We were disappointed because of the actually very good reviews. The food was average and unfortunately not authentically Italian. In addition, an order was mixed up, which can happen. The service was very nice and courteous and the ambience was really nice, right on the Rhine.

The only good thing was the espresso…

Outside, the Rhine in front of your nose, unique. The food was average. The service, below average. Have a good day, a good appetite is too much to ask for, but pubescent giggles in the background. Three ladies walked past the empty plate without taking it with them. We were a bit listless, even though only 3 tables were occupied. Clearly chose the wrong job. Wine spritzer with ice was a long time coming and came to the table when you could only see the ice. It's a shame for the beautiful restaurant, but there are still competitors on the Rhine who understand the service.

The food was ready very quickly and the atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly and took good care of you. The food was tasty and good but somehow something was missing. but where can I put my thumb on it :/

We went there for the first time yesterday because it was recommended to us. Unfortunately we were more than disappointed. The only positive thing was the wonderful view and a young lady from the service. First of all: There was enough service staff, there were only a few tables occupied, inside and outside. We had Penne al Capone: you had to look for the turkey fillet in the pasta and the 'beef fillet' was inedible, totally tough, just fat and gristle. Empty plates were cleared away after 35 minutes. Waiter totally annoyed because we wanted something more to drink, couldn't remember 4 drinks and we had to wait 20 minutes for them. We waited almost half an hour for the bill. Conclusion: If you give your guests the feeling that you are a nuisance, don't feel like working and roll your eyes in annoyance, you should think about your job choice.

I definitely advise against this restaurant. I have absolutely no idea why it has been rated well so far...the waiters were overwhelmed and unfriendly & the food was inferior. The cocktail was mixed incorrectly, the pasta was raw, and the pizza had a frozen base. Simply bad.....

We had a lovely time with the new managing director last night. You still felt like you were a guest. Finally there was a sunset and a drink on the house. Everything was just right. Keep it up.

We had dinner at this place this evening. Very nice place, adjacent to the Rhine. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the manager Vito. Different options of excellent pizza, typical Italian and German dishes. I highly recommend.

A beautiful restaurant right on the Rhine with a great interior and very friendly staff. I only ate three scoops of ice cream for, say, three euros. I was still treated very kindly even though I didn't really eat much. However, I will definitely be like that come back and have a hearty meal.

Very nice restaurant on the Remagen Rhine promenade. The ambience is a pleasure due to the direct location on the Rhine, which makes you want to try the house's good Mediterranean cuisine, especially when the weather is nice. Pizzas, pasta, fish and meat are almost always at the top level and the service is also very satisfactory. Definitely worth a visit!

We were warmly welcomed in the outdoor seating area right on the Rhine. The service was very friendly and quick. We ordered the lasagne and a Genovese pizza. Both were delivered quickly. The pizza was really delicious, nice dough and good toppings. The lasagna was also very tasty, although for us there was a bit too much cheese on the lasagna, but that is of course a matter of taste. Overall we are very satisfied and would love to come back 😊

We received a birthday voucher from friends and thanks to the additional recommendation we stopped at La Cucina. Service: Friendly and willing, unfortunately no further questions were asked if we wanted something more to drink. Unfortunately we only had one drink for the starter and main course. Please train your service staff more. Ambiance: Beautiful restaurant with high-quality interiors and a large terrace. You really can't complain about that. Eat: I would say OK. But unfortunately not according to the prices. Here, too, the attempt to make it beautiful, unfortunately there is hardly any taste in terms of craftsmanship. The four of us had dinner with Mario and Vito for the second time. We can only warmly recommend the Italian restaurant. Great atmosphere, friendly service and fantastic food. The menu has something for every taste. Had a nice table with a view of the Rhine. Kind regards from Diana and Heiko as well as Sigrid and Thomas from the far north.

Wir waren heute, 20.05.24, zu dritt zum ersten Mal im La Cucina. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Wir haben dann um ca. 13.40 Uhr Bruschetta, Aioli, eine Pizza und den Seewolf bestellt. Die Getränke kamen relativ zügig und der Hund bekam eine Wasserschale. Um 14.40 Uhr wurde dann die Pizza gebracht. Um ca. 14.55 Uhr wurden dann auf Nachfrage endlich Bruschetta und Aioli serviert. Gegen 15.10 Uhr wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der Seewolf nicht auf den offenen Bestellungen für den Tisch stand. Ich habe dann auf das Essen verzichtet und stattdessen ein Weißbier auf's Haus getrunken. Offensichtlich funktioniert keiner der Gastroprozesse und das Team ist überfordert.

We have been guests several times and have always been satisfied, but since the change in management we can no longer recommend this restaurant. The last time we had to wait almost 2 hours for our food, which was very poor in quality. The service seemed very unfriendly and unprofessional to us. The waiters were arguing loudly over tables so we could hear this. Other guests had already complained, and we noticed how, instead of an apology, they were recommended McDonalds if they didn't like the place. That was our last visit. A real shame.

Einmal durch die Metro, warm gemacht und ab auf den Teller. So schlecht gewärmte, mit Salz und Brühwürfel übertünchte Einheitsware aus dem Regal habe so noch nicht essen müssen. Der Anschein einer hochwertigen italienischen Küche wird das Cucina in keiner Weise gerecht. Leider ist zum Überfluß das Personal noch hochgradig überfordert. Falsche Gerichte, vergessene Bestellungen an den Nachbartischen rundedten das Bild ab. So gebe ich dem Cucina keine Überlebenschance. Zu Recht.

Not recommended. After 1.5 hours the food finally came. Apparently the connection to the kitchen was broken. However, you had to ask for the starter because the bread wasn't brought voluntarily... and it wasn't even full. An ice cream as compensation was then possible upon request

Habe noch nie für so schlechtes Essen auch noch bezahlen müssen. Total unorganisiertes Personal, was kurz davor war sich zu prügeln. Kontinuierliche Diskussion wer welchen Tisch bedient. Sehr lange Wartezeit. Das Essen wurde serviert, Besteck wurde dann in einer zerklüfteten Serviette auf Glassplitter die auf dem Tisch lagen gelegt. Auf meine Kritik hin das das Essen (Penne mit Rinderfilet und Putenbrust) überhaupt nicht gewürzt sei wurde mir gesagt man würde keine Gewürze benutzen. Lediglich Salz käme zum Einsatz. Das Rinderfilet war so was von Tot gebraten das ich mir jetzt sehr gut vorstellen kann wie Schuhsohle schmeckt. Nie wieder, absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

A really special experience. Good cuisine with beautifully prepared dishes, very attentive and humorous service. And of course the impressive Rhine panorama from the window. We felt completely comfortable!

At first it took a very long time until you could order. The waiters couldn't agree on who was serving which tables. We then waited an eternity for the food. Unfortunately, the wait wasn't worth it in any way. There is better food in every commercial kitchen. It's a shame because the location is really nice. My recommendation to other guests, move on quickly.

Three weeks ago I would have given it 5 stars. There were four of us eating there. But today unfortunately only 1 star We had reserved the hall with the bar, but were simply transported to an uncomfortable wedding hall. Round tables, some without tablecloths or with square tablecloths and dirty. No window, no music and cold. The planned menu with the cook was not served to us. The waiters were disorganized and listless. Waiting time for drinks was almost 30 minutes - for food almost 90 minutes. The new boss, very unsympathetic, commanded the waiters while sitting Slaves around. Our expenses were on account, which the boss was very displeased with and clearly expressed. Impossible occurrence - never again

You are looking for a restaurant decorated with taste, with great care for its customers, with democratic prices... Look no further! La Cuccina in Remagen. What a pleasant surprise to be so well received, to see fabric tablecloths, napkins bearing the image of the restaurant, to not wait for the waiter to arrive since he comes to see you all the time... Very nicely located. After waiting 30 minutes for a drink and the menu, we left like several other guests. The waiter greets a well-known guest in a friendly manner and they quickly have something to drink. Lots of tables outside and few staff, unfortunately that just doesn't fit. A pity

50 min wait for an appetizer Fish soup for 18 euros with 2 small pieces of fish Cream of asparagus soup for 14 euros without a single piece of asparagus. Served cold. The worst dining experience we've had in a long time. A complete disaster. Reduction in bill? None The boss then said to the waiter: Then you should go to McDonald's soon :) An impudence that is second to none

Communication problems with the waiter led to a different dish, even though we asked for asparagus when we arrived. The asparagus dish actually consisted of some salmon and 3! Spears of mediocre asparagus. Friends report similar problems. That used to be better.

Unfortunately that wasn't anything special. First we were given two cards with different prices, which was very revealing. The salami pizza on the current menu had just become 38.4% (!) more expensive (€13.70 instead of €9.90). We wouldn't have expected so much inflation in Remagen ;-) My wife only took a small salad mista - she wasn't very hungry. Oh well. The salad was no good. As we were clearing away the waiter spoke to us as more than half was left. And then came what always comes really well: not taking the guest seriously. The statement that everything is always made fresh could now be refuted with wilted leaves. Well, what was probably meant was that the cook took a “fresh bowl” and then distributed ready-made salad from the bucket. My wife is an expert and it was also obvious to me as a layman. What was also displeasing was the way the head waiter (?) dealt with the friendly waiter who served us. One had the feeling that it was a serf. There was nothing wrong with my pizza and the wine was good too. Ultimately, the way we deal with criticism and the tone in the team will no longer lead us to the restaurant - a shame, because we found the place and ambience very nice.

Top just top!! There were 12 of us eating there and we were served very friendly and so thank you very much for the great service and the food there is really delicious and the dishes are really unique and you can't find such a beautiful and special menu everywhere, I can do it I can only recommend it and am happy to be a guest there.

First of all, the view is wonderful, right on the Rhine, the food was also really good, there were 13 of us, a birthday dinner, I called 2-3 times to make sure that the seats were there and that we wanted to sit outside . When we arrived no one seemed to know about us and everything was very hectic and makeshift. When we finally sat down the cellar came for the drinks. As soon as we had the drinks away, unfortunately no one came to ask if we wanted anything else for a long time, that's part of a restaurant for me. When it came to ordering the food, my companion had a few requests for the food, lactose-free, it said on the menu, unfortunately a normal meal with dairy products came, so she couldn't eat. In addition, the waitress didn't know what kind of food she was actually bringing us, I think as an employee we should know that too? We wanted to go today on April 7th. Go out for a nice, tasty meal on Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately we encountered dirty outdoor area (gravel). Cigarettes 🚬 butts everywhere and no well-kept outdoor area. The table had not been cleaned and we had to point this out! Then came the recommendation of the day (pecobello salad). My wife was disgusted by the finished bagged salad because some of the lettuce leaves had rotten spots. She then lost her appetite. They also didn't ask what dressing they wanted!? My meal was Spaghetti Frutti di Mare and you could eat it, but there was very little pasta on the plate 😯. At least they apologized for it, but we won't eat there anymore. Finally, we had to let us know 4 times (a waitress who had no plan at all 😴) and a waiter so that we could finally pay!

Wir waren bereits 4 x hier essen, 3 x an einem gut besuchten Wochenende, 1x in der Woche. Hierbei mussten wir feststellen, dass die Teller (immer dasselbe Gericht) an den Wochenenden voller sind. Ob es daran liegt, dass hier 2 verschiedene Köche kochen ? Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr gut, alles frisch und lecker, da gibt es echt nichts zu meckern. Die Aussicht am Fenster klasse. Der Schock kam aber dann mit dem Dessert. Ein "Tiramisu", sofern man es so nennen kann, in einem winzigen Gläschen serviert, ausschließlich mit einer undefinierbaren Creme ohne jeglichen Geschmack, Bisquit steckte da so ein abgebrochenes Stück drin, zu einem Wucherpreis von sage und schreibe 9,70 €. Man konnte es beim besten Willen nicht essen. Die Rechnung war schon erstellt, als wir noch, sehr freundlich, unsere Kritik hierzu äußerten. Der Kellner reagierte sichtlich "angefressen" mit der Aussage, "es hätte sich noch nie jemand beschwert" und zog erkennbar beleidigt ab in die Küche. Beim Abkassieren meinte er, an der Rechnung könne er nichts mehr machen, bot uns aber als Entschädigung noch eine Kleinigkeit an. Fazit: Ein Restaurant, welches keine konstruktive Kritik vertragen kann, werden wir nun künftig meiden. Wir empfehlen außerdem dem Küchenchef, sich mal in anderen Restaurants umzuschauen, wie man ein richtiges Tiramisu zubereitet, welches vor allem auch einem Preis von fast 10 € gerecht wird. Schade, da wir hier wohnen, tut es uns leid.

If you ever wanted a salad the size of a starter salad and paid €15 for it, you're in good hands there. Has declined significantly in recent years. Noodle portions are also a joke Service is great, they can't be blamed for the wrong decisions above.

A very nice restaurant. Really beautifully designed. Unfortunately the drinks took a very long time (at least 10 minutes or longer). When ordering as described on the menu, the dip was missing from the starter (it was like a yoghurt sauce) - it came as a reminder. The desired sauce was missing for the main course. The meat just came without any sauce. There was a drink on the house, but we had to wait forever for the first drinks and were forgotten twice, so we were simply not satisfied! It's a shame because it really has a beautiful location on the Rhine and the restaurant is also beautifully done. But unfortunately we won't be coming anymore. Schöne Lage direkt am Rhein. Die Bedienung völlig überfortert. Man hat es bei einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten geschafft, alle Essen nacheinander zu servieren.

We've been there several times and were very disappointed with the food today. There was no Vitello tomato and the lasagna was luke warm at best. The ribbon noodles were soggy. In order to visit the location again, some things in the kitchen have to improve significantly.

I have gluten intolerance, the staff told me they will check in the kitchen for options and came back with an idea of pizza. They had no clue what gluten is. To me this is a bit unprofessional when you ran a restaurant

We were very disappointed today, really very disappointed. We ate in this restaurant about a year ago and it was fantastic, really good. Today it didn't work at all, we stopped in spontaneously and were lucky enough to get a table for two people. After a short while, the waiter accidentally bumped into my wife and just walked away without apologizing. We were about to leave, but we wanted to eat the delicious steak like back then, so we stayed. We ordered 300g fillet steak with a side salad and tagliatelle as well as 220g entrecôte with the same side dishes. Unfortunately we weren't asked how we wanted our meat... raw, medium or well done. Then the food came and the misery began. The side salad was very puny, more like a few leaves on the corner of the plate. About the meat... the fillet steak was very small, more like 200g, lighter than my wife's and had a cut on the side, as if you wanted to see how far the meat was through. Of course it was too much. My wife's entrecôte, on the other hand, was almost raw. The waiter called in the boss and it was quickly clarified that we would get the salad and the meat new. This was better and the weight was obviously correct. Unfortunately, we had to eat our food in three parts... first the pasta, 5 minutes later the salad and about 10 minutes later the new meat. Unfortunately, this was very unsatisfactory. My wife then asked for herb butter, which was served to her when she finished her meat. Incidentally, it wasn't very charming that the waiter was the only person looking for me to talk to. My wife wasn't really noticed. She is beautiful though. 😉 Shameful last but not least, as a small compensation we were offered a digestif on the house. This was the last time we got it, even though we were happy with everything.

Wir waren hier mit 5 Personen zum Abendessen. Das Essen war durchschnittlich. Der Service eine absolute Katastrophe. Falsches Essen am Tisch, alle Teller und Getränke zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Bestellung vergessen. Wer braucht sowas ? Wer schön Essen möchte/ einen schönen Abend verbringen möchte mit seinen Freunden oder der Familie sucht sich vielleicht was anderes.

Wir hatten unsere Weihnachtsfeier hier. Eine ganz tolle Lokation. Die „Kochschule“ war 100% kurzweilig, der Koch, in einem Lehrer und Alleinunterhalter, warf große klasse. Die Bewirtung spitze. Das Essen: Daumen hoch! Das Beste: wir haben die Rezepte auf Papier mit nach Hause nehmen können zum nachkochen. Mega! Weil: von dem, was uns dort an „Kochkunst“ vorgemacht wurde, konnte man vieles zu Hause umsetzen. Soll heißen: nicht nur absolut gelungener Abend, man hat auch noch ne Menge an Wissen mit nach Hause genommen. Vielen Dank dafür. 5 Sterne ohne Abzug!

Direkt am Rhein gelegenes, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit schönem Ausblick. Freundliches Personal. Leckeres Essen. Die Spaghetti Frutti di Mare sind sensationell 🦐🤤 Unser Besuch war während des Hochwassers. Da der Eingang weiter unten liegt und dadurch nicht zugänglich war, gab es eine Umleitung (ausgeschildert mit Hilfe von Stehtischen und großen, brennenden Kerzen sowie Schildern in der Fußgängerzone). Die Umleitung führte über den deutlich höher gelegenen Hintereingang. So war das Lokal auch bei Hochwasser gut zu erreichen 🙂

Wir waren zum Sylvestermenü da und waren sehr enttäuscht - die Küche ist sonst deutlich besser. Die angekündigte Livemusik war ein DJ mit 4 bunten Lichtern, der sehr merkwürdig gemixt Musik vom Laptop abspielte. Dieses Kosten hätte man sich sparen können, eine Playlist wäre sicher besser gewesen. Wir haben gedacht man könne tanzen, das war leider nicht möglich. Der auf der Menükarte ausgewiesene Willkommens-Aperitif wurde nicht gereicht.

Wir waren gestern (Silvester) dort, es gab ein festes Menü (6 Gänge), dieses war wirklich sehr gut! Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Lokal sehr schön eingerichtet!! Beginn war 19 Uhr, angekündigt war Live-Musik und Feuerwerk. Leider zog sich der Abend enorm in die Länge ohne irgendwelche Highlights, gefühlt bis ca 20.30 h kam die Musik nur aus der "Konserve", danach wurde aber auch nicht "live" gespielt, sondern ein DJ legte auf, dies dann gemischt mit Klaviermusik aus der Konserve, was zusammen echt unangenehm war. Bei Live-Musik erwarte ich eine Band oder so, die Live spielen und auch auf die Gäste eingehen. Viele Gäste sind vor 0.00 h schon gegangen. Nett war, das alle noch anwesenden Gäste zum Sekt um Mitternacht vor der Türe eingeladen waren um das tolle Feuerwerk zu sehen. Fazit: zum Essen kommen wir jederzeit wieder, Silvester nicht mehr, da sich die 5 Stunden bis Mitternacht echt lange gezogen haben und wie oben geschrieben keine Highlights hatten. ... entsprechend kamen zu den 73,90 € pro Person noch viele Getränke dazu um die Zeit zu überbrücken

Nach wie vor mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Remagen. Leider sind die Pizzen zum mitnehmen aber mit der Zeit so klein geworden, dass man als Durchschnittsesser nicht mehr satt wird. Das war anfangs ganz anders. Da solltet ihr etwas machen.

Mooie locatie met ´n heerlijke menukaart vol Italiaanse gerechten. Genoten van super vitello tonato, carpaccio, ossobuco en lam filet. Toegankelijke wijnkaart voor betaalbare prijzen. Absolute aanrader!

Sehr gute Speisen, nur der Service ist sehr langsam und manchmal werden auch Nachbestellungen vergessen. Außerdem ist der Nachtisch für die Portionsgröße etwas teuer.

Tolles Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente. Das Essen war super lecker und für den Preis wirklich gut.

Sehr schön gelegen an der Promenade mit Blick auf den Rhein. Gelungenes Konzept in der Einrichtung in der Kombination von alt und neu! Die Küche ist sehr gut und das Essen wird stilvoll angerichtet. Ein Augen- und Gaumenschmaus! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, es herrscht eine gehobene Atmosphäre und dies bei einem angemessenen Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Ein Restaurant zum Weiterempfehlen. Wir waren heute auch zum 2. Mal dort und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente in 3 hintereinanderfolgenden hohen Altbauräumlichkeiten,daher kann es bei vielen Gästen schon mal lauter werden. Große Auswahl an mediteraner italienischer Kost.Mittlere bis gehobenere Preiskategorie. Uns hats gefallen ,eine schöne Alternative zu den anderen ansässigen Lokalen.Gut geeignet für größere Familienfeiern, etc..

Sehr lecker das Essen, freundlicher Service und Schickes Ambiente

Wir haben das Cucina über das Jahr immer wieder ausprobiert. Sehr schöne Lage sehr gute Weine, sehr gute Spaghetti Frutti di Mare. Aber sonst? Der Koch versucht das Essen phantasievoll aufzutragen. Aber leider fehlt im jegliches Talent zum Kochen. Entrecote sauer eingelegt, Fisch lau und zerbröselt, Salate ohne Phantasie. Das Personal ist bemüht, aber ohne jede Organisation. Heute bei herrlichem Sommerwetter im Oktober waren beim Nachbar Italiener alle Tische weitestgehend belegt, im Cucina kein einziger. Ich fürchte das wird nichts. Wer hat wohl die positiven Bewertungen beschafft?

I guess their kitchen and service still has some catching up to do, not to blame Considering they are just 7 months in ... it did take a long wait for the Bruscetta classic and even longer wait for the main course pizzas to arrive. A beer mix up... followed by some wine and a few investigative queries to the whereabouts of our food, the starter arrive... very good and tasty Bruscetta, served on a bed of Rucola with some black olives .. the pizzas followed ... now don't get me wrong.. waiting time and all be damned... the pizzas were absolutely smashing... delicious, almost perfect pizza base, thin, well baked and scrumptious.. totally forgive the delayed service... the pizzas hit the spot and the views by the Riverside promenade.. wow... Good recovery La Cucina.. we are coming back for seconds and look forward to your new opening in Linz. Just speed up the service please :-)

Wir haben bereits mehrfach mit Freunden und der Familie dort sowohl drinnen als auch draußen zu Abend gegessen bzw. gefeiert. Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, Preise sind der Qualität angemessen. Bisher waren wir immer sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zum Essen dort und erlebten die gleichen Genüsse wie beim ersten Besuch. Vito hat mit seinem freundlich italienischen Service unseren Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen. Nicht für jeden, aber etwas für Genießer. Bis zum nächsten Mal, haltet dieses Niveau.

Es gibt definitiv zu wenig Sterne,um das wunderschöne Ambiente dieses Restaurants zu bewerten.Wir saßen bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf der Aussenterrasse,der Service ist perfekt und sehr aufmerksam,die Speisen sind hervorragend!Wir haben die beste Fischsuppe genossen.Ganz lieben Dank an das tolle Team für die schönen Stunden bei Euch!

Essen super lecker Das Ambiente war auch top

Super schönes Restaurant direkt am Rhein. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die servierten Gerichte sahen schön aus. Der Geschmack lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Das ganze Essen (3 Hauptgerichte und die Vorspeisen) schmeckten alle sehr lasch. Sorry, aber wenn ihr den Koch wechselt, dann werdet ist super!

Tolles Restaurant mit einer 1A-Lage direkt am Rhein. Nettes Ambiente, freundliches Personal und das Essen war lecker, das Bier die richtige Temperatur. Wir mussten etwas länger auf das Servieren der Speisen warten was ganz normal ist, denn es war viel los und in der Küche arbeiten keine Robotor sondern Menschen die viel zu tun hatten. Wir hatten uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit vier Personen und haben im Aussenbereich gegessen. Das Ambiente war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Service war schnell, super freundlich und kompetent. Die Speisen waren toll angerichtet und geschmacklich sehr gut! Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Menge etwas üppiger sein könnte. Ohne Vorspeise, wären wir nicht wirklich satt geworden, was natürlich an jedem persönlich liegt. Trotzdem gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung und 5 Sterne, weil alles andere fantastisch war!

Tja. Da lief so einiges unrund... Die telefonische Tischreservierung war einwandfrei. Am Abend (hier: 19:00 Uhr) wurden wir (wahrscheinlich) vom Chef begrüßt und an den Tisch geführt. Alles war vom Ambiente her top. Die Terrassen-Tische (outdoor) mit weißen Tischdecken, jeder Tisch hatte Vasen mit frischen Blumen, zusätzlich ein ovales Tellerchen fürs erste Brot. Der Service war aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich, servierte zügig die georderte Flasche Wasser und schon bald zwei Gläser italienischen Rosé-Sekt. Leider korkig. Dafür können weder der Gastronom noch der Mitarbeiter etwas. Das passiert schon mal. Die Reaktion war perfekt. Der offensichtlich 2. Chef dort kam mit einer neuen Flasche, öffnete diese am Tisch und servierte frischen Sekt. Dann wurde die Bestellung aufgenommen. Wir waren zu zweit. Wir bestellten je eine Vorspeise und je einen Hauptgang. Dazu ein Glas ital. Weisswein (Lugana Ca del Prato). Das Brot und Olivenöl als Entrée wurden gebracht. Der Wein folgte. Bis hierher alles ok. Dann kamen die Vorspeisen. Allein mein Vitello Tonato hätte als volle Mahlzeit gereicht. Es war sehr schmackhaft, schön angerichtet, doch war die Portion sehr groß. Ebenso bei der zweiten Vorspeise, Antipasti della Casa, Piccolo. Nach dem Verzehr (Genuss) kam der Service-Mitarbeiter, erkundigte sich nach der Zufriedenheit und fragte ausdrücklich, ob es gleich weitergehen könne oder ob wir lieber eine Pause hätten. Wir antworteten, dass es gerne gleich weiter gehen könne. Inzwischen brachte der Chef eine LED-Tischlampe um die schöne Stimmung weiter begleiten zu können. Wir warteten auf unseren Hauptgang und warteten und machten uns langsam bemerkbar.. Man entschuldigte sich, es hätte wohl lange gedauert, es wäre soviel zu tun... wir würden gleich bedient. Weit gefehlt. Wir haben über eine Stunde! auf unseren Hauptgang gewartet. Die Gäste am Nachbartisch sind uns persönlich bekannt - dort kam das Essen vor unserem obwohl sie später kamen und später orderten. Damit nicht genug. Der Hauptgang, die Lasagne Salmone e Spinaci schwamm in ihrer Sauce in der Cocotte. Die Taliarini Saja waren absolut laff - bei den Nudeln fehlte jegliches Gewürz. Ich musste die Pfeffermühle und die Salzmühle kräftig nutzen, um pepp ins Essen zu bekommen. Als der Hauptgang serviert wurde, bat ich fragend höflich darum, ob es möglich sei, den Lugana nochmal als 0,2l zu bekommen und für die Autofahrerin als 0,1l. Er gab mir zu verstehen, dass das wohl ginge. Es kam ein 1/2 Liter. Obwohl man sich bei uns mehrfach entschuldigte, geschah ein kleiner Affront am Rande. Dem Nachbartisch, an dem offensichtlich alles in Ordnung war, servierte man vom Chef noch einen Sambuca. Wir wurden nicht einmal danach gefragt.... Also, für mich sind das maximal 3 Sterne in der Bewertung. Da nützt das ganze Ambiente nichts, wenn es rundherum nicht stimmig ist. Eine Freundin will dort ihren Geburtstag nachfeiern. Wir haben ihr mittlerweile berichtet....
