Thanks to the female waitress, what should have been a relaxing restaurant visit turned into a disaster. Things were forgotten, orders were mixed up, and when people complained, they argued at the table in front of other guests. After that, she stopped responding to our calls. In the end, we had our food packed up because the mood was low. Then, at home, the "surprise" came: more than half of the food was missing. If you can't/don't want to work with people, maybe you should hand it over to someone else who would love the job. Once and never again—disaster!

We decided to have dinner here based on all the great reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. We waited for over an hour for our food, which was already disappointing. When the food finally arrived, the döner was quite fatty, not very flavorful, and barely warm. The Adana kebab was tasty, but extremely spicy — almost unbearably. I’ve traveled through Southeast Asia and even there I didn’t encounter food this spicy. It felt like someone accidentally dumped a whole load of chili on it. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, we were seated in an outdoor box area, which was extremely hot and lacked any real atmosphere or comfort. The prices were reasonable, but overall, the experience didn’t match the hype.

The service there was truly terrible. It started with the order: The waitress responded to every single request in a rude, aggressive, and totally unfriendly manner. When we then asked about our food, all we got back was extremely unfriendly chatter accompanied by exaggerated hand gestures and truly outrageous grimaces. And then the owner, who was usually always nice: She suddenly started yelling at us and yelled, quote, "Evde yap da görerim!" Are you serious?! A simple "Your food is coming soon" would have been completely sufficient. Sorry, but this is completely unacceptable. Dear waitress: Please find another job. Thank you.

My experience with the T-bone steak – unfortunately disappointing I was looking for a good halal steak and therefore chose this restaurant. I ordered the T-bone steak. The salad that came with it was fresh and tasty – a successful start. After about 20 minutes, the steak was served. Visually, it initially made a very good impression. Unfortunately, the culinary experience didn't live up to this initial impression. The steak was served on a salt stone – a concept that sounds interesting, but in practice has major weaknesses. For the first few minutes, everything was fine. But after a short time, the meat juices began to collect on the hot salt stone, making the steak extremely salty – so much so that it was inedible for me. The waiter pointed out that the salt stone could be removed if it became too salty – but where could I put it? There was no room on the plate, and the hot stone couldn't simply be set aside. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the concept wasn't fully thought through. The service was also disappointing: The waitress ignored us for long stretches, even though it was clear the food hadn't been touched. When we entered the restaurant to pay, we were asked how we liked it. The waiter immediately reacted angrily and disrespectfully to our honest feedback – a type of communication I, as a customer, would not have expected in a restaurant. Conclusion: The meat itself was of good quality, but the salt-stone presentation made it unpalatable. The way criticism was handled was, unfortunately, very disappointing. I would therefore not recommend this restaurant for halal steak.

My only criticism is that dogs were allowed in the dining area. This bothered me a bit personally, as I think that animals don't necessarily have to be in a restaurant where you eat.
