Very nice service, attentive and quick. The quality of the food is good, as I know it from L’Osteria. The restaurant is on the ground floor and offers free parking.

I love the shop and eat here very often with my wife. Of course I always take the pizza, it's the most worth it. The service is always super friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food. The price is also completely clear. The ambience is very nice, especially with the giant tower next to it. Therefore 5 stars from me.

Rustic atmosphere, the staff very attentive and friendly. The toilets very clean. The pizza was a poem and one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Quality ingredients, well topped and perfectly baked, wonderful! The espresso was also simply good. I can recommend the Osteria and am already looking forward to my next visit!

The pizzas are great and given their size, 2 pizzas are enough for 3 people. It's nice that the respective pizza halves can be topped differently for more variety. The industrial-chic atmosphere of the building is great, but the volume of the music is a disaster. Therefore, it is highly recommended to sit outside when the weather is good. The service is very inconsistent, last visit very inattentive and disorganized, even though it was relatively empty. Things were better on previous visits.

We were in the restaurant with 4 people in the evening. The reservation was possible without any problems via the Internet. The pizzas are huge. The halves can be filled differently. The ambience is excellent, perhaps a bit too loud. Parking is not as easy as you would imagine.

Very close to the route to Berlin. There were a lot of people on Sunday and the place seemed to be packed, but the staff quickly found us a table and we placed our order. Considering so many guests, the project was completed in good time. Very large pizzas, with thin, slightly crispy dough. Penne arabiata appropriately spicy and hot, pasta cooked al dente. Risotto with mushrooms is delicious. The restaurant maintains a certain level, the service is good, the food too, I prefer more intimate places, but I recommend it.

Delicious pasta, nice service. Premises similar to other L'osteria restaurants. The only drawback was that the women's toilet didn't have an outside door, but I think that was just a current problem and will hopefully be fixed.

Essen 5/5 Die Pizza war wie erwartet. Groß, lecker und auf den Punkt gebacken. Der Pizzarand war sehr zu genießen! Oft ist dieser in anderen L‘osteria Lokalen etwas zu dunkel und dadurch zu knusprig und es bilden sich riesige Luftblasen. Service 5/5 Die Bedienung war sehr lustig drauf, zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Alle Wünsche wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Ambiente 5/5 Die Einrichtung gefällt mir außerordentlich gut und spiegelt das Lokal perfekt wieder. Für zwei bis drei Stunden lässt es sich auf deren Stühlen und Bänken gut sitzen. Auch die Toilette ist geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lautstärke der Musik ist angenehm. Wir konnten uns gut unterhalten, dennoch konnten die Tischnachbarn unseren Gesprächen nicht lauschen.

We ate there for the first time today and we were thrilled 🤩 my son (3) ordered a pizza with pasta, the waiter made everything possible so that he got this pizza. My salad with scampis was super tasty, my husband was very happy with the giant pizza and my older son was happy with his spaghetti carbonara. We were asked several times if everything was OK! Super great service and always worth a visit 🥰

Whether pizzas or pasta dishes, everything tastes extremely flat, even delivery services can taste better. The pizzas are so huge that they are cold before you get halfway through.

If you come here, it takes 45 minutes just for the pizza to arrive. If you think we have time, we are open to goygo, we can chat and eat without rushing, nice environment makes sense.

Went to a concert in Hanover and went out to eat on the recommendation of the hotel staff. Even though it is a franchise restaurant, we were surprised by everyone. Location, service and more importantly the food. The pasta dishes were good and still hot compared to other places. I highly recommend it!

What is particularly positive is the always friendly and courteous service. The small outdoor playground can also be mentioned positively. The food is always delicious and served quickly.

Unfortunately it wasn't a successful birthday dinner. After receiving the food, we wanted to help ourselves to the parmesan/hard cheese, which unfortunately smelled very strange and in which small green lumps were visible. At that point, something had already been said about it. Not a problem in itself. We tried to make the service staff aware of this in a friendly and discreet manner so that we did not draw attention to the problem. It can happen sometimes. The first one (relatively new) tried to take care of it in a friendly manner. The second person who saw him do this defiantly claimed that it wasn't mold but Gorgonzola (?). Which is problematic because it is not vegetarian and is advertised as such on social media by L'Osteria (as a hard cheese, not Parmesan, especially since we've been to so many locations and never had this problem before). We tried to explain that a new bowl wasn't particularly necessary and that we didn't want any new food, since it was only a small corner and we just wanted to point that out so that no major problems arise. Then 30 seconds later a smaller, younger lady came along and with the utmost “friendliness” slammed a small jar of new Parmesan right in front of my nose. We found it quite unnecessary and reduced the appetite.

The ambience is rustic, industry-style and very nice. The only point of criticism is that due to this and the height of the ceiling, there was an enormous volume, similar to a train station hall.

I've eaten there many times and celebrated birthdays there with my family. The food is always great, fresh and delicious. The service staff at reception and at the bar are always friendly and accommodating. Now to the negative: When paying by card, you are always shown the tip option. I would only show this after asking as it seems very intrusive. When I picked up two pizzas today and ordered them by phone, they weren't ready after the agreed 40 minutes. But this wasn't a bad thing, you can just wait. However, when I had to order the pizza again because this order was lost, the trouble began because I had to order again from the pizza chefs in the kitchen. To do this, I had to consult my friend again about what exactly she had ordered. One of the chefs was very rude and rude when I placed my order, his words: “He can't even remember what he ordered here.” And when I placed the order he said: “Nothing like that has ever been ordered here before. “Then he said condescendingly: “Well then we’ll do it if that’s what he wants…” “We’ve never done anything like that here before”. He then picked up his cell phone and talked to a colleague. Well, that was the last time, it's a shame about the delicious pizza, but the customer should be worth something to you. Update: There was a clarifying conversation to resolve the matter. I really enjoyed that. The visit was very pleasant and as usual. L'Osteria is very worth recommending. There were three of us there and each of us was very satisfied. The service is really great, the employees are very friendly, who ask every now and then if everything is OK??? They do it really well, you never feel like it's intrusive. You feel very comfortable at L'Osteria. The menu is very clear and not overloaded. The nice thing is that you can design your pizza however you want. Although I only had a simple one (BBC with chicken), it was very tasty and very juicy, the other two chose their pizza according to their taste. The pizzas are a bit big, but also very thin, so you can manage the pizza. If not, you can have the rest packed up. Without problems . Unfortunately one thing I don't like is that L'Osteria is a very big building and very open, so it is a bit noisy. But because of the good food and the great service, the rest is just a minor matter. So I can highly recommend L'Osteria.

Yesterday we went to pick up pizzas, but to our regret we were informed that the pizza bo (calzone) had been forgotten. To bridge the waiting time, my friend and I kindly received a cappuccino as compensation. At first I thought it was good service, despite the forgotten dish. But then disappointment followed: The employee told us that he had made a mistake. There were two identical orders, however one did not include Pizza Bo. He asked me to pay for the order again, as well as paying for the cappuccinos. It's unbelievable that I had to pay €6.50 per cappuccino for the employee's mistake! This is unacceptable!

Can't fault anything. Service good, the location too. Delicious bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt / pepper first. I usually only eat a carpaccio (there was never anything to complain about) The Lugana doesn't need to hide either. Pasta and pizza can't go wrong either. Clear recommendation!

Ok, it's a system restaurant... but you can still expect a drink to be served in an appropriate glass. The food was okay, the service was unfortunately a bit inattentive, but what really bothered me was the grappa after the meal. This was served in a thick-walled liqueur glass, something I had never experienced before. If you offer such a drink on the menu, there should also be a corresponding digestive glass; I don't drink wine from a beer mug either.

Auf der halb leeren Terrasse war uns von der Leiterin des Restaurants nicht erlaubt, zwei direkt nebeneinander stehende Tische zusammenzustellen. Wir mussten zu acht an getrennt Tischen sitzen. Für eine Gruppe sehr ungemütlich. Begründung: Es sei zu aufwändig, anschließend die Tische wieder auseinander zu stellen. Realistischer Aufwand nach meiner Einschätzung: 10 Sekunden. War sehr schade.
