It is shocking to read bad reviews here, I hope those people are not real. I've been coming to this place for at least one year at least 3 times per month, and I LOVE IT. The food is delicious, people are extremely nice, the place is cozy and clean. For take away the food is amazing but the whole experience inside of the restaurant is even better. I'm a big fan of this place, and so far, it is one of the best thay I have been.

The food here is really horrible, doesn't taste good at all, I gave one star because I can't give zero, service is really disrespectful, it's way too expensive, fries are very cold, the meat is badly grilled, I almost vomited, the toilet is unclean. Doner kebab consists of 90% salad and the salad tastes really sour and smells disgusting. Way too expensive 52 euros just for 2 doner salad and 2 doner bread. The shop doesn't deserve that

I do not recommend this restaurant. 1. There is no soap in the toilet 2. we ordered doner salad. It was full of onions and the salad was disgusting and the meat was far too little and not grilled well. 3. We also ordered a doner bag, but it was full of salad, but it's called (doner) close. 4. the prices are way too expensive for such food and meat. The star is far too much for him.

The Bingöl restaurant in Hamburg is a true gem! From the moment we walked in we felt like we were in another world. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and cozy, perfect for a special evening. The food far exceeded our expectations - every dish was a taste explosion! Particularly noteworthy are the incredibly fresh and authentic Turkish dishes. The service was second to none; The staff was not only friendly and attentive, but also exceptionally accommodating. We were particularly impressed by the diverse meze and the perfectly prepared lamb skewer. This restaurant is a must for anyone who appreciates exceptional cuisine and outstanding service. We will definitely be regulars!

We were there for a birthday and I was very disappointed, my granddaughter wanted fries that took an hour. My husband and I's food came quicker than a chip. Where can you find something like that?

Unfortunately the food has declined significantly, especially kebab and pizza. The pizza tasted of nothing, no salt, no spices and tomatoes that were green. Absolute impudence to then cash in big?! The prices are too high for the sometimes poor quality of the food. The kebab meat doesn't taste good, it also tastes like water! Unfortunately very disappointing! We won't be coming back again

I find €9 for a “rotisserie in bread” to be overly cheeky and overpriced. For the fact that you pay a lot less for a real kebab somewhere else (that's what you can only call the skewer if the skewer isn't just made from minced meat). Unfortunately the taste wasn't great either. Of course, more lettuce is also added so that you save even more. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this restaurant has deteriorated greatly after a "remodel". Maybe the costs have to be recouped this way.

It hasn't been good since the owner changed. The long closing time did not help the snack bar gain new strength. Staff always very unfriendly and listless. I can understand that the job isn't fun, but you should have a minimum of decency. It now looks more like a very overpriced snack bar than a restaurant. Music way too loud, like in a disco. Mini bowl of lentil soup for €8 is just outrageous. I wouldn't even eat here again if I were paid.

Who doesn't love Turkish food?! I'm definitely a big fan. And so it wasn't difficult for me to pay a visit to Bingöl with my colleague Mal Köz. And since I hadn't had an Iskender Kebab for a really long time, there was no question about what had to end up on my plate. And what can I say: it was really tasty. Exactly as I remember it from various holidays in Türkiye. The service is courteous. At the end we each got a Cay on the house. I think a second visit will definitely be on the cards again soon.

Absolute recommendation. Everything was just right. Freshly prepared, we were asked if we would also like flatbread (free and delicious), the portions were very large and the quality was also great.

Had a kebab plate, cold bread and the fries too. Without exaggerating, I had never eaten such bad meat (see photos). It's disgusting, I couldn't finish it. The waitress didn't ask if everything was OK and of course there was no response to the food that was left behind. The salad consists of 80% coleslaw and is extremely sour. This shop has had its golden days years ago. A repeat visit is out of the question for me.

Wir waren das erste mal dort essen und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war super lecker. Der Salat war frisch und lecker gewürzt. Die Vorspeisen waren eine klare 10/10. Die Kellner waren fix und sehr nett. Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt auch einige hauseigene Parkplätze neben dem Restaurant. Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Abend und alle waren mehr als satt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Achtet mal auf die Bezeichnung der Speisen im Lokal. Das Fleisch wird hier nicht als Döner, sondern als Drehspieß-„Fleisch“ deklariert. Was das bedeutet? In Deutschland gibt es eine sogenannte Deklarationspflicht. Als Döner darf man nur das geschichtete Fleisch anbieten, meist Kalb oder Hähnchen, nicht jedoch das Hackfleisch welches oft verkauft wird, das muss man als Drehspieß deklarieren. Zusammengefasst: Euch wird hier Fleisch vom Spieß mit einem Hackfleischanteil von min. 60% zu einem überhöhten Preis verkauft. Das ist mit die billigste Zusammensetzung die ein Ladenbesitzer kaufen kann. Ich kann beim besten Willen nicht verstehen, warum ein Laden der relativ gut besucht ist ein solches Fleisch hier anbietet und die Kunden darüber nicht mal informiert. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unangemessen. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Super leckere Gerichte. Alles frisch zubereitet , auch das Brot. Doch leider muss ich sagen habe ich das gefühl , dass nach jedem Besuch die Preise erhöht werden. Einfaches Hähnchengericht kostet 21 Euro... eine Portion Extra Reis kostet 5,50€... Es ist nur REIS!!! für 7Euro bekommt man woanders einen ganzen Döner...Bei drei Gerichten + Extra Reis war ich schon bei 67 Euro OHNE Getränke..

Essen super, leider haben sich die Preise sehr negativ entwickelt, früher bin ich oft hier gewesen nun nicht mehr. Ein Dürüm für 9 Euro ist einfach zu teuer, Online kostet es sogar noch mehr. Der Mittagstisch schmeckt lecker, der Koch ist super, ich kenne ihn schon seit über 20 Jahren auch aus anderen Restaurants wo er tätig war. Mittagstisch lohnt sich auf jedem fall, 9,50 normal und 8,50 für Personen aus den umliegenden Firmen. Man sollte rechtzeitig da sein (ab 12:00) da das Essen schnell alle ist. Beim Lachmacun Dürüm wird kein Lachmacun verwendet sondern ein normales Dürüm Fladen welches mit etwas Hackfleisch und Tomaten bzw. Paprikamark bestrichen ist. Schade das es sich so entwickelt hat, habe immer gern dort gegessen, was mir noch aufgefallen ist dass ständig neue Mitarbeiter dort sind, frage mich warum die Mitarbeiter so oft wechseln!!!

Sehr gut Qualität. Ist recht hochpreisig aber bei der Qualität ist der Preis angemessen. Wobei ich keinen Döner oder Pommdöner dort essen würde. Der Pommdöner kostet 9.90 Euro. Sicher ist die Qualität des Drehspiesses deutlich besser als in vielen Döner Läden. Nun Lieder top Qualität etwas teuer als billig und dann schlechter Qualität. Personal sehr freundlich und viele echte türkische Gerichte. Fast wie in Istanbul. Wir hatten den Lammteller. Alles sehr gut und hat völlig für 2 Personen gereicht. Er hat 27,00 Euro gekostet. Eigentlich hasse ich alle Art von Innereien, jedoch die Lammleber war sau lecker. Gerne wieder

Seit ungefähr 2 Jahren holen wir hier in unregelmäßigen Abständen unseren Döner/Dürüm ab. Ein wirklich toller Laden, mit sehr gutem Essen und wahnsinnig freundlichem Personal. Also eigentlich eine klare 5/5 Sterne-Bewertung…aber es hat sich was verändert. Ich möchte gleich sagen, dass wir hier nur vom „take away“-Bereich sprechen können. Was anfänglich als „Versehen“ unsererseits abgestempelt wurde, stellte sich jetzt nach dem dritten Besuch als „neuer Standard“ heraus. Die Portionen werden immer kleiner (der Inhalt für 2 Dürüm wird jetzt in einer kleinen Metallschale „angerührt“ und kann daher vermutlich schlechter portioniert werden), das Verhältnis Fleisch zu Salat passt nicht mehr, Pommes werden zweimal frittiert und zu guter letzt wird der Dürüm nach dem Befüllen nicht mehr erwärmt, was den Geschmack erheblich verändert. Wir sind eigentlich große Fans trotz der doch eher hohen Preise, aber das mindert es aktuell leider stark. Da uns immer der selbe Mitarbeiter das Essen zubereitete, stellt sich hier wirklich die Fragen ob es der „neue Standard“ ist, also am Laden liegt oder am Mitarbeiter!?

Sehr empfehlenswert. Leckeres Essen, guter und schneller Service. Etwas hochpreisiger, dafür frisch und lecker. Die Portionen haben eine gute Größe. Auf Wunsch bekommt man leckeres Brot zum Essen. Ein türkischer Tee im Anschluss gehört hier dazu und zum guten Ton. Wir kommen gerne her.

Bestes türkisches Schnellrestaurant in Hamburg!

Die Erwartungen an türkisches Essen in Deutschland voll erfüllt. Sehr nette Bedienung

Ich war das erste Mal seit Längerem wieder bei Bingöl, nachdem viele Freunde und Bekannte es empfohlen haben. Leider wurde ich arg enttäuscht. Fangen wir mit dem einzig positiven Punkt an: der Laden ist hübsch eingerichter und gepflegt. Leider hört es damit auch schon auf, denn in der Auslage liegt massenhaft rohes Fleisch in seinem Saft und ranzt dahin. Der Dürüm-Döner kostet 9 (!) Euro und der Witz war auch noch, dass nach dem bestellen und bedient werden, dem Personal einfällt, dass man ja nur ab einem Betrag von 10 € mit Karte zahlen könnte. Als Hinweis kam dann, man könne ja noch mehr bestellen. Der Dürüm war nicht nur teuer sondern auch qualitativ midnerwertig, klein zäh und matschig. Einfach (k)ein Vergnügen .....

Immer wieder gerne. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und wird frisch zubereitet. Die gegrillten Gerichte werden über Holzkohle gegrillt. Das Fleisch ist auf den Punkt, zart und trotzdem hat es eine knusprige Hülle. Der Service ist einfach natürlich freundlich und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wieder und wieder. Danke

Die Vorspeisen sind super lecker und frisch. Fleisch, Reis, Pommes und Gemüse waren sehr gut. Selten so leckeres Fleisch gegessen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und super nett. Wenn etwas leer war wurde sofort für Nachschub gesorgt. Preise sind für diese Qualität sehr gut. Hier kommen wir öfters und sehr gerne wieder !

Das Essen war bei unserem Besuch frisch und das Dönerfleisch kommt vom Drehspieß. Geflügel oder Kalb. Nach dem Essen gibt es einen Tee. Wenn man mag Baklava. Die Zubereitung am Grill kann man durch eine Scheibe beobachten. Es riecht sehr lecker. Die Einrichtung ist einfach. Als Deko sind Plastiblumen aufgestellt. Preis ist einer Meinung nicht angemessen.

Ich war öfters hier zum essen gewesen. Leider war der Mittagstisch sehr fettig gewesen. Zudem kostet ein kleiner Teller Nachschlag Reis zu einer Suppe 5€. Den Preis hatte ich leider nicht verstanden und wurde vom Personal auch ignoriert. Komme leider nicht mehr wieder. Das Personal ist stets nett und sehr bemüht! Der Laden ist auch sauber!

İnsanın ailesi ile gelip rahat edebileceği, yediği yemekten tad aldığı güzel Restaurant. Ailesi ile yemek yerken bile rahat edebilmeyi dileyen herkese tavsiye ederim. Beş üzerinden 10 🌟😉😉

War immer unser Lieblingsrestaurant für türkisches Essen. Heute nach dem Umbau das erste mal wieder da gewesen und zum Mitnehmen 2 Spinat-Pide und eine Felaffelbox mit Salat: SCHIMMEL auf der Pide (für stolze 10,90 € das Stück); s. Fotos. Gut, dass wir es rechtzeitig bemerkt haben... Die Felaffelbox war so lala und der Salat ohne Dressing. Die Bedienung war nicht gerade freundlich.

Döner nicht einmal zur Hälfte gefüllt. Super unfreundliches Personal, haben sich eher lustig über einen gemacht. Nie wieder!

Leider extrem lange auf das Essen (zum mitnehmen) gewartet. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit. Normalerweise gibt es bei einem guten Service dann ein Getränk umsonst oder eine Nachspeise extra. Nichts! Zudem 11,90€ für eine Pide ohne Dip= viel zu teuer. Nach corona wurden die Preise wohl deutlich erhöht. Zu Hause dann festgestellt, dass statt Salami Sucuk drauf war auf der Pide. Geschmeckt hat es auch nicht so richtig. Schade!

Adana, Beti oder die Hünerpfanne darf ich empfehlen. Alles super lecker und mit Vorspeise. Frisch gekocht und auf einem holzkohlegrill.

Das ist ein gutes helles und freundlich eingerichtet es türkisches Restaurant. Die Besonderheit ist der Holzkohlegrill mitten im Restaurant. Die Speisen waren genau deswegen besonders lecker. Der Service ist o. k. die Preise sind angemessen wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Essen war bei unserem Besuch frisch und das Dönerfleisch kam vom Drehspieß. Nach dem Essen gibt es einen Tee, gut dazu passt Baklava. Durch den Grill riecht es immer sehr lecker. Leider kann man nicht mit EC-Karte bezahlen (in der heutige Zeit nur bar?), daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Und die Bedienung ist immer sehr hektisch, ruhig mal etwas ruhiger. Das kommt bei den Gästen besser an. ;-)

Es befanden sich ganze 6 Gäste im Restaurant, trotzdem hetzte die weibliche Bedienung ständig mit leeren Händen im Laden herum. Es dauerte dann eine viertel Stunde bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Ich bestellte eine Bohnensuppe und ein Ayran, also nichts wildes ;o) Trotzdem schaffte es die Bedienung mir das Glas Ayran so auf den Tisch zu knallen, das ein großer Teil auf den Tisch spritzte. Kurz danach kam die Suppe, welche dann auch auf den Tisch geschüttet wurde. Anschliessend wurde die Dame dann noch pampig. Ich gebe mein Geld lieber in Läden aus, wo ich freundlich bedient werde ;o)

Ate many time here when visiting hamburg, never had a bad meal. Would happily return if visiting the area again. The pastries they sell made for nice breakfast.
