I've been here twice now, and both times were very good. The pizza was delicious, as was the lasagna. The salad was also okay (could have used a bit more seasoning, but that's a matter of taste). The service was quick, and the service was friendly. Prices are average. I just found the side salad a bit overpriced. Otherwise, everything was great; I highly recommend it.

I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time. And at a price that's really not excessive.

Excellent tortellini Bolognese, the best I've had outside of Bologna and the surrounding area in years. I was delighted with my meal, thank you very much! Unfortunately, there was no room for a pizza afterward, even though they smelled tempting.

I've never had such delicious pizza. I went to this restaurant with my mother today. I'd like to thank the owner for making a table for us even though the restaurant was full. We ordered mushroom steak and pizza margarita and insalata pomodoro. The food was truly delicious. The pizza was absolutely amazing.

Very tasty large pizzas, I usually eat two days in one 😂... Extremely friendly staff! We're looking forward to the restaurant finally reopening and being able to have lunch at Romantica again... At the moment, we're getting pizza every couple of weeks so we don't have to go without it completely 😁...that was my review 4 years ago. 5 stars ‼️ Today, my husband and I were turned away because my husband gave a 4-star review 2 years ago and wrote a review. We're now banned from the premises 😂🙈...we will definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone again...this kind of behavior is simply ridiculous, and the manager is incapable of taking criticism‼️

€6.50 for 0.7l of mineral water from the supermarket is simply too much. The pizza had more toppings; I forgot to mention this point in my first review. I was banned from the premises today for this criticism... July 30, 2025. I can live with that, and it shows me that the boss probably feels his honor has been insulted and is completely incapable of taking criticism. I will no longer recommend this restaurant.

Reliable service; we had 6 pizzas, and they were all ready and warm at the same time. Unfortunately, the toppings were very unevenly distributed, sometimes almost too much, and you had to hunt for mushrooms or salami 😅 The peppers were also sliced very thinly, and it looked like more than there was. Probably the best pizzeria in Bad Saulgau, though, because there's not much competition.

A popular pizzeria in beautiful Bad Saulgau. We were there with family and had dinner to celebrate a birthday. All the pizzas were delicious, and the service was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they only accept cash payments. This should be standard practice these days, along with cash payments. We'd be happy to go again.

Very tasty, we were here for dinner with camper friends from Spain 🇪🇸, they were very impressed. I also have to mention the very friendly and efficient staff, who are always in a good mood. The guests really liked that! We'll be happy to come back if we're in the area!

It's been a long time since we've been to La Romantica. Very nice waiter, great food...

We came to the restaurant spontaneously today and managed to get a table despite the reservations being full. The welcome was very warm and the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. The selection of dishes was varied and the price-performance ratio was great. We paid just under €70 for three people, including a starter for three and a dessert – absolutely fair! Particularly noteworthy is the great service: we had forgotten our wallet and only noticed it when we were already in the car. The owner immediately came running after us and brought us the forgotten wallet. Just impressive! All in all, a great evening – we’d love to come back!

The food was great. The boss, on the other hand, reacts quite angrily and provocatively if you don't leave the restaurant on time for the end of the day. Of course we would have left the restaurant on time if they had pointed this out to us in a friendly manner. Instead you are personally attacked. The situation was very unpleasant.

Mit einem Hund ist man hier leider nicht erwünscht, auch nicht draussen. Unsere Freunde mit ihrem Hund durften das Lokal nicht betreten. Der Chef war heute sehr schlecht gelaunt und auch die Pizzen waren schon mal besser. Schade für so einen Abend.

The pizzas are really great. What bothered me a bit, if you can even call it bothersome, was the fact that you couldn't find an Aperol Spritz on the menu, for example. Given the current temperatures, drinks of this kind would certainly be a welcome way to cool off. But as I said, you can't say anything negative about what it's about, the food. Super tasty and fresh to the table. That's how it should be.

There was also a free table for four people in the outside area without a reservation sign and I was told that everything was reserved but I think since he can only sell a pizza to me and not four people, the table was reserved at once 🤮 So he won't see me again, even if I have a whole bus full of people

Pasta ist sehr gut, Pizza leider wirklich schlecht. Der Rand ist so breit, weil am Belag extrem gespart wird, dafür dann aber stolze Preise. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich 👎🏼

You should definitely make a reservation here. Even though the pizzeria was completely full, we were served immediately. The drinks were served promptly and the food was taken. This was also served very quickly and was very tasty. We will be back.

Nice little and inconspicuous restaurant. Food was very good, the pizzas have a very good dough and the salads are really big, completely satisfied.

The food was alright. Carpaccio was very sour due to abundance of lemon juice, which felt out of place for carpaccio. For me personally it was alright as I love sour, but I can imagine a decent amount of people wont feel the same way. The pasta was great, no complaints here, only appreciation. My primary gripe with this establishment was the fact that you could not pay with bank card, only cash. I didn’t see this clearly communicated until I had to pay. The owner didnt make a big deal out of this and allowed me to go and withdraw cash from an ATM nearby, but it felt weird and outdated to me.

We were there last night with 15 people. Overall very happy with the food. Pasta, pizza, everything was really delicious. I personally missed the little greeting from the kitchen in advance. Given the low prices, but also understandable. Since we all ate and drank well, including dessert, we actually assumed that the waitress was happy with our consumption. Some of us also gave a relatively generous tip. All good, one would think. What then happened when we paid left us all speechless. My neighbor at the table was told that he had drunk 6 wheat beers, while another guest at our table was supposed to have had 7!!! drank wheat. I sat with the guest with the 6!!! Wheat exactly opposite. There were 4 wheats, and not one more!!! The other guest (7 wheat) had 5 and no more. We were not shown a receipt, the waitress (extremely unfriendly and opinionated) only had handwritten notes with her. Unimaginable in this day and age. I would be happy to give the owner the opportunity to let us see the receipt from last night. Such disparaging treatment of the guest is simply not fair. We (15 guests) will probably not visit the restaurant again.

Waren gerade dort. Zwar ging mein Sonderwunsch " mit zusätzlich extra viel Knoblauch " unter, wurde aber dann auch nicht berechnet 🤷‍♂️. Gibt schlimmeres. Ansonsten rundum super, ist und bleibt unsere Lieblingspizzeria. Weiter so 👍👍👍

Mussten leider über eine Stunde auf das Essen (2 Pizzen, 2 Nudelgerichte) warten, obwohl im Restaurant nicht viel los war. Wurden sehr wahrscheinlich vergessen. Das Essen war ganz in Ordnung.

Wir waren mit unserem Enkel (1 1/2 Jahre) zum Essen hier. Pizza und Nudelgericht waren lecker. Sehr Kinderfreundlich, es wurde uns gleich ein Hochstuhl angeboten. Zum Essen gab es einen Teller und Kinderbesteck.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Ambiente und top Küche. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für die lange Wartezeit beim Essen.

Leckeres Essen, aber der Service ist der Hammer. Uns bediente Francesco, ein sehr netter und freundlicher Kellner. Man merkt, dass er mit Herzblut seinen Beruf ausübt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Das gemütliche RestaurNt mit dem familiären Flair wird etwas gerügt, da man als neuer Gast nicht due Zuwendung wie Stammgäste bekommt. Ein guter Gastgeber behandelt alle Gäste gleich gut. Das ist aber der einzige Punkt den ich nicht so angenehm empfand. Alles in allen lohnt sich ein Besuch immer.
