Wir waren gestern Abend zum Essen bei Lisa. Man muss etwas länger als gewöhnlich warten, bekommt aber frisch zubereitetes Essen und das ist mega lecker. Ausserdem ist Lisa eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfreiche Person. Ich hatte gesundheitliche Probleme und bekam promte Hilfe. Das kann man in dieser Kombi lange suchen und findet es wahrscheinlich nicht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen hingehen möchte, sollte man vorher anrufen und reservieren. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Sowas hab ich ja noch nie erlebt! Da bin ich irgendwie schon seit Wochen/Monaten nebenan im Hotel und hatte diesen schnuckeligen Laden gar nicht auf dem Schirm. Durch Zufall dann doch mal ins Gespräch gekommen und zum Essen geblieben. Exklusive Zutaten, Gericht bei Bedarf mit Köchin am Tisch besprochen und dann Gerichte in einer Quali bekommen, wie ich es nur sehr selten erleben durfte. Da scheint Enthusiasmus dahinter zu stecken. Ein Muss für jede weitere Betriebsreise in der Region! :-)

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, haben das Lokal durch Zufall entdeckt. Lisa ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Die angebotenen Speisen sind ein Traum. Wir bleiben ihr auf jeden Fall treu.

Wir waren bei Lisa zum Abendessen und kamen in den Genuss ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft, sowie ihrer vorzüglichen Kochkünste. Alles was sie zubereitet ist frisch und bio, bespickt mit Kräutern aus dem eigenen Garten. Hier wird nichts aufgewärmt oder aus der Dose serviert. Sie kocht jeden Tag frisch mit auserwählten Zutaten und das schmeckt man. Besonders empfehlen kann ich ihre Knödeleigenkreationen aus Oliven, Kräutern, Nüssen oder klassisch Kartoffeln. Dies ist nicht ein Standardrestaurant, in dem man abgefertigt wird. Vielmehr ist die Atmosphäre bei Lisa familiär, als ob man bei einer guten Freundin zu Besuch ist, die ganz persönlich für einen mit viel Liebe kocht.

Hier wäre eine Tafel mit den Gerichten (inklusive Preisen) eine große Hilfe, um in Ruhe eine Wahl treffen und sich weiter inspirieren zu lassen. ________________________________________ Die Kulinarik – Gehobenes Niveau mit Highlights Die Speisen sind auf einem soliden gehobenen Niveau gekocht und liebevoll angerichtet. • Überzeugende Höhepunkte: o Die Fleischgerichte haben uns restlos begeistert. o Der Vorspeisensalat mit Kartoffelsalat und einem Vinigrett mit tropischen Früchten war ein Traum. o Der hausgemachte Apfelstrudel mit selbst gemachtem Vanilleeis und Zimt war Mega! • Kleine Kritikpunkte: o Die ' Pute Tonnato' hätte etwas Brot zur Tuna-Creme vertragen können. o Bei den gefüllten Gnocchi war die Trüffelnote in der Soße fast schon zu intensiv. Die passende Weinempfehlung zu unseren Wünschen und die Besonderheit des Wassers, das in einer Karaffe mit Kristallsteinen serviert wird, zeugen von Liebe zum Detail. ________________________________________ Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Zeitmanagement Da die Gastgeberin das Kochen mit nur einer weiteren Person in der Küche managt, ist Geduld gefragt. Wir haben für unser 3-Gänge-Menü entspannte 4,5 Stunden benötigt – von der Vorspeise bis zum Bezahlen. Wer einen Abend in Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Wichtiger Hinweis: Im Restaurant ist nur Barzahlung möglich. Alles wurde frisch und von Lisa selbst zubereitet, das hat entsprechend gedauert, aber das Warten hat sich gelohnt und die Pausen zwischen den Gängen waren gut, denn die Portionen sind absolut ausreichend. Since everything is freshly prepared, you'll need to bring your time, but that's by no means a disadvantage—quite the opposite! Lisa has a small menu, including vegetarian dishes, as well as a selection of daily specials, which she personally presents. Every dish I tried was not only delicious but also creatively prepared. Lisa's Rumor Kitchen is part of a hotel but separate. I was in the area on business and needed a hotel. And, as usual, something to eat. Lisa's Rumor Kitchen doesn't look like much from the outside (which, unfortunately, is a reason for many not to visit), but that's a mistake. The food is highly recommended. It's made with fresh, regional ingredients and is seasonal. I didn't expect the creations I was offered. I then had a salad conjured up for me, which was the best I've ever eaten. I would give the kitchen 5 stars and recommend it with a clear conscience. So, folks, don't always just look at the outside, because you'd really be missing out here.

Food and service full marks! There is only a deduction because everything is done alone and therefore time is required. So a 2 hour stay happens all by itself. But if you have the time, you won't regret it. A star deduction for that would also be too much 💁🏼‍♂️

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here – we slept in our camper van parked nearby. We visited Lisa's in mid-November 2024 – yes, we felt like we were personally invited! We had researched her concept beforehand, so we weren't surprised by the non-existent menu. Lisa cooks with daily produce and tailors the quantity to the expected guests. The daily specials were presented to us by Lisa herself. "Today I cooked for you: . . . . " The dishes were all delicious. We felt like Lisa's personal guests. Warmly looked after, well-cooked meals, and well-entertained. After 3 hours (we did indeed have an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and pleasant conversation), we crawled contentedly into our bed in the camper van. We first had to check from the outside whether we were in the right place, but when we entered and were warmly greeted in the cozy-looking restaurant, the first impression was positive. Then the wait started, 10 minutes, until we were allowed to order drinks. these came pretty quickly. Another 15 minutes until we got the menu!! This is pretty clear and was shortened again due to the lack of food. When the food came we had already been sitting in the restaurant for 90 minutes - the food was quite spicy and the dumplings contained nuts (which should actually be noted on the menu). In my opinion, the price/performance ratio wasn't right and the waiting time was another minus. In any case, we will no longer go to this restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone else.

I can only report here about the food. The salad and dressing were excellent, but it took over an hour for the food to arrive. The waiting time was not rewarded. The landlady is very friendly and tries to keep the menu nebulous, even though it was very clear.

We recently went to eat locally at Schlemmerblock and thought we would try out a new restaurant in the region. There was parking right next to the restaurant in the hotel's courtyard. We were warmly greeted by Lisa, with our dog. She recommended a summery, non-alcoholic cocktail and responded to our wishes. This was very tasty. We sat on the terrace, which is also in the courtyard, so it is relatively quiet there. Despite the main street. The decor is a bit chaotic but adds to the charm. It all seems a bit like you're at someone's home. Finally the concept of the restaurant was explained to us. Everything is freshly cooked. Particular emphasis is placed on the season and origin of the product. No fattening and many things from our own cultivation. Since everything is prepared freshly by just one person (in our case), you have to take your time, but that's not a bad thing since you're informed about it right from the start. We chose Antipati Special and the Carpaccio as a starter, chicken in balsamic sauce and a Hallisches steak as the main course and rounded this off with a dessert platter. We were able to change the chicken without any problems or additional costs, following Lisa's advice. The entire visit lasted about 3 hours. But a lot of it was because we chatted with Lisa at the end. The food was delicious, not the best thing you've ever eaten, but you can once again notice the heartfelt cooking and the respect for the product. This in combination with the open nature of the owner makes the visit an experience that is similar to a private atmosphere and the food from mom. Very pleasant and something different. All in all, a lovely evening in a small, chaotic restaurant. But you definitely have to bring time. But that's the concept and I'm happy if someone still values ​​slow food and enjoyment these days. I can't understand the negative reviews. Yes, everything is a little different with Lisa, if you're looking for zero eight fifteen you're definitely in the wrong place here. The restaurant is quite small, the building is old, the selection isn't huge, but the feel-good factor is unmatched and Lisa is almost like an Italian mom. Wanted to go out for dinner spontaneously. Very warm welcome and we got a table even without a reservation. Fantastic food and very fresh cuisine, everything is cooked a la minute, a very, very nice host. We will definitely come back.

We were allowed to have a surprise baby shower in private. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the service was top notch. It was a wonderful lunch. We'll definitely be back ☺️

A slightly different way of eating. Very, very tasty and everything freshly prepared. Everything comes freshly prepared to the table with the cook and waitress at the same time. Man/woman tastes the freshness. And the service - fast and friendly, the guest won't want to leave. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful little restaurant. Very good and super competent service with explanations and recommendations. Meat of the best quality and origin is offered here. We'll definitely be back. Ich war vor einigen Jahren schon zweimal bei Lisa im Restaurant und da schon sehr begeistert von ihrem Können. Als ich jetzt ein Catering für eine kleines Gartenfest (rund 30 Personen) gesucht habe, ist sie mir sofort wieder eingefallen. Es hat von vorne bis hinten einfach Alles gestimmt! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm und konstruktiv. Wir haben je nach Planungsstatus über mehrere Komnukiationswege alles besprechen können und so war es auch kein Wunder, dass mein Barbecue ein absoluter Knaller wurde. Lisa hat mir alle Wünsche erfüllt und ein raffiniertes und ausgefallenes Essen gezaubert, das wir Alle so schnell nicht vergessen werden - sogar für die Paar Veganer unter meinen Freunden. Beim nächsten größeren Event nur noch Catering von Lisa.

Huhu! Ich war vor einiger Zeit mit meiner Freundin dort und ich kann echt sagen ;es war ein besonderer Abend! Super sympathisch, diese Lisa und das Essen war mega lecker.....genauso wie die Cocktails!!!! Alles wunderbar!.... Lisa,wir kommen mal wieder!!!!

Hatten eine Kundenversanstaltung. Sehr gutes Menü bekommen, alles sehr gut zubereitete. Top Qualität. Alle sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Gerne wieder.

Die Speisen waren sehr sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet.

Wir waren vor einiger Zeit bei Lisa und waren total angetan. Sie kocht super lecker und besonders mit dem gewissen Extra! Alles war sehr frisch und hochwertig. Das Restaurant war unter der Woche leider leer, was für uns jedoch absolut nicht unangenehm war, da Lisa so eine herzliche Gastgeberin ist. Man fühlt sich eher wie zu Besuch bei einer Freundin, die fantastisch kochen kann :) Auch der Nachtisch war genial, frisch super lecker und alles war so liebevoll gekocht. Man merkt dass das Restaurant ihr Herzensprojekt ist.

Unbedingt nach dem Preis fragen bei Gerichten, die nicht auf der Karte stehen, sondern als Tagesgericht angeboten werden. Sonst könnte es ein böses Erwachen geben. 90 Euro für zwei Personen, ist dann doch ziemlich viel.

Unglaublich leckere und alles frisch (dauert dafür aber auch etwas länger); Sehr freundliche Bedingung/Köchin; Nur zu empfehlen:)

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend, begleitet von einem inspirierenden und künstlerisch angehauchten Festmahl. Lisa bereitet auf ihre einzigartige Weise das bestellte Gericht individuell und ganz frisch zu. Man darf also etwas Zeit mitbringen :) Die Portionen waren für gestandene Männer etwas klein - das köstliche und vielseitige Dessert konnte aber dann den kleinen Resthunger stillen. Dass die Karte nur wenig Auswahl lässt, ist dabei eine Befreiung fürs Gemüt und eine Frischegarantie für den Bauch. Ein besonderer Ort. Über die Einrichtung waren wir uns generationenübergreifend uneinig - das sollte aber nicht von dem kulinarischen Genuss abhalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Essen hat eine super Qualität, die Besitzerin ist wirklich nett und nimmt sich Zeit für ihre Gäste!

Essen was ganz Besonderes und geschmacklich top, Lisa als Gastgeberin sehr präsent und super nett, man fühlt sich sofort wohl dort. Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Ein unglaublicher Geheimtipp für Menschen die Ausgezeichnetes Essen, mit Liebe gekocht zu schätzen wissen!!! Ich hatte von der Vorspeise bis hin zum Dessert ein Fettes grinsen im Gesicht. Das war kein Essen das war eine Erfahrung fürs Leben!! Danke nochmals für den wundervollen Abend mit einer bezaubernden Gastgeberin und Köchin ❤️

Wir wollten schon lange mal in Lisa'a Gerüchteküche. Heute hat es geklappt und was soll ich sagen. MEGA!!! Das Essen war super lecker, frisch zubereitet, regional und das Fleisch von glücklichen Tieren. Das hat man geschmeckt. Wir wurden toll bedient, es war wie wenn man sich schon ewig kennt. Ein Besuch ist mehr als empfehlenswert :) Man sollte auf alle Fälle reservieren!!!
