Catastrophe better not go there

I ordere Pasta and no Parmesano... No service only food even if it was quite empty. High Price Big Plate but small portion.

We were here 18 months ago and were satisfied. Unfortunately, not this time. The bruschetta was acceptable, but my pizza was sparsely topped, and my husband's spaghetti alio e olio was awful: spaghetti not al dente, seasoned only with chili and a few very pale garlic slices. You had to add your own oil, which completely lacked flavor. The beer was relatively warm, and the white wine was acceptable for Italian restaurants. So, overall, not really recommended.

Yes, the food is highly recommended. I've been going there for several years now. It might be a bit more expensive, but the proximity to Lake Ammersee is wonderful. I'd be happy to come back.

A NO GO to the max. I ordered a calzone with egg and received one with a completely raw egg. The egg poured out completely raw. I was also asked to pay the full price. I complained and was scolded in Italian by the owner. On top of that, the waiter banned me from the premises. Instead of finding a compromise, the owner tore up the bill and left. Beforehand, he explained to me that a calzone with egg is eaten raw, and I have no idea what's wrong with it. I'm curious to see what the health department says about serving raw eggs. This wasn't the first time this establishment has made a faux pas. I come here every year and have sometimes waited 40-45 minutes for a waiter to come to me. This was the very last time. I will avoid this restaurant by a mile. I would love to give it -5 stars.

Unfortunately, it's just average! We've had good Italian food here several times in the past! Yesterday we had mediocre pasta, mediocre pizza, and a salad with too much vinegar. The service was friendly, but nothing more. Unfortunately, the price level isn't right for us, so we wouldn't recommend it.

Total disgrace. 1st of all ask to move as the table is reserved even though they sat is there. Then rude service, then the pizzas came, one burnt to a crisp, one uncooked. A local couple commented and actually got one pizza replaced. Eventually when we asked for the bill, it was thrown down, then another 10 mins to pay. Terrible food, Terrible service, I not ever experienced this before

The ice cream was really delicious, the service was friendly but nothing particularly special, though that might have been because it was very busy. The atmosphere is okay but nothing special.

Die Vorspeisen Vitello Tonato sowie Rindertatar mit Spargel und frischen Erdbeeren waren überdurchschnittlich gut. Scampi mit Gemüse und Kartoffeln ebenfalls sehr gut. Die teilweise kathastrophalen Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen. Das Essen ist in den letzten Monaten immer sehr gut gewesen. Der Service war gewohnt freundlich.

We enjoyed it excellently, I think the prices were reasonable and we were particularly impressed by the very friendly and personable waiter who seemed to enjoy doing his job. If I'm in the region again I'll eat there again!

Service staff seem totally overwhelmed. We waited forever for a pizza and asked 3 employees for the bill before someone finally came after 20 minutes. Prices are then apparently given arbitrarily because they do not match what is advertised. Here a small pizza was shown at 8 euros. 11 euros were then billed. Unfortunately, we don't know what was on the menu because we relied on the notice. The pizza was a disappointment in terms of taste.

Unfortunately we didn't like it at all. We had to dress the ice-cold salad ourselves, it's easy to handle, some other pizzerias do that too. We know spaghetti Bolognese and spaghetti with garlic worlds better. Disappointing.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our visit. We ordered the pizza with truffle and burrata, but there was no sign of burrata on the pizza. The dough was completely soggy and not baked properly. The tomato in the beef carpaccio was rotten! The “pasta from a parmesan loaf” also didn't live up to expectations - it was just pasta with parmesan, but not tossed from a loaf. The service also left a lot to be desired. We didn't even ask if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. Overall a disappointing experience - we will not be returning.

The location right on the lake is nice, but the food and service are not very convincing. The pizza is rather small and little is remembered in terms of taste. The bruschetta was good. The espresso was too cold and the wine spritzer was too warm. The service wasn't unfriendly, but I certainly didn't feel welcome either. One had the impression that the guest was more of a bother. The price was ok for the location, but overall there is a lot of room for improvement.

I would never have thought that an Italian restaurant where the staff spoke Italian would make a bad pizza and on top of that they would be very unfriendly. What a shame.

This place gave me an unforgettable experience today - spaghetti in a parmesan loaf prepared with truffles!!! Craziness! First time eating something like this. Terrific! Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!

We wanted to fortify ourselves with a tiramisu on the kayak trip on Lake Ammersee last weekend and hoped that it would taste good at an Italian restaurant. We were assigned a table in the restaurant, but then had to wait a long time for someone to take our order. We were about to leave again when someone came. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the tiramisu. Just average, nothing more. It's a shame for an Italian restaurant.

Worst food in the Starnberg district. The owner just made excuses about there being no money back and said I should just eat the stuff. After several calls he kept hanging up on me.

We had Spaghetti Marinara and Mozarella Pomodoro and some ice cream. Actually the waiter appeared not too patient and friendly. Nevetheless nothing to complain about, the location was just practically to stop by.

Pizzas weren’t the greatest, however the Risotto was on point and so was the Tiramisu. It’s cozy, it’s true Italian, but it’s definitely not the best place in town.

Pizza was extremely strange at the beginning and was almost inedible, a small piece for €3.50 is also expensive Halfway through the pizza I saw that there was a dead spider (see picture) on the pizza. The prices are ok for the location, although the old prices are still shown on the menu outside. For example, my pizza ended up costing €1.50 more. It's not the world, but it still shouldn't be. The service tried to be friendly, but still seemed a bit stressed. It's actually not a particularly comfortable place to sit, everything is packed with cramped seats, everything seems a bit cheap and outdated (the only "accessory" on the table is a used ashtray, for example, and there were several spider webs in the small "hedge" right next to the table with a hard-working resident - yummy!). Too bad! Pizza was good so far, sharper knives would be nice. And if you notice that the glasses are still hot from washing, you should perhaps leave the cold water in the bottle for a moment and not pour it out to the guest. For me, salt and pepper should always be on the table (not only when asked) and perhaps a chili oil or something similar with the pizza would be nice.

I haven't eaten so mediocre in a long time: Frozen pizza marinara (€14.50 for the small version) that you could hardly cut and very ordinary penne 4 formaggi (€15.60) The best was the water at €6 (0.75l) The waitress didn't particularly care that we were disappointed. The price/performance ratio is unacceptable.

Culinary highlights despite minor deficiencies My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant and we absolutely loved the quality of the food. We chose saltimbocca and pasta, and we were deeply impressed by the taste. The service was a bit unconventional, but still friendly. The ambience could use a little more charm, but that's easy to get over given the excellent food. We would definitely come back as long as the culinary standard remains this high.

I highly recommend it. I ate dinner here two days in a row and each time I left full and happy. They quickly served it with a smile and even joked. Very nice service.

Pizza was mediocre. You pay for the location. Luckily smoking weed is forbidden there. I don't like it when I want to enjoy my 10 beers and my pack of cigarettes while someone next to me is smoking weed. The devil's stuff just stinks and it makes me spit even after my 10 beers.

Had dinner with my wife, I'm at the restaurant in Herrsching. Pizza and risotto, they were ok, good. I then ordered profiteroles, they had very developed mold in them. The waiter didn't give us anything in return, not even limoncello or something similar. Never again. The store has also had failures in the past, pizzas were once bad. Bad management.

Very nice restaurant Were there spontaneously First we got pizza to go. Very tasty and inexpensive. Then we went for a walk by the lake. Afterwards we went back to the restaurant and had a drink and some ice cream. Ice cream was very, very tasty and so incredibly creamy. Espresso is very good. Last but not least, we ate some tomato soup. Very very tasty. All in all just a great restaurant with great service.

The Italian restaurant “La Dolce Vita” on Lake Ammersee in Herrsching impresses with its excellent location right on the lake, ideal for relaxing evenings. The pizza is crispy and delicious. A visit is particularly worthwhile during the European Championships to watch football in a relaxed atmosphere. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

What a disgrace!! This is not ice cream!! Anyone who has even a modicum of taste buds knows that only rubbish is sold here!! Water ice cream with glutamates and tons of flavor enhancers! Ridiculous and not edible!

Absolute catastrophe 28cm pizza ordered, 22cm Dr. Oetker pizza with a burnt base received at an inflated price. Spaghetti Carbonara has been completely reinvented here and no grandma will be satisfied with the portion. Service slow and rude. Thank you, never again

Absolut unterirdisch. Heißgetränke gab es nicht mehr und der Eisbecher wurde lieblos in Plastikschale serviert - nein, serviert kann man es kaum nennen: besser auf den Tresen geknallt. Dort kann man ihn sich abholen und selbst zu einem der verklebten Tische tragen. Beim Holen des Eisbechers brach dann auch noch das Plastik- kein Verständnis oder gar neue Plastikschale, statt dessen wird man mit genervten Blicken und unflätigen Handbewegungen zum schnellen Fortgehen animiert, obwohl das Eis an der Seite schon rausquillt. Total unverschämt. Der eh schon überteuerte Preis von 7,70€ wurde beim Kassieren ungefragt auf 8€ aufgerundet. Absolutes No Go der Laden.

We ate at La Dolce Vita over the long weekend and were looking forward to some really good Italian food. Ordered carpaccio and bruschetta as a starter. The color of the carpaccio was already turning into a light “grey”, i.e. not deep red fillet meat. The bruschetta was completely soaked in oil, so that the supposedly toasted bread was completely softened. Well we thought, it can happen. Then our pizzas arrived and just the sight of them didn't promise anything good. The dough, the toppings and the taste (if you can call it that) are simply shocking. Then we had garlic oil...unbelievable. What is that? That was all, just no garlic oil…..tasted like old lemon. We go to Italian restaurants very often, but to be honest, we've never eaten something so terrible and at such prices. The chef came out shortly and when we saw his tea towel on the Schuler, which I don't want to describe in more detail, but everything was clear to us. In addition, my wife spent half the night on the toilet and that can only be because of this food. We should have read the reviews beforehand. Zero recommendation.

The pizza was absolutely below average. It can only be enjoyed by those who have never eaten really good pizza. Dripping in fat, the dough too thin and not crispy, the topping sparse. You pay an extra €2.50 for an additional ingredient, so be careful. For us it was a maximum of 1 1/2 chopped pepperoni. A joke! The prices are absolutely overpriced!!! Two pizzas, two light ones to take away for €30! The card promises those who pick it up a little surprise. There wasn't any, except that the pizza didn't taste good. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, sorry.

It's been a long time since we've eaten here again and we were really disappointed! Spaghetti Carbonara for €15.60 and the pizza also costs at least €15 on average. The prices are now shown separately with 19% VAT. In my opinion not justified. Pizza Margharita €11! If you could at least say the quality would be great, but it's just standard. The smallest pizzas in the whole area. This is just a rip-off and intended for tourists who want to eat there. As a local, there are much better options in the area. Very unfortunate!!! I ate here as a child and it was really good back then. Now just a rip off.

By the way, we love going to Dolce Vita, the food is great, the staff and the owner are always nice to us, but the gentleman who delivers the food is the rudest and most arrogant person in the world. Because of him, we no longer order home because we just don't want to meet him.

Typischer Laden für Tagestouristen, die nie mehr als 1x kommen. Denn öfter geht man da auch nicht hin. Das Essen ist, wenn man Glück hat, einfach nur unheimlich langweilig. Der Service ist arrogant und gelangweilt. Wenn man das Essen nicht runter bekommt wird mit einem Achselzucken reagiert. Bedauern? Entschuldigung? Hahahaha. Im dolce Vita doch nicht! Kein Wunder, dass keine Einheimischen mehr hingehen.

Underground!! I thought the service was the worst here: unfriendly, arrogant and slow. But no, the food “topped it” again, simply horrible. The unseasoned spaghetti for €26 was the best. And somehow everything sticks... I don't want to know what it looks like in the kitchen. Oh yes: bad, but extremely expensive. By far the worst Italian in the district.

DISASTER!! Yesterday we had dinner here with several people. And we all say that this was by far the worst Italian place we have ever eaten. The pizza with porcini mushrooms and pumpkin was advertised as a special pizza. I ordered these. The smell of that pizza made me feel sick. NOTHING was fresh! I don't even want to know exactly what I ate. Everything was way too expensive! We absolutely cannot recommend the “restaurant”. We lay in bed in the evening with stomach pains.

Das Lokal hat ein gutes Ambiente, aber als die Speisekarte kam verging mir fast der Appetit... Eine Pizza Margherita, mit normalen 40 cm kam knappe 20 Euro... Ich bestellte einen gemischten Salat, der war OK, auch preislich. Das Pizzabrot schmeckte eher nach TK wäre. Zum Vergleich, gestern war ich am Gardasee, eine Pizza tonno y chipolla, ebenfalls 40 cm aus dem Holzofen, auch in einem Touristenort...diese kostete eben mal 8,90 Euro.. Irgendwann ist es vorbei mit Preiserhöhung, dann kommt niemand mehr... Bei der mittelmäßigen Qualität sowieso nicht!

I always enjoy going to this restaurant, the service is always friendly, even when it's really busy, the staff is professional. Whether pasta, meat or fish dishes, it was always of good quality and tasted delicious, the only thing that doesn't suit my taste are the desserts, profiterole, tiramisu or mousse au chocolat are too creamy for me personally and I actually love desserts like that. Otherwise I can only recommend this restaurant

Very friendly attentive staff. You're actually not used to being in such a Turi hot spot. Lunch menu at the price and the quality, of the finest!!! Anyone who talks about TK ware here has no idea about original Italian cuisine. Thank you for the perfect original Italian cuisine. We will definitely come back. Unverschämte Bedienung an der Eistheke. Wir waren am 1.11.2023 da. Meine Rezension wurde gemeldet, ich geb mir aber gerne die Mühe sie nochmal abzugeben. Die Dame, die uns Eis verkauft hat, hat in meinen Augen in Position einer Verkäuferin gar nichts verloren. Außer man will die Kunden verjagen... Dann sollte sie befördert werden. SO UNFREUNDLICH mit den Kunden umzugehen ist für mich ein absolutes no go und ich werde daher auch in der Zukunft gerne meine Erfahrung mit anderen teilen und auf euer Essen und Eis verzichten.

Das Restaurant ist ganz schön. Aber das Essen war leider nicht sehr gut hatte Pasta mit Muscheln und nichtmal der Kellner wollte probieren. Leider auch kein Preisnachlass gegeben obwohl ich 1 Gabel gegessen hab. Im ganzen schlechte Pasta und man bezahlt auch wenn’s nicht schmeckt.

Sehr gut gegessen. Pizza und Salat. Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Platzreservierung ist besser. Kann ich empfehlen.

Wir kamen uns vor wie auf dem Hauptbahnhof. Obwohl wir nachmittags den letzten Tisch für zwei Personen reserviert hatten, bekamen wir einen kleinen Tisch direkt im Eingangsbereich der wahrscheinlich noch zusätzlich dort hingestellt wurde. Die Küche (offene große Durchreiche) war einen Meter neben uns und hinter uns lief der Fernseher mit Fußball. Der Kellnerbetrieb bekamen wir andauernd mit. Von einem gemütlichen Essen konnte nicht die Rede sein. Der Hauswein war gut, die Pizza war fade. Hier steht Quantität statt Qualität im Vordergrund. Nein danke, da kann ich auch zum Imbiss gehen.

Pizzen leider gar nicht gut gewesen. Kürbis-Aubergine Auflauf meiner Begleitung jedoch schmackhaft.

Bis auf die Livemusik war alles gut. Haben auf das Dessert verzichtet. Schade

Wir Hatten 2 Pizzen bestellt: Salami und Hawaii beide sehr Geschmacksneutral. Bei der Pizza Hawaii Schinken ohne Geschmack, Ananas warscheinlich aus der Dose und schon länger gelagert, trocken. Auf nachfrage nach Gewürz unverständliches Gemurmel vom Kellner. Die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe.

Eine absolut leckere Pizza gegessen.🍕 Der Boden ist einfach der Hammer. Mein Hund war auch willkommen.🐕 Ich kam schnell mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch . Das war sehr angenehm, da ich alleine verreist war.🍹 Der Chef ist auch unheimlich toll.🫶 Als nicht mehr so viel los war und wir nur noch 5 Gäste waren, gab er uns sogar noch etwas ,, Italienisch Unterricht,, 🌞 Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß.😂 An diesem Abend gingen wir alle mit einem vollen Magen und einem glücklichen Lächeln ins Hotel zurück .😊

Die Pizzen sind okay, erinnern aber an Tiefkühle Pizzen. Getränk und Vorspeisen relativ teuer und klein. Eis ist dafür richtig richtig gut

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen,acht Personen vier Erwachsene und vier Kinder haben Pizzen Pasta und Salat bestellt und alles war sehr gut,die zwei Damen die uns bedient haben waren sehr nett und die Preise auch in Ordnung.

Sind leider nur im urlaub hier. Ansonsten würden wir öfter kommen. Sehr gutes essen. Netter service. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Kommen im nächsten Urlaub mit Sicherheit wieder

Das Restaurant liegt nur wenige Schritte bis zum Wasser. Die Lage ist daher perfekt. Der Kellner und das Personal sind sehr nett und am Service kann man nichts beanstanden. Leider muss ich bemängeln, dass die Pizzas von der Tiefkühl kommen. Jediglich der Belag wird zaghaft darauf gelegt. Es ist mir nicht verständlich, wie man sowas in einer Pizzeria servieren kann. Sowas kann ich Zuhause selber in den Backofen stecken und diese schmecken noch einiges besser. Daher rate ich jedem ab, dort eine Pizza 🍕 zu essen. Die Salate hingegen schmecken gut, sind frisch und vom Preis-Leistung her angemessen. Die Nudelgerichte sind sehr lecker, aber auch hier wird für den verlangten Preis leider an der falschen Stelle gespart. 🤔 Portion gleicht einem Kinder-Gericht. Einfach nur traurig. 😪 Getränke sind wiederum sehr günstig. Leider kann ich hier nur zwei Sterne vergeben. Für den Service daher 5 Sterne.

Sehr gutes Eis und sogar super Preis! Hatten Stracciatella, Joghurt mit Himbeersoße und Pistazie in der Waffel zum mitnehmen. Weiter so!

Waren zum 2. Mal hier essen und wieder seeehr zufrieden. Pizza war super gut und auch die scampi und calamari hervorragend. Sind leider nur im Urlaub hier. Aber wir kommrn auf jeden fall wieder. Auch das Personal war sehr nett. Weiter so👍
