Wonderful food, pleasant ambience and the prices are justified!

Anyone expecting a restaurant here, as the outdated pictures suggest, will be disappointed. Pretzels and drinks during the interval are the only items available for purchase. Anyone expecting a nightcap after the show will find the doors closed. The concept should be reconsidered, and the website updated accordingly.

Unfortunately, I can't share the enthusiasm of some others here. Customers who pay the prices listed at the bars in the palace shouldn't be used as guinea pigs. Trainees should, of course, learn how to interact with customers and guests and become confident in their interactions with them. However, this should only happen once the trainee is familiar with the product range, prices, and workspace. It's unacceptable for a trainee to ask colleagues for information about where to find ice for drinks, which ingredients are used for which long drinks, etc. Such training content has no place in day-to-day operations. Or should cheap labor have been used here because long-serving employees wanted Sundays and holidays off? Note: This isn't about excessive prices, but rather about services that don't match the prices.

I visited La Diva in May 2019 as part of a trip with work colleagues. The restaurant is attached to the Friedrichstadt-Palast, and we had pre-booked a visit to the current show Vivid, combined with a three-course meal. We were greeted warmly at the main entrance two hours before the show began and led into the restaurant. Our table was already festively set. There was also a sign on the table indicating that it was reserved for our company, complete with the company logo. It looked good and showed great commitment, very commendable. After we were seated, the first drinks were served (included in our package). The food also started soon. It was very delicious. Personally, the carrots in the main course were a bit hard for me, but that's just my own taste and complaining at a high level. The staff were always friendly and attentive; if something was missing, it was quickly served, and the drinks refills worked perfectly. Even during the show's intermission, when the restaurant was completely full, we still had our seats and were able to enjoy a drink. I thought it was great and can highly recommend the Diva.
