Very good food. Very friendly staff. Everything was perfect, steaks were great.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. Better stay away. They decided to have food delivered to us. The delivery was okay and the timing was as stated, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. The gyro is just a pre-packaged dish that you can buy in abundance at discount stores. Absolutely not recommended. The price/performance ratio is a complete disaster. If the overly thickly sliced tomato is the best thing, you've got it figured out and done it right.

We celebrated our wedding in September 2025 at Hofgut Übersberg. As a wedding venue, this spot on the Übersberg couldn't be better. So much for the location. However, the service, in terms of organization, is abysmal for the wedding planning, as there is very little transparency or information, and the response leaves a lot to be desired, for example, when waiting for a reply to an email. The table planning was also quite confusing with the Überberg's ideas and ours as hosts. With a few exceptions, the staff was rather dismissive and rather listless, or even disinterested. A special mention goes to a particular employee at Hofgut Übersberg, who showed great commitment. The wedding reception at the Übersberg was better than expected, however. My fears that there would be a lack of organization on the most important day turned out not to be confirmed. So, hats off to them. The only downside was the rather quick dismantling of the BBQ buffet, even though some guests still wanted to get something. You also almost had to fight for your cutlery and plates to avoid them being taken away by the staff too early. Some guests said they weren't even asked if they could take their dishes with them. Furthermore, the bill later showed that more time was spent on dinner than was actually used. The food and drinks were excellent, though. A major annoyance is the high rental fee for the outdoor altar (i.e., the fact that you're allowed to use it). Why spend €700 when the utensils, chairs, and setup will stay in place for future weddings and won't require much effort for REUM Wedding Location? That's completely overpriced. €300 would have been perfectly adequate here. All in all, everything worked out, and it was a wonderful wedding day, but it was even more expensive considering the 50 guests, for things that couldn't have been foreseen in advance. A wedding is, of course, one of the most expensive events in life, but here they charged more than was appropriate. If I were to give it grades, it would be a C from start to finish. Only the wedding reception itself would get a B.
