Lindner in Berlin

Very good food, perfect for a lunch break (to go). I particularly like the filled grilled burritos (various varieties) that are heated in the shop, the pretzel sticks with meatloaf and white cabbage salad, and the salads. The tarts and cakes are always delicious, too. The staff is friendly. However, there are two employees who handle the products with blue gloves, which they also use to handle money or the card reader. I find this unhygienic. The other employees handle the products with a piece of paper. Please provide further training on this. Thank you!

Lately, the young guy at the counter on the left has been really customer-friendly again. Since Lindner also fully supports the Berlin Food Bank, I'm happy to pay a little more here and always shop whenever I pass by.

Very tasty salads and at least one friendly and service-oriented employee. However, I've rarely seen such an unmotivated and unfriendly trainee as this young man, who neither speaks to customers nor can maintain a fake smile for more than a second. Let's hope he learns how to do it during his training.

I have been a regular customer here until now. I came into the store today on a Saturday at 8:45 a.m., the door was open. The displays were filled by three employees on site. I was told that the store doesn't open until 9:00 a.m. - I wasn't served. Given the prices, you can probably expect a premium service. They got rid of me as a regular customer. Pretty ridiculous customer service in my opinion.

15 euros for a mediocre burrito and 15 euros for an average lasagna. The prices are higher than in restaurants, yet the taste is like gas station fridge food. A beautiful place, but if the prices were half as much, I might consider buying food from them occasionally. As it stands, I can say the food isn't worth the money.

I paid almost seven Euros here for a sandwich which I would classify as barely edible today. The bread was tough, seemed to be from the day before yesterday. For that price and the look of the place, I would expect a lot more. The staff were friendly. If I had not been so hungry and in a rush, I would have given it back and complained.

A small Lindner store with limited space for customers. Unfortunately, the staff also gets stressed quickly and doesn't like to prepare larger orders. Why this is the case is beyond me. After all, it generates revenue. The food is, as usual, very tasty and good.

After a decidedly mediocre meal at a nearby restaurant, we wanted to at least pick up a decent dessert. We got to Lindner right before it closed, and got a delightful chocolate and coconut dish, and a delectable strawberry multi-layered pastry for a reasonable price. This saved our evening.

When we visited the Lindner delicatessen at Friedrichstrasse 165, we were looking for a quick breakfast on the go. The dishes on offer, including a chicken panini, two grilled burritos and various baked goods, were tasty and fresh. However, the selection was somewhat difficult due to the small store space and the number of customers. The service was friendly, but could still be improved. In terms of price, the products were in the upper range.

It's a shame, unfortunately very disappointing!! You should expect a shop in Berlin Mitte to have oat milk or another vegan milk alternative. I am sure that many of your customers would be very happy about a corresponding expansion of their product range. Unfortunately, this store is not an option for people with lactose intolerance or a heart for animals.

Top shop with top employees who are also fun for everyone!

It's time for the store to finally go bankrupt. I'm always amazed at the UNDERGROUND service and the prices. There are employees standing around and everything takes FOREVER. If you politely point out that you're in a hurry, you'll be rudely attacked. The second employee simply left instead of helping. The employees really didn't understand that it was about more than just selling like at Aldi. Although Aldi employees are MUCH faster and friendlier. Never again!!! Official complaint follows.

Butter Lindner is always an experience. A crusty bread with 80% rye for home and two coffees to go, the finest sandwiches and really delicious tarts for a picnic at the Gendarmen Markt. I was once again very satisfied, also with the service from the friendly staff 😀👍 Thanks

€8.39 for a schnitzel roll. Then they look at you to see if you really want the cold schnitzel straight into the bread roll. Definitely a must miss.

Finally new staff!! Adorable young people, who are happy to help you and even switch to english when you struggle. I am glad to see a company’s capacity to listen to their customers and improve in real time. Will be back often!!

Butter Lindner halt nä..... Immer lecker immer klasse toller Service aber leider auch wirklich Luxus den man sich als Otto Normalo nicht wöchentlich leisten kann. Beiden Preisen schlackern einem wirklich die Ohren. Daher 1 Stern weniger, nicht böse gemeint. 1 Brot 1 x Butter 1 Vanille quark etwas Weihnachtsgebäck und frische Garnelen in Mayo 200 gramm 89 Eur bezahlt..Schluck aber es war 😋 lecker. Wir sehen uns sicher 1 x im Jahr wieder.

Leider war die Dame nicht bereit (anscheinend dürfen sie keine Sandwiches mehr individuell zubereiten), ein Sandwich individuell zuzubereiten, obwohl kein anderer Kunde im Laden war und drei Mitarbeiter im Laden waren. Schade, war immer wieder gern hier und verstehe, dass es zeitaufwendig ist. Aber wenn kein anderer Kunde da ist und auch nicht Hochbetrieb herrscht, hätte ich mir gern einen besseren Kundenservice gewünscht. Deshalb leider nur 3 Sterne. Kundenservice in diesem Fall 1 Stern…

Am 23. Dezember da. Freundliches und umsichtiges Personal trotz großen Andrangs. Meine vorherige Bestellung war schon fertig eingepackt- Winter-Quark-Schnitte, absolut lecker.

Feinkost, Brot, Brötchen etc zu gehobenen Preisen. Sehr lecker aber eher für den sicheren Geldbeutel

Immer wieder gern, sofern die bisherige Verkaufskultur beibehalten wird. Die Salate genauso wie die Backwaren sind immer wieder sehr lecker. Zur Zeit Chinoa/Quellersalat oder auch die Kürbiskernbällchen mit Dipp oder auch die krustenbrötchen mot und ohne Körner. Auf der süßen Seite nehme ich gern Himbeer/Kokosnuss-Dessert. Einfach mal selber reinschauen.

Absolut leckeres Essen, Snacks, Kuchen, Torten, Brot und Frischkäse frisch zubereitet. Freundliches, Umsatz orientiertes Personal. Ein Stern in der Bewertung Abzug aufgrund der exorbitant hohen Preise €€€ bei allen Produkten. Für einen Blattsalat mit Zutaten wie Bohnen, Kichererbsen und Schafskäse plus 3 Granatapfelkernen 7,90 EUR zu nehmen, ist völlig überteuert bei 200g. Das ist sehr schade und hält sicherlich etliche Kunden davon ab, öfter vorbei zu schauen...

Ich warte sehnsüchtig auf die Weihnachtskuchen.

Das ButterLindner-Geschäft wird gut frequentiert, obwohl es ausgesprochen klein ist. Aber mein geliebtes Krustenbrot bekomme ich trotzdem. Leider sind die Arbeitsbedingungen für die mehrheitlich weiblichen Mitarbeiter grenzwertig, hinter den Ladentheken ist es extrem eng, sie müssen sich ständig von einem Ende zum anderen aneinander vorbei quetschen und um in eine leistungsfähige Brotschneidemschine zu investieren, ist der Herr Lindner ?? aus Sorge um seinen Profit und trotz des hohen Preisniveaus seines Sortiments offensichtlich zu knickrig.

Netter Service - gute Qualität. Immer gerne bei Lindner Hackesche Höfe.

Herzlichen Dank für deine liebe Beratung.. Ich habe alles aufgegessen. Das Brot war der Hammer. Die Salamipralinen gleich weggegessen. Leider musste ich mir einen Korkenzieher schnurren. Es gab tatsächlich einen jungen Mann, der eine Hebamme hatte. Einen Korkenzieher am Taschenmesser.schade, dass ich nicht in der Nähe wohne, denn dann würde ich mir jeden Tag erlauben etwas schönes zum Essen holen..DANKE FÜR ALLES.

Ich liebe gerade diesen Lindner in der Friedrichstraße! Die Auswahl ist wie üblich perfekt! Das Beste aber ist der perfekt freundliche und zuvorkommende und fachkundige Service. Den vermisse ich leider sonst immer wieder bei anderen Lindner's. Hier ist's perfekt! Leider bin ich zu selten da!! DANKE!!

Supposedly the most expensive and exclusive grocery shop, but it is still affordable for the quality they served. We were coming from the Nordics and were amazed at the prices and food diversity.

Der leckere Kuchen war mal wieder nicht frisch. So geht das nicht! Preise am oberen Limit und alte Ware verkaufen.

Тут вкусный кофе за приемлемую стоимость для самого центра города. Очень вкусная кулинария, свежий хлеб и десерты. Почти нет очереди по сравнению с соседями.

Eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedensten Delikatessen und Snacks. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich nett und aufmerksam. Leider sind die "Fertiggerichte" m.E. wirklich schlecht abgeschmeckt. Die Backwaren und Sandwiches hingegen sind toll.
