Two takeaway dishes, only a 15-minute wait, and a friendly staff member taking orders. The pizza was very tasty, the pasta was okay (a bit underseasoned). The portion size was very good. Good value for money.

The restaurant is absolutely world-class! The owner and his staff are always very friendly and do a great job. The food is very good, and you don't have to wait long for it. The restaurant itself is stylishly decorated and has a pleasant ambiance. Thank you for so many wonderful evenings and many more to come!

We had a pleasant evening here at La Piazza. The nice thing is that they serve white bread at the table... homemade 😍 Some main courses are also hard to find elsewhere... a huge plus. We really enjoyed the food and agreed that we'd come back 😄

Spaghetti with seafood was nothing special, I felt quickly processed, service was fast but not very friendly

Always busy. Unfortunately, they've overdone the number and spacing of the tables. It's simply too cramped, and the staff obviously can't serve everyone properly. We waited 20 minutes before someone asked what we wanted to drink. The pizza is decent—but I can't confirm that it's exceptionally good. The dough, in particular, was difficult to cut and disproportionately large compared to the toppings.

Both the table next to us and we had to get up several times to tell the numerous waiters that we wanted to order something to eat and pay later. The pizzas have a very thick base, but the taste is okay. The atmosphere is rather hectic and not cozy. We were disappointed; the website says otherwise. The prices are okay for Markt Schwaben.

My regular Italian restaurant since I moved to Markt Schwaben. Unbeatable value, amazing pizzas, and the staff are great too. They always make sure no one gets turned away without a reservation. To be on the safe side (especially in the evenings), you should always make a reservation. 😄

Good Italian restaurant. We had a seat in the beer garden. It was nicely decorated and arranged for a central location. The staff was very attentive. I had pizza, which was very good. The other guests' food looked very appealing.

Yes. Restaurants have indoor seating and a beer garden. Women's restrooms are clean. Very, very large pizzas.

Our first visit ended with a bitter aftertaste. We sat inside. Our first impression was that it looked a bit dated, and the tablecloth had been used several times and was stained several times. Service was slow and not particularly attentive. We ordered pizza, which was okay and the crust was good. We also asked for chili oil because we like it spicier, and it came in a small bowl. In the end, we wanted to pay by card, but it didn't work, so we had to go to the Sparkasse to withdraw money. Luckily, they have a bank nearby. There was no advance notice that card payments weren't accepted. Then, on the bill, we were charged for the chili oil. This was the first time in any restaurant that you had to pay for it. I was disappointed. In summary, there are a few things that could be improved. If the service isn't good, even a relatively good meal is useless.

Always good. The interior can sometimes be noisy when full. It's nice to sit outside in the summer. But the food, menu, and service have been top-notch for years.

The food was very good. The staff was friendly. Excellent value for money. 100% recommended. Both the pasta and the pizza are highly recommended. 2 meals + 2 drinks for a total of €28.

I have to say in advance that the noise level is a bit high. This could perhaps be remedied with little things on the walls and decorations. Now to the most important part of a restaurant. We were very happy with the food from the daily menu as well as the menu. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything was tip top. The service was friendly and accommodating. The prices are such that we will come back. A little tip: booking a table in advance is very beneficial here.

Good Italian cuisine from classics to specials on the daily menu. The food is worth recommending, as is the excellent coffee! Unfortunately, the rooms are quite loud and often a bit (too) crowded, which can affect a cozy evening.

Our absolute favorite Italian restaurant in and around Munich! A traditional family business, with very friendly and attentive service and fair prices. The food is very varied and freshly prepared, and the daily menu is always updated. The atmosphere is like being in Rome.

We were there on Wednesday evening and were very satisfied. Even if the store was full, there was still a place for us and we were served quickly. We had lasagne and tortellini all emiliana, as well as a wine recommendation from the waiter. Everything was wonderful and we were very satisfied. A classic Italian restaurant as it should be.

Die Lassgne war nicht frisch: aussen heiss, innen knochenhart und kalt. Die Pizza am Rand Kruste, in der Mitte zäh ( kann man nicht ordentlich schneiden ). The service is a bit sleepy and you have to draw attention to yourself several times - regardless of whether you want to drink or eat something or pay at the end. In addition, everything is very cramped, there are a lot of tables in a small space, so you can't help but overhear the conversations from the next table. It is correspondingly loud. It's a shame, but there are better Italians in the area.

The tables in the restaurant and in the summer on the terrace are far too close together, not a nice atmosphere... I was a regular at Oberbräu years ago. Then the trail got lost because I thought that La Piazza had moved away. 2 weeks ago I wanted to go to an Italian restaurant in Markt Schwaben with my girlfriend. I just googled it and La Piazza came up. What a twist of fate. Everything is the same as before, it has even gotten a little better. The service is unbeatable, very attentive and always there. The dishes and the corresponding prices are fantastic. We had tortellini and a pizza, followed by the caprese. Everything was just delicious. Last Sunday I went there for dinner with a couple who were friends of mine. We ordered a lot of food so we could try everything. Salad, fish, meat, lasagna, bruschetta, And to top it all off, a tiramisu. All in all €100, an unbeatable price. You pay around €200 for this quality in Munich. I then started talking to the boss. He is a very friendly, courteous person who only thinks about the satisfaction of his customers. My respect! If this were possible, I would also give seven points.

We had lunch here with a reservation. Pleasant atmosphere and nice staff, but that was it. Pasta dishes were ok, pizza with seafood was very poorly topped. Unfortunately, the taste of the dishes wasn't convincing, which was a shame.

We were kicked out!!! I was just there with 2 children to eat ice cream. A rude waiter PUSHED my children because he thought they were standing in the way before we were offered a seat. Simply impossible.

We have been to La Piazza several times, mostly at lunchtime, but also in the evening. The outdoor tables are very crowded, you feel like you're in a sardinia can, it's hardly possible to have a conversation because you constantly have to write to your neighbors. The waiting times are definitely too long. You wait 20 minutes at lunchtime until the drinks are finally taken, then you wait forever for the food and then until you can pay. We don't have that much lunch break. If you do get something to eat, the food is very good.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food always tastes good and the price-performance ratio is right. The ambience is lovingly designed. The restaurant does not have its own parking lot, so you have to either park in the underground car park or in a free parking lot in the area.

Never had such a bad Italian meal; The chef must be extremely in love here, both dishes (lasagne, tortellini all'emiliana) and the bread that came with it were too salty. I had to wait for the food to be ready and yet the lasagne was still cold even though we only ate it 5 minutes after picking it up. If you can even call it lasagne: just a plate of noodles and tomato cream sauce! We will certainly never show up here again.

Unfortunately, when I ordered spaghetti al olio, the garlic was very burnt and my food was inedible, but after a short conversation, new ones were made for me without any problems and they were very good. My girlfriend's pizza was also great

The restaurant has its charm 🤩 and you can hear the staff speaking Italian…The selection of dishes is very good. The fish platter was very good and the pizzas are also highly recommended. Large portions and prices are okay. Service is quick and polite.
