L'Osteria Dormagen in Dormagen

Familiar environment. A bit inattentive, but it was also quite crowded! Everything OK so far. You can do it well. Only my favorite noodles were no longer available 😔

The food was great (pasta dishes alone don't fill you up if you're very hungry) and the price is really reasonable. Service great and attentive. Ambiance is also quite nice, a bit old. A little loud when it's full, but that's okay.

Delicious, as always at l'osteria. Prices super reasonable. Service top. It's always way too loud in the restaurant, the acoustics are terrible. And that is just as bad in HH as in Dormagen.

Well eaten in a familiar atmosphere. Unfortunately one of two pizzas was burnt. But tiramisu was delicious and overall a nice evening.

Best pizzeria Great concept and very nice service

We went to L'Osteria spontaneously and we were thrilled, the food was great, the service was friendly and the ambience was also great. After our children also gave the pizza they brought a thumbs up, we decided that this wasn't our last visit. I am currently very limited with one hand, this was also noticed and they offered to cut the pizza even smaller.

L'Osteria is always a good idea. The pizzas are great (and huge), the drinks are delicious too. And even though it's a chain, you can't tell by looking at the restaurant, but rather feels like you're in a modern, stylish restaurant.

Vegan cheese was fantastic? The mushroom pizza is loaded with mushrooms! The atmosphere is relaxed yet chic. A super cute play area for the kids with raw pizza dough and cornmeal for them to play with. What a great idea! Absolutely beautiful restaurant for an intimate dinner or a big group. Could not recommend this restaurant more highly. Great vegan options!

I went there because I read on the internet that it was Italian cuisine. The prices are in the German norm, perhaps lower, when I entered I immediately read "cucina" in Italian where they cooked, but then no one spoke Italian, I was afraid for 10 minutes, when a very nice girl born German of Italian parents arrived. The pizza arrived and again I was scared because it was low, and I realized that it could be a rip-off. None of this, the pizza was very good and the ingredients seemed to come directly from Calabria, at least my pizza which was with nduja. I asked for a beer on tap but there was a misunderstanding and the bottled one arrived and also on the second occasion, it was on tap but with soda and I didn't like it. But Hey, my fault for not being able to explain myself Products were good, great service, friendly staff. Thank you

The two of us were at L'Osteria on September 3rd, 2024, we were very disappointed. There was no more Coke Zero and then it wasn't possible to order anything with a salad because there was no more salad available. Very poor management of the store.

Nice ambience and delicious food!

The food and ambience is very similar to the other restaurants, typical L’Osteria. The service is good and the cuisine is quick. The positive thing is the parking lot, as well as the play area for children and the outdoor terrace.

We always enjoy coming here. The children can play outside and we can eat delicious food in peace. However, the music inside could be a little quieter.

Very well maintained and clean branch. Great atmosphere, the mood among the employees seems to be very good. Particularly noteworthy are Aladin and Yeliz, both very nice, super friendly and humorous. Cafes and food (pizza and tiramisú were delicious.). Gladly again at any time!

The three of us stopped by the restaurant on Saturday. Positive:Very friendly staff and service. Even the dog was given water without asking. Top. Order was appetizer: Bruscetta. Main course: pizza and 2 salads Gamberetti. Starter and pizza were perfectly fine. The salads were simply a disgrace. Given the quantity, it could easily have been a side salad. In addition, several ingredients that were listed on the menu were missing. Cucumbers, radishes etc. Green salad, 4 slices of avocado, 5 shrimps. About 16 euros.?!Seriously. We have experienced this much better at l'osteria in other places. Of course we told the service, who then gave us a small bowl of cucumbers and radishes (without dressing). Our visit there in Dormagen was disappointing. So far I've only had positive experiences with l'osteria - unfortunately not this time.

Unfortunately, L’Osteria has declined significantly. The restaurant in Dormagen was never really good! In Langenfeld the Dormagen were far ahead. Service is there, just not at the table. Quality of the food is okay but far from a restaurant with Italian cuisine. Pizza is just big, nothing else. Very, very thin and ingredients very bulky distributed on it. Ultimately the price/performance is underground! Many years ago the quality was really good and the food tasted really good (Langenfeld). Now it's just below average. And for the prices that are quoted, it's almost a disgrace! Charging €13.75 for spaghetti Bolognese (ragu) is a joke. Neither the size nor the taste of this dish is worth this price. Too bad! The next concept hit the wall! Ps: Raising the prices is partly understandable, but reducing the size of the portions is a disgrace! And it's not good. The last time for me!

Very friendly staff. Good L'Osteria food....

The restaurant is located in the industrial area. The ambience is due to the fact that the toilets in the upper area are accessible via a steep staircase. I was looking for an elevator. When I went back downstairs from the toilet, I saw an elevator, but it was blocked. So, it's probably difficult for guests with disabilities.

The service was brilliant, their good mood was infectious, the food tasted very good (pizza and pasta). We'd love to come back

We were there for the first time today and I have to say UNFORTUNATELY. A really nice restaurant with super friendly service and very tasty food. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Spaghetti in ragout 🤣🤣 is nothing other than spaghetti Bolognese. That's what the nice waiter said. Or rather that's what they say in Austria, I didn't like it. Staff was nice, ambience was great. Will come more often. 👍👍👍

Haben über 20 min gewartet. Niemand ist gekommen und bei Nachfrage nach einen Kellner habe ich die Aussage ,, Es ist viel zu tuen bekommen " obwohl es so gut wie leer war und ich die Kellner am Handy waren.

The food and ambience are first class, as I know it from various restaurants in this chain. Unfortunately, even though the restaurant wasn't even 50% full, the service was rather mediocre. Everything took a very long time, glasses were empty for a long time, no customer-oriented waiters.

When we went in there was no hello from the staff, we were told that we should choose a table and we did so in the waiter's line of sight. We were ignored for 15 minutes and the tables were not tidied up or cleaned. We were absolutely ignored. Then we left. Sorry but the store was almost empty and then such service? Service staff don't have to wonder why there are fewer and fewer tips or why people just complain about this kind of poor service. No thanks!

The best place to have delicious food. PRICE PERFORMANCE Tip Top. AMBIENCE VERY NICE. WERE HAPPY TO GO THERE AGAIN FOR MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL. BUT IT DIDN'T DIFFER THE MOOD. I would be happy to come back at any time. KEEP IT UP. THE Italian course on the toilet is a real classic.

A beautiful and spacious l'Osteria, with delicious food. The play area for the children is really great. We were able to chat in a relaxed manner and our son had fun on the playground. The service person Nina was very, very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, it's really rare these days to be served so nicely by a nice and attentive service person. Our son was very happy about the birthday ice cream. Thanks!

During my visit with the family, my bill was charged twice due to the Osteria's faulty technology. 10 days have now passed, I've asked three times by phone, but I'm still waiting for the chargeback. Very unfriendly to customers, not to mention apologetic. There are other pizzerias where you are treated better.

We came in and there was free seating. So we picked a corner. Not too hidden and where the waiter has to come by more often. Still, it took forever for the waiter to come and take the order. It took a lot of time before the order came. The food was really delicious (I had spaghetti carbonara with extra shrimp) and my wife ordered a lasagne. It took a long time before you could pay. When asked about the grievances, the waiter said that the sickness rate was too high. I believe him too. The waiter was really running non-stop. Then I don't understand why someone doesn't control the flow of guests. Sign on the door: "Sorry, we are at capacity due to illness."

We were promised delivery, but then they didn't keep it. That's why we had to let this pizzeria sit on 10 pizzas ordered and 135 euros.

The food is always delicious, especially the pasta dishes are highly recommended. The service is extremely nice and helpful, our absolute favorite is and remains the Vincent. 👍👍👍 There is a large selection of starters and main courses, desserts and drinks. There is definitely something for everyone. 🙂

Ich war dort schon ein paar mal und sonst war ich immer sehr zufrieden, doch diesmal mussten ich und mein Freund 1 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen warten, obwohl es nicht sonderlich voll war. Während mein Freund nach 2 mal nachfragen wo denn unser Essen bleibe, bekam er seine Pizza schließlich. Ich hatte meine Nudeln immernoch nicht bekommen. Nach weiteren 30 minuten bekam ich endlich auch mein Essen. Als Entschuldigung bekam ich ein Nachtisch aufs Haus. Natürlich sind es auch nur Menschen aber ich finde es schade dass so wenig auf die Gäste geachtet wird, da ich ähnliches an den Nachbartischen beobachtet habe. Nach dem bezahlen wollten wir den Beleg noch haben, diesen haben wir aber nie bekommen. Schade.

Been there several times. Unfortunately today the lasagna was cold in the middle. It also took 20 minutes until we could place our drink order. The last visits were significantly better. Regarding the ambience, it is very loud in the restaurant due to the lack of partitions. However, this is common for Losteria

The outside area was very dirty. We asked for a children's menu which was supposed to be there doesn't exist. When we left the restaurant we saw them lying there. An ordered side salad can only be requested three times, an ordered water not at all.

Unfortunately disappointed this time. Ordered two pizzas, came on time, nice driver, but the pizza wasn't finished. Called, explained the situation and had a new pizza delivered. One pizza was done, but unfortunately mine wasn't. Called again and said that. Answer “then you probably have a bad day today”! No accommodating.

Guys, yesterday was pretty bad. The calzone was almost half black and was delivered with the explanation that it needed a little longer to cook through and was therefore a little darker in various places. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of this part. A pure disgrace. If such a mishap happens to the pizza maker, he should quickly find an adequate replacement. But it doesn't work that way. Apart from that, the edges of the pizzas are generally extremely wide and dry. But it costs a little more than in a normal pizzeria. No people, this is the last time you saw me here.

Great Pizzas and very nice ambience. Good value for the prices, and proper parking spaces. What's not to like about it? Went with friends and we left satisfied (and had to take the pizza leftovers home because they're so large!) Solid 5-star rating.

Today we ordered food to pick up ourselves for the first time. and were very disappointed. For each dish we paid for additional ingredients: we ordered arugula for the pasta (€2.75) and additional cherry tomatoes for the salad (€2.5). We got a quarter of a rocket leaf and half of a cherry tomato! very unfortunate...

The food is actually always great. Interesting additional map allows for variety. Always a bit stressful at peak times for the very hard service, you rarely have to wait long. The beautiful design and furnishings, however, suffer from a very high noise level, fueled by Italian music from ceiling speakers that get louder and louder the more people shout at each other while eating. Sitting outside is better.

Always friendly service staff. Consistently good quality of food. Modern furnishings. Only the toilets could be kept cleaner.

A very nice staff. We came on a Saturday evening at 10:20 p.m. and were given a chocolate suffle and ice cream, which was so nice that we got the offer. A thumbs up. Respect!!!

That's good. There is enough choice and there is always a menu with “seasonal” dishes. Unfortunately the service is not as good. You sometimes sit in front of your empty glasses for 20 minutes or longer. Things are forgotten. The service really needs to step up its game or hire more staff.

Order: unfortunately no basil on the caprese pizza, even though it says so in the description, and I also forgot the extra request for garlic. On site yay, unfortunately sometimes nay during delivery..

There was pizza and pasta. Both looked very good. Pizza BBQ, very meaty and very *wobbly* The noodles were very good. Unfortunately we didn't notice that there was a mini pepperoni among many dishes. It was on the price card. On both the pizza and the pasta, the spicy oil was not spread throughout the food but was completely in one place. Unfortunately for us as normal consumers, this made both incredibly spicy and therefore inedible.

L’Osteria tuna pizza was simply delicious! The base was perfectly crispy, the topping was plentiful and fresh. The tuna had great flavor that was beautifully complemented by the other ingredients. The service was also friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic experience that definitely deserves 5 stars!

Nice and tasty large portions. A bit too loud for many guests.

We were in Dormagen on Sunday May 26th with our daughter Marie and her friends and celebrated the children's birthday there. The children were able to bake their own pizza and even received a present. The children really enjoyed it and Melissa (carer) looked after the children really well. Thumbs up 👍 highly recommended.

You can eat very well here. I liked the Nice salad. Always my pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really like the atmosphere.

Super cool location in Dormagen. Very popular with young people. The food is super tasty and there is a lot of choice of pizza, pasta and salads. The waiters are all super nice, only a small deduction because after a while you're left stranded. But generally highly recommended, I go there at least once a month.

Extremely friendly staff. We were greeted very politely at the entrance by a young man who took us to our seats. The food was also very tasty! Overall it was a nice experience!

Unfortunately, once again very disappointed with the service. You have to repeat several times that you want to order or pay for something. Some orders didn't arrive at all and had to be picked up from the kitchen. In my opinion, the restaurant manager Daniel is absolutely incapable of managing a restaurant. Absolutely not customer friendly and you have to teach him to laugh. Food is usually satisfactory at L’Osteria.
