Lezzet Döner in Dortmund

So far, I've only been there to pick something up. The guys there are really good, and the food is always ready on time. The kebabs and other meat dishes taste really good! One of the best kebab shops near the city center!

The falafel turnover was delicious, and special requests were accommodated. I'd be happy to go again!

We had a delicious meal. The service was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the only option was chicken.

It was beyond disgrace, may it be forbidden until the end.

We ordered three beyt. The plate of beyt that arrived was a complete surprise. It didn't taste good, it looked deplorable. Even if you were to ask for burnt lavash, you couldn't find the butter five times the size of the meat inside. Despite paying 18 euros per portion and only taking two bites, and complaining about my complaints, instead of apologizing, they said it's their style. I told them the meat was burnt, and they said there was nothing they could do. We know all kinds of beyt, but we've never seen such a pile of beyt-looking lavash.

The worst pide ever, average doner

The best 10 minutes I've ever experienced in a restaurant: First no greeting, then completely ignored, and to top it all off, guests who arrived much later were served before me.

I tried the mixed döner teller. The portion was humongous and I couldn't finish it by my self. It had falafel, döner chicken shavings and sucuk. With Pommes and salad. It was very delicious although I didn't like the falafel much, everything else was perfect. It coated me only 12 euros, which reasonable comparing the portion. The only things that goes against the experience is the delayed service. I received my order at least more than 30 mins later , everyone else around me were served before me.

Lezzet Döner – Modern, delicious, and great for takeaway! The Lezzet Döner shop in the Kreuzviertel district is truly fantastic! It has a beautiful, modern interior, and you can even conveniently pay by card. The dishes taste truly delicious and are perfect for takeaway. Whenever I'm out and about in the Kreuzviertel district, I always like to stop by Lezzet Döner. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious! The portions were adequate. It was extremely loud in the adjacent dining room.

I absolutely love this place. It's very convenient to stop by, pick out something you like, and be satisfied. I always get the falafel durum there—for me and my boyfriend. We usually go together. We often get the baklava, too. It's always very juicy, delicious, and fresh. I'm very satisfied with the service and grateful for their excellent service. I will go there many more times. Thank you! We ordered pide with minced meat and pizza, unfortunately neither of them were fully baked, both were still doughy and had a white base… Staff/service also catastrophic, where we told them, the staff raised their shoulders and left,… So never again...

Unfortunately I was left standing around for 5 minutes without taking my order. Instead, people served other people and chatted a lot among themselves about God and the world. Anyone who thinks they can deal with customers like that doesn't deserve my money. It's a shame, because the kebab isn't actually bad. In the near future I'll prefer to walk 500m further because that's where you'll eventually be served.

Food was OK, service was very good. But the room was cold, there was no heating. Very uncomfortable due to the cold in the restaurant.

I speak German fluently, but with an American accent. Apparently the employee thought that meant I couldn't do math! Charged me 3 euros too much....! NEVER AGAIN! And I recommend everyone not to go there because of this thing!

The kebab bag now costs 7 euros here too. 3 years ago it was still available for 5 euros. Where is this supposed to lead?

Unfortunately, it was the case again that my husband was not served in this store. Other guests who came in after him were brought forward one by one. When asked, the simple answer was “no, first that”. I don't know if that has anything to do with his looks. This is simply outrageous and we won't go here anymore.

I've never seen such cheap quality. It's a shame about the great location! The restaurant is extremely nice but food is simply the rubbish of death. Pides were simply warmed up and were very inedible, some of them simply burnt. Service is literally garbage. Staff who take orders incorrectly and act stupid when asked. Completely disrespectful for no reason. Very inedible food. Dry and outdated. Never again!

Best kebab! The meat simply tastes different here. (Chicken) Well seasoned, well grilled and no gristle or fat. Live over 100km away and end up at Lezzet at every opportunity. Can only recommend the kebab/dürum. 😊🫶🏼

Never again! I ordered a chicken kebab dürüm and was extremely disappointed. For over 7 euros I mainly got salad and hardly any meat. The price is completely excessive for what is offered. Without any shame, people look you in the eye and demand this usury. Not recommended.

Store very nice. I can't judge grilled dishes, it's just about the kebab. He's not good. Hard and thin bread, no delicious sauces. To do this, the sauces are slapped onto the full kebab so that it is difficult to eat. Everything you bite into tastes like sauce.

Positive & negative in one. What a mess restaurant! Walked in and was told to sit down if I wanted to eat on site. Understood! The waiter didn't understand German well, but somehow he managed to place the order (1 pommdöner & a chicken kebab). Exactly 18 minutes of waiting time, although no one came after us and the few people in the room were all already eating or even finished and just had something to drink. Well, about the kebab itself: In any case, the bread was crispy and fluffy at the same time, so you can't fault it. At the bottom, everything held together perfectly despite the overload of sauce. The salad was crisp & fresh. To be honest, I have rarely had such a good and fresh salad on a kebab as here. That was really crazy. The sauces were delicious, but as I said there was just too much! The meat was also tasty, unfortunately a little too little and poorly distributed. Overall, the kebab was good but poorly executed. - way too overloaded (due to poor distribution) So it wasn't exactly perfect to eat. - way too much sauce - Maybe check the proportion of meat/salad again in the future. Because basically I had a 70/30 kebab. 70% salad & 30% meat Despite the criticisms, you have to say that it was tasty and, as I said, very fresh. Looked good too, despite the strange distribution and the fact that the lettuce was oozing out of the top. Paying at the end was the highlight again. I was supposed to pay 12.50 €, I gave 20 € and got 2.50 € back....after a short discussion and calculation, he then remembered that 5 € were still missing..... So I give 3 stars because of the waiting time and the payment. Otherwise it could probably have been 4 stars purely based on the food, but that was screwed up. I hope that the day's form was simply a blip ;)

Enjoy your meal. Service can sometimes be a bit overwhelmed, especially with pre-orders at lunchtime. So it's better to order in person. Price performance is good.

While almost everything around is closed, Luckily we found this place open and its products were very delicious.

Very nice ambience and good service. Good quality food, but the taste was mostly like any other Döner. Very reasonable price given the locality which it is located in. Parking might be a problem here.

I did a quick search on Google Maps for a kebab shop with good reviews and found this one. When I arrived the store was busy. My order was taken quickly and the food was fresh and tasty. I ordered three Dürüm kebabs. Salad and sauces as well as meat were fresh. A small point of criticism is that the kebab meat had a bit too much salt. Otherwise the rest was very good in terms of price and performance.

Quite good. Only the “fresh champions” taste like they came from a can. In the checkout area you never know which customers have already ordered. According to the menu, a pizza topped with peppers and onions had neither of those on it.

When I used to want to eat Turkish food in Dortmund, Tandura on Münsterstrasse was my first choice. Unfortunately, this location no longer exists 😞 I usually had the minced lamb skewer with red sauce and yogurt sauce there. Plus rice with some salad. Unmatched! Thought the Lezzet could come close to that. Absolutely not👎 What a disappointment. In addition, the mince has little taste, is far too fatty and too salty. It's probably not that easy to deliver good Turkish cuisine after all🙄

Pide with minced meat to take away 7 euros. It's not OK. Especially since there was so little minced meat on it that you couldn't even taste it. Cost of goods 1 euro! I come from the catering industry myself. You won't see me again. Sorry.

Lezzet has a large selection and it's easy to sit there. In my opinion, you have to look at the store in two areas, one as a snack bar and the other as a restaurant. The kebab with extra grilled vegetables was good but unfortunately very overfilled with vegetables and yoghurt sauce, so everything leaked out at some point during the meal. A solid kebab but there are definitely much better ones. Fries and kebab plates were also harmonious. However, in addition to the classic kebab, there are also various grill dishes that are simply fantastic. For example, for 16 euros you can get grilled vegetables, 2 lamb skewers, a large portion of fries, salad, bread and all sorts of dips. All in all, Lezzet still gets “only” 4 stars from me. If you want to eat a good grilled dish, you have to dig a little deeper into your pocket than for the average kebab, but it's worth it. Definition👍

Unfortunately the staff tried to embezzle the change! This alone disqualifies this kebab shop… We always enjoyed being here. With the obviously deliberate attempt to cheat us out of the change (!), we will never buy here again, even though it was always delicious...

I wanted to have the idea how different things taste there, so I ordered this special Teller, basically it consists of chicken, lamb and turkey meat. All in all, great and rich food . Must recommended

The food (doner kebab and lahmacun) was very fresh and tasty. The price (6€/doner kebab bag; 5€/lahmacun) is very good We recommend! However, the preparation of the lahmacun takes a little longer. In the end it was worth the wait.

Since inflation, the actually good kebab (delicious with meat as well as bread and sauces) has been stretched with more and more lettuce, so that it looks more like a salad pocket. The staff occasionally loses track of the orders and people often wait longer. It's a shame - it's better to spend an extra euro and get kebabs like before!

Lezzet is really great when it comes to food. I eat here 2-3 times a month. Everything was always great. The service staff should perhaps be trained, but unfortunately they are a 1/10 every time The recommendation still goes out🤘🏻

Döner waren eher weich, so wie die Pommes. Knoblauch scheinbar aus, selbst das Tsaziki war eine simple Joghurtsauce.

Sehr leckeres Essen und schöne Auswahl

Das Essen ist super aber die Bestellung am Tresen ist eine einfache Katastrophe. Das Personal versucht den Überblick zu behalten aber natürlich gelingt das nicht wenn 5 Personen 2 Bestellungen gleichzeitig abarbeiten und auf dem Bestellungen keine Wartenummern sind aber 20 Leute vor dem Tresen stehen. Bitte holt euch ein Kassensystem mit Wartenummern, das wäre für alle deutlich entspannter. Und verkauft bitte keine Getränke, die ihr gar nicht mehr da habt.

Boaar Heerbe Bruder Alles extrem lecker und gute Qualität Dürüm phänomenal aber alle anderen grill Teller haben beste Qualität. Genauso gut zum betrunken einen Döner Essen wie mit der Familie gut Essen.

Leckeres türkisches Essen in der Saarlandstraße Perfekt für die Mittagspause. Würde aber empfehlen im Restaurant zu essen. So können die riesigen Portionen besser "verarbeitet" werden. Kein großes Ambiente im Restaurant aber ist auch nicht zum langen Verweilen gedacht, deshalb auch hier die Abstriche. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber und toller Service. Mittags immer voll. Spricht natürlich auch für die Qualität.

Open on Sunday. Owner was very accommodating to non German speaking visitors. You get a lot of food for your euro. Highly recommend if looking for Doner in Dortmund.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ambiente. Richtig große Auswahl an Essen und sehr leckerer Dönertasche. Sehr frisch geschnittenen Salate, leckeres Fleisch, Soßen und Brot. Dazu noch freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zum Mitnehmen oder am Tisch essen ist alles möglich. Man wird auch am Tisch bedient. Ich kann diesen Laden nur empfehlen.

Letterlijk de beste döner dat ik heb gegeten. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is perfect en de service is erg snel. Het eten was binnen no time klaar. Deze restaurant is het de moeite waard om om te rijden wanneer je langs Duitsland komt.
