I spent a night in the Berggasthof Tönsblick during my hike on the Hermannsweg. It was the perfect place to relax after a rainy day of hiking. The breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. So we continued well strengthened. Thanks for the great stay! I can only give one clear recommendation.

Cozy and small trendy pub in the middle of the small mountain town of Oerlinghausen. Invites you to get together and of course have a beer or a drink :) Prices are moderate and the staff is very friendly! Conclusion: Definitely worth a visit!

After a while we went back to the Kastanienkrug and were thrilled again. The beer was cold and the food was served quickly and tasted great. The service was extremely friendly and attentive and the prices were absolutely reasonable. We'll be happy to come back, thank you for the lovely evening.

A really great restaurant. Very tasty food in a rustic atmosphere. Price and performance match perfectly. I'm looking forward to trying out the "special offers". For example, the “Wies’n” weeks. Recommendation: reserve a table. Made absolutely convenient via email via the homepage. There are enough parking spaces in the immediate area. Small update: Just got back from eating spare ribs. It was easy 👌
