L. Meier in Waldmünchen

We only drank coffee and it was very good, as was the service. Also recommended for bikers.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. There aren't even umbrellas on the terrace anymore. The tables are dirty (ketchup and stains). Very unfortunate.

Small but nice & class instead of bulk The walk from Waldmünchen was worth it, it was actually the best currywurst I've ever been served!!! But the absolute hit was the Sulz, which sold like hot cakes :-) In the end there were many crosses for the cold beer and the required fruit schnapps on our lid, I was happy to pay the price. Thank you for the nice time at the Trepferl inn. Info: We were there early, the inn only opened at 6 p.m. (which is probably the new opening time). We spent the waiting time sitting in the sun on a nearby bench on the Perlsee circular path - but it was worth the wait!

Food is quite good. Had cheese spaetzle and Bavarian cordon bleu. Facility is also nice. Unfortunately, the standard menu never changes. I also have to agree that the way to the terrace is only allowed through the restaurant, which is very annoying. Especially if you go to the restaurant from the lake side and have two children and equipment with you. Why walk through the restaurant? I also find the cake selection usually very sad. Almost always just cheesecake and apple pie (does anything look like it comes from a frozen food store because it always looks exactly the same?) After a walk at Perlsee it would be very nice to be able to stop there for coffee and cake.
