Wir lieben diesen Ort. Das Essen war besser als in Italien. Das Team behandelt jeden wie ein Familienmitglied und führt wirklich tiefgründige Gespräche, weil sie sich aufrichtig für das eigene Wohlbefinden interessieren. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen, es hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war hervorragend und sehr freundlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Das war wahrscheinlich das beste italienische Essen, das ich je gegessen habe! Es war eine wahre Liebeserklärung an die italienische Küche, und unsere Bedienung hat sich wirklich sehr um uns bemüht. Ein echter Geheimtipp!

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, die Speisen waren normaler Durchschnitt. Die Preise für die Weine sind überteuert. Leider hat der fast unerträgliche Lärmpegel eine bessere Bewertung nicht zugelassen. Tischgespräche waren nahezu unmöglich.

Immer schön hier mit der Familie. Sehr nette Menschen und leckeres Essen. Die Portionen sind nicht so groß, aber gerade das Pizzabrot ist sehr gut.

Gestern Abend mal wieder spontan essen gewesen. Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten ein Traum. Die Pizza auch wie immer richtig gut..... Es ist kein "steifes Restaurant" wie man es vielleicht wo anders her kennt. Hier wird gelebt, was den Geräuschpegel in dem kleinen Gastraum schnell nach oben treibt. Was daran auch liegt das viele Amerikaner dort speisen....es ist mal so oder so.😄 Die Bedienung (Mutter)und (Schwiegertochter) geben richtig Gas bei der Arbeit.....wir kommen wieder😋

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen! Absolut köstliches Essen und überaus freundliches Personal! Italienische Küche vom Feinsten, wie bei Oma. Ich wünschte, Josephina würde mich adoptieren.

Die Pizza war unglaublich! Auch der Service war tadellos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall regelmäßig wieder! Die Preise sind fair und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. So eine gute Pizza habe ich außerhalb Italiens noch nie gegessen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie zu Abend gegessen und wurden von Frau Giusy und ihrer Schwiegertochter sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Essen und der Service war herrlich. Es war leider sehr, sehr kalt. Wenn man das weiß, kann man sich sehr warm anziehen. Einige hatte ihre Jacken abgelassen. Aber warm angezogen würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend

Wir hatten ein fantastisches Abendessen in der Osteria da Giusy in Kollweiler. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants stimmten uns die herzliche Atmosphäre und der freundliche Service auf einen gelungenen Abend ein. Wir begannen mit der Bruschetta, die unglaublich frisch war: knuspriges Brot, perfekt gewürzte Tomaten und genau der richtige Schuss Olivenöl. Schlicht, aber perfekt zubereitet. Die Margherita-Pizza war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Teig hatte die perfekte Balance zwischen leicht und knusprig, die Tomatensoße schmeckte herrlich frisch und hausgemacht, und der Mozzarella war wunderbar geschmolzen. Eine Pizza, die einem wieder einmal zeigt, warum Klassiker einfach zeitlos sind. Die Carbonara war reichhaltig, cremig und einfach köstlich. Keine Kompromisse, keine unnötigen Spielereien – einfach authentische, wohltuende italienische Küche vom Feinsten. Alles schmeckte hausgemacht und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wenn Sie in der Nähe von Kollweiler sind, ist dieses Restaurant ein absolutes Muss. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Servicekraft (wahrscheinlich die Besitzern) ist eine unglaublich nette, liebenswürdig und tolle Person. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Alles in allem ein perfektes Restaurant!!

Meine Mutter und ich hatten ein wunderbares Abendessen im L’Osteria in Kollweiler! Die gemütliche Atmosphäre in dem charmanten alten Gebäude fühlte sich an wie eine kleine Auszeit in Italien – warm, einladend und perfekt für ein Familienessen. Wir teilten uns ein fantastisches, frisch zubereitetes Pastagericht mit authentischen Aromen. Die Pizza war ebenso köstlich: knuspriger Boden, frische Zutaten und genau die richtige Menge Käse. Alles schmeckte hausgemacht und hochwertig, und die großzügigen Portionen machten uns rundum satt. Der Service war hervorragend – freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Abschiedsessen da und obwohl wir eine größere Gruppe waren, hat das Personal trotzdem Platz für uns gefunden und uns ein sehr schönes Erlebnis bereitet. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen war köstlich und mit Liebe zubereitet.

Habe mich als Gast, welcher nebenbei nicht reserviert hatte, Glück gehabt und mir einen Platz anbieten können. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Die italienische Besitzerin ist eine herzensnette Dame mit einem angenehmen Temperament, welches ich persönlich, sehr herzlich empfunden habe. Das Essen (Steak mit Kräuterbutter, Bratkartoffeln und extra Grillgemüse) war lecker, das Preis- Leistungsniveau in Ordnung. Das Ambiente sehr gemütlich und warm. Was positiv oder negativ aufgenommen werden kann und die Lokalität selbst nichts kann ist, dass es dort absolut kaum oder, wie bei mir (O²), keinen Mobilempfang hatte. Dies ist insoweit positiv anzusehen, wenn man mal ungestört (auch mit den "digitalen Kids") Essen möchte, ohne dabei immer wieder ans Handy gehen zu müssen. Hier kann man bedenkenlos einkehren und bedanke mich, für die tolle Zeit als Gast. Sollte ich wieder einmal in der Nähe sein komme ich gern wieder, eine Reservierung ist jedoch, besonders in Stoßzeiten, empfehlenswert.

Meine Frau und ich haben gestern Abend hier gegessen. Wir wohnen im Nachbarort Jettenbach und sind über einen Wanderweg herübergelaufen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir bekamen sofort einen Tisch, und es gab englische Speisekarten, was sehr hilfreich war, da unser Deutsch nicht so gut ist. Ich bestellte zuerst einen Gin Tonic, und es war wirklich der beste Gin Tonic, den ich je getrunken habe. Das Brot, das uns serviert wurde, war unglaublich. Frisch gebackenes Brot, und mit das beste Brot, das ich je gegessen habe. Als Vorspeise hatten wir gebackenen Feta, und das war wahrscheinlich mein Lieblingsgericht. Es war unglaublich, der Käse war so gut und perfekt zubereitet. Als Hauptgericht bestellte ich einen Lachssalat mit köstlichem Lachs, und meine Frau bestellte Pasta, die ihr sehr gut schmeckte. Zum Nachtisch gab es Schokoladenmousse und Pistazien, die ebenfalls fantastisch waren. Unser Essen kostete insgesamt 70 €, was ich für die Qualität des Essens sehr angemessen finde. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder und ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, die Bedienung war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame. Vielen Dank!

Eine schöne Italienische Restaurant ....man fühlt sich wie zuhause dank der liebevoll Service..... Das Essen is hervorragend......Ich hatte noch nie ein besseres Tagliatelle als Salmone gegessen.....und der frisch gebacken pizza Brot is ein Traum...... Es wird nicht das letzte Mal das wir beim Giusi essen kommen.....

Suchen Sie ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant? Die Osteria in Kollweiler war SO gut! Im Moment haben sie Dekorationen und alkoholische Getränke im Halloween-Stil. Ich hatte den Black Widow Martini mit Blaubeersirup und er war sehr gut. Ich bestellte den Steaksalat mit ihrem hausgemachten griechischen Joghurtdressing und er war köstlich! So cremig und das Steak war perfekt zubereitet. Mein Mann hatte die würzigen Wurstnudeln mit Safran und sie waren sehr lecker. Die Kinder hatten Pizza Hawaii und einfache Nudeln mit Öl. Die Pizza war gut, aber sie übertraf die hausgemachten Nudeln nicht. Der Nachtisch war unser Favorit. Wir hatten das Pistazien-Tiramisu und das Schokoladensoufflé. Das Tiramisu war so leicht und luftig. Ich werde davon träumen, bis ich wiederkomme. Das Soufflé war so gut und reichhaltig, dass die Kinder fast den Teller leer geleckt hätten. Ich kann dieses Lokal wärmstens empfehlen. Die Dame, die uns bediente, war so nett zu unseren Kindern (10 und 6 Jahre alt) und das Ambiente in diesem uralten Gebäude war perfekt. Ich freue mich auf einen wunderschönen Abend im Innenhof.

Great, great, great. Very friendly service and owner. It was just over 22°C... we sat outside. Lovely ambiance and very clean. Innovative bruschetti on pizza dough. Everything was freshly prepared - as was the bot in the salad. Everything had the right touch of Italy in the best La Mama quality. The portions were generous, and the food arrived in a timely manner. The wines we tried were also top-notch and typically Italian. Even the mineral water was a top-quality Italian import. --we'd gladly go back...

Amazing, authentic Italian food! Josie and her staff are SO friendly and kind. They gave us a wonderful dinner and wine pairing recommendation, and accommodated my food allergies with no problem. I had delicious gluten-free pasta. We will be back here during our time in Germany!

Nice Italian restaurant, run by Italians, a little out of town. The restaurant was packed on a Friday night, including some larger tables, resulting in a higher noise level. Mostly Americans. Delicious food with daily specials, not cheap but commensurate with the quality. Attentive and friendly service. Overall, very decent. We'll be back when we get the chance.

The only regret we have about L'Osteria in Kottweiler is that we didn’t discover it sooner. After two years of settling for average fare in the KMC area, we finally decided to try something new, and we were absolutely delighted. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess (possibly the owner), who effortlessly floated from table to table, conversing with guests in four different languages. Her energy lit up the room, and her hospitality made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home rather than just another restaurant. She guided us through the drink menu with care. We ordered an Aperol Spritz (expertly made), a crisp Pils, and some still water. To start, we shared the bruschetta and Caprese. The bruschetta, served on pizza dough as described on the menu, was topped with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil, simple and delicious. The Caprese was also a standout: far more than just mozzarella and tomatoes, it was elevated with basil, a hint of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of balsamic that brought it all together. For the main course, we enjoyed three dishes: a hearty ragu pasta, pillowy gnocchi in a rich gorgonzola sauce, and a pasta dish with ‘nduja, a spicy, spreadable pork sausage from Calabria. Each one was bursting with flavor, clearly prepared with pride and attention to detail. I ended the night with a perfectly executed affogato, a sweet finish to a memorable meal. What truly set the evening apart was the atmosphere, the buzz of the dining room, the care in each dish, and most of all, the sense of pride and warmth from the hostess. It’s the kind of dinner experience you don’t forget. I would return in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend L’Osteria to anyone looking for a genuine, soul-warming meal.

The interior is small but nice and cozy! The food is delicious, highly recommended! Very friendly staff. The restaurant has a lovely courtyard. There are a few parking spaces right next to the restaurant. Reservations are recommended, at least for the inside.

If you are wanting a quick meal, this is not it. They don’t have food ready to go it’s made as it’s ordered. I have yet to be disappointed. Delicious is not suffice.

You will never leave hungry or disappointed. Josie's place is special; homemade, lovingly prepared, fresh, amazing wine choices. Reservations recommended simply because it is a small intimate place. We've brought our children to an earlier seating but the meal can run long so we tend to visit without them. Have never had anything bad there. Josie also is an excellent somoliar.

L'Osteria is my favorite restaurant in Germany. It is nestled in the middle of a quaint village, has a very nice atmosphere and tremendous food. Always ask about their specials!

Pizza and bruschetta delicious. We had made a reservation and were seated in an adjoining room because there was a group of people in the restaurant. 40 people would come. The next room was probably once a town house and was only carelessly furnished with a few hall chairs and tables. When we paid after 1 1/2 hours, no one of the 40 people was in sight.

We were there in a larger group. Everything went well. Great service. Food delicious. Prices ok. Can be recommended.

Incredible restaurant. Every single item my wife and I have had had been amazing. My wife loves their potato gnocchi and their pesto pasta is to die for. All the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. The workers there are so nice and have such a great attitude.

This is easily my favorite restaurant in the area. The pasta is fresh and I don’t think you could order a bad dish here, truly! The service is wonderful and welcoming, and they even recommended the perfect wine to pair with our meals. The linguine alla carbonara was the best I’ve ever had!

Wir haben eine Location gesucht um den Geburtstag meiner Frau zu feiern. In dem Restaurant waren wir bisher nur einmal mit Freunden und fanden das Essen da schon sehr gut. Nach einigem Überlegen ist uns das Restaurant wieder eingefallen und wir haben reserviert. Der Service war top. Der Koch hat sich mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt sich nach unseren Wünschen erkundigt und mit uns gemeinsam ein Menü zusammengestellt. Die vier Gänge waren auf einem sehr hohen Niveau zubereitet worden. Egal ob Suppe, Fisch, Fleich, Eiscremevaiationen, uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.Die Bedienung am Tisch war herzlich und zuvorkommend.das Ambiente italiänisch meditiran rustikal. Der Preis ist auch gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The patio is really nice in early summer, to relax and enjoy the evening. However, I was unfortunately disappointed with my carbonara: the guanciale was not crispy enough, and the dish was overall very salty. The rest of our party enjoyed their food, so maybe I was just unlucky!

From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, the attention was spectacular. We ordered appetizer, main course and dessert, absolutely everything was delicious. My two-year-old daughter is very picky to eat and she loved everything and she asked for more 😊. Desde que llegamos el trato fue espectacular. Went to dinner with friends, and the staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious and the price for pizza was good. My only issues were that the cost of water was very high (6.5 euros), it took a while to get food, and the inside dining area was very warm.
