I came to Little Hiro in Erlangen today. Things went very quickly for us today. The staff came after a short time to take our orders. It wouldn't be a problem if it took a little longer, because that's normal in the catering industry. For food, I had the Ebisu Special and the Beef Beauty. Everything was excellent. Fresh and beautifully prepared. I had the Cloudnine to quench my thirst. If you love lychee, you should definitely order this. Since the last few days were also very hot, we got watermelons on the house.🍉☀️ We'll be back!

Great place. Small, but cozy cafe with very delicious Asian food and good service.

On August 13th, 2024 in the evening we went to this restaurant. The waiter gave us a menu and simply offered us to take a free seat. But no matter how hard we tried to place an order, we were simply ignored for 20-30 minutes, and during that time the waiter was apparently busy with more important things, like wiping the tables. When they finally paid attention to us, we were unapologetically asked to move to another seat because the table was reserved (yes, without a sign or any other information). Disgusting attitude towards customers.

Food & drink are very tasty. The interior is a bit small and is more worthwhile for smaller groups, but it is still stylishly designed and the staff is also very nice. You don't have to wait long for your order and there is a larger selection. Always happy to come back

Good food. Got the crispy chicken and some sushi. Recommend you try it. Even on a busy day they managed to serve us good.

I don't really think Little Hiro is worth recommending. I ordered a cold mint iced tea and Pretty Chick (fried chicken with rice). The iced tea was lukewarm, just lukewarm water with mint and a few drops of ice €5. And then just rice with chicken without vegetables for €12.50. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't good enough to justify the prices either. There are much better and cheaper Asian restaurants.

Staff friendly, food was tasty. The vegan spring rolls are very good. Sushi...more like 4.5 stars. Thanks for vegan options ;)

Today's experience was disappointing and shameful. Main courses were forgotten to be brought. Despite repeated inquiries, no one feels responsible and no one has the decency to apologize. The homemade lemonades are great. If Crazy Dream was available to buy in bottles I would buy up the market. The drinks alone are reason enough for me to visit this restaurant again. Update: Unfortunately I have to adjust my rating of the food a bit. The cozy curry that I like so much feels like it's getting spicier every time I eat it, but that could also be my imagination. What is not my imagination, however, is that last time I got silken tofu, or at least very soft creamy tofu, with the curry. Previously there was a firmer tofu that I thought worked better. It's still good, I'm just not a fan of silken tofu in general, so this is a downgrade for me. In addition, last time the main course and the accompanying side dish were NOT brought to the table together, so I had to wait with the main course in front of me until the accompanying rice was brought. Wouldn't be a problem if it had been brought straight after one another, but it took another few minutes. The waiting time was clearly noticeable, even more so when you already have half of the main course in front of you. All in all, I was a bit disappointed compared to my previous experience there. In their defense, it was the weekend and rush hour, so it was extremely busy. I'll still be happy to come back, and the restaurant is still highly recommended. Maybe now it's a good time for me to try out the other dishes on the menu. OLD: But what makes the whole thing so much better is the excellent food. The wild herb curry is my absolute favorite followed by the vegetarian crispy rolls. (I know it says that it comes with Unagi sauce and that might put some vegetarians/vegans off at first, but when we asked we were confirmed that the sauce is vegan) All of this coupled with the very friendly and polite service results in a wonderful visit to the restaurant. The only thing I regret is that I didn't eat here sooner. Gladly again at any time.

I was just sitting with my wife in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant. I can't judge the ambience inside because I didn't even look inside. The food was very good, even if the ratio of rice to the rest wasn't quite right for my taste, more sauce would have compensated for this disproportion. My wife had summer rolls and was completely happy with her choice. In terms of price, we are in the higher range here, but that is normal for Japanese kitchens. Next time I'll try ramen and maybe add another star. The service boys were friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely come back.

Waited at the table in the store for 20 minutes and no one even came to ask for drinks. The table was even wiped down right in front of me. So you didn't miss me. Then I left again. It's not acceptable for me not to even be asked for a drink at this time.

Unbeatably delicious food. All three different dishes, such as sushi, ramen, bento box. In my opinion, the prices for sushi were a bit expensive for the quantity. Ramen, on the other hand, is a larger portion. The service guys were all very friendly. Thank you at that point. Unfortunately there is only one toilet for men and women. A star deduction for that. We would still like to come back.

This small sushi restaurant in the middle of the city center is definitely worth a visit and has maintained its quality well over the years. There are classic and modern interpretations of suhsi, as well as curries and gyoza. The surprise bag from too good too go, which I buy every now and then, has always had a good price-performance ratio and it's fun to try delicious sushi creations that you might not have bought on a regular basis. Especially in summer it is very nice to sit outside between the bamboo plants; the interior could be a little more inviting. How friendly the service is depends largely on who you are served by. Some of the waiters are extremely friendly and accommodating, others seem a bit annoyed. So far I've only had something delivered once, on a Saturday afternoon, which took over an hour. That's a bit long. Unfortunately, card payments are only possible from 20 euros. Overall, I can recommend Little Hiro with a clear conscience.

The restaurant is centrally located in the pedestrian zone near the train station. Since we only sat outside, I can't say much about the interior. The service was good, but still not perfect. Quite the opposite to food. That was really very tasty. So overall we were at peace. The restaurant is definitely recommended.

The food is really great and there is a good selection of vegetarian sushi. Delivery has often taken a very long time (2 hours) and despite providing a code, I received the order in disposable containers instead of in Vytal cans. What a shame! Otherwise recommended :)

Unfortunately there were glass splinters in one of the sushi rolls, otherwise excellent food as always! Both bowls and sushi and above all the service is top!

Whether it's lunch on site or delivered to your home in the evening: the food is always delicious and fresh and the service is very warm. We have been customers for years and have never been disappointed. :-) The changing season ticket is always very good.

Very tasty ramen 🍜 Both vegan and non-vegan. The vegan gyoza also tasted great. Will definitely come again.

Little Hero in Erlangen is a real insider tip. The team of three fantastic girls is simply incredible. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome in the small, cozy atmosphere. The sushi they offer is of the highest quality and offers a taste experience in a class of its own. The friendliness of the staff is remarkable. Each member proudly wears the uniform and appears professional. The space is spotlessly clean and the entire atmosphere exudes purity and friendliness. I highly recommend Little Hero. The visit is worth it not only because of the excellent food, but also because of the excellent price-performance ratio. Come along and let Little Hero pamper you – you won’t regret it!

I ordered a bowl with rice. It was very good, but unfortunately too little rice in my opinion.

Excellent sushi, definitely going back

I walked past here quickly because I was hungry for sushi, but my train was leaving in 15 minutes. The service in the kitchen was very friendly and super fast, so I could still catch my train. My sushi was very tasty, well filled and fresh! The packaging was also okay (little plastic). I can't really say anything about the ambience, but at a quick glance it looked good!

The food was delicious , the service was warm and inviting, but the venue appeared smaller in person compared to the pictures. While I'd suggest making a reservation, you can still snag a table by simply walking in.

My absolute favorite ramen restaurant so far. I tried the Shoyu Ramen, it tasted very good - the soup was delicious and the portion was generous. There is also a lunch menu here from Monday to Friday with a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and cozy. The only drawback: Sometimes it takes a long time until the dishes are served. If this could be improved it would be tip top.

We ordered 25€ each and didn't get full, there was only one fortune cookie for the three of us and no ginger with the sushi. But it tasted good

Ein wenig eng ist es und das Essen ist nicht ganz so authenthisch wenn man es genau nimmt. Sehr lecker war es aber trotzdem. Wir würden wieder gehen.

Wer Sushi mag wird das Little Hiro lieben. Die Preise sind relativ hoch, aber die Qualität passt. Etwas nervig ist die bei Lieferung ständig ausgelaufene Teriyaki-Sauce, die mit 2 € für ~2 cl. auch etwas zu teuer ist (daher -1 Stern). Ich werde dort trotzdem immer wieder bestellen.

I think here the best Ramen in Erlangen. But too much people. So need all time reserving.

Das Essen bekommt volle 5 Sterne einfach lecker, Service und Ambiente sind ok. Was mich gestört hat, das der Platz auf 30 min limitiert war aber es 10 min. Bis zu bestellaufnahme gedauert hat dann nochmals 15 min. Bis zum Essen. Da passen die Zeitvorgaben nicht zueinander. Evtl. Anpassen.

Quality of sushi not good like two years ago. The sushi rice, isn't quite right, the flavours of the sushi don't work so well together. It is rather over priced..There's much better and cheaper sushi places available. The bowls, starter, homemade lemonade, desserts are good.

Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Vielleicht sollten wir nächstes Mal über einen Lieferdienst dort bestellen, das kommt sicher früher.

Sehr guter und netter Service. Ambiente in Ordnung. Ramen aber eher nur Durchschnitt. Wer gerne Ramen isst wird hier zwar fündig, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants ist er ernüchternd. Die Ramen (Nudeln) sind sehr gut und waren nicht zu weich. Das Karaage war super knusprig und gut gewürzt, kostete ein Aufpreis und dafür war das marinierte Fleisch nicht mehr im Ramen. Die Einlagen sind leider eher schwach ausgefallen. Das typische Ei und Nori, etwas Mais und Mungobohnenkeimlinge und Frühlingszwiebeln. Die Suppe war leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Sehr sauer und nur leicht deftig. Diese hat mich neben den fehlenden Einlagen recht enttäuscht. Der Preis war dementsprechend nach meinem Geschmack nicht preiswert. In Nürnberg findet man bessere Gelegenheiten für guten Ramen. In Erlangen muss ich noch suchen.

Essen war OK, aber mehr als eine Stunde warten, bis man letztendlich Essen hat, ist indiskutabel. Vielleicht sollte man sich entscheiden, ob man Lieferservice oder Restaurant sein möchte.

My go-to place for anything from poké bowl, bento box 🍱 to fusion sushi 🍣. At lunch time (12-15) they have cheaper dishes with an addition of miso soup. Never been disappointed so far.

Very nice little restaurant near the pedestrian zone and in my opinion the best place to eat sushi in Erlangen. I can highly recommend the nr. 81 with a special tip from the waiter Phillip to add some cream cheese (isn’t on the menu, but you only have to ask him 😉). It was the perfect combination with the duck in tempura batter and chili!

We visited this place a while back. The food was really nice and tasty. We ordered poke bowl, sushi platter and some Glühwein. Everything tasted really great. The service was a bit slow but we enjoyed overall.

Gut gelegen mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Erlangen. Schnell zu erreichen vom Bahnhof. Die bowls sahen sehr gut aus, wir hatten Sushi.

The food was very tasty, we enjoyed it. But service is a bit slow. it seems like they are currently understaffed. We went there at the weekend. Little Hiro has always been a busy place, i guess. I have noticed a good crowd during weekdays also. Need to go again to explore the menu :)

Trotz eines vollen Ladens, schien das freundliche und sympathische Service-Team um Christina stets alles im Griff zu haben. Es dauerte ebenfalls nicht lange, bis das Essen da war. Das Essen war sehr sehr gut. Außerdem besticht das Restaurant durch schönes Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Immer wieder sehr leckeres Essen aus einer vielfaltigen Karte! Das Sushi ist wirklich gut und der Fisch ist absolut frisch. Unser Kellner Philipp ist herausragend zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich gewesen.

Ohne Reservierung angekommen, fande ich sofort einen sehr gemütlichen Platz. Es empfiehlt sich aber vor allem für abends zu reservieren, da alle Tische um mich herum besetzt waren. Der Kellner kam schnell und war sehr professionell. Ich habe einen kalten Tee, Edamame als Vorspeise und ein Bento bestellt. Das Getränk kam zügig und war lecker und erfrischend. Die Edamame kamen nicht als Vorspeise, sondern mit der Hauptspeise, deutlich später. Das fand ich sehr schade. Das Bento selbst war schön angerichtet und zubereitet. Der Reis, das Sushi und die Soße waren sehr lecker. Nur der Salat wurde leider nicht richtig gewaschen. Geht gar nicht. Zu mindestens hat das Sushi und Ambiente mich so sehr überzeugt, dass ich hier nur dafür wiederkommen werde. Als Sushi Place gibt es also eine klare Empfehlung.

Es war wieder großartig, das Sushi ist fantastisch und wir hatten sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service von Franzi - vielen Dank Dir!

Schmeckt es lecker aber es ist teuer

Wie immer bei Hiro total leckeres Essen mit tollem Service und fairen Preisen

Haben uns dort wegen den guten Rezensionen entschieden dort zu essen. Das Sushi sah auf den Bildern gut aus, deswegen habe ich mich für Sushi entschieden, leider war dies ein Fehler. Ich habe noch nie so fades und geschmackloses Sushi gegessen. Es waren kleine und dünne Rollen, man wird mit 2 Rollen nicht satt. Zudem habe ich einen gesprungenen Teller erhalten. Sehr schade.

Preis Leistung sind i.o. Die Gerichte schmecken alle sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und konnte gut deutsch. Restaurant ist nicht so wirklich einladend zum verweilen und der Außenbereich ist für mich eher 0815 und alle sehen dir zu beim Essen, da Fußgängerzone. Das Mal kurze Parken fürs mitnehmen der Speisen ist ein Graus.

Mega lecker koreanisch gegessen. Ich hatte den Hot Basket vorn draus, und als Hauptspeise Beef Beauty, dazu eine Schale Kimchi. Alles war absolut lecker, das home made Kimchi die Krönung. Auch der Service nett und auf Zack. Absolute Empfehlung!

Bestes Sushi!!! Viele vegetarische Gerichte, und je nach Saison wechselnde Zusatzkarte. Tolle, moderne und niedliche Einrichtung, sehr freundliches Personal. Auch toll sind die Wortspiele auf der Speisekarte

Wir hatten einen super Abend hier! Vor allem unser Kellner Philipp und sein Kollege haben uns rundum wunderbar betreut! Gerne wieder ♡

Wenn man einen JGA mit 14 Leuten feiert, während das ganze Restaurant voll ist, kann schon eine Menge schief gehen. Hier nicht. Top freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service, überragend gutes Essen, das ebenso wie die Getränke alles in time kam. Ein Dessert für die zukünftige Braut gabs auch aufs Haus. Preise mehr als fair. Philipp wir danken Dir für den schönen Abend bei Little Hiro!

Ich kann das Restaurant wirklich nur empfehlen! Die Karte bietet auch eine tolle Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemüht! Meine Favoriten sind die Buddha Bowl und die Sommerrollen mit Tofu :D

Das Sushi war geschmacklich gut und wurde auch sehr schön angerichtet. Der Service war schlecht, obwohl nur ca 50 Gäste da waren, war das Serviceteam, welches aus vier Kellnern bestand, sichtlich überfordert. Mussten ewig aufs bestellen warten, die Getränke kamen nach 10 und das Essen nach 40 Minuten.

The Sushi, especially the sashimi, raw tuna tastes like 2 days old. The salmon only slightly better. The starters and the main dishes are good though. Chicken Sate for the win! The stuff tries their best and the location is also fine.

Super Schmackofatz das Essen!! Die Kellner can und Pfilliph waren erstens eine Augen weide und zweitens mega Bombe drauf und mega nett!!

essen war ein schmaus ebenso wie die kellner can und phillip, welche zucker zu uns waren und immer drauf geachtet haben, dass es und gut geht :)
