Es ist schon erstaunlich, dass auf die Wünsche der Gäste nicht eingegangen wird. Bestellt wurde Rumpstaek medium mit Kräuterbutter, gebracht wurde Rumpsteak durch ohne Kräuterbutter, Bestellt wurde ein kleines Schnitzel, ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass es eine Seniorenportion sein sollte, gebracht wurde das Komplettmenü mit Salzkartoffeln, die nach langer Lagerung frisch aus dem Kühlschrank kamen Gewürze scheint man hier auch nicht zu kennen, alle Gerichte total fad, Obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren dauerten die Getränke 20 Minuten, Einzig mit dem Ambiente kann man nicht punkten, war ein Besuch, der leider keine Lust auf weitere Besuche gemacht hat

Schönes Ambiente, leckeres Frühstück, genügend Auswahl und Platz ,wir kommen gern wieder. Gastgeber ist auch für jeden Spaß zu haben.

We were in the Schupke's garden on a summery Sunday. The garden was very unkempt and untidy. There were only a few guests present, but we still had to wait a long time to be served. Unfortunately my drink was served with a fly in it. I brought this up and expected a quick solution (e.g. a new drink), then asked for a spoon, but it took forever to get that too. The food was also mediocre, rather simple and bland.

Really a very nice atmosphere, very friendly and considerate staff, great value for money

The four of us came by very hungry, everything was free except for one table. The choice was made quickly and we waited for our food, not entirely sure whether the waitress had understood everything. At some point all the food was at the table, at least nominally. The tarte flambée with salmon and rocket came al fresco, without any topping. After repeated requests, there were a handful of salmon snippets and frozen rocket substitute greens. All in all very disappointing and not worth the money. I can only recommend it to a very limited extent. To this day I still don't believe it was arugula!! (see image)

This place is magical. It's an amazing mix of history and modern flair, with friendly staff and innovative cuisine. It is reminiscent of the charming Michelin-starred restaurants of the Loire Valley. The delicious salad with delicious goat cheese, crunchy caramelized nuts and fruit was fantastic and we highly recommend it. I look forward to visiting again and trying other delicious dishes!

I was very annoyed because my reservation for a larger group for brunch was forgotten. There was also no brunch. This is only available for groups of 20 or more people, but unfortunately this was not communicated in advance... and only on request on the day. What was then served to us (a la card) was good and was fine as a solution, but it was not what I wanted for the celebratory occasion. I would have gone somewhere else for a la card. I am so upset and disappointed that I will never go back.

I celebrated my birthday in the barn with 40 people and a brunch. A successful celebration, thanks to the great location and the rich, delicious and well-prepared food. My guests and I were very satisfied.

We have our silver wedding anniversary on September 21st. Booked with 16 guests at the Landhaus Schupke, paid the deposit in advance and celebrated. Unfortunately. Unfortunately, trust led to disappointment! We discussed everything in detail with the boss in advance and a lot of things were simply not carried out as discussed! The individual points: 1. Seating arrangement: A horseshoe was discussed, we arrive, it's an L! There were more tables standing around unnecessarily. Spatial concept: zero! A long L, those sitting in the back are trapped - so we had to have everything rearranged first, the guests had to wait outside for so long. Unpleasant for us as hosts! Not a nice start! 2. Decoration: Apart from a few roses on the tables, there was nothing else there. More was promised. Weak! 3. Champagne reception: There were 8 champagne glasses with champagne too much! Were they charged at €6.70 per glass? (We said the number of people was 16 right at the beginning!) You couldn't tell anything from the bill! 4. The antipasti had little taste and were soggy, the bruscetta was untoasted or completely soggy. Not tasty! 5. The fillet steaks were all fried too long, hard and dry, none of them were "medium". So two went back and meat came that wasn't a fillet. The herb butter wasn't there at all! 6. The vegetarian meal was ratatouille - actually there was gnocci, change without consultation!  The pike perch with mustard sauce had rice instead of potatoes. Tiramisu and ice cream were agreed upon for dessert. Instead of tiramisu there was suddenly red jelly, not very tasty, and the ice cream was hard melons as "fruit" - nothing else!  Everything is cheapest! 7. The bill is completely incomprehensible! Unfortunately we paid straight away. We reported the whole thing to the boss. Response: None! We've actually never experienced anything like this, we've often celebrated parties outside and we're certainly not picky. We can only advise against celebrating here!

Very nice service, breakfast platter for 2 prepared with love. We often go here for breakfast. Coffee as much as you like. I can recommend.

The schnitzel is excellent, the service is friendly and attentive and the beer garden is cozy! A visit is worth it!

The event did not take place, a wedding was held on site. The owner said she couldn't stop ticket sales. And the wedding got in the way, we were sometimes put off with the words. The children's festival would be advertised on the website even the day before and informing Eventim about a cancellation isn't necessarily difficult either... well the wedding probably brings in more money We bought 3 tickets and would like the money back. Total 17.01

The whole building looks dilapidated... should probably look "old" but now one wonders whether it is even safe and whether current fire safety regulations are being followed. The service barely understands German. Even if you order using the numbers on the card, the wrong things are still delivered. The food took about 50 minutes from ordering to serving, far too long given that the restaurant was perhaps half full. We wanted to celebrate a birthday there and are disappointed. Overall, unfortunately not recommended.

We were invited here for a birthday party for brunch. The first thing we were told was that brunch was canceled. Instead, normal breakfast had to be ordered. At first it came quite quickly. But the rolls and coffee were missing. Only after a quarter of an hour did one of the group fetch the first rolls from the kitchen. And we were simply not told that you could get the coffee yourself. Oh yes, and despite asking three times, there was no ketchup for the farmer's breakfast. No apology after that - you have to understand! It's so full. Only three large tables were occupied. Conclusion: Never again

A friend was informed the day before her wedding reception that the event taking place at the same time on the wedding "side" of the beer garden would occupy the stage with a cover band for a good half hour. The music didn't fit the wedding at all and brought the bride's mood down for at least an hour during her wedding reception. The way the manager of the inn dealt with this disappointing situation was impossible and solely profit-oriented. She simply didn't care that the atmosphere of the wedding reception was completely disrupted by this concert. Zero empathy! The bride and groom had booked “all inclusive”. The extremely friendly and attentive service staff were encouraged to offer guests beer and wine. Other drinks were only served upon request directly at the bar. The Mediterranean pasta salad was way too dry. The fish (zander) was super tasty! All in all, I would recommend another location for a wedding celebration!

Schon nach der Internetsuche auf ein Duckstein gefreut, das dann nahezu kohlensäurefrei und geschmacksarm serviert worden ist. Habe ich mir nicht mehr schöntrinken können (ebenso wie ein Tisch nachbar, dem es so mit einem Duckstein ergangen ist) und schließlich zurückgegeben, um ein Carlsberg zu bestellen. Nach insgesamt 5 großen Bieren bei der Bezahlung keinerlei Kulanz - hätte ich direkt zurückgehen lassen müssen. Außerdem könne die Bedienung so etwas ohnehin nicht entscheiden, sondern nur die Chefin, die allerdings derzeit (wegen paralleler Hochzeitsfeierlichkeiten) nicht verfügbar sei. Zähneknirschend dennoch bezahlt - auf meine Anmerkung, dass eine solche Reaktionsweise wohl nicht eben förderlich für die Gästebindung ist, nur die banale Replik, das sei meine Entscheidung. Tatsächlich ist sie das: Meine Begleitung und ich haben diese lokität heute zweifach besucht, nämlich h das erste und gleichzeitig letzte Mal. Und wie es um unsere Weiter"empfehlung" bestellt ist, bedarf wohl keiner weiteren Worte mehr. Also - Alles in Allem: Vielen Dank für nur sehr wenig...

Were here for breakfast. Not recommended. Service friendly but overwhelmed and breakfast platter (€60 for four people) with dried sausage, sweaty cheese and mushy fruit. Drinks only came when we had almost finished breakfast. Thanks for nothing.

Wir waren am 23.8. gegen Abend zum Livekonzert von Rock59. Leider war es trotz bestem Wetter nur max zu 1/3 besucht. Der Service war unterirdisch. Alle die uns bedienten waren sehr freundlich, aber trotz 6 Kellnern/innen für die ca. 40 Besucher warteten wir über 30 Min.auf die Getränke und es gab ein Missverständnis bei der Bestellung, so dass die Kellnerin mit 2 Getränken für mich erschien und folglich eins zurückging, was berechnet wurde, ich aber richtig stellen konnte. Kurz vor 20 Uhr bestellten wir 1 Portion überbackene Nachos mit Dips.Kurz darauf hiess es, die Küche hat zu. Es wurde dann der Grill angeschmissen. Es wurden jedoch für andere Gäste ab 20.30 Uhr warmes Essen, Flammkuchen etc. aus der Küche gebracht, aber man war nicht in der Lage unsere einfach zuzubereitende Bestellung auszuführen. Auf die Bezahlung mussten wir wieder lange warten, es gibt wohl nur 1 Tablet.Eine google-Bewertung ersparen ich mir, ich habe gerade gesehen, dass eine schlechte, aber sehr sachliche Bewertung auch wieder mal verschwunden ist. Übrigens: Das Essen sah sehr gut aus und fand wohl auch Anklang, soweit wir es mitbekamen.

Today the five of us spontaneously went to dinner in the Schupke's beer garden. Four of the five drinks we ordered came after half an hour, and the fifth came another 20 minutes later. When we wanted to reorder drinks, we were told that we had to order inside because there weren't enough staff on site. The food came after about an hour. The “garlic bread” consisted of a baked supermarket roll…great. With the schnitzel - contrary to what was stated - no ketchup or mayo was served with the fries. Furthermore, they were sticky and tasteless. The salad consisted of a lump of goat cheese, lettuce leaves and a dressing that was pretty much just honey. Instead of one fries they brought three. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we received unfriendly looks before he took the two fries (which we hadn't ordered) back. Overall, none of the dishes convinced us. Paying was pure chaos. To pay the bill we had to go to the restaurant and wait 30 minutes until we could pay. When it was our turn, the topic of fries was brought up again: we were again accused of ordering three. There was also a drink on the bill that the waiter did not find in the warehouse and therefore was not served. In the end, 0.35l of Kiba was sold for 0.5l. All in all, an unfortunate experience. The first and last time Schupke.

We had made a reservation for 17 people days before, so in good time. Unfortunately only one staff member was planned, who seemed to be a trainee. I really felt sorry for him. The service was therefore terrible. The orders were served completely mixed up, only two schnitzels and two starter soups, side dishes were incomplete and had to be asked for several times. There were four children who were ignored. I know it so that they get first... Then suddenly a final starter, without words. You can't blame the trainee for this, the kitchen organization has completely failed. Supposedly there should always be ketchup/mayo with the schnitzel with fries. Wasn't included in the other portions served later. Repeated ordering resulted in repercussions on the bill: €2 for ketchup and €2.50 for mayo, so for five portions there was a cheeky €22.50 extra on the bill. They were just these individually shrink-wrapped plastic portions that are anything but appetizing. The downer: this complaint was accepted and repaid. If "Coca-Cola" is on the menu, you can't get Pepsi. When asked after the first sip they said: yes, it's Coca-Cola. Half an hour later, someone else asked the same waiter before reordering and was suddenly told they only had Pepsi. Salad side dish: It was tasty, but: The corn tasted very strange after several servings, my tomato slice was already shriveled, the dressing was very tasty. In terms of taste, there wasn't much to complain about from all the guests in the group. Schnitzel, burgers, steak, beef skewer were delicious. Speaking of beef skewer: that's what I ordered, €24.90. What I didn't order was sourcream, which was also served and also cheekily charged an additional €3.50. You can only see it as an emergency solution, because other popular alternatives were unfortunately closed on this Monday.

We were with 60 international guests for brunch in and in front of the “Barn”. Great brunch buffet, well served over the course of 3 hours, everyone looked after us. Clear recommendation after the new tenant Melanie and her team took over!

Schöne Location saßen unter Bäumen draußen im Biergarten angenehm kühl trotz der Hitze. Essen super lecker, zu empfehlen der Salat mit gebackenen Ziegenkäse ebenfalls der Flammkuchen . Nette Bedienung. Es war ein schöner Nachmittag mit meiner Freundin.

Yesterday we celebrated our free wedding at Schupke and then celebrated in the party barn. The boss, Melanie Niemann, organized everything very well, decorated the barn festively and gave a moving wedding speech. The buffet exceeded all of our expectations and the staff was friendly and gave us great support. Melanie is an absolute person with her heart and worked with us to make the “most beautiful day of her life” an unforgettable experience. Thanks to the Schupke team 🥰

Very nice rustic beer garden in Alt-Reinickendorf. There is an events schedule with concerts and special events. Very good food in combination with a great ambience.

A beautiful location with a very nice beer garden. We can slow down 100% every time we are there. The service staff is very attentive and ALWAYS very friendly :) There are also a lot of great events on offer. The food is always prepared very freshly, even the herbs are freshly cut. So if it takes a little longer don't get nervous, it's absolutely worth the wait. Because freshly prepared.

We ordered a delicious and rich breakfast platter for two people. The selection was very diverse and varied. They kindly agreed to our request and served more cheese instead of two types of sausage, since we don't eat meat. There were four types of cheese, salmon, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce leaves, fruit, butter, boiled eggs, cream cheese, herb dip, horseradish dip, jam and the most delicious honey ever. The platter was lovingly and decoratively prepared and was served with warm bread and rolls. We also ordered a cappuccino and cold orange juice and a croissant. The breakfast was super delicious and just right on a relaxed summer Sunday after a walk in the area. The staff is friendly, personable and accommodating. Thank you very much, we would love to come back.

Rarely have I seen a store like this. You go there, order your beer or whatever, then you are presented with a screen like this?? Oh wow, how stupid... UPD: even the game against DK was a failure times four. It was mentioned that a "solar sail" was put up so that you could see better, there was none, around 8:50 p.m. people started turning on the projector, success?? ZERO weak picture weak sound, namely none at all!! Theoretically ALL guests should have left. The real hit... there was no more Lübzer beer after 6:50 p.m., it was all gone!!! How please, everyone? What kind of bunglers are at work here? In the end you had to get the drinks yourself. That's what I call MEGA service, I can only warmly recommend to EVERYONE to avoid this "location" unless you really want to mess around here. There is no statement from the owner because he has ZERO interest in these reviews!!!

An absolute disgrace!!! We were there for the round of 16 game. We waited in line for beer for what felt like an hour, then we were told that there was only non-alcoholic and dark beer. You are unable to change a beer keg. The screen was only turned on shortly before the game started. Hardly any sound, hardly any picture. You should test something like that beforehand. A pure disappointment!!!

An absolute disaster. We wanted to watch the Germany game at your place, but about 10 minutes before the game started, the people started turning on the projector, which of course didn't work straight away, very bad picture, hardly any sound and then they also advertised drinks that can't even pour them out. They must have had no staff, so the barrels couldn't be changed. It was a really, really bad move, so we left and won't come back.

Not recommended, ordered food and never arrived. In addition, self-service, the prices are way too overpriced.

Wheelchair users Attention: The beer garden is not accessible without an accompanying person. Getting to the toilet also requires help. The entrance door to the toilets has a threshold of 4-5 cm, a stone is missing, which means your front wheel gets stuck. The toilet door could not be opened completely. Unfortunately our visit was a complete disaster! Were there for the European Championship game between Germany and Denmark. We were promised to put a reserved sign on our desired spot - it didn't work! We then had to get a table and chairs ourselves. That was no service at all. What was much worse was that none of the employees took care of the football broadcast until 8:40 p.m.! Guests (!!!) then took over! The service was not self-service... There was no soap in the women's toilet! Apparently they didn't prepare well. What a shame about such a beautiful location! We won't be coming back.

Atmosphere nice, but service extremely overwhelmed... When the service noticed that they couldn't get it organized, they switched to self-service. This means you had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get your drinks. Simply bad and not recommended for Germany games.

We had the barn for our celebration and loved it! Everything was beautifully and lovingly decorated. The food was very good and the quantity was more than sufficient. The service staff was very good and attentive. All in all, it was a great evening that we and the guests really enjoyed. The outdoor area with the hanging chairs invites you to chill out. 😀 Definitely recommended! Small details in the agreements, such as sanitary facilities, could be improved. We'll be back, thank you again!👍🤩 The broadcast of the football game was a real shame, I was there that day too. The screen was white because the sun was right on it. Unfortunately many guests left. Afterwards they immediately tried to block the sun with a large umbrella and lo and behold, everything was visible! 😉 The guests who came later probably didn't notice anything about the incident and watched the game. It is always important how and that you communicate🤷‍♀️ Of course, bad reviews are posted right away and that's a shame.

The football game between Germany and Hungary was on June 19th, 2024 at 6 p.m. Four of us had reserved. When we arrived at 5:30 p.m., the screen was set up. There was no soap, paper to dry hands or disinfectant in the toilets at the time. Then we go to the food distribution. Paying was quick, but there was nothing on the grill yet!!! Took about 30 minutes. Then to get drinks. There were 3 people there serving the bar. It was only moderately busy. It took forever. Note: I have never drunk such an adulterated special 3/4 Fanta 1/4 Cola. The game started at 6 p.m. Because of the position of the sun, you couldn't see absolutely anything on the screen. Just hear the sound. Towards the end of the first half, the staff tried with great difficulty to get a slightly better picture with an umbrella. By then, about 2/3 of the guests had already left. In the second half, the screen was positioned so that you could actually see something. It's not the first time that a football event has taken place here. It was completely unbearable.

It used to be a really nice destination, nice beer garden, nice staff, good food. But what happened to it: the staff doesn't understand me, can't do anything (waited 30 minutes for a drink), and generally doesn't give the impression that anyone in service has learned their job or at least understands it; You can feel sorry for one of the cooks, he also has to serve his food (which was quite good considering the circumstances), the beer garden looks unkempt now, rats run around the area, they're that trusting; On the whole - if I find an operator who takes their business seriously and understands their job, I would be happy to come back! Until then - good luck!

The widely announced public viewing game between Germany and Hungary was the biggest failure. You had to wait a long time for the food (bratwursts were not prepared and were only put on the grill when ordered). The playback on the screen was nil and the unfriendly staff said it would be better in the dark. The kick-off time was 6 p.m. Schupke: Never again!!!

The European Championship game Germany vs Hungary was switched on 5 minutes before kick-off, on a self-made screen on which you couldn't see anything (poor picture quality)! A catastrophe to advertise something like that, we left immediately after kick-off and had to look for a new location to watch football. Beer was sold in 0.5L and served in 0.4L cups. We wanted to watch the European Championship group game against Hungary with kick-off at 6 p.m. there. At 5:30 p.m. we slowly started setting up the (very small) screen and accessories. The first "picture" was taken 10 minutes before kick-off. But there is absolutely no question of a picture, you didn't see anything at all! It was far too bright. The beer garden was full, people wanted to watch football and were disappointed. There was nothing except a bright image with outlines. There was also no attempt to move the screen further back or darken it. Zero service, people left the place in droves. I've never experienced anything so bad. We won't be entering this store again! No attempt was made to create a European Championship atmosphere beforehand, nor was any effort made to ensure that the event was not cancelled. In other words: Shame on you at Landhaus Schupke!!!

Public viewing - or also: as you see, you see nothing! We (12 people) were there for the Germany game today and left after a few minutes because we saw 0.0 of the game. In the photo the game was already underway... The screen was only turned on 5 minutes before kick-off and caused great displeasure among everyone involved. It's a shame to advertise with public viewing and then offer something like that. We will definitely never come back.

We were very disappointed today. We chose the Landhaus Schupke for breakfast after our civil wedding. This was also announced there and asked for a decorated table. When we got there there was no sign of it, which was a shame. When I asked why nothing was done, I got the answer: we have a big wedding today, so our request was probably lost. Next time it would be different... So, we have no intention of getting married again and found this statement more than inappropriate... You couldn't go wrong with breakfast but the coffee was bad, I don't even want to talk about the cappuccino... Conclusion: We will avoid this store and will no longer be guests. The satisfaction of the guests is not what counts here. Zero recommended!!!!

There are dogs in the store, which is why I unfortunately had dog hair in my meal the other day! This is so disgusting.

In order to watch the opening game between Germany and Scotland in one location, we have reserved some seats in advance by telephone. When we got there we had to pay an entrance fee of 10 euros per person, even though we drank and ate there and of course we paid for that too. However, there was no mention of the “entrance fee” when making the reservation. When we asked, we were told that the 10 euros was for the band and “everything around it”. We didn't hear anything from the band because they had already stopped playing for the renovation. Wouldn't have been interested in listening to the band anyway. Basically, I have no problem paying an entrance fee as long as you are informed about it in advance. The event also seemed a bit uncoordinated. You also had to wait a long time for service. I will not visit the location again.

From 100 to 0 within a few months, Easter brunch was great, nice friendly staff, then the times, unfriendly, service lousy! Sunday brunch suddenly doesn't take place, despite email traffic, no information! Wanted to see the opening game of EM 24. Were bitterly disappointed. Bad service, very small screen, didn't have a good view and for a €10 entrance fee. Left before kick-off. Schupke used to be very good. I will never go there again.

Very nice staff, good food and a nice beer garden atmosphere, what more could you want on a beautiful Sunday in May. You can tell that you are welcome as a guest and that the operators are making an effort. We will definitely come back.

There was very tasty food for brunch. The buffet was very rich. The service is excellent. Great keep it up!

Were there today after a very long time for a small party with 20 people. It was also the last time for a long time. The drinks (beer, spritzers, etc.) were completely without sparkling water. I really don't know what to say about the food: warmed starters, cold and dry main courses, some old meat. We didn't even want to go for dessert. The staff tried hard, but some were very inexperienced and unfriendly.

Zero stars!!! This store is the epitome of kinky! Where do I even begin... The ambience of this shithole is terrible. The house is falling apart, chairs and tables inside are from another century, centimeter-thick layers of dust everywhere, mold on the walls, the toilets are a complete disaster (pee and feces everywhere) and otherwise the toilets aren't really in a good condition ! There's so much that can be said about the food that I don't recommend anyone eating there!!!!!!! The food was cold and not edible! The schnitzel was full of tendons, half raw and dark gray inside. Regarding the steak, it can be said that a shoe sole would taste better and the baked potatoes were freshly prepared 3 weeks ago (these were apparently just warmed up again and were white on the inside). The garlic soup wasn't a highlight either... it was warm but it wasn't fresh either. You can't really go wrong with drinks, but this place totally screwed that up too. Carbonated drinks had nothing to do with carbon dioxide. You should mix your own apple spritzer because the waiter was too polite. The beer was also non-carbonated and warm. In addition, the black hair on the edge of the plate was my highlight... The service was rather very annoyed and unfriendly. Clueless and untrained staff! No idea how to hand food or drink to the customer! The staff banned our wedding group from playing any music, even though other wedding groups were allowed to play music. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant!!! If you want to get food poisoning, you are of course welcome to visit this restaurant.

Very nice restaurant. They accompanied us well at our funeral service. The boss is super nice and sensitive.

I've been here a lot and it's ok, but since there are new operators it's no longer worth a visit. It's a shame about the great beer garden

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. We were at Landhaus Schupke for Mother's Day brunch and I had called days before to reserve a table. Everything worked out perfectly, except that it was explained to me on the phone that the mothers would receive a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day brunch. I was also informed that a glass of champagne was included for the adults and a glass of orange juice for the children. Instead of the bouquet of flowers, the mothers received a single rose. You can also ignore that. We also got the sparkling wine, but the orange juice was suddenly no longer included. The buffet price for the children did not include a drink at all. The water we ordered was only tap water. Not too bad if you don't get it for the price of pure spring water. There was nothing wrong with the meal. It was well presented and there was a good selection of cold and warm dishes. But no suitable dishes could be found for it. There were tons of spoons lying there, but there was no sign of knives or dessert spoons. We couldn't really communicate with the staff either. When we were told that bowls and plates were missing, only two bowls and two spoons were given out from the kitchen. Conclusion: There is a lot of advertising to the outside world, but what is promised is ultimately not delivered.

Was invited to a birthday. The tables weren't ready and the seats were far too cramped. Buffet was not sufficient. Service left a lot to be desired. Not recommended.

We were guests at the Dance in May with a total of 9 people and had also purchased 9 tickets for it. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful weather and the beautiful location, our anticipation was very dampened: - It was actually NOT checked whether the guests also had entry tickets. - This meant that we initially couldn't find a place to sit - no wonder: so many seats were occupied by guests without tickets. - We were literally "laughed at" for actually paying for it (as I said: 9 people!). - Unfortunately, our multiple complaints and requests for seats or a standing table from the managing director and her partner were not taken seriously in any way. - What was really bad, unprofessional and embarrassing was the announced "DJ": to call the free version of YouTube on the tablet such a thing is audacious. When almost every song is interrupted by a loud advertising clip, you really lose the desire to dance. - And the fact that several types of beer are "out" shortly after 10 p.m. also seems rather unprofessional. Overall we were disappointed. It's a real shame, as something could really be done with the beautiful ambience. But that's probably not going to happen.

There were dusty chairs in the room...the young man from the service was very friendly. Unfortunately he couldn't complete all the tasks...I had the impression that he had to work somewhere else...as a result we couldn't get enough drinks The price included...it was also sad that there was no more draft beer, which was also in the package...when asked, a new barrel was tapped after a long wait...the warm food was extremely small for the number of people...the celebration could start with about 1 hour because not everything was ready... the space at the table was super tight... The bottom line is that it was anything but relaxed...

Unfortunately, our room wasn't beautifully designed for our celebration, it was set up far too narrowly, there was hardly any space for eating for 30 people, there were lots of dusty tables and chairs standing around the room, the service tried a lot at the counter, but didn't get any support from the boss, nothing was ready when we were there and she didn't have time to take care of us, she reacted very unfriendly to my guests' complaints, even though everything was agreed upon in detail and stated in 3 emails, nothing was well prepared. The food was far too little, the food warmers weren't even half full, there was little meat and the wrong sauce, the changes were ignored. Drinks also ran out quickly. We waited a long time for drinks because one of the waiters couldn't manage it, the boss could have supported him, but she didn't do that. My guests were very disappointed and so was I. You can't recommend that there for a big celebration.

Schupke in the barn is ideal for a private celebration. Everything was well organized, although afterwards there were more guests than seats so some retrofitting had to be done The buffet was very good, except for... E.g. knife for the bread was missing. They're just small things, but it's the overall impression that counts.

Some of the staff don't even speak German and don't understand you when you want to split the bill. You could hear some of the staff talking loudly in other languages ​​in the hallway. Waited forever for food. Everything seems absolutely unprofessional and unstructured. There was probably hair in the food at the next table. There was no compensation. Unfortunately the cutlery was stained with water. Tap water was charged extra 3 times for €4.90. Ketchup and mayo were also easy for everyone. 2 euros on the bill by law. New hospitality and not very loving. Toilets were clogged and dirty. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all! We'll never come back. It's a shame for this very nice place with a beautiful garden. :(

We bought tickets for Tanz in den May through Eventim. Tickets were not checked, so the beer garden was completely full. But you could only order drinks at the table. We then spoke to the owner. She said, very rudely, that we could leave if we didn't like it. We then found a waiter to look after us and finally got a table at 10pm after the band had stopped playing in the beer garden. We left at 12:05 a.m. because there was nothing going on. Don't dance into May!

Dance into May was disappointing. Tickets €9.50 purchased in advance. Then nothing was checked and everyone could just come in. Life band until 10:15 p.m. was great, but very, very small dance floor. A pity . Afterwards there was supposedly a DJ but apparently there was a radio with advertising for McDonald's. From 10.30 p.m. it's almost half empty and there's no atmosphere. Definitely not here again next year.

I booked and paid for six tickets for an event (via EVENTIM) “Dance into May”. Then we arrive and can go to the beer garden without being checked. Why do I pay €9.50 per person if it's not necessary? I have no idea how many people are/were at the event without advance payment. In any case, there were no seats available. There weren't even nearly enough seats available on site. The neck steak, for €6.90, was raw, not enough on the grill. No wonder, it was grilled in the dark. The grilled sausage for €4.90 was also really not tasty The beer from the tap at €5 for 0.5 liters is OK... but the rose in a plastic cup doesn't work at all. Especially not for €7.50 AND I can't pay with a card, only with cash. Very dubious. I don't anymore, I'm very disappointed.

Agreements are no longer remembered and the organizer must accept all mistakes. However, if you as a guest arrive earlier (due to the weather) you cannot expect any understanding from the organizer. The food was also not served as agreed. An alternative was only offered after repeated requests. Food was not justified price/performance. The arrangement of the tables was also agreed upon in advance and was not implemented on the day of the party because the organizer apparently could not remember the agreement. A flat rate for drinks was also agreed in advance, but the organizer didn't know anything about this on the day of the party. The event was scheduled to start with coffee and cake at 4 p.m. When 15 minutes later nothing happened, we asked what was going on with the coffee and cake. Only upon request were around 9 pieces of cake and 8 pieces of red fruit jelly (which was actually supposed to be served with dessert) set up - for almost 30 people! The remaining desserts were then served with the main course. Alcoholic drinks were available at 6 p.m., but the beer taps didn't start cleaning until 4 p.m. We were told that there had been other celebrations two days before and that was why there were no more 1-2 beers. The service staff was very unfriendly, could hardly speak German, was constantly away (smoking), and ate behind the counter. No glasses were cleared away by the staff, so you were given rose wine from a martini glass. In short: poor service and hardly any understanding towards the guests

We went to Easter brunch with the family and it was a total failure for us. Coffee tasted like it was from the day before and was lukewarm. They offered to make a new one, but it didn't taste good at all either, but now it was hot. Alternative drinks are not offered, they cost extra, which is really cheeky given the price of €24.95. Even if you have children with you, you have to order something extra. There was cheese, sausage and a lot of fish, but that didn't justify the price. When we wanted to pay around 11 a.m., we were told that there would still be warm food, which was not communicated to us in advance, although there were containers for it, but there was nothing in it. Since I didn't drink the coffee, I asked about the online price of €19.90 (brunch without coffee), the answer was that we don't offer that at Easter. It's a shame, it's a shame we won't go there anymore

Unfortunately, after no good experiences in the past, we should see about this today, but unfortunately it will continue in the same way with new management. Unfortunately, Schupke never again.

At the weekend we met friends in this restaurant. The Wiener Schnitzel was far too thick and tough with breading dripping with fat, only lukewarm and the asparagus was overcooked. It was cold and drafty in the restaurant. The wine was okay, but heavily overpriced. It costs just under 8 euros in the store, but was quoted at 49 euros in the restaurant. All I can say is: This restaurant won't see me again!

We went there for breakfast. The prices do not match the internet. For example, the farmer's breakfast costs €5 more. Where did the chef do his training? We definitely won't come here again.

We were there for brunch. Costs per person Euro 24.90. So not a little. Only filter coffee is included here. No tea! You have to pay extra for this. Without coffee it costs 19.90 euros. Food was very good, various types of sausage and cheese, salmon, fish. Some fruit, scrambled eggs with bacon, boiled eggs, waffles, soup and two hot dishes. Also various types of bread and rolls. If you want to complain about something about the food, it would be that there was only yoghurt and jam. That's why it's a shame that people are so confused about hot drinks and exclude tea.

Well, that won't work. There was no one present when we entered the restaurant and it lasted about 5 minutes. Then we got the wrong card, the coffee from the machine was still not warm 35 minutes after it opened, and a few things were missing from breakfast. Rolls are terrible baked products, the decorative salad is wilted, the orange is dry. Breakfast for two is at least sufficient and overall ok. When you pay and leave, no one is seen again. We could have cheated on the bill, but that's not our style. The ambience is still great, rustic, but the toilets don't work at all. It's a shame about the country house, actually a great place with a lot of potential. But this unprofessional approach does not polish up the bad image of the past.

New Year's Eve wasn't perfect, but ok!!! Food tasty, good + plentiful; unfortunately set up in the hallway/passage (hygiene??). Drinks self-service narrow & limited selection (1 schnapps would be fine, right?). The band was great, the atmosphere in the barn was great... but it was also quite cramped: do I want to have the dancers in my back all the time?? Conclusion for us (couple aged 60): Keep going, Reinickendorf needs a location like this! The potential is there and you are trying hard, we will be happy to support and accompany the development into THE Wittenau event location!!!
