I've eaten a lot of things, but this kebab just didn't taste of anything. The fries were soggy, unsalted, and simply tasted of grease.

We ordered for pickup. Unfortunately, something different was packed than what we ordered. When we complained over the phone, they offered no solution whatsoever. We all thought the food tasted bad. In my opinion, the meat tasted really rubbery. The sweet and sour sauce for the spring rolls looked and tasted like heavily diluted, cheap sauce. That was the last time.

I'm baffled by the high ratings; perhaps I'm simply spoiled and used to a better standard… Let's start with the positives: the ambiance is very modern and I really like it. The parking situation is terrible—there isn't any, and parking is very limited at the train station anyway, but that shouldn't be a deal-breaker if the food is really good. Well… First of all, I personally find it much too loud. The seating is very cramped, and you feel a bit like you're just being processed. At least that was my impression; privacy or a romantic date isn't possible here. I found the appetizer really overpriced. We paid around €20 for two prawns and six slices of squid, which also had a slightly rubbery texture. There was no sweet white wine available, but I don't want to hold that against it; it's a matter of taste. But the fact that my glass had water spots, considering the price, was truly outrageous and unacceptable. Not only did my glass look like that, but my companion's did too. My companion received his calzone a full 10 minutes later than the rest of the table, so we were almost finished when he got his food. My pasta and my companion's were very dry and not particularly tasty, but the calzone itself was very good. I also didn't appreciate the staff's lack of attention to detail and their apparent inadequacy, but that could simply be due to the relatively small number of staff for the large number of guests. I find it a real shame that little attention isn't paid to the details, even though they are very important to me and contribute significantly to a pleasant dining experience.

The side panels are made of perforated metal and act like a rasp. This design poses a significant risk of injury, especially for children. Yesterday, my daughter suffered severe injuries to several fingers on this ladder. She experienced heavy bleeding, intense pain, and deep skin abrasions. The wounds are still clearly visible today. I do not consider this design child-safe and inappropriate for a public swimming pool area. In my opinion, the safety of swimmers – especially children – should be the highest priority. I urge you to inspect this ladder and take appropriate measures to minimize the risk and prevent further injuries. Sincerely,

It's already furnished. The restrooms are clean. And the food arrived quickly. The food tastes like McDonald's everywhere.
