Schnitzel could be a little bigger. But taste very good. Prices go up.

I had an onion roast there, the meat looked like it was streaked with fat from the neck and there was a strip of tendon or whatever you call it running through the middle. This meat had nothing to do with onion roast roast, it was just a shame to serve something like that

We were in the beer garden and unfortunately a bit disappointed with the service. Although it wasn't very busy, it took half an hour for our order to be taken. Guests who had arrived at the same time had already had their food. During the course of the evening (3 hours) the waitress only came to us once. Too bad! The food was wonderful, both in terms of taste and to the eye. The ambience is spoiled in summer by the extremely loud traffic, but the tenants can't do anything about that.

From a local perspective, the Schlösslekeller near Lauingen was and is great! Unfortunately the "landlords" don't fit in and I have to say: It's good that the tenants are changing soon!!!!! If I want to run an upscale restaurant, I also have to know how to deal with criticism, legitimate criticism. Everything can't always be 100%, that's clear, but dismissing a complaint from a guest that the waitress has forwarded to the boss with a derogatory hand gesture and the comment "Whatever" is not appropriate. The boss didn't come to our table to make inquiries herself, but even had the waitress prepare the bill and collect it. This is bottom drawer for a place like this!

+ Food excellent. - Changing your order (from spaetzle to potato salad) costs €2.50 extra - Water 0.5l for €4.90 is already hearty.

We were on a bike tour on Sunday and stopped at Schlößle for lunch. We ordered 1x schnitzel with fries and 1x stuffed roast pork with spaetzle. Both the schnitzel and the roast pork were tasteless. The schnitzel (small) consisted of more breading than meat and was visibly a deep fryer schnitzel. The sauce on the roast pork was glassy and tasteless - the price/performance ratio was far from being right. Once and never again.

You can sit beautifully in the beer garden. There is sufficient parking space. The menu is small but nice. The food was lovingly prepared and tasted very good. The side salad is very varied and well prepared.

We were in the Schlösslekeller with a large group. Very tasty roast pork with the crispiest croquettes I've ever had. Super nice service - we'll be happy to come back :)

Our visit here was simply fantastic. We were recently guests here in a group and were pampered on all sides. The beer garden is not only beautifully designed, but also invites you to linger. The interior of the restaurant is equally impressive, with modern and stylish decor that pleases the eye. The service was outstanding and met our every need before we could voice it. A real highlight was undoubtedly the food! Each dish was a true feast for the senses and cooked to perfection. I can't wait to dine here again and discover more culinary masterpieces. Absolute recommendation!

Attention gourmet block - owners beware: Mother's Day is a public holiday in this restaurant. Even though the blocks were on the table, they couldn't be used.

I arrived here on Saturday with my truck. The weather was nice and that's why I sat outside. Ate very well. I was surprised, the food tasted very good and looked very nice too. I actually wanted to come back on Sunday but unfortunately I didn't see that the restaurant was closed early. Thanks and greetings from Holland!

We had a Viennese style schnitzel. For a “Wiener Schnitzel from the topside of the veal" is simply far too thick! The price/performance ratio here is borderline (€25.90). But it's doable with a voucher book or gourmet block. You should perhaps not rely too much on the gourmet block here, as the prices are fundamentally a bit too high For what you get, 0.5 drinks cost around €4.

Had a really nice evening here in the Schlösslekeller. The restaurant is lovingly furnished and we received a warm welcome. The attentive boss provides great service. The roast pork and the fresh wild garlic cheese spaetzle were perfect. The plates are tastefully prepared. It's nice that regional/seasonal cooking is still being done here. As someone who rarely leaves reviews on Google, I couldn't resist doing this. Just beautiful, keep it up! Thanks :)

Super delicious! We've already spent a number of lovely evenings in the Schlösslekeller and will definitely be back. The food is really first class, great service, lovely people - it couldn't be better!

Very nice atmosphere. The food looked good and tasted good. Unfortunately there was very little salad dressing. Veal schnitzel for the price was very dry and the breading wasn't great. The other food was delicious, but unfortunately she didn't ask what you wanted when it came to the onion roast. We were disappointed with the service from the waitress (the boss). There were 2 families, one of them got there before us and got their drinks and menu straight away. When we came, it took forever for the boss to take our drink. She preferred to serve two tables that came after us. When my wife said we would like to order, she said she would come right away, but it took another few minutes until she finally came. After more than 45 min we had our drinks. She was very friendly to the other guests in the next room where we were sitting and was a bit cold to us, maybe it was because we had 2 gourmet blocks. We've been on the terrace several times in the summer and the service was great and so was the food. Unfortunately the conclusion is very disappointing.

Incredible! Spontaneously decided in the Schlößlekeller in Lauingen for lunch... and what can I say: I've rarely been so positively surprised!! An enrichment for German cuisine in the Dillingen district!! The choice fell on trout Müllerin style and rump steak. Both traditional dishes, but interpreted in a great modern way. The cooking point of the rump steak was PERFECTLY hit medium-rare! You can tell that a master chef was standing at the stove here. And then the homemade apple strudel at the end...heavenly😍.Lots of finesse, great round taste and a lot of attention to detail... The restaurant itself is very tastefully decorated and great attentive service! Absolutely recommended!!! Great job - thank you Kristin and Timo!! 🥰

Sehr leckeres Essen, schön angerichtet. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt und man bekommt was für sein Geld. Man wird gut satt von der Portion. Für die kleinen gibt es auch eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal bzw. die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 👍👍👍

Fachlich sehr gute Komponenten Auswahl. Auch die „Deko“ am Essen sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt. Besonders die Sauce beim Burgunder Braten ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Auch am Fettrand beim Braten konnte man die schonende Verarbeitung und die hohe Qualität des Fleisches und der Verarbeitung erleben. Ebenso beim BbQ Burger… bestens herausgearbeitete Komponenten im Zusammenspiel im Ganzen. Für uns ein Geschmackserlebnis der besonderen Art. Auch beim Service merkt man an den Kleinigkeiten wie man bedient wird, dass dies gelernt wurde. Rundum… sehr gerne 5 Sterne. Uns sehr gerne kommen wir spontan wieder, obwohl es eine Frage der Zeit sein wird, dass dies spontan nicht mehr möglich sein wird. Dies gönne ich den Wirtsleuten von Herzen. Es war ein perfektes Erlebnis für die Sinne

Der Schlösslekeller, oder wie ihn viele Lauinger liebevoll nennen „Mausfall‘“ ist an sich sei jeher eine gute Adresse. Die Lage und die Räumlichkeiten, aber auch der Biergarten sind einfach besonders. Zu Qualität und Geschmack der Speisen habe ich nichts hinzuzufügen, da ist bereits alles gesagt. Weiter so!

Super Essen (Schweine-Filet mit Spätzle) der Salat war der Beste den ich je gegessen habe. Freundliche, schnelle Bedienung. Alles perfekt

Wir waren am Mittwoch Abend da, es war ein richtiger Gaumenschmaus. Wer in der Nähe ist sollte unbedingt dieses Wirtshaus besuchen, tolles Ambiente super Koch und vor allem top Service wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr wieder LG

Das Essen dort ist super lecker, sehr schön angerichtet. Preislich voll in Ordnung. Der Service einwandfrei, und sehr freundlich. Sogar der Koch selbst brachte das Essen an den Nachbartisch. Bei der Auswahl der Speise wird man nicht überfordert mit Auswahl, das Essen war frisch zubereitet, und mit Liebe ins Detail. Einwandfrei!

Es ist schon krass das man das heutzutage sagen muss,aber es gibt nicht mehr vieleRestaurants wo man gut essen gehen kann. Geplant war der Besuch hier heute gar nicht,aufgrund von Regen haben wir da einfach mal gehalten und geschaut und wurden mehr als überrascht. Das steckt viiiel Liebe im Detail...vom Empfang bis hin zum Dessert ein Genuss fürs Auge und fürs Bauchi...Wir haben gleich wieder für Sonntag reserviert und das wird nicht das letzte Mal sein...Macht weiter so,,genauso ist es richtig❤️❤️❤️

Leckeres Essen und netter Service.

Wow! Geschmacklich, optisch und qualitativ ganz großes Kino. Würde man hinter dem Namen (der eher auf gut bürgerlich schließen lässt) nicht vermuten. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Koch selbst hat sich sogar dafür interessiert wie es geschmeckt hat, und noch beiläufig erklärt, wie er diese zubereitet. Der Biergarten rund ums Restaurant, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eine absolute Empfehlung an alle, die eine sehr gute und frische Küche zu schätzen wissen. Hier hat jemand sein Küchenhandwerk definitiv gelernt!

Super essen, vor allem die Forelle, egal wie angerichtet

Wir haben spontan ohne Reservierung dort gegessen, zwei Erwachsene mit drei Kinder. Ambiente, Lokal, Essen und Bedienung war alles top. Wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen, gut beraten und auch schnell bedient. Wir hatten eine bunte Mischung aus der Karte ausgelesen und jedes Menü war sehr gut zubereitet. Das Meiste selbstgemacht (Bsp. Mayonnaise-Sauce, allg. Saucen u.s.w.) und knackfrisch aus dem Garten. Bedienung, Küchenpersonal sowie der Patron waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
