The food was sufficient and we liked it very much. Well seasoned but not too spicy. The employees were always friendly too.

Super delicious tapas! House wine was also good. The staff was super friendly, we were visiting Hanover and everyone gave us countless tips on what we could experience in the city on the weekend. We were thrilled 😊👍👍👍

Quite nice, unfortunately some of the fried tapas aren't really my thing. With some of them I had the impression that they could also be finished products. Service is very friendly. Price performance is ok. However, since I had to revise my rating, I would like to be convinced otherwise. The owner is welcome to answer me personally.

The tapas here are super tasty and there is a large selection. The price-performance ratio is definitely right! The service is also very nice and you can eat really comfortably in the restaurant.

Much nicer after the renovation. The selection on the menu was great, even for vegetarians. The four of us tried a number of tapas and were very satisfied! Yes, muslitos are ready-made almost everywhere, so what? Add the homemade lemon alioli and everything is good. The highlight for me were the mussels in white wine cream. At the end there is a delicious flan and a homemade lemonade. The service was nice and attentive ('ab tomorrow there's a diet...). We'll definitely be back!

Here the price matches the performance. The tapas are delicious and the service was super friendly. We've been there a few times now and you certainly can't go wrong with Cantina. Perfect for sharing and enjoying together.

Probably one of the cheapest tapas restaurants in the Hanover region - but there is a problem with the "freshness" of some of the dishes because some tapas are obviously frozen products. If you want to spend more money, you can get higher quality products elsewhere. For the money, La Cantina is completely okay. Service is always courteous - the restaurant is rather uncomfortable. As I said, prices are attractive.

I mainly ordered tapas and they were all excellent. The bread provided as an aperitif was good and went well with the accompanying garlic sauce. In particular, the staff's response is excellent. It was a comfortable and friendly atmosphere rather than a sophisticated atmosphere. Personally, I like this atmosphere better. Recommended if you are looking for an alternative to German food in Hannover.

I have been living in Hanover since 2002. I have been a regular customer of La Cantina since 2002. Why? Because it has beautiful music and exquisite cuisine and is hospitable. You can get all of this for little money.

I've been here many times and since I've ordered the tapas I've really enjoyed the food. The service ladies are nice and very helpful.

Small, cozy restaurant that is quite spacious inside and is furnished as expected. There are also outdoor spaces available in summer. The prices are quite high for a restaurant of this category. The grill plate costs an impressive €29.95 and the fish plate costs the same. Unfortunately, things don't look any better when it comes to drinks. Half a liter of sangria costs around €15 😬 You can eat there cheaper if you limit yourself to a few tapas - but that can quickly add up to €20 or more! The quality of the food was mixed. 🤔 The "Patatas Bravas" were quite tasty and the ham is also recommended. Unfortunately, for the remaining dishes, frozen and ready-made products are often used, some of which are really not worth the money. The service, which was always “tangible” and polite, should be rated positively. The innkeeper also gave us two schnapps. Nowadays it's no longer a given. Conclusion; "La Cantina" is a small, cozy shop that you can visit at any time for a glass of wine or a few tapas. For the reasons mentioned, the restaurant is less recommended for a large dinner.

There were five of us and we were there relatively spontaneously. We were happy that we still got a table, even though it was busy. The tapas were good and ready relatively quickly. The team was polite. Unfortunately we were only able to pay in cash.

There were three of us there and the store was pretty full. Nevertheless, we were served quickly and very nicely. The furnishings are getting old and are rather interesting to look at. Don't expect anything stylish, more like a kind of confetti of various decorative items. But that's completely ridiculous and rather charming! Because the food was really good and very tasty! We probably had 8 different tapas and a main course. Everything is great! Highly Recommended! We will go there again! Thank you for the lovely evening!

The ambience is a bit cool and superficial, but the food is bomb. The tapas are delicious and there is a lot to choose from. The drinks menu also has a lot to offer. The staff was always polite and even joked with us, which was very pleasant.

Es war so ein schöner Abend. Im Kino dauerte es länger und wir kamen etwas zu spät zu unserem reservierten Tisch. Wir wurden trotzdem sehr freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Das Essen war super lecker und das Original spanische Flair unterstrich die gute Küche. Mein Freund wollte zum Dessert nur einen Espresso und ich das Zimtparfait. Wir bekamen einen Dessertteller mit dem Parfait in Herzform mit zwei Löffeln. So eine schöne Idee. Wie kommen bald wieder!!!

Wir waren zum Tapas essen vor Ort. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Tapas Auswahl ist sehr gut und schmecken echt lecker. Können wir also nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Orangeneis war auch ein absoluter Traum An den Toiletten muss aber irgendwas geändert werden. Es riecht einfach sehr unangenehm. Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder.

The food was not very good. And certainly not originally Spanish. We will not recomend eating here. They also allow dogs inside the restaurant. That is bad and dirty. No animals should come into restaurants.

Wer spanische Tapas liebt, ist im La Cantina genau richtig. Das Ambiente, das Personal und natürlich die Speisen sind topp. Der Aufenthalt im La Cantina ist fast ein wenig wie Urlaub.

Das Essen war, wie mein Sohn sagen würde, krass lecker, so mega, die MitarbeiterInnen supernett, ein rundrum wunderschöner Abend. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Varias opção de Tapas que são nada mais que pequenas porcões das mais variadas combinações, feijões com cogumelos, bolinhos de queijo com pimenta, espinafre com grãos de bico e muitas outras opções. O único problema é que não possuí cardápio em inglês (somente em alemão) e nem todos os garçons falam inglês.

Gemütlich und total leckeres Essen. Gebe zu ich sollte hier viel öfter essen ;) kann empfehlen es zu probieren.

Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es werden keine Wünsche ignoriert. Besonder die Fischgerichte sind empfehlenswert, aber auch die Tapas sind extrem lecker.

Hatten dort Stammtisch-Essen. War anfangs etwas skeptisch, aber es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich hatte die Hähnchen-Spieße: seeeehr lecker Mein Mann hatte drei Tapas, auch er war sehr zufrieden und satt. War definitiv nicht das letzte Mal :)

Un lugar de cocina española en Alemania gerenciado por Iraníes. Francamente toda una experiencia multicultural. Aun cuando los dueños no son españoles los platos son muy buenos. ¡Atención excelente y esmerada!

Leider nicht mehr das,was es mal war .Fischplatte für 2 Personen. Leider alles total trocken alles frietiert und Fertigware aus der TK .Uns hat es nicht geschmeckt. Für 82 Euro mit Getränken (0,5 Sangia und eine Flasche Wasser )war es das Geld nicht wert. Wir werden hier nicht mehr essen gehen! Schade ,da wir früher immer gern hier waren. Der Service war ok.Man musste früher immer einen Tisch vorvorbestellen . Unser Besuch ist ca.2 Wochen her da war das Restaurant nur mäßig besucht! Leider eine Enttäuschung.

Wir waren zu Besuch in Hannover und haben dort zu Abend gegessen. Leider hat es zu sehr nach Maggie/Knorr geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter waren engagiert, freundlich und schnell. Allerdings würde ich es aufgrund des schlechten Essens nicht empfehlen.

Super Spanier, weiß gar nicht, warum der nicht so voll wie die anderen ist.. am Essen, am tollen Wein, an den moderaten Preisen und dem super netten und lustigen Service kann es jedenfalls nicht liegen.. allenfalls an der Gestaltung des Restaurants könntet Ihr noch etwas arbeiten 😉

Super guter, zuvorkommender und freundlicher service. Ich habe nur Vegetarische Tappas probiert, und die waren alle sehr lecker. Die Getränkepreise sind ein bisschen zu teuer.

Es gab eine beeindruckende Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen und die Tapas waren schlichtweg ausgezeichnet. Die Vielfalt an Aromen und die Qualität der Zutaten haben mich beeindruckt. Definitiv ein Ort, den man besuchen sollte!

Es war "ok" - Spanische Tapas in einem Restaurant, was es seit 25 Jahren in Hannover gibt. Spanien ist eben nicht Hannover. Wir sind satt geworden. Die Bestellung (die wir selber aufschreiben sollten) wurde bis auf eine Ausnahme auch serviert. Wer jemals "richtige" spanische Tapas gegessen hat, wird enttäuscht sein.

Leider waren wir wohl an einem verkehrten Tag da. Die erste Bestellung kam in einer angemessenen Zeit. Die Nachbestellung dauert fast 1 Stunde. Wir waren zu viert und hatten uns auf einen gemütlichen Tapas Abend gefreut.

Nach Renovierung silberne Wände und kaltweiße Beleuchtung. Achtung..: Die tatsächlichen Preise liegen gegenüber der Internetspeisekarte bei fast dem doppelten. Weinkalkulation schief..: 2 1/2 Gläser Hauswein günstiger als 1/2 l ??? Grillteller für 25,-€ mit Chicken Wings aufgefüllt. Insgesamt hat das Restaurant leider nicht mehr die nette Atmosphäre wie früher und die Preise haben sich nahezu verdoppelt,,

Waren mit unserem Kleinkind dort. Wurden sehr herzlich behandelt, einschließlich dem Kind. Es wurde viel Rücksicht genommen und das Essen war gut.
