Very disappointing: waited forever for charred pizzas! We ordered from Le Grazie via Uber Eats last night. To ensure that we got our food home on time after a very long car journey, we specifically checked how long the current delivery time was (25-40 minutes was stated when ordering) and delayed the order accordingly. We ended up waiting two hours without any information. The app had been showing for the last 90 minutes that the delivery was on its way to us. We called several times and were told about technical problems. Unfortunately, the pizzas themselves weren't convincing either. I think I would actually really like the type of dough Le Grazie uses, the menu makes interesting reading too. However, our pizzas were black (not brown) in far too many places and simply tasted charred in the area. It certainly has nothing to do with “Neapolitan”. To compensate for the waiting time, we received a chocolate dessert that tasted good. Overall, ordering from Le Grazie for the first time was a huge disappointment for us! :-(

Best pizza and super nice service.

I ordered 2 pizzas today and immediately received confirmation of the preparation and the delivery time slot. After half an hour the delivery time slot was postponed by 30 minutes and that was the last sign of life for the pizzeria. When after 90 minutes there was still no delivery person, the delivery time slot had not been corrected and after 10 calls only the voicemail was answered, I decided to drive by personally and ask where my food was. First I was ignored by the staff at the counter for a good 5 minutes and then when I showed my order they told me that the pizzas had just gone into the oven. When I asked if they could agree on a small compensation for the fact that I picked up my DELIVERY myself after 2 hours, they just asked me what my problem was and then gave me 2 250ml cokes. The pizza was delicious, slightly burnt but I will never order anything there again, the service really isn't worth a single star.

Ordered online via Uber. 1.5 hours late and delivered incorrectly. Not reachable by phone in advance. I think the pizzas are delicious locally. I can imagine that the pizzas taste delicious if they are not delivered cold and soggy and everyone has already eaten something else out of necessity.

We have been customers for years, unfortunately we will no longer order there. Our order was wrong several times in a row. Products that we paid EXTRA for were not on any of the pizzas, MULTIPLE times. The boss just blames everything on his employees instead of having the balls himself. This is just a store ripping people off. No longer. Quality is plummeting while prices are becoming absurd. The store is ridiculous now. One can no longer even talk about the fact that the performance has a relationship to the price. We'll never go there again until the operator changes.

I would like to leave a positive comment for the restaurant. The Pizza Margherita 2.0 was really delicious, perfect in taste and with a wonderful consistency. However, I would have liked a little more spiciness with the Pizza Diavola. The prices weren't high and the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. I'd be happy to come back!

The food is good, no question. Delicious pizza and very Italian. I have often eaten or picked up a pizza there on site. But now this: I pre-ordered the food online, the restaurant ignores this and delivers it directly. I get a call in which I am attacked as a customer, almost insulted, and criticized. If the data on the delivery order cannot be read correctly and pre-orders can be made on the internet platform, this is not the customer's fault. Calling on top of that and not even beginning to recognize your own mistake shows a very poor quality of service and poor manners.

We were there for dinner at the end of September. We reserved online at short notice on the same day and received confirmation when it opened. It's a very small guest area, but somehow quaint. Luckily we had reservations. The pizza was simply great, I have never eaten it like that before. We'll definitely be back.

I order a pizza for dinner for myself and my little daughter. It wasn't delivered even after over 2.5 hours (20 minutes according to the restaurant on Uber). Call doesn't help, it's been over an hour now and it's constantly busy. Child goes to bed without pizza. Unfortunately, exceptionally weak.

A spontaneous visit that was worth it! We reserved a table at Legrazie at short notice and were warmly welcomed. The starters were to die for, full of authentic Italian flavors. The pizzas impressed with perfect dough and high-quality toppings. The drinks menu also left nothing to be desired and presented a selection of high-quality wines and aperitifs. The highlight, however, was the friendly host, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. An all-round successful evening that we can warmly recommend! The best thing: He reserved a table for us for breakfast the next day in the popular Café Musti. It doesn't get any better. Thank you very much ❤️

First of all: The pizza was delicious. You can tell that someone here has dealt with the topic of pizza and has put a lot of love into it. The waiters are very friendly. It took a little longer when we were there. But it was also a Saturday evening with a completely full restaurant. But that wasn't so bad as it was very pleasant to sit outside.

Pizza Margherita and antipasti are simply incredibly good. Perfect! I would also give 6,7,8...stars for the food!

Easily the best Pizza in Erfurt. Good quality and crazy good traditional dough. It's also surprisingly calm and nice there, despite the fact that it's located directly at busy streets. Looks like it will be even nicer, as both the city and the restaurant invested in greening all around. Absolute recommendation.

Nice location and good food The appetizer platter is recommended. Unfortunately the service is not good. We had to. Ordered drinks and food together and got the appetizer first. And when we had eaten these, our drink arrived. The waitress wasn't present and didn't ask once.

We had dinner there last night (Friday). Unfortunately, the staff was noticeably overwhelmed by the many pick-up orders and the guests who wanted to eat on site. The pizza was tasty, but in our opinion it could have been seasoned a little more. You have to expect very long waiting times on site and be lucky to get one of the seats (it's best to reserve in advance).

As a student, I only knew Legrazie from ordering and this week I ate there for the first time - fantastic! Super lovely, friendly staff, beautiful outdoor area and of course: reliable, delicious food! An absolute recommendation, especially the carpaccio ;)

The food is of very high quality, tastes great and is prepared with love. The mousse au chocolat was also a real highlight. It was delicious. Very tasty and authentic Neapolitan pizza. We ate on site and were very satisfied with starters such as the pizzas. We were also served very friendly. However, the map should be revised. The vegan pizzas say that they are all topped with tomato sauce and vegan cheese. Some of the vegan pizzas also state that they are topped with vegan cheese. Which in turn implies that the others were without cheese, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I'd be happy to avoid it completely. For example, pizza with pesto doesn't come with tomato sauce. Instead of Kalamata olives there were mixed olives on the pizza, which I actually prefer, but it's not on the menu.

Cozy little pizza restaurant, was by far the BEST pizza I've ever eaten. Lots of choice and it's worth trying new things. We had a salami and a Fantasia pizza. super! The service was super friendly and I would highly recommend it. We would be happy to come back.❤️❤️❤️

Legrazie offers excellent Neapolitan pizza that impresses in every way. The dough is perfectly airy and chewy, with a thin, crispy crust that gets its authentic character from the wood-fired oven. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, especially the San Marzano tomato sauce and the Fior di Latte cheese, which together with fresh basil and olive oil create a taste harmony. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly, which completes the entire dining experience. An absolute must for pizza lovers!

Unfortunately, the Insalada Mista, which was labeled with "seasonal salad variations" (there was nothing about rocket on the menu), consisted of 90 percent rocket. Good for someone who likes arugula. For me, who doesn't like arugula and didn't specifically order a salad labeled "with arugula", it's very annoying. On top of that, the dressing was extremely sour. The “fruit of the season” was completely missing. My colleagues' pizzas tasted good, but were literally dripping with oil. I still give three stars for the service because the delivery came quicker than expected. In addition, the boss was very friendly on the phone when complaining. The dessert offered to go on the house is nice, but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the messy dinner.

We placed our order and after about 15 minutes our pizzas arrived. The dough was very fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, the ingredients were all very high quality and the pesto, for example, tasted homemade. A very good experience and we will be back!

Food is really great, no question about it. But the service is underground! Waited almost 60 minutes for 1 (!) pizza, orders were mixed up, a small request to cut the pizza was only fulfilled grumpily. Paying the bill with a card is not possible because the driver has the EC device. And in the end the wish to come without a dog next time because he barked... What a shame. Update: I'll respond to the boss's comment here: Nobody accused you of preferring other guests. Ultimately, my only criticism was that the waiting times are very long. Just like many others. Neither more nor less. About the dog: aggressive? Well...if you want to describe a 5 month old dog, who is perhaps not quite as relaxed and a little more "excited" as an old dog, as aggressive, you can do that. But that is a completely wrong assessment. The fact that guests left out of fear is far-fetched. The guests who were there before us were also there after us :-) Nobody left... on the contrary. The guests around were interested in the dog... Soon you'll be throwing out guests with children if they cry... because the parents can't control them...

Inconspicuous shop with really, really good Neapolitan pizza. High quality and fresh ingredients, authentically prepared. It is rare to find a better product in major cities. Very stable price-performance ratio!

You shouldn't eat a quick pizza here. You should enjoy the pizza here, because such delicious pizza is difficult to find in Erfurt. Whether ordering, picking up or enjoying on site, everything is possible. I can only recommend Legrazie.

Best pizzeria in Erfurt! Young team, friendly employees.

A group of 9 friends had dinner there yesterday. We were well received and served straight away. The waiter was very young and therefore quite inexperienced in what he did... but well, in the end he largely did his job. Albeit a bit bumpy and a bit annoying in his manner, but he worked as a waiter. We had 3 starters and then 9 pizzas. The starters came relatively quickly and tasted good too. We had to wait a total of 2 hours for the pizzas. 2h. We were put off several times that your dough probably wouldn't work, which can happen sometimes, but still not my problem as a customer. But well, we waited. When the pizza arrived you noticed that the chef was under a bit of time pressure, my base was virtually non-existent, the toppings were very sporadic and also of poor quality. My friend's truffle pizza wasn't edible unless this huge pile of truffles had been reduced in size. Another colleague forgot the ham etc... the pizza tastes okay if you rate it as pizza. But if you evaluate them from a Neapolitan perspective, which is what they ultimately decorate themselves with, it is in the lower range. The waiter then tried to excuse us for the wait with a limoncello, but in vain. He also asked if we still rated the restaurant well, I had to giggle. Then came the bill and I really thought they were trying to make us feel good by now at the latest. Unfortunately that didn't happen either, quite the opposite. They didn't give us a cent to show that they didn't live up to their expectations of good food and a cozy evening. On the contrary, when my colleagues came to the bill they found out that the two pizza breads that were served with their starter were not included in the bill but were added externally, of which the boss deleted at least one when asked, bottomless! Sad. Unfortunately, they definitely lost a customer in me. I hope they learn from their mistakes. Ps.: I had a pizza diavola with extra onions

The pizza was good, but charging 2.50 euros extra for 5 "drops" of hot chili oil is outrageous.

The pizza is really great!! Unfortunately the drinks leave a lot to be desired. My Limochello spritz was very small and tasted completely stale. There was no carbonation in it. My red wine was super warm and therefore didn't taste particularly aromatic. No “diesel” is prepared. Please don't take this as a negative criticism, but rather as an incentive to improve and generate even more customers

Legrazie managed to trick me into my first bad Google review. I ordered via the website 2 weeks ago, specified payment via PayPal and called them after almost 2 hours without delivery. The order was apparently not received because there were problems with the website. Everything is fine up to this point, it can happen. I ordered again by phone. I was told that I would have to cancel the PayPal payment and pay by cash or card. I said I would like to pay by card and provided my name, cell phone number and address. Apparently nothing worked, 20 minutes later the whole house rang because neither my name nor phone number was there. voted. There was no card reader either because “Cash” was noted. 20 minutes later the delivery person comes back and I pay by card. I then explained the situation to the email provided in PayPal and received a completely dubious answer that I should call him. Regardless of the fact that there is actually nothing to clarify over the phone, I didn't reach anyone and wrote another email. Since then I haven't received any response to my emails, which I find quite cheeky. Can I get my double payment back please? 🙃

We ordered through the website, after 1.5 hours of no delivery, we called. Our order was in the system but was not processed. No apologies, no regrets. 10 minutes later the pizzas arrived with pretty burnt edges. That was the first and last time we ordered. Maybe it's better locally, but we don't feel the need to find out.

I was really looking forward to the Neapolitan take on pizza. I also realize that the crust is a bit beefier, but honestly, if half the pizza is crust and completely free of toppings,...well. Especially since the existing occupancy is not exactly generous, to put it mildly. The pizza with truffles we ordered was not one. You couldn't notice any truffle oil or truffle cream. Unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients is also low. You can tell this very well in the “Italian salami” and the tasteless cheese. The only way I can explain the photos in the reviews is that people ate there. I will therefore give the pizzeria another chance on site and see whether the verdict changes positively, but unfortunately a big disappointment so far, especially in view of the many positive reviews and my anticipation.
