A casual location with very attentive service staff and a boss who asks whether all wishes have been fulfilled. Since the weather was nice, the four of us sat outside and felt very well served and treated to the very good quality of the food.

We were at Los Chicos on June 16th with three couples. I've been there three times and, apart from the inflated prices, everything was pretty okay. But everyone is free to decide where to leave their money. This June 16th, two of us ordered #56, Filete de Bacalao - cod fillet in basil sauce with rosemary potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables. We got the dish and after a short while we both looked at each other who had ordered the bacalao and almost asked each other if this was actually bacalao. We called the waiter because we thought he might have mixed up the dishes from another table. I asked if it was actually bacalao, or cod. He said he hadn't mixed up the orders but he would ask the chef. He came back and said the chef was also sure it was bacalao because the delivery package said bacalao. I asked if it was possible it was mislabeled and asked him to look at the filet and confirm that it was bacalao. The other guest and I told him that bacalao has a completely different structure and is much firmer, and that as Spaniards we have eaten bacalao many times. He insisted that it was Bacalao for sure. I asked again if it was really Bacalao and not Pangasius. He replied, no, it was Bacalao. I don't normally write reviews, but the scam of low-quality pangasius fish fillets being sold as high-quality bacalao or turbot, sole, etc. in restaurants for three times the price of bacalao should be known to everyone. When I order a bacalao fillet for 21 EUR, I expect bacalao and not an inferior fish from Asian aquacultures that are more like aqua cloacas. I've seen many like this in Asia. Anyone who knows Bacalao appreciates the typical and strong taste that characterizes it. Anyone who has ever tried pangasius knows what this fish tastes like. It has an absolutely neutral taste and does not have such a pronounced and firm meat structure as Bacalao, which is typical for Bacalao. We have no doubt that we were sold cheap pangasius for expensive money and that we were knowingly cheated. You can't call it anything else. It is unacceptable for restaurants to knowingly serve incorrectly declared dishes and possibly foist pollutant products on the customer, even at the risk of the customer's health being at risk. Customers have the right to accurate and honest information about what they order and pay for. Such practices cannot be tolerated and hence my unequivocally negative review.

Full marks for this Spanish restaurant. Two very cheerful waiters (presumably the owners?) served a top meal. Very authentic atmosphere. A lot of effort has been put into this. We'd love to come back!!!

Das Essen war unterirdisch und ich kann niemandem empfehlen dort einzukehren. Ich hatte einen Salat mit Rinderfiletstreifen bestellt. Der grüne Kopfsalat wurde einfach geviertelt und eine gelbe künstliche Sauce darüber geleert. Die Rinderfiletstreifen waren mit Sehnen durchzogen und haben ebenfalls nicht geschmeckt. Mein Mann hatte einen Fisch, der war zumindest essbar. Das ganze Mittagessen kostete 45 Euro aber diese Ausgabe hätte ich mir besser sparen können. Ehrlich gesagt, koche ich zu Hause um vieles besser!

My husband and I stopped for lunch in Los Chicos on May 18, 2024. The food was subpar. The green lettuce was simply quartered, the dressing was a yellow “greasy” sauce, the meat was not good - it was definitely not “beef fillet”. Actually I should have sent the salad back. I couldn't recommend anyone to eat there.

Went there for a business lunch, it was so great that we were there for a total of 3 evenings. Very big recommendation!

Very friendly and cheerful service. You're immediately in a good mood. My dish was a poem. The taste is a dream. At first the amount on the huge plates seems like it might not be enough, but I was proven wrong. The atmosphere was a bit like being on vacation, the only thing that was a bit annoying was the slight wobbling of the table on the terrace. We said goodbye completely satisfied and are already looking forward to the next time.

Nostalgic music accompanied our evening, remembering my entire childhood. Beautiful moment lived at the Restaurant "Los Chicos".

A nice Spanish restaurant with delicious dishes. A great, large outdoor terrace with lots of tables. The terrace can also be accessed without a barrier by wheelchair users. Been there several times. Gladly again.

Nachdem wir nun 6 Mal einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht hatten, wird es endlich Zeit für eine wohl verdiente und positive Bewertung! Jedes Mal wenn wir zur Tür herein kommen werden wir so freudestrahlend empfangen als treffen wir Freunde die wir schon lange nicht mehr getroffen haben. Einen schöneren Empfang können wir uns nicht wünschen. Bislang haben wir immer an einem schönen Platz gesessen und bei der Bestellung geht man stets auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche ein. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, typisch und aus unserer Sicht wird hier jeder Gast ein leckeres Gericht finden können. Hervorheben möchten wir die Fischgerichte und das Ochsengericht: vorzüglich. Die Weine sind typisch und auf die Füllstände achtet der Service durchgehend. Unser Fazit: wir sind nun Stammkunden und kommen immer wieder!

We were there with friends on a Saturday. Friendly welcome, attentive service and an appealing ambience. Remarkable: At the start there was a sherry from the house, as an appetizer bread with aiolii and olives. At the end a liqueur was served. The food was okay, but it doesn't leave such a lasting impression that you definitely have to come back again. The food was served in rather homeopathic doses. Given the rather ambitious prices, this is no longer just borderline. The price-performance ratio is a bit out of control. Conclusion: OK for occasional visits. But if you look beyond Grevenbroich, there are much better offers.

The reception was super nice, the staff was very friendly and the service was good. There is nothing negative to say about the table setting. Fresh, delicious bread with allioli is served without being asked. There are some good wines to choose from. Now to the food; 3 out of 5 tapas were unfortunately rather middle class and the salad chosen was unfortunately missing the key components. The chef had actually completely forgotten about them. He was probably thinking somewhere else while we were preparing our food. It's a shame actually. Where the price-performance ratio was actually justified was with the good white wine and the bread with allioli that was served in advance. Maybe we'll try again in the summer.

Visited for the first time, friendly welcome and pleasant surroundings. Very classic, traditional and therefore not a visual highlight, but just cozy. The food quality and preparation grade 2, quantity grade 3. Unfortunately, the price is more like grade 4, because the prices are ambitious, especially considering the quantity. We'll be back, but definitely too expensive for weekly fun.

We were at "Los Chicos" for the first time today. The welcome was very warm and the staff were all very attentive and very nice. The food is very tasty, beautifully prepared and well portioned. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Food: The dishes were delicious. We expected a little more on the plates for the prices, but we have to say that the quality was very good. Service: Service is great and very friendly. Were often asked if everything was okay. Ambience: The restaurant was clean and well attended (we were there on Saturday from 7 p.m.). Lots of photos and other things related to Spain. So far so good. What bothered us a bit was the distance to the guests/neighbouring tables. You heard everything the guests were talking about, you were sitting way too close to the people sitting next to you. Other: The edges of some plates were broken/broken, a bit too much.

Went here on a recommendation. Nice welcome in a comfortably furnished restaurant. Good selection of starters. We just ordered. For the main course there were super tender steaks that were on point. The leg of lamb was also top. Simply absolutely delicious. The staff super friendly. Food came quickly one after the other. 👍

Were there for dinner on Friday. Unfortunately I think the food is overpriced: three tapas (chorizo, albondigas (3 meatballs) and baby calamari) for just under 24 euros is already steep... In terms of taste and quality it was ok so far, but all in all it was very garlic heavy, you have to like it. I had asked to be allowed to try the house wine briefly before ordering a whole carafe of it and was then served a whole glass for almost 7 euros and of course charged - ok, I ended up drinking it, so I had to pay - but By “trying a wine beforehand” I mean something different... Unfortunately, the salmon from the grilled fish variety was spoiled, which was also complained about. Nevertheless, the full price was charged and when asked when paying, they replied succinctly that this could happen... very unprofessional. I can't say whether the unsolicited schnapps served after the meal was meant to "excuse" the salmon, but at least no connection was made to it. The staff is really very friendly, almost overly friendly. Ambience is quite ok.

Tolles Ambiente auch im Biergarten. Freundliche schnelle Bedienung. Immer offen für Sonderwünsche nach dem Motto geht nicht gibt’s nicht. Exzellentes Essen spitzen Steak und Fisch. Die Tampas sind Klasse. Immer wieder !

Nach einigen Besitzer-Wechseln haben wir nun auch dem Los Chicos eine Chance gegeben. Der erste Eindruck war durchweg positiv. Die Einrichtung war sehr stillvoll und gemütlich gewählt. Der Empfang freundlich. Neben Brot und Dips gab es sogar eine Flasche Wasser zum Empfang. Diese war leider auch nötig, dauerte es eine halbe Stunde bis die bestellten Getränke ihren Weg zum Platz gefunden haben. Doch das Thema warten wurde generell zum zentralen Thema des Abends. Leere Getränke wurden vom Service nicht wahrgenommen und nur auf Nachfrage brachte der Service die nächsten Getränke. Das Essen kam erst nach über 90 Minuten und erneuter Nachfrage. Leider wurden hierbei auch noch Gerichte vertauscht und nicht das bestellte Essen gebracht. Angesprochen auf die Defizite schob der Kellner die Probleme lediglich auf die Küche. Außer einem mehrfachen "ich kann da nichts für" gab es lediglich zum Ende eine kurze Entschuldigung in Form eines Liköres. Für uns wird es keinen zweiten Besuch geben.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Fleischplatte hatte ausgezeichnetes Fleisch! Super gebraten. Auch die Vorspeisen wie der Gruß aus der Küche, war sehr lecker. Genau wie die leckere Kartoffel-Brokkoli-Creme Suppe. Wir können den Besuch nur empfehlen.

Es war sehr lecker, wenn auch ein wenig teurer. Das Essen war aber jeden Euro wert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant wollte ich schon länger ausprobieren und ich komme wieder. Einfach klasse, das Ambiente, das Steak und der Service. Für ein klasse Steak braucht keiner mehr nach Bedburg fahren, das Los Chicos wie das Asado in Wevelinghoven brauchen sich hinter dem Ici nicht verstecken. Ich hatte ein 400gr. Australisches Ribe Eye Steak Medium rare gebraten m. Röstzwiebeln, perfekt. Dass reicht um glücklich zu sein.

Waren am Samstag spontan und ohne Reservierung dort. Es war sehr voll, aber nach eine kurzen Wartezeit, haben wir einen Platz bekommen. Das Serviceteam war sehr freundlich und trotz der vielen Menschen haben wir nicht wirklich lange aufs Essen gewartet. Unsere Gerichte (Vorspeise Tapas, Hauptspeise Steak) waren sehr lecker und auch alles andere was wir sehen konnten sah richtig gut aus.

Dienstag zum Tapas-Tag, sehr, sehr, sehr lecker...und alles andere auch prima.

Wir waren an einem Dienstag im Los Chicos und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Unter der Woche gibt es jeden Tag verschiedene Angebote, am Dienstag zB 4 Tapas (nach Wahl des Küchenchefs) inklusive einem Glas Wein für 16,90 Euro. Wir haben das Angebot 2 mal bestellt und eine tolle und wirklich sehr leckere Tapas Variation bekommen. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein sehr schönes Lokal. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber die Qualität ist dafür hervorgingen.

Oh wir waren heute zum ersten Mal im Los Chicos in Grevenbroich essen und wir müssen sagen es war hervorragend ich habe ein Steak gegessen und meine Frau ein Lachssteak. Es war sehr gut die Bedienung war super nett und freundlich und alles wurde sehr schnell serviert kaum Wartezeit sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Paella war spitze. Auch die Tapas waren sehr lecker. Selbst das Brot, welches vorab als Snack gereicht wurde war frisch und leicht warm. —> frische Küche. Freundliche und nette Bedienung. Tolles Ambiente. Alles sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Wir waren an einem Samstagabend mit mehreren Freunden zum Essen auf der Terrasse,die schön gemacht worden ist.Für die kühlere Zeit lagen Decken bereit.Auch innen macht das Lokal einen sehr guten Eindruck.Alle Kellner waren sehr nett,freundlich und fröhlich,obwohl sehr viel zu tun war.Das Essen,wir hatten alle Fisch,war vorzüglich und nur zu empfehlen.Eine Bereicherung für Grevenbroich.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit angenehmen spanischen Ambiente. Bei bestem Sommerwetter auf der einladenden Terrasse, sehr freundlichen und fixen Mitarbeitern und gutem Essen fühlten wir uns wie im Süden. Selbst die Lage des Biergartens an der Straße passte dazu und störte den schönen Abend nicht im Geringsten.
