Lezzet in Darmstadt

The two of us came on a Saturday afternoon without a table reservation. Waiting time 17 minutes. Grill plate for 2 arrived at our table within 9 minutes. Class. In terms of taste, I found the food to be okay, but I wouldn't say too much about it. However, there was no chai that day. Therefore -1*

We had an enjoyable dinner. The taste was spot on and the service was fast. Overcrowded. Prices were much more affordable than Stuttgart.

I was really disappointed. The food tasted mediocre at best, the portions were far too small and completely overpriced. But what bothered me the most was that the staff watched you the whole time, making you feel really uncomfortable and unable to eat in peace. Absolutely not a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely won't go there again, 200 meters straight ahead and there's Antep and you can get everything they don't have here.

We are thrilled. It was our first time there to celebrate a birthday and were convinced. The meat from the Adana, pirzola or the chicken skewers were so incredibly tasty. It reminded us of Turkey. The waiters were all nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

First of all, we were not told on the phone that reservations on Saturdays are generally not accepted. This would have helped us plan better, but it was agreed to, which shows that your restaurant is quite flexible. As far as length of stay is concerned, while it is common practice for guests not to stay indefinitely, it is also important to note that we arrived with a group of 19 people, which not only represents significant revenue for your restaurant, but also a was honored with a generous tip - which is certainly more than many other guests leave. This shows that as a group we were respectful of the restaurant's time and resources. We respected the fact that your waiter asked us to vacate the table, even if the tone was not always friendly. However, it is also important to emphasize that a certain level of critical thinking and understanding of guests' needs is required, especially in a hospitable environment. Instead of responding with justifications, it would be far better to accept constructive criticism and work on improvements to optimize the experience for everyone involved. Finally, I would like to point out that the “customer is king” and a certain form of appreciation is essential both in communication and in dealing with guests.

Super nice service, all extra requests were fulfilled! Very courteous staff. Our main course was actually served hot, which is not a given everywhere. The starter plates were beautifully presented. So in general from the reception to the farewell it was very personal and polite!!! Thanks again to Özkan, who served us. I can recommend this restaurant!

We had dinner there on a Friday evening. The restaurant was very full, but after a short wait we got a table. There is an open kitchen where you can see how work is done and how clean it is. The service is nice and quick. After ordering there was a starter platter with 3 dips and some bread and a salad for free. That was very tasty and I liked it. The food was also super tasty. There was a minced meat skewer and chicken with fries. It was super seasoned and very tender. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but the things smell extremely like grease and food, so unfortunately I won't come back anymore and unfortunately give fewer stars. I just don't like it when you have to wash all your clothes, including your jacket, immediately after going to a restaurant. I was only in the apartment for a short time and unfortunately everything smelled so bad that it was unbearable. That's why I unfortunately don't like the concept of the open kitchen or that stronger ventilation systems or exhaust air have to be installed.

I can say that it is the best point where quality and service meet in Darmstadt. I'm here almost every week and I always leave satisfied. I can recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

When we came for dinner, the taste of the meat was very good, the soup could have been hotter, but the taste of the kelle paça soup was also good. The katmer I had for dessert here was the worst katmer I have ever eaten. I hope you do better.

I ordered some takeaway early in the evening. I should wait at the entrance until the food is ready. To my right was the drinks counter, where a woman was handing out drinks to the waiters. At the same time, she got the empty glasses back from the waiters, which had been drunk by the guests. I had enough time to watch the woman do what she did with the empty glasses. She put them in the sink, let water run into the glasses for a few seconds, swirled them once or twice, emptied the water and placed them on the draining rack next to the sink. When the waiter came again and fetched tea, for example, exactly these used glasses were used for the next order. Something so obviously gross. Now the next guest was allowed to drink from the glasses that had not been washed properly. The same thing happened with the glasses for soft drinks. Maybe the health department should take a look here. In any case, for me it was disgusting enough to throw the food I ordered into the nearest garbage can outside!

Worst shop I've ever eaten in can definitely be skipped

The steak kebab with soft cheese was very tasty, you could tell that fresh ingredients were used.

We drove over 40 km and despite having a reservation (for 9 people!) we were told in an arrogant manner that there would be no more kebab meat at 8 p.m. and that the pizza oven had been switched off! We should take what is still there. I can't understand this behavior at all and will never go there again or recommend it.

The soup “iskembe” is simply A1! We come to lezzet with my friends just for the soup. A huge shout out to the chef 👏 A bit expensive in price... As long as there are no changes to the ingredients or consistency of the soup, we are one of our regular customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Iskembe soup)

The food wasn't very tasty. It really bothered me that the staff were constantly watching us as if we were going to run away without paying the bill. While it was still hours before closing time, they locked the tables as if to ask us to get up.

Went to friends and ordered from Lezzet. There was vegetarian dolma with garlic yogurt and flatbread. They are green peppers stuffed with super seasoned rice. And as a fan of Middle Eastern and Middle Eastern cuisine, I have to say that this dish was incredibly delicious. It was absolutely perfect and round. Unfortunately, I don't really like the new steak meat. The meat before was worlds better; it was juicy and aromatic. I always enjoyed going to Lezzet because of the meat, but unfortunately now probably less so.

It is an excellent choice for Turks coming to Germany. You will not feel strange in terms of service and food quality. Especially the employee named Burak took very good care of us. I would like to thank him and his establishment very much.

Very nice helal / halal restaurant with great service and top hygiene. The food is very tasty, always fresh and also a visual delight. What is particularly noticeable is the very good hygienic conditions, especially at the meat and vegetable counter as can be seen in the photos. The tables are also always cleaned. Furthermore, you can only say good things about the service. You are always treated in a friendly and courteous manner. The waiters check in regularly, but not intrusively, to ask if everything is OK, as they should in a good restaurant. Dirty and empty dishes don't stay on the tables forever, but are cleared away immediately. You don't have to wait longer than 15 to 20 minutes for the food itself. And the price-performance ratio is also very good. The burger is particularly recommended here. It's not as cheap as in a fast food restaurant, but at least it's tasty here. All in all, this restaurant is a very good place to eat delicious food.

Delicious food and friendly staff! The kebab meat is made from 100% beef. It's only really hot when you sit inside in the summer.
