I was once satisfied. The drinks didn't come until half an hour later. For the second round, the waiter didn't have the time to ask anymore. And after we ordered some drinks, we had to wait three quarters of an hour for a glass of cola. We also had to wait a long time for the food. Even though the restaurant wasn't even fully booked! At least there were no animals in my salad.

We sat in a side room with larger tables. Unfortunately it's not as comfortable there as inside. It wasn't heated either and was a bit cool. My personal opinion is that the quality has decreased a bit and the portion size has shrunk a bit. It still tasted good though.

This room somehow doesn't match the great ambience of the rest of the restaurant. The service was once again great. We were 9 people. Everyone was happy with the food. Except for 2 people, the liver was a bit too dry. It can happen sometimes. Otherwise great.

In my opinion it's totally overrated. The food is bland in taste and sometimes unseasoned. The fries are limp.

Bis zur Getränkebestellung haben wir 20 Minuten gewartet. Auch auf das Bezahlen mussten wir lange warten. Unser Kellner war sehr unfreundlich. Die Pommes waren sehr weich. Das Essen war o.k.

Ate very well. Not too much and not too little. The service wasn't that great. During the meal, someone kept interrupting the situation to ask if everything was okay. But when we asked for the bill, it took 20 minutes for someone to come by and another quarter of an hour before we could pay. That detracted from the overall impression. Still happy to go there again.

We come from Munich and are often in EW. Never without having enjoyed Crete.

Yes, there was really a lot going on that day. But waiting half an hour to place the order is definitely too long. The restaurant has a very nice terrace, but you should definitely not sit on the covered part because the sound reflects there and cigarette smoke collects. The food is rather mediocre. Despite the less than modest price calculation, there is apparently no scope for ouzo as a greeting and farewell.

Even though we ordered at 7 p.m. we had to wait. It was very loud. They need to coordinate better and not always accept orders when there isn't that much capacity. We waited 1h30 for our food. And this isn't the first time. That was better many years ago. Has worn off quite a bit. I think they only see profit. The free ouzo can't change that either. A colleague of mine had to wait half an hour that same evening until she was allowed to sit down, despite ordering at 8 p.m. It can not be.

We rode our bikes on the Oder-Havel cycle path. We saw the sign for the Greek restaurant and took a break there. We sat comfortably by the canal, had a drink and ordered food. We felt comfortable, it tasted very good and the service was also very friendly. We'd love to come back.

Food was good. Price/performance too. I had olives with pepperoni as a starter. In my opinion, too large a portion for one person. Sometimes less is more. So I didn't finish the main course. When it comes to fries, attention should be paid to better quality. Too many black spots. Service is nice and polite. Reservation is recommended.

Suuuper lecker! We were there for later lunch 16h and the restaurant was empty, the service was super fast and sympathetic. The menu is huge but pretty much similar the dishes. We order a mussaka (15€) and gyro with garlic potato and meat with cheese inside (19€) Was delicious. The mussaka was small for the price, so I wouldn't order again, even though was good, but too small. Sparkling water 7€ 750ml bottle. A beer 3,5€. As dessert we order a biscuit cake, was nice as well 5€. You receive a small salad as courtesy for entrance and alcohol shots each Overall I recommend the restaurant, they accepted card When we left (17h30) it was already getting full of people, so I recommend plan yourself. But the restaurant is huuuge so I doubt you will be in line.

There were ten of us. It was my birthday, one of them didn't get the food until later because it was forgotten when everyone had already eaten. The mushroom sauce was completely mushy like jelly. The fries weren't crispy at all. The beer wasn't cold at all. The ouzo was initially warm and ice was mixed in upon request. And my little treat, because it was my birthday, only came when all the guests had left. Congratulations.

Inconspicuous from the outside, but with its own toddler playground. Very nicely decorated inside with numerous seating areas. Well filled at lunchtime, affordable and attractive lunch options. I had a mixed plate; the pork steak was juicy and tender (not a dry rag as is often the case), the gyros were crispy and well seasoned. The service is attentive and quick.

Our new favorite Greek. Very nice surroundings. You can take a nice digestive walk by the water. Food is very tasty and fresh. So far nothing has been canned like other restaurants. Food came quickly and the service is very friendly and courteous. Kids also get a schnapps (Kiba) and the women get Ouzo with blue Curacao and the men get the normal ones. Kids get a little ice cream on the house with the bill. Really great. There is also a playground nearby. Top restaurant 👍👍 oh well, you finally get normal plastic straws - not the ones that dissolve in your mouth

A completely inconspicuous building. We were absolutely positively surprised. A large, beautiful terrace with a great view invites you to linger, and the interior rooms are also super nice. The service is absolutely terrific, courteous, attentive and very friendly. The food also absolutely impressed us. The portions are more than sufficient and the taste is very commendable. A visit will be worth it in any case.

That was my second time eating at Crete in Eberswalde. Once in a large group with over 50 people and another time with 4 people. A reservation was also possible here quite quickly and by telephone. The restaurant was also very busy during our time. Nevertheless, I rate this in categories. | Personnel (Service) | In general you can't complain about the service and the staff. They respond quickly and always very friendly to requests. | Environment/ambience | The restaurant is typically very simple and plain in design. (As you would half expect from a Greek.) Nevertheless, I think it is very nice that there are many individual large seating areas. Instead of standard table and chair rows. These are more common outdoors. I didn't notice much of the ambience or musical accompaniment during my visit, but I wouldn't deduct a point for that. | Food | The food was very excellent both in terms of price and taste. They say you eat with your eyes and I was very pleased with the food here too. As I said, the price is very good with a starter + main course + 2 drinks at around €30 with tip. | Others | In general, I can't really comment much here. The parking situation is okay on weekends, but it gets a bit difficult in the evenings of the week. That's why I wouldn't deduct any points. | Conclusion | Here too, there is nothing to complain about if you are looking for a good, tasty and moderately priced restaurant. It's exactly right here. That's why 5 stars and I would like to come back again if I have the time.

The best greek food ever, no words!

Very nice Greek restaurant. The food is very tasty and the portions are almost impossible to fill. The service is very nice and attentive. For the children there was a small portion of free ice cream as dessert 😉 Price/performance ratio definitely fits. A clear recommendation.

We had ordered food to pick up, when we unpacked the dish it was with mushrooms even though when we ordered, despite repeating it several times, absolutely nothing was said about mushrooms and according to the menu there were no mushrooms there. And when that was said on the phone, he suggested a solution, but he wasn't particularly insightful.

Were there for the first time and were pleasantly surprised after the place didn't look very inviting from the outside, but the inside was nicely decorated with a Greek flair. There are already a lot of guests at lunchtime because there is a lunch menu with reasonable prices. My wife had food from the lunch menu, plentiful and tasty, I had gyros from the menu, also plentiful and tasty. My wife got ice cream on the house because it was her birthday. So recommended, we'll be back...

Food was very good. The service was very courteous and attentive. Of course, the restaurant was very full on Valentine's Day, so we reserved a table in advance (but this always makes sense). Ouzo are always offered in between.

The food here is delicious, the service is quick and friendly, and it's wonderfully close to the fountain. It was a very nice evening there again and again.

Crowded, but fast and very friendly service. Ouzo in large quantities, great meat and pepperoni in garlic sauce... that makes it easy to ignore the "side salad".

Durch Rezensionen auf diese Gaststätte aufmerksam geworden und nicht bereut. Schöne Gaststätte in einem Wohngebiet von Eberswalde. Kleiner, kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. Gemütliche Gaststätte mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Leckeres Bier 🍻🍺. Gaststätte war zum Mittagessen gut gefüllt, beim Personal kam jedoch keine Hektik auf, dass hat mir sehr gefallen. Leckere Vorspeisen, natürlich gut mit Knoblauch durchzogen. Auch die Hauptgerichte waren sehr gut und reichlich, so wie man es beim Griechen kennt. Begrüßung und Verabschiedung mit Handschlag und Ouzo. Es gab sogar grünen Ouzo. Preislich vollkommen vertretbar und empfehlenswert, hier wird jeder satt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Mein Schweinefleisch war sehr zähe. Man diskutierte mit mir, dass Schweinefleisch nicht zähe sein kann. Wurde dann durch Hähnchenbrustfilet ersetzt. Das Eis war nichts besonderes. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Klassisches Griechenland-Restaurant mit dem Flair eines Imbiss. Das liegt weniger am rustikalen Ambiente als vielmehr schon an der Speisekarte, die als überdimensionales Papier zu den Gästen kommt. Darauf stehen dann Klassiker der griechischen Küche, also eher wenig für Vegetarier oder gar Veganer. Die Speisen selbst bieten ebenso wenig Überraschungen, sind klassisch gewürzt und bekömmlich. Spätestens mit dem Ouzo aufs Haus ist geschmacklich alles rund. Wenn es voll ist, wird es eng bei der Parkplatzsuche. Doch keine Sorge, fußläufig finden sich ausreichend Stellplätze.

Immer wieder lecker! Leider immer etwas laute Atmosphäre aber sonst alles super freundlich lecker was will man mehr.

Sehr gastfreundliche und liebevolle Menschen vor Ort. Ich gehe immer gerne dorthin. Es schmeckt lecker und die Portionen sind groß. Kinderfreundlich steht auf der oberste Priorität. Beim Ouzo gibt es auch immer kleine Gläschen ohne Alkohol :)

Sehr lecker Preis/Leistung ist trotz etwas gestiegener Preise in Ordnung. Durch hohe Besucherzahlen ist der Service zurück gegangen ,aber sie geben sich große Mühe das auszugleichen.
