The food was delicious. However, it should be noted that the selection of vegan dishes is very limited. There were eight of us, and everyone was very satisfied with the food and the service.

The service was okay, but the pizza was a disaster. Italian restaurant?? Pizza should be different, not worse than at some fly-by-night place. €26 for two Margherita pizzas that weren't cooked through inside! And for an "insalata romana" (Roman salad) with just romaine lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, and three thin slices of salmon, and without the crispy pane karasau because they forgot it, it cost €19.50. Never again.

Delicious food, very friendly service

I just stopped by on my way to the hotel, and the food made me feel like I was on cloud nine. I highly recommend this restaurant — especially the pizza and the dry-aged beef. It’s rich, buttery, slightly nutty, and far more flavorful than regular beef. And don’t forget to finish with their homemade tiramisu — it’s the perfect dessert.

Liberty is my favorite Italian restaurant in Erding! ❤️ Of course, the Italian classics like pizza and pasta are fantastic. But you should definitely try the other dishes as well. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio here isn't right. I had lasagna, which they rebranded and sounded innovative on the menu, but ultimately it was a typical reheated piece of pasta bake with barely any meat, and the cheese on top was just a little runny. The prices are completely unjustified, not even over €10 for a bit of ordinary salad with three pieces of bread. The waiter didn't come back, and we sat there for over four hours with two drinks. It's a shame, it sounded good.

Best Italian restaurant in all of Erding! The tomato sauce on the pizza is super spicy and fruity, and the carbonara is the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the pasta at many Italian restaurants isn't as good – at Liberty, it's at least as good as the pizza! Highly recommended.

Antonio made us the truffle pasta inside an enormous block of parmesan cheese. It was the best pasta I've ever had in my life. Wow.

This was our first time visiting Antonio's. And it was an absolutely wonderful evening. Whether it was the food, the super friendly service, or the quality of the dishes, we haven't enjoyed such delicious pizza in years. We felt absolutely welcome, and even though it was a bit hectic for the staff that evening, we were perfectly looked after. Thank you for this unforgettable evening, and we promise to see you again.

We went there for lunch after our child's first day of school. We had made a reservation some time ago. Our table was in the conservatory, where another table was also occupied by a family attending their child's first day of school. Otherwise, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. We were only offered two menus for eight people, as they said they were currently out of options. We had to wait about 20 minutes to place our drinks order. We were only able to order our food because the waiter was called after the next table's order had been taken. We then waited another hour for the food. The cutlery, especially the knives, are not suitable for eating a pizza. When we pointed this out to the waitress after the meal (we hadn't seen any other staff members in between), she said she had also wondered why the pizza cutlery was still at the counter. It apparently hadn't occurred to her to offer it to the guests. The meal itself was okay, but nothing special and certainly not worth the consistently high price. To pay, we also had to go to the server, as they didn't visit our tables even when the restaurant was otherwise empty. This wasn't our first time eating at this restaurant, but it was definitely our last.

We were traveling for business and stumbled upon this place by chance. It deserves a 10 out of 10. From the ambiance to the service, you'll feel completely at home here. The food is spot on, and the value for money is exceptional. I'd love to come back. Attached are our photos.

Nice staff. Unfortunately, there were bits of plastic in the salad. Unfortunately, they noticed this too late. I lost my hunger! I won't be visiting that restaurant again! When I asked if I could sit outside, they said no, even though others were sitting outside. There were also several critters in the drink.

We've been to your place twice. Fantastic cuisine. Respect to the chef. Unfortunately, the service was rather "substandard" both times. No aperitif recommendations. No follow-up questions. No refills of cutlery. The waiters were more stressed with the "reservation tablet" than with the guests at the table. Three waiters and 10 tables is very manageable. Shouldn't be a problem. The bartender was very friendly and is definitely the "pearl of the place." Work on your processes and don't forget that you make money at the guest table, not at the tablet.

An absolute highlight in Erding! I was completely impressed by the Liberty restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. The selection is diverse and offers something for every taste. I would particularly like to emphasize the attentive and extremely friendly service – you immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The ambiance is also cozy and modern at the same time, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends or family. The value for money is excellent! I will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Liberty. A true gem in Erding!

I had dinner here on a weekend evening. It was relatively busy. We had to wait quite a while for our order to be taken. (Hence the deduction for service.) Otherwise, the service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was good!

We were there with eight work colleagues and had made a reservation the evening before. Everything went well, and the confirmation arrived promptly via email. 1 hour before the reservation started, we received an email asking if we were available and, if not, to cancel. Everything was fine so far. When we arrived, we learned that there wouldn't be any pizza. Why don't you call or send an email?????? Because you can always ask if you'll show up. We went in anyway. Then we saw the absolutely exorbitant prices for every single dish and stayed anyway, hoping it would taste good. Then came the next disappointment: I had ordered lasagna for €17!!!!!!!! The lasagna had absolutely no taste of anything, and it wasn't baked, nor was the béchamel sauce in the lasagna; it was simply poured over the top. After 5-6 forks, the "pleasure" was over, and I was still sitting at the table starving. We all went to McDonald's to get our fill. Of course, I brought it up and all I got was, "If you say so," because I said it was way too expensive for what you get. I'm sorry, but I'd rather not eat anything than waste my money there again. In case you can't tell, this is a gem. This restaurant is absolutely disappointing!!!!!!

The service was good, as always. But if the tuna is advertised as a soft pink for €32 on the menu, it shouldn't be well done on the plate. The warning to the service was taken into account, but there was no response.

The meal itself was delicious. The service, while attentive, was very scattered and uncoordinated. About an hour passed between the two courses because our order had apparently not been recorded at the register. Whether we were served the appetizer salad we actually ordered or a different one, we can't say, as it was our first visit.

The food was excellent, I can only recommend it, but the beer service wasn't that good. We waited almost an hour for our drinks and another hour for the food. The waiter saw us but didn't really notice us.

The stone-baked pizzas were fantastic, and the tagliatelle with salmon was also excellent. A lovely end to a spa visit! Very relaxing.

It was pretty awesome to dine there in the evening after the thermal baths. I'll definitely be back ;)

At first, we hesitated, wondering whether we were even ready to go out to eat after such a long day at the thermal baths. Then hunger finally got the better of us, and we ended up at Pizzeria Liberty. We had a Margherita pizza and grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables. The salmon was perfectly grilled, and the portion was a decent size. The staff was very polite and attentive. We really liked the ambiance, as the partition walls provided a lot of privacy. The walk to the Best Western Hotel is perfect! Just a few hundred meters.

We had a reservation, arrived after the usual rush hour, and waited over an hour for our food (with the 2 pizzas arriving another 10 minutes after the spaghetti and only after we asked for them). Some drinks were also forgotten and we had to ask for them again. I very much hope for other patrons that that is not the norm, but we won't be coming back.

We were there on May 16, 2025, and were very pleased to get a table since we didn't have a reservation. The welcome was super friendly. We were also very pleasantly surprised that the food arrived at our table in less than 10 minutes. We've never experienced such fast service before. The quality of the food (we had pizza) was also very good. We would love to come back.

Wir waren für den Besuch der Therme eine Nacht in Erding in einem Hotel fußläufig vom Restaurant Liberty. Die Lage ist eher trist im Industriegebiet. Da wir zum Abendessen ohnehin drinnen gesessen sind, hat uns das nicht gestört. Das Essen war rundum lecker... gute Qualität und große Portionen (Bruschetta reicht auch für 2 Personen als Vorspeise), Preise angemessen. Bei der Pasta Frutti di Mare aus der Wochenkarte wurde mit Meeresfrüchten auch nicht gegeizt. Der Hauptkellner hat eine freundliche und zugleich spezielle Art, die eventuell nicht bei jedem gut ankommt. Spricht beispielsweise alle mit "Du" an (wir mögen das). Ein weiterer Kellner, der Speisen serviert, wirkt wenig freundlich/fröhlich. Auch wenn er es vermutlich eigentlich ist. Um sicher zu sein am besten vorher reservieren. Wsr auch unter der Woche (Donnerstag) gut besucht.

Wir waren zu dritt hier. Vorab das Personal war sehr freundlich, leider war unser Bruschetta übersäuert. Die Portion von der Lasagne war zu klein, außerdem war sie zu lange im Ofen da die äußere Kruste bereits viel zu hart war, geschmacklich war es auch keine Sensation, so hätte ich die Lasagne nie aus der Küche ausgegeben (wir hatten 3 Lasagnen bestellt alle waren genau so).

Were there twice once in a small group, the children would be shouted at that they had to behave... but they were quiet... They didn't understand what was going on? - neither did we..... The next day we organized a room there with a lot of people/children... I understand that this is stressful, but you have to take that into account...always for no reason. The older lady boss was unfriendly...the younger waiter was nice, unfortunately then also stressed by the older lady...probably the boss.... That evening money flowed into the cash register...customer=king unfortunately not the case there!!! It's a shame, otherwise the kitchen would be really great :) Amaretto or Grappa on the house...

If you want to go after 8 p.m., you should make a reservation. We got the last free table. Food rich and super tasty. Prices are fair and justified.

We were welcomed and served very friendly. The food, we had pasta dishes and pizza as well as dessert, was first class. We found the prices to be reasonable, although I personally found them to be cheap for the quality delivered. Unfortunately we have a long journey from Saarland, otherwise we would like to eat there more often. If someone goes to Erding and likes Italian food, they should definitely go here.

A very tasty Italian restaurant with friendly staff. The food was on the table super quickly. We had spaghetti carbonara and the pizza with spicy salami and goat cheese. Both tasted excellent, but the taste of the carbonara stays in your head for a long time, it was simply perfect. For dessert we had tiramisu. We can only warmly recommend this. There is also a dedicated parking space.
