A great cafe & restaurant. In the evening there is live music in a family atmosphere with a delicious cocktail and a water pipe. You can relax and end the evening with friends or family.

This morning I was at the La Sude restaurant in Duisburg, where I usually like to have breakfast with my family. Unfortunately, this time I had an extremely unpleasant experience. At breakfast from the open buffet, I bit into an omelette and immediately noticed an intense taste of dishwashing liquid. It was so strong that it was impossible to continue eating. When I asked the waitress about it, I was initially treated with disbelief. Another employee then confirmed that there had been a similar problem the day before. Still there was no apology or explanation, instead I was simply ignored. When paying she asked me as if nothing had happened “How many people do you want to pay for?” Instead of saying I don't have to pay anything. I don't care about the 14€ but you don't treat your customers like that. No accommodation, no apology, nothing. Additionally, I felt very bad for hours afterwards. This type of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was last at La Sude two months ago and loved everything. Today, on a Sunday off work, I was once again looking forward to a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, I discovered that the offer was heavily reduced. Many products have been removed from the range, especially the hot meat dishes. This is probably due to the high costs and low profit margin if more meat is offered. In total I spent €20 per person on vegetables, bread and cheese - and mechanically separated meat (sausage and salami). For dessert I tried a baklava that didn't contain any nuts - here too the contents were saved. To me it feels like you are deceiving the guests and illegally taking their money out of their pockets. In addition, this breakfast is rather unsuitable for athletes because it has a very low protein content and you have to eat a lot of carbohydrates to feel full. Pretty unhealthy breakfast. The service and the ambience are fine.

This evening we went out with family at the above-mentioned “restaurant” and are deeply disappointed. With so many deficiencies, you don't even know where to start... Meat Starting with the heart of every grill restaurant, the criticism is that the quality of the meat was really bottom drawer. The chicken skewer and the Adana skewer may have seen the inside of the grill for a few seconds. The chop (Pirzola) had a meat-fat ratio of 30%/70% which is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, kebab meat has no place on a grill plate and this is just a pathetic attempt to fill the overall picture. The classic Lavaş bread was inexplicably left out completely, which makes the dystopian price of €30 even more incomprehensible. Coziness Unfortunately, the “restaurant” doesn’t give a damn on this point either. As part of the eating process, I had to tactically weigh up whether the knife or the side of my fork was blunter/sharper. With the knife provided, it was not possible to cut the peppers into small pieces without using considerable force that is not appropriate at the dinner table. It should also be mentioned that the waiters overall seemed very incompetent and it was not a pleasant experience to communicate with them due to the language barrier. This in no way means origin, but a certain language level and demeanor should be the order of the day. Last but not least, I would like to say that it is an outrage not to offer your own shisha area. If you already offer shisha in such an establishment, you should at least ensure that guests do not have to inhale shisha smoke from the neighboring table while eating. I prefer to eat my meat without the double apple flavor! Conclusion All in all, it was not a nice experience overall. The facility does not live up to its reputation. You can find cheaper and better quality alternatives throughout Duisburg, which is why I will under no circumstances set foot in the “restaurant” again in the future.

I never discriminate between people, but I went to the Turkish restaurant. It turned out to be a Bulgarian Restaurant, all the employees are Bulgarians. The Bulgarian waiters wanted 5 euros for 2 small, stale and tasteless teas. Prices are ridiculous. Workers have cheap rates. The food has no taste, only the surroundings of the place are beautiful. But of course, it is out of the question for me to go to such a terrible restaurant again.

The women complained about the food. We ordered fish and the fish was from the previous day. Then they brought us new fish, but it had no taste and was very dry like cardboard. In addition, a young lady who was nice, but very unhygienic when serving, dried the plates with her hands and leaned them against her stomach. I personally didn't find it appetizing to eat from these plates. So, guys, if you want to eat delicious food and don't want to waste your money, then I don't recommend this restaurant. We were there to break the fast, and we charged 44.99 or so right at the entrance. That's too much - no one can eat that much after breaking their fast. There was a lot of choice but not for vegetarians. I didn't even eat for 10. We went to la sude for breakfast today with our little son. My little one ate cereal with milk. When we got back home at lunchtime, it started in the afternoon. He ruined the margins. They won't last long. The food is a complete disaster, frozen stuff and the quality is as cheap as possible. Get as much profit as possible. Baklava without filling, just dough. Rice stuck together and made carefree. I just left there hungry for €45! Restaurants that focus on quality may not earn as much as you, but will last many, many years longer because they have customers who know what they are getting there. Don't you feel ashamed about serving frozen kebab? Serve dough baklava with syrup? Do you think a customer who even knows a little about what good quality food is will come to you a second time?
