The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and cozy to drink a coffee. The service was very trying and seemed very uncoordinated. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The pizzas are very large, but very thin and spartan. The pizza crust had a consistency like crispbread. The salads and pasta dishes are very reasonable considering the prices in terms of quantity. Sorry, but we remembered L'Osteria better.

Were here again and again. Service staff were very accommodating and always attentive. We once had the large fungi pizza and pasta with prawns. Drinks were cool and fresh. Parking spaces available. Mediterranean atmosphere, especially when the weather is nice outside.

You don't even deserve one star.

We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. A table reservation is recommended as the restaurant was quite full in the evening. The drinks were taken quickly and we were given time for the dishes (which I thought was very courteous since that is no longer common practice). After ordering the food, the food was delivered in a reasonable time. People didn't ask for dessert anymore and the service whether they wanted something else decreased. After showing it, the invoice was brought relatively quickly and the payment process could be completed. All in all a good restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't recommend my pasta dish at all, I ordered spaghetti promodore with rocket and the spaghetti looked like it had been kept warm for two hours. You could have saved the three cocktail tomatoes, they tasted overripe. Arugula was only visible in a few green spots and it was mushy. Parmesan wasn't even served with it. I envied my table neighbors for their pizza, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied. It was crowded on this Friday evening and there was a long wait for drinks.

Well, what can you say... a chain that specializes in producing Italian food on an assembly line to make money :). The prices are steep. Make everything look nice and big so that the guest has the feeling that they are getting a lot for their money.... It's too American for me..... The food tastes good, but you have the impression of being processed like it is always in system catering..... And that in a hall that is so loud and restless that the meal is anything but comfortable.... But well, it's not supposed to be my regular restaurant..... but ok for every now and then.

My review of L’Osteria L’Osteria is simply a wonderful restaurant that I can recommend from the bottom of my heart! The ambience is stylish and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening or special occasions. The staff is not only friendly, but also extremely attentive - you feel completely comfortable and well looked after. I would particularly like to emphasize that the team, including the manager, responds to special requests and does everything they can to give guests an unforgettable experience. This hospitality makes the restaurant a top address, especially for celebrations and special occasions. The price-performance ratio is also excellent: the food is of the best quality, rich and simply tastes great. Very friendly and attentive service. Pizza is oversized, but thin

We ate here a few days ago and, as usual with this chain, the food was delicious and the service was friendly and quick. Unfortunately, two dishes from the monthly menu that we had chosen were no longer available, even though it was lunchtime in the middle of the week, and there were no seasonal ingredients available. However, I'm deducting one star here for once because the men's toilet wasn't cleaned particularly well: there were three spider webs in one cubicle. There is still room for improvement, because I know it differently from L'Osterias.

The pizza resembles a tarte flambée...plates too small for such a big pizza...if you can call it that. 3 slices of ham that weren't tasty and three slices of aubergine because of Parmigiana.zero taste...well pizza isn't eaten there anymore...too expensive for so few toppings.

The pizza is made carelessly. Cut the pieces crookedly. They work without a soul. Ordered "Four Cheese" and "Hawaii". The recipe is not followed. The taste of the pizza is far from standard. It's a pity. In addition to a beautiful interior, it would be nice to have truly delicious pizza.

They are all so overwhelmed! No time for the guests! And just make people wait a long time. Sorry… that's a no go, no time to wait 2 hours for a pizza you want to order.

Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit wurde uns schließlich ein Tisch zugewiesen, der ohnehin die ganze Zeit leer stand. Anschließend warteten wir weitere 30 Minuten am Tisch und mussten mehrfach den Kellner darum bitten, uns zu bedienen – jedoch kam niemand. Schließlich standen wir auf und gingen, ohne dass uns jemand fragte, warum wir das Lokal verlassen. Ein lächerlicher Service – das Personal hat den Laden nicht im Griff. 0 Sterne.

After 40 minutes of waiting, we were finally assigned a table that had been empty the whole time anyway. We then waited at the table for another 30 minutes and had to ask the waiter several times to serve us - but no one came. Finally we got up and left without anyone asking us why we were leaving the restaurant. Ridiculous service - the staff doesn't have the place under control. 0 stars.

My husband and I had dinner here today. There was a discrepancy with the potato soup that is currently on offer. This was solved very competently and professionally by both the waiter and the manager himself, so that we continued to have a very nice stay there and will continue to have it in the future! The service staff is very professional in terms of expression and handling! The pizzas and the salad are highly recommended, as is the espresso at the end.

It's totally okay. Unfortunately, the pizzas were only lukewarm when they were served. The furnishings are no longer completely clean, for example cobwebs and dust on the chandeliers. Inventory already a bit worn.

Today we tried to have dinner at L'Osteria in Dormagen. Unfortunately, we got up again after 30 minutes and left because there wasn't a waitress with us in the 30 minutes to at least take our drink order. We are aware that it was very crowded there on a Sunday evening, but in this case our expectation is not to have received the entire meal in 30 minutes, but I do expect that you can at least order your drinks within this time frame. Unfortunately, this visit to L'Osteria was sobering and in the past the service was always very slow, even at busy lunchtime. It's a shame because we actually really enjoyed being there.

We have been a customer of L'Osteria for years, and we were actually quite satisfied. Today we ordered spaghetti and when we ate it there was a green gum in the spaghetti, it was already in our mouths. If you hadn't discovered it, you would have swallowed it.

Had a salad with avocado and shrimp. It was so little that I was full for maybe 2 hours and then had to eat properly when I got home. There wasn't any bread or anything like that either. In my opinion it was a starter salad for €18.50. Most of the lettuce was green leaves and I think 3-4 halved cocktail tomatoes. The sauce was vinegar and oil, basically ok, but somehow it didn't taste like anything. You still had to cut half the avocado yourself. 4-5 small shrimps were placed in the top center

I was eating there with a larger group and was the only one who had a pasta dish (the others all had pizza). When it came to pasta dishes, even though there was generally a larger selection, I was only able to find a few dishes that appealed to me and that I could effectively choose from. I was the first to order in this large group order, but was by far the last to receive my food! With my spaghetti carbonara, the diced ham collected at the bottom of the plate; they were not distributed homogeneously between the noodles. But I only noticed this when I had almost finished the portion. Instead of diced ham, I would have preferred thin strips of ham because they would have mixed better with the spaghetti. The portion could have been a little larger. From looking at it, I thought the others' pizzas were oversized (~frozen pizza + hand's width on each side); I certainly wouldn't have been able to eat a whole pizza. Some of the group took leftover pizzas with them in small pizza boxes. {Correction: In my opinion, the price of €3.30 for the 0.3 naturally cloudy apple spritzer stated on a menu photo here is no longer correct. If I calculated correctly, it should now be more like €3.95.} The way back down from the parking lot to the main street through several side streets was, in my opinion, complicated. I don't want to come here a second time.

The ambience impressed me for a L’Osteria. Unfortunately, the cell phone was very important to the waiter. The kitchen talked a lot and neglected the food a bit. E.g. The risotto had a lot of bite and too much wine.

Price-performance ratio is not right here at all. We had a Caesar salad with chicken (costs just under 15 euros), waiting for it were 3 single pieces of chicken, about 3-4 thin slices of grated hard cheese and 6-7 small croutons, very little dressing, so the salad was very dry overall. Simply cheeky to ask such a price for it... ordered pizza rolls with herb butter, received salsa aioli instead of the herb butter and said there were no more herb butter. When I spoke to the waiter while paying and said that I wished I had been told beforehand that the herb butter was sold out (I wouldn't have ordered it then), he got mushy and just said he only had it shortly before serving learned from the kitchen...no apology, nothing. My husband's pizza was large, here quantity is more important than quality... because the toppings stopped about 5-6cm from the edge, which the Losteria had enough of at 1.75 euros for 5 thin slices of mushrooms and 3 euros for extra mozzarella pay lets up. The Mon You searched in vain for zzarella, it fell so hardly on the pizza. Overall, a rather unpleasant atmosphere as it was very loud In the future, we would prefer to focus on quality rather than quantity and, in the end, we will get a much cheaper price.

Like a surprise egg - one time the pizza is perfectly crispy and has enough toppings, the other time the dough is not yet cooked through and there is far too little topping. Today I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my change when picking up a pizza. By the time I was able to eat the pizza it was cold again. Unfortunately, the pizza was baked far too short. With a franchise it should always taste the same - unfortunately losteria Dormagen can't achieve that!

We really love being here. Sure, you’ll definitely get full at L’Osteria. The pizzas are gigantic in size and all the other portions are big too. The quality can hardly be improved. It tastes really good and is definitely fresh. I have met here several times for private and business lunches. Even men and women with very high standards are happy here. And the ambience is just great. I would like to see a day where we can finish a pizza completely and not take half of it home with us. That's almost amusing. We feel very, very comfortable here.
