A must for every visit to the old homeland

We ate outside today. A reserved table was prepared, and everyone enjoyed the food; the portions were generous. Smoking is permitted outside, and several times during our meal, right next to us, people did so (right next to our small child 😱). Of course, the restaurant can't be held responsible for the antisocial behavior of its guests, but smoking is permitted, and the roof and awning make it difficult for the smoke to escape. This significantly detracts from the ambiance and the restaurant could certainly change this (e.g., with a smoke-free period during peak dining hours or a smoking area exclusively outside the restaurant). Unfortunately, no one from the staff asked whether everything was okay during or after our meal, so I didn't actively address it. We also didn't have enough napkins, and they weren't brought to us even when we asked. When the bill arrived, the waiter suggested a tip (more than 10%) without being asked. None of this speaks volumes for good service, in my opinion. It's a shame because the food was really good, but the setting and the lack of service prevented me from enjoying it.

We spent a wonderful evening at Linda's Athens – and what can I say? It was fantastic. The ambiance is warm and authentically Greek, lovingly designed, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The service was impeccable – warm, attentive, with a unique feel for her guests. The personal touch Linda imparts elevates the experience to a very special level. The food? A true dream. Fresh, aromatic, and generously portioned – you definitely get more than just a simple meal: a piece of Greece on your plate. And as a little surprise, there was ouzo as a welcome drink – at no extra charge! The cleanliness and overall impression of the location are also completely convincing: a sophisticated atmosphere with a covered terrace that invites you to linger. A thoroughly successful evening – the value for money is absolutely spot on, and even the slightly longer journey is definitely worth it. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend Linda's Athens!

Superb, great and friendly service, excellent food

I was just about to order something to go. The manager yelled at me from a distance: 'We're not doing takeout anymore!' This is advertised on the website, though. It's a shame. I'll be avoiding this restaurant in the future, both as a dine-in customer and as a takeout customer. Luckily, we have other Greek restaurants nearby.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The service is attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. I can highly recommend it.

Just beautiful. Very very tasty food, huge portions and a fantastic selection of dishes. You'll always be full, and if you can't finish your meal because of the huge portions, the rest of the food is lovingly wrapped up to take away. It's always a pleasure to come back to eat.

If you like delicious food and don't mind the hassle of service, this is the place for you. The waiters are a bit out of sorts, drinks are delivered to the wrong table, and the ouzo isn't served until you leave. You're used to it. But the food was plentiful and delicious. A tip for the hosts: they also enjoy music outside, which sounds much better than street noise. That works better in the city.

Great service, very tasty main dish with lamb

The best Greek restaurant in my area, even if the prices might put some people off, I highly recommend it. The portions are huge, and I'm still full the next day. (Pickup/Takeout) We don't need to talk about the taste, it's simply wow. I can't say much about the restaurant itself (waiting time, etc.). Otherwise, the ambiance is nice; my only criticism is that it could be a bit more spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll be coming back often!

There were two of us at the restaurant and we ordered the grill platter for two – absolutely delicious and more than enough! The meat was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, and the sides were fresh and tasty. As a surprise, we also received a pineapple filled with ice cream – beautifully presented and a great extra! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere – we'd love to come back!

Wir waren heute leider sehr unzufrieden. Ist uns noch nie passiert. Trocken Brot, trockene Zitrone und eine Hühnersuppe die noch nie ein 🐔 gesehen hat. Zwiebelsuppe gab es leider nicht. Noch nie erlebt. Der Tisch wurde uns draußen eingedeckt, nur bekamen wir nach dem Essen keine Getränke mehr. Es hieß, die Jungs erkälten sich. Wir saßen schon bei Minusgraden draußen und wurden bedient. Wir verließen das Restaurant doch sehr verwirrt. Schade

Früher mal mein Lieblingsgrieche, hat aber leider im Service und in der Qualität nachgelassen. Kritik wird nicht gut aufgenommen.

Well, The service was friendly and attentive, the restaurant itself is clean and modern. However, there are far too many tables, so you can hardly move around. You have to leave the building briefly to use the women's restroom. The food came quickly, but it was anything but good. There were 10 of us there, and everything was oversalted and extremely greasy, swimming in oil. Octopus Salad + Moussaka - The salad was a good amount of squid in a bed of oil (see picture), unfortunately completely overcooked and hard. - The Moussaka was zucchini and eggplant, bitter and Hungarian.

Super delicious food! You could taste the freshness of the food. We were thrilled! Unfortunately, the 8 of us sat pretty close together so we couldn't eat properly. The service was very moody and irritable, which was a total shame.

You will receive a warm welcome at Linda's. The new ambience invites you to feel at home. The food is freshly prepared and tastes very tasty. Most of the time we can't make it because it's very lush. It's a very nice and relaxed atmosphere here in Linda's Athens. We always like to come back. This Greek is highly recommended.

Three of us spontaneously came here and got a table. The restaurant was very busy. At the beginning we were given a "small" Ouzo welcome drink. The food was very tasty and we were full. In between we were provided with a new “small” ouzo drink. All in all we were very satisfied. We'd love to come back.

Haven't been there for almost 10 years due to moving. But it's amazing how the restaurant has changed for the better. The redesign of the rooms, great furniture, great food and service. We'll definitely be back soon.

We have known this restaurant for a while. It was remodeled in the summer. Not only is it very, very tasty there, but the whole interior looks super modern. Looks very inviting. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the drinks are delicious and the food is simply recommended.

Unfortunately the staff was very unmotivated. The cappuccino was already cold when it arrived at the table. The portions are just too big. I was given a huge casserole dish, the contents were enough for 4 people. For me it was a waste of food as no small portion was offered. All in all not really recommended.

Excellent in all respects. There was nothing to complain about. Super delicious food, very plentiful and absolutely fresh. Ouzo until you cancel. Even birthday children were remembered with free ice cream and a serenade.

Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired if you don't know the staff. Many guests seem to be regulars here. Very good for the restaurant but a shame for “only” occasional guests. The food, on the other hand, was very good and tasty, but the abundance of the plates left a lot to be desired given the prices.

Best Greek in the area... No ifs or buts

I had the pleasure of dining at Lindas Athens Restaurant and can say that it was a true culinary experience. Ambiance: The restaurant offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a Greek flair. The decoration is tasteful without being overwhelming and creates an authentic Mediterranean feel. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive and always tried to fulfill our wishes. There was a pleasant mix of professionalism and warmth, which made the stay very pleasant. The dishes were a highlight. From the starter to the dessert, everything was freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The mezedes (small appetizers), which offer a good insight into the diversity of Greek cuisine, are particularly recommended. The main courses – be it the tender roast lamb, the perfectly grilled souvlaki or the fish – were excellently seasoned and cooked to perfection. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and taste of the dishes. You definitely get more than just an ordinary meal here, but a piece of Greece on your plate. Linda's Athens is a place I would recommend to anyone who loves or wants to explore Greek cuisine. It is a restaurant suitable for both a romantic dinner and a meal with family or friends. I will definitely come back.

In my opinion one of the best Greeks in the area. The boss is concerned about every guest, so that a family environment quickly develops. When it's full on Friday and Saturday, it's a little noisy, but that's probably the price for the popular restaurant... I'm looking forward to summer again, when you can use the covered terrace...

So after the renovation, the location is now more of an upscale restaurant than the Greek restaurant next door. The service, the food, the location, the interior, everything is very pleasant and invites you to spend long evenings. We like to be here and stay late and enjoy the meal and the drinks and the service that Linda and her crew offer. Fanne for so much love for the food and the detail of the service

Jede Gericht ist absolut schmackhaft und eigentlich für den durchschnittlichen Magen viel zu viel. Das Team um Linda ist großartig. Die Jungs rennen was das Zeug hält und die Küche arbeitet auf den Punkt genau. Für uns gibt es kein besseres Restaurant ! Danke! Ihr seid einfach großartig.

Friendly, quick service. Good service and an extensive range of food and drinks at acceptable prices. The quality corresponds to the average German Greek restaurants😉. Certainly not a restaurant for the organic vegan woke Berliner, but otherwise good for everyone who likes large portions. So go ahead, but reserve in advance. it is often very crowded there.

The best stuffed white leaves and otherwise very good cuisine, at least what we had. The shandy and beer was also very good. Extra requests weren't a problem either, what more could you want. The only point of criticism: Ouzo is a matter of taste and so is the quantity. I've had better ouzo but it's free after all. And clearing the plate while the other person is still is unfortunately very unprofessional, but since everything else was perfect, it's complaining at a high level and it's still 5 stars. Prices are okay too.

Best Greek in Bernau and the surrounding area, I ate there for the 3rd time, it was once again a complete success. The food and the service were really good, it's worth going back again and again!

Everything was great....despite all of that, it was just too expensive

I have been visiting Linda's Athens regularly for over 20 years and although the staff changed here and there, I was always treated in a friendly manner, the food was delicious and the boss still radiates the same love and joy for her job as she did on the first day. As long as you don't occupy my table, I invite you to try it out for yourself.

Nothing more is possible. Very nice location. Covered terrace... Very clean sanitary facilities. The staff is almost perfect 👌 The boss loves her job and is a first class hostess. We had a very rich meal for 5 people as shown in the pictures. The 🍍 was filled with ice cream. In general, the whole meal was very, very tasty. What was surprising was that the ouzo was served in a jug... and that at no extra charge. This also made the evening an unforgettable stay in the restaurant... My colleagues and I will definitely go there again when we are nearby... Even an hour's drive is worth it. Thanks to Linda and her team for the great evening

When I was passing through by bike, I urgently needed a coffee - it was served to me here and on the house, too, really nice! The staff was very friendly and the food on other tables looked excellent. A great shop!

The restaurant is always full, even during the week, which is a good sign. Reservation in the evening is definitely recommended.
