It used to be really good, but things have deteriorated dramatically in the last few weeks. It feels like the team isn't up to it anymore...

I was out visiting someone in Leverkusen for a while - and I spontaneously thought I'd quickly pick up a kebab. So I walked into the empty shop, where I could see three employees, two working the kebabs and one sitting down. While I was standing there, I loudly said hello twice - no response. The employee who was sitting finally got up, even looked at me, and walked over to me. I said hello a THIRD time because I thought he was about to take my order, but he was actually standing a meter in front of me, looked at some packaged washcloths, wrote something down, and went back to his seat. I was too stupid, I left immediately.

Hello I ordered a currywurst today, fries with mayo. The sign suggested they had the best sausage with Berlin sauce. I was a bit taken aback when the sausage wasn't placed on the grill until after I'd ordered. The fries went straight into the fryer. The staff was obviously overwhelmed with the order. After the fries were ready, I noticed that the grill wasn't turned on. After about five minutes, they tried to dilute the best Berlin currywurst sauce with water from the warming basin in the sauce container; about three small bowls of the exquisite liquid were poured into the sauce. When the charming employee approached me with the statement, "It'll take at least another five minutes because the sausage was still frozen," I made it clear to him that I was no longer interested.

Got the wrong meat the second time, and unfortunately, no one answers the phone. The food arrived lukewarm. There was far too little tzatziki, just a blob. Too much meat – too few fries. The salad is very good!

A complete disappointment – never again! I placed my order two hours in advance via Lieferando, hoping that everything would arrive on time and correctly. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case: The delivery only arrived two hours later – exactly when I had wanted the food for a long time. After about two hours of waiting, I finally called the restaurant directly. They told me that the order had supposedly been sent over an hour ago – but I hadn't received anything. They then told me to speak to a Lieferando employee, as if that would solve my problem. Despite these circumstances, the food arrived late. And then the next shock: The delivered food did not match my order in any way. Not only was it incorrect, but it was also poorly prepared. Nothing was as ordered – neither the ingredients, nor the side dishes, nor the preparation. All in all, a completely disappointing experience – both in terms of delivery and customer service. For me, this was definitely the last time I order from Lieferando.

The kebab was poorly made, the bread still felt raw. The heavily advertised sauces were applied so sparingly that you couldn't taste them anyway, and the vegetables also tasted a bit odd. Unfortunately, everything was completely different than expected. (Stomach upset shortly after eating.)

The food is okay. The deposit for drinks isn't clearly marked, even though the menu costs €12. When I tried to return the deposit, they took the cans and told me there's no deposit on the menu.

I was traveling from far away and stopped here on a recommendation before my return trip – and it was absolutely worth it! The chicken was top-quality, everything was super clean, and the sauces were amazing. If they still have the special sauce, be sure to ask for it! I can only recommend this place.

Incredibly disappointing – wire in the kebab! I never thought I'd have to write a review like this, but it's absolutely unacceptable. While eating my kebab, I suddenly bit into something hard – it was a piece of wire! That's not only disgusting, but above all, extremely dangerous! A foreign object in food is an absolute no-no and can have serious health consequences. Something like this simply shouldn't happen! I really hope this was a one-off, but unfortunately, that's it for me with this shop.

The system was completely unclear; I thought you order and then have to pay, but an employee told me this wasn't the case, in a very rude tone. Then, when I wanted to order, I was completely ignored, and someone who arrived later was taken care of without warning. After a long wait, I'd had enough, and I left with an empty stomach and hunger. Apparently, you have to pay extra for sauce with a kebab, which I find outrageous, given the prices. It's a real shame; I would have loved to order something here. So, basically, 1 star, just for the poor service and unfriendliness.

I was there on Saturday and wanted to order a kebab with my family, so it's unbelievable how they talk to you. There was also a guy with black hair who had to speak my Turkish to his colleagues, so that's not possible, no respect at all, and they probably don't understand German if they want veal. It's one of the best Kebap places that I have ever visited. I tried Lord of Spezial and the taste was really amazing and unique. This dish is not available anywhere else and it's really tasty. They have great vegetarian and vegan options. I would highly recommend this place.

Unique dishes(options in menu), handmade durums, unique taste of the sauce. Friendly people and very modern settings and wonderful ambience for just a doner place. They even have electronic menus and ordering systems. I have never seen such a upbeat doner place ever and the food tastes super. The non veg menu is extensive and they even have a few vegetarian options. Would highly recommend.
