Excellent from start to finish. Service, food preparation, atmosphere, and value for money.

Food that fully satisfies the palate and all the senses. The creations are almost unbelievably delicious. And all without flavor enhancers or other nasty chemicals. Even the pinch of salt, if used at all, is unnoticeable. The herbs and vegetables are fresh, as they should be. Special praise goes to the staff for their speed and friendliness. Only the ambiance could use a bit of a refresh here and there.

The vegan food here is sooooo good! Especially the spring rolls and the vegan duck. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

The food was delicious. We ordered chicken curry and beef noodles. The place was very cozy, the waiter was very friendly, and it was definitely one of the most affordable places to eat in Potsdam :)

Taste of the shirmp sticks with homemade dip was ok. However, they cut away at least 3/4 of each shrimp, probably to use for other dishes, so prepare for a tiny bit of shrimp and a LOT of cornflakes..

The food was delicious, with well-prepared dishes and high-quality fresh vegetables (we saw them arriving straight from the grocery store). The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with good music, and the service is very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely return.

Very disappointing experience – no responsibility and no respect for guests with food intolerances. My partner has a severe gluten intolerance. We ordered a Pho soup at this restaurant. Initially, we were served by a friendly waitress. We explicitly asked if the dish was truly gluten-free – she clearly confirmed it was. After eating (about 30 minutes later), however, my partner developed severe stomach pain and diarrhea – a typical indication of hidden gluten or poorly prepared ingredients. I returned to the restaurant the same day to clarify the situation. This time, I was approached by a different, older waiter who was also there when we placed our order. His reaction was disrespectful and defensive. He spoke to me in a high-pitched, condescending tone, claiming my friend had "eaten something bad somewhere else" (which is completely untrue!) and took no responsibility whatsoever. There was not a single word of apology from him and no interest in our concerns. I was very disappointed to see how little the staff here takes the health and well-being of their guests seriously. I'm worried that something like this could happen to others. This restaurant is definitely not recommended for people with food intolerances. —Reply to the site owner's reply— Your comment about my friend being the "millionth guest with intolerances" is simply disrespectful and completely inappropriate. It doesn't matter how many guests they are—every single case counts when you work in the restaurant industry and handle food! This trivialization of a serious health incident is appalling and shows how little you truly take the issue of responsibility and the health of your guests seriously. Whether it's the first or the millionth guest—post-meal complaints are unacceptable. Period. If someone gets sick because of your food, you should do everything you can to investigate and take responsibility instead of resorting to cynical statistics. Such statements are not only unprofessional, but hurtful. A person's health is never a number or a joke – it is always important.

Après une matinée de marche a Potsdam, nous sommes passé par hasard devant ce petit restaurant qui nous a tout de suite tapé à l’œil à la fois par sa carte mais aussi par son style. La carte est super tout le monde peut trouver quelque qui lui plaira! Ils ont même un menu enfant, ce qui est chose rare pour des restaurants de types cuisines du monde ! Alors un point en plus pour cela! Produits frais, boissons faites maison, serveur très sympathique. Une erreur sur un de nos plat mais plutôt que de le jeter ils ont préféré nous l’offrir! Et bien sûr le plat qu’il avait oublié à été refait rapidement ! Et tout était délicieux ! Bref une superbe découverte que je conseille vivement ! Et je ne laisse jamais d’avis normalement !!! Merci Le’s Cyclo pour ce très bon déjeuner !

Our favorite restaurant in Potsdam! We have tried various dishes here and have never been disappointed. On the contrary: the food tastes very tasty, especially Pho Bo and the Shrimpless Bowl. In addition, the employees are extremely loving. We regularly have food delivered directly to our home via the restaurant and are always impressed by the friendliness of the people. In addition, they have always been very accommodating when there have been minor problems. Keep it up!

The food wasn't good. I ordered a mixed Bún Chả for 16.50 euros, but the portion was very small, the food didn't taste good and was far too greasy.

We were there spontaneously and therefore without a reservation. The waiter simply moved a table from inside for us outside, as every table outside was otherwise occupied and the weather was very nice. It was extremely busy and the waiter was alone. Even though he was very busy, he was very attentive and super friendly. Considering how busy the restaurant was, the food came quickly and was very tasty. The menu is typically Vietnamese (as I know it) but particularly and creatively interpreted and there is even a vegan option for (almost) everything. We really enjoyed the food and were overall impressed with the service and food. Thank you for that!

The last time I ate at Le's Cyclo was on August 14th & there have always been incredibly nice service staff there, but on this day it was really next level!!! So genuinely friendly, so accommodating & attentive. I think that's something you rarely find anymore. You can be very proud of your employees & you have a very good hand when it comes to hiring. A real recommendation in the heart of the old town of Potsdam! This restaurant is a perfect address to eat in peace in the middle of Potsdam's beautiful old town. The dishes are not only very tasty, but also very reasonably priced. I would particularly like to highlight the vegan options – simply amazing! Everything I tried was really tasty and impressed me. Definitely worth a visit. I'd love to come back!

A bit expensive. My bowl cost 18€ and consisted of 80% rice, there were very few vegetables and the fried shrimp were not fresh but already cold. The curry, however, was very tasty.

Despite being in downtown Potsdam, the restaurant is in a very quiet location. The parking situation is, as usual, mediocre - just typical of Potsdam. The selection of dishes is manageable but there is still something for everyone (including vegan/vegetarian). The service was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I have rarely experienced such a natural and original taste of food. Really recommended.

Долго , долго, долго, без внимание … не советую….. заказ несут долго, чтобы что то ещё заказать можно 40 минут ждать пока официант снова подрйде … больше ноги моей тут не будет.

I've eaten here twice with my girlfriend and overall I'm really satisfied. Very nice atmosphere, you can sit outside and the service was really nice. What I particularly liked was the selection of vegan dishes and the fact that a large number of the dishes were also available as vegan versions. The prices were also absolutely fair, especially now in times of inflation. The food itself was delicious. You could tell that fresh ingredients were used and there were no artificial flavor enhancers. It still could have been a little spicier for my taste. It has to be said that I like to eat very spicy food and there was really hardly any spiciness here. Apart from that, it tasted great. The drinks were also super refreshing and we enjoyed the cocktails. We have many Vietnamese restaurants in Potsdam, but I would definitely recommend Le's Cyclo, especially for vegetarians.

Wir waren spontan in der sehr schönen Lindenstraße gelandet. Dort sprach uns im Vorbeigehen dieses Lokal an, welches sich erst nach dem Platznehmen als vietnamesiches Lokal herausstellte. Der Riesling, der Mangosalat mit Rindfleisch, die Bedienung und das Ambiente waren top.

Amazing experience. All of the waiting staff were super friendly and were very accommodating for the fact that we can’t speak much German! The food is delicious, great veggie options, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We ate in the outdoor seating area. It’s a shame we are flying back to England as I want to eat here again!

Today I spontaneously ate at Le's Cyclo for the first time and I was thrilled. The dishes are very fresh, tasty and prepared quickly. Very big compliments to the two men in service who were very attentive and extremely friendly. You rarely have that anymore :) I will definitely come back and also recommend the restaurant to my friends.

Went spontaneously for dinner. I had two starters. Fried dumplings were baked too long and too hot. Half of it is therefore inedible. Soaked in oil and an oil slick on the plate. Salad garnish not appealing. Shrimp sticks had a doughy center. There was nothing to associate with Asia in terms of taste. Sad and boring. Raspberry chili and mango sauce without finesse. The other sauces were average. Unfortunately the price/performance was not right. Came because of the many good reviews and left disappointed.

We ordered through UBEREATS. Unfortunately, the fish vinaigrette was forgotten in the pasta salad we ordered, which made the dish inedible. The restaurant also didn't want to resupply the sauce and referred it to UBER. Customer service looks different. Addition after the answer from the owner: It is disappointing that we are now being accused of lying. Insight looks different. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how you deal with them. In this case there was definitely NO sauce in the dish. If the reaction had been a little more customer-friendly yesterday, I would have been the last person who didn't turn a blind eye. But it was definitely the last order/visit.

Wir haben die Überraschungsplatte für 2 gegessen. Es war sehr lecker!! Der Service war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Essen war alles in allem lecker. Preis Leistung hat auch gestimmt und war damit rundum ein gutes leckeres Restaurant. Was uns überrascht hat,war der Service,der war so super freundlich, bitte macht weiter so und behaltet es euch bei,erlebt man selten so 🤗❗
