Great service, food was very tasty, I can only recommend it 😊

For us the experience was positive and we ate well. Although there is no menu in English, the waiter and the owner were friendly (we are often taken for fools as tourists), the service was fast and the food was good. In the evening the terrace was quiet (August 15) and the tables were well spaced, you didn't feel crowded with your neighbors. Note that we had a dog which was accepted on the terrace. A good experience for us.

Can't complain about the food, the pizza was good. But I have rarely experienced such unfriendly staff. Starts with the eyes being rolled because you didn't make a reservation (the restaurant was half empty) and ends with you being bullied when you want to share a side salad with your pizza. They'll never see a cent from me again. You can't beat it when it comes to arrogance.

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. I have never experienced something so cheeky and unfriendly towards a customer... We asked if it would also be possible to share a pizza. In any other restaurant this isn't a problem... We asked politely and not only did we get a rude answer, the waiter swore at us in Italian as we walked past... We asked him about it because we understood every word of it , to which we only get a stupid grin in return. The first and definitely last time. Impossible!!! That's not how you treat customers!! Under all drawers!! The customer is definitely not king here! just bad and not recommended....

Impossible! We wanted to share a pizza and the owner told us (even though he had known my husband for years) he can't bring a second plate or he'll ruin the restaurant. He was super rude. We just walked out. He responded just as rudely last year when we asked for a table during the week without a reservation! Don't waste money!

You can eat outside. This is great in summer :-).

The pizza was good, my meat was cut too unevenly and so the smaller and thinner pieces were done and the larger pieces were medium. I'm sure the chef can manage the cooking levels, but only if the meat is cut cleanly. Otherwise a simple but good restaurant.

Wanted to eat something here for lunch on a shopping Sunday. But we were then turned away quite unfriendly by the waiter with the comment “Read the menu, we have lunch break”. You can do it that way, but it can also be friendlier... Pizzas looked delicious though 😋

We came here from Ulm and our friends from Gladbach to eat here after a football game. Our service was friendly (don't understand the reviews). Not the cheapest prices but tasty and I'm happy to pay more. It was just a little too warm for us and there was a lot of noise. If we are in HDH again, we would be happy to come back.

Food was good, no question. However, the landlord is so incredibly unfriendly that I will definitely not come back. The question of adding an extra ingredient to the pizza is a problem. Every time you spoke to the innkeeper, you had the feeling you were getting on his nerves. I rarely write reviews but the behavior of the landlord triggered me so hard to write one. So guys, if you're in the mood for great food, I can recommend LA Strada, but I would advise you to use the takeaway version like in good old 2020

Excellentes Essen in einem familiären kalabrischen Ambiente. 👍🏼 Zu Recht [muss ich sagen] eine Institution seit 35 Jahren in Heidenheim. Toll ist die Tages- / Wochenkarte. Mit Kids hervorragend.

Weihnachtsfeier Naja was soll man sagen, damit die Weihnachtsfeier überhaupt stattfinden kann musste man Vorspeise Hauptspeise und Nachtisch bestellen. Service nicht wirklich freundlich und ein Halbes Glas Rotwein 8,-€. Und um 22:30 Uhr wird auf die Uhr gezeigt...so das wars. Das La Strada hatte auf jedenfall schon bessere Zeiten.

Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre, Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Wir haben spontan dort für 6 Leute an einem Samstagabend einen Tisch bekommen. Das Restaurant liegt im ersten Stock und ist genau so, wie man sich den süßen Italiener um die Ecke vorstellt. Direkt beim Namen begrüßt hat man sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist wirklich eine 10/10. Das Personal lebt das Restaurant, alle sind von einer italienischen Herzlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit. Das Essen war etwas teuerer, aber dafür sehr große Portionen und kam sehr schnell. Würde ich hier wohnen, wäre es mein Stammitaliener!

Sehr gute Pizza und hervorragende Fischgerichte. Der frische Schwertfisch mit Kartoffeln und Pizzabrot ist eine Köstlichkeit. Sehr freundliches Personal, das nicht auf sich warten lässt. Man fühlt sich hier wie in Italien. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die vegetarische Pizza war sehr lecker und auch das gegrillte Gemüse mit Brot war ausgezeichnet. Das Brot aus Pizzateig frisch aus dem Ofen und das Gemüse war garniert mit Ruccola… sehr zu empfehlen! Es ging sehr schnell, Service sehr aufmerksam…

Das Essen war leider zu fett und die Pizza war mehr als nur durchgeweicht... super belegt, Aber untern hin halt durchgeweicht Meinem Sohn haben die Trüffelnudeln gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich und er hat meine Frau "angepflaumt". Das Ambiente des Restaurants war OK.

Die Past war der Wahnsinn! Authentisch, italienisch! Man kann schön draußen sitzen. Es gibt auch eine große Wein- und Bierauswahl. Best Italiener in town. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eine Freundin und ich waren heute gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern in der Osteria la strada essen. Der Service war super freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Pizza war schnell fertig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Wenn wir wieder Mal in Heidenheim sind kommen wir sehr gerne wieder vorbei.

Das Essen war sehr gut aber das Ambiente und der Service war nicht gut es fehlte an Licht und an Gastfreundschat

Sonntag Mittag in Heidenheim … nicht viele Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen . Hier gibt es echt Gutes Essen. Tomaten Suppe ein Gedicht ! Pizza Tonno sehr gut . Tagliatelle al Salmone auch gut Unterm Strich teuer … aber was ist noch billig ? Kellner war um 13:30 schon genervt das noch Kunden kamen. 14:00 Uhr ist Küchenschluss Grüße aus Unterfranken

Die Pizza ist echt überragend gut! Super Teig, toller Belag, der Service ist gut. Die Pasta schmeckt frisch und das Essen ist schön heiß!Man würde sich auch mal über einen Schnaps aufs Haus freuen wenn man öfter kommt😊

Trovato per caso con ricerca su Google: posto davvero accogliente per un italiano all'estero. Proprietario e collaboratori simpatici con tutti, hanno sempre pronta una battuta spiritosa per divertire la clientela. Ottima la pizza, sia nelle varianti "tedesche" che in quelle più tradizionalmente italiane. Anche i primi e i secondi piatti sono molto buoni, per non parlare dei dessert offerti. Prezzi nella norma, per queste parti. Se siete in zona e cercate un locale genuinamente italiano, qui lo troverete!
