Langendorfer Kebaphaus in Neuwied

Today was the last time I ate here. The salad, served by the boss, was a joke. €11 for only half the doner meat left on the salad and the soft cheese completely missing. The staff all seemed helpless, and my friend's food was handled by four people because no one had any idea what was being done. For that price, it's unacceptable.

Had a delicious doner sandwich. Better than Haus des Doners. We were turned away because we weren't allowed to wait inside. This place is much better!

Absolutely terrible! We ordered two doner kebabs and a roll. We specifically told them what we wanted and what we didn't want, but it still arrived exactly wrong, and completely cold. So we wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and the price was different, too. When it arrived, we had to pay €27 instead of €25.50. The chicken was completely oversalted, and everything was very cold.

Very good food, but I've ordered twice now and something was always missing. This time it was a drink, and last time it was the wrong sauce. Better to order in person than online, which is a shame.

Update July 2025: 2x doner plates: Super tasty, crispy meat, just as it should be! Great fries and delicious sauces to go with it, so for me, this is the best doner. You can sit outside, and the waiters are very attentive and courteous. They even offered a free Turkish tea after the meal, so they were very hospitable. Thank you for that, we'll definitely be back! And we'll be happy to recommend you; some "hyped" places can't keep up, just by the way. December 2024: The doner meat and bun were nice and crispy with a kind of curry sauce, something completely different, very tasty. A kind of bulgur cofte with a minced meat filling was also very tasty, so they also offer more unusual dishes outside of the usual doner kebab. All in all, highly recommended.

Very good doner kebab, nicely crisp and well-balanced. Recommended UPDATE 12.07.25 Today we ate two doner kebab plates. These were also very tasty! The unique sauce that comes with it deserves special mention. But what impressed me most was the great service. Really accommodating. At my request, they even provided extra flatbread for the delicious sauces on the doner plate, and after the meal, they even offered tea (which was even offered several times). You just had the feeling that you were welcome, not just eating quickly and then being asked to clear the table. Some restaurants could learn a thing or two from that.

So the food didn't arrive at the time I wanted. When it finally arrived, I gave the driver the amount I had to pay. Then I went back home and noticed that my Fanta was missing. When I checked further, there weren't many fries in it, and the Donner Roll was also very small. I'm very disappointed.

5 stars – Best kebab in Neuwied! I was at the Langendorfer Kebaphaus and can only say: absolute recommendation! The meat was super juicy, fresh from the spit and perfectly seasoned. The sauces were really amazing – the garlic sauce in particular was next level! Bread nice and crispy, everything freshly prepared. You can immediately tell that people work here with heart. The staff are friendly and quick, even when it's busy. Price-performance ratio is also good – for €10-20 you get quality that you can taste. For me it's clearly number 1 in Neuwied. I'll definitely be back!

Ended up there today by chance, food was top notch, the highlight was the homemade lemonade, refreshing and really homemade. The service is distinctive, personal and committed but never intrusive. The driver had to drive for around 15 minutes and the meat, the fries and the pizza were still absolutely hot. I ate a vegetarian pizza inside and it was very good. The edge is not too thin, not overloaded with cheese and the vegetables are fresh. The tables were wiped clean and the dining room was also clean. There are enough outdoor spaces. However, on very busy days it could be tight. I noticed that some of the staff were unsure because they were obviously new. There were a lot of questions from the boss about dishes. The colleague in service apparently didn't know beforehand. All guests were greeted warmly and someone was allowed to use the toilet even though they weren't a customer. Especially when children had to. Very good! The menu offers enough choice for every taste. However, the pictures of the menu that have been uploaded here so far are out of date, so I took new ones. The other dishes in customer pictures also look very tasty. There are also example images printed on the menu, which I think helps many people make their decision. Top! Overall, keep it up!
