Very nice place to wine and dine . Good food, you can have nice wine, not expensive. They need to have a better organisation in the kitchen, as we had to wait a long time while we became hungry again.

The service was a disaster, we had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The drinks didn't arrive until 20 minutes after we ordered. The food was mediocre. Quick example: Bruscetta, caprese and beef carpaccio were ordered as starters. Carpaccio and bruscetta came and the caprese came 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, dessert brought with it an upset stomach. UNFORTUNATELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, leider war der Aschenbecher, der uns hingestellt wurde nicht leer, was ich bei einem schicken oder sogar Nobelitaliener erwartet habe. Das Carpaccio war in Essig ertränkt und die Pilze der Saison waren einfach nur Champignons. Das bereitgestellte Brot war auch von mindestens gestern. Es geht bei weitem schlechter, aber ich habe mehr erwartet.

Il migliore ristorante italiano a Ingolstadt, da 14 anni, è la Nuova Stella d’Oro! Ti accoglie Roberto e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, ti consiglia sul piatto del giorno e rende tutto piacevole. Ottimo lo staff che lo segue e asseconda. Questa volta abbiamo preso i tagliolini al tartufo nero, risotto alla zucca e gamberetti e delle ottime pizze, cosa non sempre possibile da trovare all’estero. Da non dimenticare il caffè che é un vero espresso italiano😁 Superconsigliato se volete mangiare qualcosa di diverso dallo stinco di maiale😉

Wir sitzen seit über einer Stunde nach der Vorspeise und warten auf unser Hauptgericht. Thunfisch in Sasimiqualität, der auf Nachfrage bei der Bedienung immer etwas länger dauert. Noch eine Ärger Aussage: die Gäste ohne Vorspeise werden bevorzugt behandelt. Erster und letzter Besuch.

Ambiente ist gewohnt schick mit gedecktem Tisch. Warme Küche bis 21:30 Uhr. Leider wird man von Kameras beim essen beobachten. Ein Stern Abzug. Vorspeise: 5 von 5 Sterne Rindercarpaccio mit Trüffel und Parmesan Hauptspeise: 3 von 5 Sterne Garnelen auf Avocadosalat (Garnelen bitter, unpassende Cocktailsauce) Nudeln mit Rinderfilet und Austernpilze Nachspeise: 5 von 5 Sterne American Cheesecake. Service: Von zwei unterschiedlichen Servicekräften bedient worden. Auf Nachfrage von Servicekraft 2 ob alles in Ordnung war mit dem Essen und man dies verneinte … keine Nachfrage, was mit dem Essen nicht stimmte etc. … Bei einem Restaurant der gehobenen Klasse sollte dies nicht passieren. Ich finde seit dem Besitzerwechsel hat dieses Restaurant nicht mehr die gewohnte Klasse.

Es war die leckerste Pizza in ganz Deutschland. Dies wurde von 7 meiner Freunde bestätigt. Der Kellner ist super freundlich, wir empfehlen es allen unseren Freunden und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Lokal profitiert wohl noch aus seiner Vergangenheit! Das Personal machte den Eindruck sehr lustlos zu sein. Das Essen entsprach nicht mal dem Durchschnitt. Die Portionen zu klein. Das Preisniveau ist in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt. Wir werden so schnell nicht wieder hingehen.

Kommen seit Jahren hierher, auch unsere Hochzeit durften wir hier feiern. Service sehr freundlich, Essen immer gut, wir genießen es jedes Mal!

Wir sind einer Einladung anlässlich eines runden Geburtstages ins Stella d'Oro gefolgt. Das Restaurant war gut gefüllt, allerdings ohne Biergartenbetrieb, rückblickend aus unserer Sicht eine machbare Aufgabe für die Küche. Um 19 Uhr ging es los, es wurde Prosecco zum Start gereicht, alles gut soweit. Nachdem die Karte sehr übersichtlich ist, erkundigten wir uns, ob man uns eine Vorspeisenplatte zusammenstellen könnte, was kein Problem war. Dann ging das Warten los... Eine gute Stunde verging, bis die Vorspeisen auf dem Tisch standen. Bis zum Hauptgang vergingen dann weitere 1 1/2 Stunden(!), von Seiten der Servicekräfte kamen währenddessen keine Versuche, die lange Warterei zu klären. Um kurz vor 22 Uhr wurden die Speisen dann endlich gereicht und zwar kalt und die teuren Rinderfilets anstatt raw/medium komplett durchgebraten. Speisen gingen zurück, um angewärmt zu werden. Es gab keine Entschuldigung in Form eines Absackers, einem Gruß aus der Küche o.ä.. Ein kompletter Reinfall und dazu noch völlig überteuert.

Das Essen ist leider nicht mehr das was es war. Vor ein paar Jahren der beste Italiener der Stadt. Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor schön, leider kann die Qualität der Speisen nicht mithalten und die Tellersprache schon gar nicht.

The staff was nice but not really attentive. We didn't get any salt and pepper and the bread came without any butter or anything. In an self-claimed "upper-class" restaurant I would expect more. In the middle of the dinner the waiter put additional chairs at our table, interrupting our meal. We ordered two different beef dishes as main course. The "Brasato di Manzo" (31,90 €) consisted of two tiny pieces of meat and a tiny portion of mashed potatoes. The "Filetto di Manzo" (38,90 €) was ordered medium-well but prepared more than well-done. It was actually hard to cut and bite. Side-dishes were some vegetables and potatoes. Considering the prices the dishes were a total disaster! The dessert (Creme Brulè and Chocolate Soufflé) was okay but nothing special. Al together we were very disappointed. There are much better restaurants in and near Ingolstadt.

In der Gegend eins für mich der besten italienischen Restaurants immer noch top wir waren das letzte Mal vor Corona Geschäftlich im Stella D’Oro essen und wir wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Es hat seinen Standort beibehalten und wir sind immer wieder gerne hier. Mach weiter so bis zum nächsten mal

Always a safe bet. Good Italian, probably the best in Ingolstadt. Always very good food, home made and fresh. Since the pandemic I feel they have not fully regained their former glory which is why I only have 4 stars. Hope all the little things go back from good to fabulous. Still highly recommended

Als Stammgast war ich mir sicher das ich auch als Veganer, der ich seit kurzem bin bestimm etwas leckeres bekommen würde. Ich war schon in vielen Restaurants die keinerlei vegane Gerichte auf der Karte hatten. Alle versuchten spontan etwas leckeres zu zaubern was eigentlich immer gelungen ist. Was ich gestern serviert bekommen habe war respekt- und lieblos.

Close to the Hallenbad parking space, the Stella d'Oro is very easy to reach. It's outside terrace in summer is a highlight - reservation is absolutely necessary. The food is good (not exceptionally great) and the quality is consistent. The wine choice is nice but prices are a bit too expensive. Overall, a very good choice!

This restaurant can be only described as an extremely over rated one. We tried many dishes but nothing was good. Everything was below average.

We stayed in Ingolstadt on our way home from summer holidays. The restaurant has a nice terrace and staff is very friendly and dedicated. Quality of food varied quite a lot: tunafish-entry, vitello tonato and housemade ravioli were superb! Grillef fish on spinach was not what we understood under 'carte blanche'. Dessert was rather mainstream. So good, probably one of the better places in the city, but worth a detour...

We visited the factory outlet nearby and were hungry for some refined food. The recommendations on TripAdvisor helped us make our choice. We cannot say whether this is the best restaurant in Ingolstadt as we have not been to any other yet but it is worth the detour.Reservation was easy and the table was ready when we arrived, some 20 minutes after the call. The location is close to the city center, so be aware that parking might be difficult. The decoration is modern and very tasteful. Tables are well dressed with white tablecloth, this shows you that there is a willingness to do a good job. Service was generally good and knowledgeable, although we found differences among the staff as far as knowledge about the food and the wines is concerned. The menu looked appealing and we opted for the menu surprise with three dishes. I had expected that the cook would excel in his profession but I found the selection a bit classic and not really adventurous. You have the choice between fish and meat and so it is either or. We ordered wine which is difficult when you do not know what you are being served. It would be better for the restaurant to offer a selection of wines by the (small) glass to go with each dish. As we wanted to share the dishes, serving them one after another in half portions would also be worth considering. The fish menu was a salad of shrimps and octopus which was delicate, followed by salmon which was good. The meat menu was vitello tonato followed by braised beef. I am not a fan of vitello but the beef was very good.

Went there just for pizza (I'm kinda reviewing the pizzerie around Ingo), so it's likely that my very negative review is steered by the fact that they pay more attention to the customers going for a more restaurant related experience. The pizze arrived after around an hour and a half (the place was not so full as to justify that). At the time of paying, the waiter excused himself regarding the wait and stated that the issue was the pizzaiolo burning our pizze twice. He also assured us that this would never happen in the future, as they will fire that guy. Quite an unprofessional statement if you ask me! And I kinda felt guilty for the guy (if the story was true). I can definitely use the restaurant for work related meals, but I prefer other places which offers better service with a more familiar/cozy atmosphere (e.g. Castello).

As a party of 8, we turned up without booking and despite being busy, we were accommodated. Antonio and his team provided an absolutely first rate service. The salmon and tuna starters were superb, the main courses were outstanding and the desserts were excellent. Throughout the evening, despite being busy, Antonio and his staff were attentive and provided a fantastic service; nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely eat here again as it provided good value for money and the whole experience was brilliant. Thanks to you and your staff Antonio.
