anmerkung zu unseren Gerichten: Die Nudeln (Spaghetti Carbonara *) waren möglicherweise auch ein "umher geirrter Rückläufer"(s.o.), kamen garantiert vom warmhalten; Oberfläche trocken und leicht krustig, erst nach durchmischen zu essen. Das kennen wir anders! Auch bei l'Osteria Dormagen schmeckt Spaghetti Carbonara normalerweise besser. Zu den Pizzen: Geschmacklich und Frische: Ohne Wenn und Aber okay. Übrigens: An diesem Tag war das Restaurant zwar gut und lebhaft besucht, aber nicht überlaufen. Um so erstaunlicher, das dort alles aus dem Ruder lief. Und das, obwohl Mitarbeiter sehr zahlreich aktiv waren. Für uns Drei ein "Gebrauchter Tag". Leider. Das brauchen wir nicht noch einmal.

First of all, despite having made a reservation in advance, we stood at the entrance completely unnoticed for 10+ minutes before a visibly rushed employee gave us a table next to us as he walked past - without checking the reservation - with four words ("Three people? Over there!"). assigned to the kitchen. There is no need to say a word about the unsightly place; there are better and worse and in this case we were out of luck. But the manner was...irritating. After another 10 minutes, a very friendly waiter took the order and brought the drinks promptly. The meal, in turn, took... and took. After around 30 minutes, one of the three dishes ordered at the same time arrived; my pizza. I then naturally waited for the dishes from the other two people. After 10 minutes I was asked by both of them to start before she got cold, but well, she was cold. Another 10 minutes later, the two asked when the dishes they had ordered would arrive. Another 5 minutes later they came. I was long finished at this point. I usually write extremely positive or, at worst, neutral reviews. In this case, the visit was a real shot in the arm. You don't visit system catering because it's so great, but rather to avoid any negative surprises. In this case we were extremely negatively surprised. The two stars for the service are flattering because our drinks waiter was really good and that shouldn't be overlooked. The rest again... catastrophe!

We visited today with a larger group (17 people) and made reservations three weeks ago. The food was, as always, very good. Unfortunately the service was subpar. The first orders only came after 50 minutes. Three people had to wait 1:15 hours for their dishes. When asked, the staff became rude: “You know that and it just takes time”. When everyone had eaten, the last two dishes arrived. Drinks were never asked for except for the first round, which is ordered after being seated. I gave a tip out of politeness, but it was dismissed with the waiter's comment, "Don't give too much." That sealed it for us: we will definitely not be coming back. Very unfortunate.

The food and ambience were good as always, but this time the timing was catastrophic. We waited forever until we could place our order, reordering drinks was also a long process and the empty plates were on the table for more than 30 minutes and were only cleared away after being asked twice. Sorry but that's not possible... August 2023 We ate there again on April 12, 2024 and unfortunately had the same experience! Too few staff, drink orders were forgotten to be brought twice. Dessert was served and the plates from the main course were not cleared away. One of them also forgot to bring it, he came after we asked again until everyone else was ready. Our waiter was very friendly and really tried hard, but he just had too many tables!

Der Laden ist eine absolute Frechheit. Habe für 9 tortellini sage umschreibe 12 Euro bezahlt !! Das Essen wurde trotz vorherigen Telefonat und Vorbestellung vergessen. Bei Pizzabrötchen wurde die Kräuterbutter vergessen und den angebliche gratis Eistee gab es auch nicht. Dazu noch maximal unfreundlich.

There's one of the tastiest pizzas here 🍕 the homemade lemonades are great and the salads are awesome too. We enjoy being here often

Went there spontaneously for lunch today Pizzas were, as usual at Losteria, very large and tasted satisfactory, you can't complain about a chain like this. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very nicely decorated and good atmosphere, but the bench should be cleaned.

Very chic restaurant with a great ambience. Unfortunately, the service staff wasn't very friendly and the Pizza Vegetariana was only very poorly topped - it could also have been a Pizza Margherita with a small garnish. A pity...

Everything was great, the open view in the afternoon was particularly good. The food was good, the prices were right. The only drawback is the location on the street (a bit noisy) but this also makes the restaurant easy to reach

Pizza kommt verbrannt und mit Teig der aus TUC Keksen sein könnte. Er zerbricht beim berühren. Bedienung ziemlich überfordert. Sonntag nachmittags bei halb vollem Restaurant. Sorry L‘Osteria aber das können wahre Italiener wesentlich besser.

My underage daughter had reserved a table for herself and two friends by telephone. Apparently no one on site knew anything about the reservation; it was accidentally not noted. The children were put out on the street in the dark. Oh, stars are still too many here. You don't need restaurants like that.

We were there on March 3rd, 2024 around 4:45 p.m. and spontaneously wanted to eat something there. We didn't have a reservation, but we still got a table. We waited almost half an hour just to order drinks. I had a starter (bruscetta) and a pizza, my friend spaghetti bolognese. We waited an hour for the food. Usually the dishes are served together. My friend got the Speghetti after an hour, by which time I had already eaten the pizza. Also, the pizzas are so huge that they don't fit on the plates. The restaurant is not recommended

The pizzas and pasta are delicious as always. After initial difficulties, the service was also good. At the beginning no one felt responsible for our table. All in all, it was a lovely evening.

I had dinner there a few days ago, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the music was fine. A somewhat full shop, but the food is still tasty. Unfortunately I have to point out one thing. When I paid I was asked if I wanted the receipt, I said no, when I asked for it I was handed a receipt where I was given one drink too few, but I had the feeling I had paid more than I had the receipt may have been an oversight. Went out to eat twice and there were bugs in the box twice. I was only there twice in 2022 and 2024 and both times saw beetles in the cartoon. The cartoons are in the kitchen. The health department should be sent there.

A few days ago we reserved a table with 6 people. The bench wasn't clean, there were pizza crumbs on it. After 30 minutes we wrote down our order ourselves and it took another 10 minutes until we were noticed. But we sat in the middle so that we should have been seen. I was in the location for the first time in the summer with friends. Most of them had ordered pizza, it was cold and dry and you could practically spoon out the oil from a pizza. Waitress was unfriendly and didn't respond to criticism. On the second visit (company event approx. 30 people) the service was terrible but the waiters were super nice. A colleague got her coffee 45 minutes later, even after we mentioned it what felt like ten times. I had ordered a pasta dish, it came very late, counted, cold and the pasta was crunchy and unfortunately there was no sign of any sauce. Since I wasn't full, I thought I could satisfy my hunger with Bruchetta and not go wrong. About 1 hour after ordering, a plate arrived, which was nicely presented, but the bread was comparable to toast and it didn't taste good. The staff and the kitchen are overwhelmed and food is being saved, that's for sure. The location is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. Everything else was bad.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon with 4 people and reserved space online in advance. The food was great and tasty, nothing objectionable. The service, however, was not that good. We had to wait 20 minutes before we could place our order, which is a shame. The food came after another 30 minutes. Parts of the order were also forgotten despite the waiter's offer, such as the bread with the salad or the sugar with the espresso. We had to wait a long time for the bill again. It seemed to us as if there were only 1-2 waiters for the entire restaurant. The place was very dirty, there was dried earth everywhere. It felt like a construction site. There was also a lot of earth in our spot, which was previously vacant. Otherwise you have the feeling that nothing is ever cleaned, as there are thick cobwebs hanging from the pictures directly above the table. All in all, not really recommended, other L'osteria branches do it much better, what a shame!

Wir wurden zügig und überwiegend freundlich bedient. Ein Stern Abzug beim Service, weil einer der jungen Männer uns mit Jacke und Ohrstöpseln bedient hat, dass fand ich nicht passend. Der Caesars Salat war okay, aber ich hatte schon bessere. Es fehlte das Wow-Erlebniss, wie etwa bei der Pizza.

Essen war alles ok. Wein hat auch geschmeckt. Preis Leistung stimmt. Service war freundlich, hätte gern einmal mehr kommen können, dauerte etwas, aber wir hatten auch Zeit. Alles ok. Hab keine 5 Sterne vergeben, da ich auch alles schon mal einen ticken besser hatte. Da Winter war, war es leider an den Fensterplätzen etwas kühl. Das war das einzige unerfreuliche. Aber sonst alles ok . Immer mal gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden heute Abend! Essen war gut, Kellnerinnen sehr freundlich, witzig und aufmerksam trotz "voller Hütte". Kleiner Minuspunkt: nach dem wir das Restaurant verließen haben wir sehr stark nach Essen gerochen.

Riesige Pizzeria und ebenso riesige Pizzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, alles ist sehr sauber und freundlich. Komme gerne wieder. Das Essen war auch heute ausgezeichnet aber die Getränke ließen zu wünschen übrig. Das Kölsch schmeckte säuerlich und die Limo wässerisch. Nach Reklamation war aber dann alles in Ordnung, Reklamation wurde einwandfrei bearbeitet.

Sehr gutes Essen, gute Musik und sehr nette Bedienungen! Die Kinder können sich auf dem kleinen Spielplatz austoben, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Einen Sprachkurs bekommt man ebenfalls auf der Toilette spendiert, sehr originell und immer sehr sauber! Wir gehen mindestens 1 mal im Monat hin.

Die Pizza ist für mich zu groß, ansonsten kann ich nichts negatives sagen.

Vegan cheese was fantastic explanation point the mushroom pizza is loaded with mushrooms! The atmosphere is relaxed yet chic. A super cute play area for the kids with raw pizza dough and cornmeal for them to play with. What a great idea! Absolutely beautiful restaurant for an intimate dinner or a big group. Could not recommend this restaurant more highly. Great vegan options!

Das Essen ist eigentlich wie immer top, aber die letzten Male waren die Wartezeiten schon unverschämt. Nachdem man einen Tisch hat, dauert es schon mal gerne bis zu 15/20 Minuten bis man die Bestellung aufgeben kann. Bis dann die Pizza kommt, können nochmal gerne 45 Minuten vergehen. Nur die Getränke kamen schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, aber meiner Meinung sind einfach zu wenige Leute im Service für zu viele Tische. Ich hoffe das ändert sich wieder, denn so überlegt man es sich doch zweimal ob man wiederkommt.
