Super delicious food and very clean!

Well, that was probably nothing. We ordered here again after a very long time and promptly fell on our face. The pizzas and kebabs used to always taste good here, but this is now miles away from that. Now we've had several failures here. I once had a 3cm piece of plastic in the Lahmacun. After apologetic words and the money back, we thought, OK, it can happen. After today, this will be our last order. The delivery itself took 1 1/2 hours. The shop is 2 minutes away from us by car... You can ignore a long delivery time if the food is good. Sorry, the pizzas just tasted disgusting. They were cold, the ground was dry and tough as the sole of a shoe. The herb butter had a rancid color and simply tasted like salty butter. Demanding so much money for that is a blast.

Already ordered there at least 10 times. Food was always delicious, fries were almost always crispy, kebab pizza was my absolute favorite.

Today for the first time after; consciously, ordered something again for a long time (doner kebab & (mini) currywurst with fries and mayo). Why Mini?! I'll get to that in a moment. When I last ordered, my enthusiasm was very limited. However, the portions were much larger there, so the disappointment was a little less than today. They said on the phone that delivery would take about 30 to 40 minutes. On the second call; To find out how long you have to wait, the gentleman suddenly couldn't remember. You either suffer from Alzheimer's or two dishes; within one order, there were probably too few?! Profit is probably more important than service. You can often make the customer wait longer than announced. This turned into a wait of well over an hour for just 2 simple dishes and that too well outside of peak times... ridiculous. Well, with a distance of less than 2 minutes by car and three short streets further, you might be able to; in the stress of the crowds, get lost. How else can you explain such pathetic service?! Aside from the long wait, both tasted absolutely warmed up. The fries were limp, as if they had been warmed up in the microwave shortly before delivery and as for the kebab: Tomatoes with almost no flavor to speak of. The cucumbers were just as dry as the meat, which also tasted like everything except kebab meat. Partly like gyros...somehow wanted to, but couldn't really do it either. The yoghurt sauce tasted very bland, but at least it rounded off this taste chaos at its core. The flatbread was very crunchy; almost rusk, but also without taste. You should either change the supplier; if they are responsible for it, or know how to heat flatbread properly. Baking for too long causes a loss of taste. You should actually have something like that if you work in a “gastronomy” area like this. The “currywurst” sauce tasted like watered down cheap ketchup, seasoned with a little curry and paprika powder. It had a slight oomph in the aftertaste, but it was very, very far from what it was supposed to be. The portion of the sausage was very puny and somehow not completely cooked through, at this price. However, when it comes to prices, you expect much more than what you now offer customers there. This also applies to the size of the portions. At 6 euros I expect a reasonable amount and not a children's plate. Everything is just thrown together tastelessly and just as carelessly. Every Bahhof chip shop, on the other hand, has more to offer. Since the old tribe obviously no longer works there, the shop has gone down the drain. It's sad how 5 stars in years of overall ratings from satisfied customers can be so negatively negative. With a lot of goodwill I can only give this one star. The “Königshardter Döner” was once known for its top price-performance ratio and people always looked forward to the tastefully prepared specialties. For me it was definitely the last time I ordered something there. I have worked for several years in various areas of normal and higher-end gastronomy and can only say that being embarrassed is no longer enough here. With such a price-performance ratio you don't need to resort to inflation; come as an excuse for such failure. Sorry dear colleagues, but... it's not possible.

Unfortunately what was supposed to be 30 minutes turned into 1.5 hours of delivery. Picked up the food without further ado and unfortunately it was a disappointment for the super expensive price... You can't say that the portions are small or tasty either. So unfortunately not again 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The food was just a complete disaster. I ordered there for the first time today because our kebab restaurant is closed. I had the daily offer there with 2 large kebab plates and a small one. When the food arrived, the food was cold, the fries were just covered in fat Meat was drier than a roll, then he didn't have enough change of money with him and, finally, the drink wasn't even included. So just stay away from this store

Ordered for the first time today. Doner kebab and falafel plate with rice. Unfortunately, fries were delivered which on the one hand were mushy and on the other hand none of us wanted them. Which is why a whole component was missing. The lettuce looked wilted and wasn't even half a handful. The meat was just dry. Everything, including the dressing, tasted bland. So once and definitely never again.

I ordered and paid via Lieferando, the delivery was with me after 30 minutes and the food was very tasty. I will probably order there more often

I'm almost surprised that I actually received pizzas and not trout. Neither were the pizzas cut apart from the fact that they were delivered cold and the big thing when ordering was that my drinks were not delivered! 10 out of a possible 3 points achieved!

Bought something there for the first time and unfortunately the recessions are confirmed. The kebab meat was not tasty, the whole kebab was hardly seasoned and not very big, I had a small fries special with it. The special consisted of a small bowl that wasn't even nearly enough for a small fries. And for both dishes a total of 12 euros, so if the kebab cost 7 € as written, a small fries special came with 5 €, well there are better ones that are cheaper. Was the first and last time.

Preferably 0 stars. You wait 1 1/2 -2 hours for the food to arrive and then the pizza dough is still raw. For the Königs Pizza I specifically wrote without sucuk, unfortunately it came with sucuk. The consolation is to call tomorrow. The oven is now off. If it had been the first time, no problem, but unfortunately it has already happened the third time and so we will never order from them again! Pure disappointment and that on my birthday

The pizza dough wasn't really cooked through. The tomatoes were completely forgotten in a pizza mozzarella "with fresh tomatoes". Instead of hot peppers, jalapenos were added to the pizza. The burger was completely burnt and the meat was fried. The fries were very reminiscent of those from a well-known burger chain with a capital M. All in all the food was very disappointing. Luckily, thanks to the voucher, we only paid just under 10 euros (otherwise it would have been around 25). But unfortunately the food wasn't worth even these 10 euros. We definitely won't be ordering here again.

Fries were hard, the driver was rude and didn't come up. I had to run down because he barely spoke German and didn't understand me, so I can't recommend them. They used to be better

We used to order food here a lot, but unfortunately it makes me sick now 😔. The kebab plate consisted mostly of "meat", fries and salad were hardly worth mentioning. The salad plate was fresh and delicious 😋. The fries tasted good. Ordered mayonnaise is often forgotten. The delivery was prompt and friendly. Overall okay.

Very friendly group there, you can also sit there really well, it makes a relaxed impression. I only ever ate the classic doner kebab there, which is very good. I can't say anything about their other offers.

Not really particularly exceptional or tasty anymore...it has deteriorated significantly within our last two visits! Unfortunately we won't be coming back

Here is my experience with the Königshardter snack bar: Of course I read several reviews before ordering but wanted to see for myself. Well, at 20 to 9 my stomach was screaming for food, so I ordered 2 kebabs (15€, including 2x0.50€ for cheese) and an ayran (1.60€) there via Liferando. After 40 minutes the food was there even though 59 minutes were stated, this is positive and the kebabs were also warm. Now about the look and taste of the kebabs: On the outside it's a standard kebab The bread was slightly crispy, but the meat didn't taste remotely like kebab meat. Probably completely out of spices, I've never had such a meaty taste before. Lettuce, cucumber and tomato ok, standard, but no pepperoni?! 🧐 Now about the said 50 cents for the cheese, which was probably the last little piece in the bowl🤷🏼‍♂️ Even as a whole combination, the kebab couldn't even begin to convince as a kebab. Unfortunately, every station kebab is better. (Which shouldn't be a negative for Bahnhof Döner, you know what that means 🙂) Two stars for the kebab, the other goes to the ayran and the faster delivery. (Which is not shown) My conclusion: I cannot recommend the kebab under any circumstances, and this cannot be an isolated case when ordering the kebab as it is hanging on a skewer 🤷🏼‍♂️ The kebab also costs €7, in my opinion worth a maximum of €4-4.50. I can't say anything about the rest of the products. So it remains a one-time order.

Meat has a rubbery consistency. Ordered on Tuesday evening, there was nothing going on... I have no understanding of selling meat for €7.50 that tastes so disgusting. We also saved on salad. None of us & our friends will ever eat here again, there are better alternatives..

Unfortunately, the last few times the order (ordered via Lieferando) was only delivered after more than an hour. You also had to ask by phone how long you had to wait. In addition, pizza rolls are unfortunately delivered in an almost raw state. A year or two ago everything was almost always great, but unfortunately it can no longer be recommended.

Cheese and sauce cost extra! A crumb of cheese for that! Meat saves money. No friendliness, the kebab was simply slapped down. “Everything” is almost unnecessary to say. No pepperoni, no tzatziki. Nothing else was offered! There are hot sauces there. For what reason? If you order extra spicy, you should offer it!

The food arrived after half an hour and the delivery person was really very friendly. Everything was perfect there. Unfortunately, the food was more meh than meh. The kebab was ok, but somehow it consisted of 90 percent meat. Of course it's great for many, but it's a shame for me. The Turkish pizza was disgusting for some reason. The meat was actually the same but it was tough and limp. Unfortunately, the base of my pizza was still a bit raw and very thick, which unfortunately took away from the taste. The Hawaiian schnitzel was okay. Not a great or must have but a solid, average snack. The fries were like oven fries had been thawed and eaten that way. Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten TOP Essen war mehr als gut vorallem die Döner Pizza. Ich bestelle wieder!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut.

Essen war super, aber leider nicht zu 100% so, wie bestellt. Döner war ohne alles, obwohl mit Soße und Käse (der extra bezahlt wurde) bestellt. Beim Dönerteller hat ebenfalls der extra bezahlte Käse gefehlt. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne, aber das Essen war lecker. Lieferzeit ziemlich genau 60 min.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und leckere Dönergerichte. Zum abholen, liefern lassen oder zum dort essen.

Ich habe schon oft hier bestellt. Das Essen wird immer heiß und möglichst schnell geliefert, die Fahrer sind immer sehr freundlich. Ich kann nicht verstehen, dass es hier nur 3,5 Sterne gibt. Von mir volle 5 Sterne, vielen Dank.

Leider über 2h Lieferzeit und das mitten in der Woche. Habe über Lieferando bestellt und sogar noch 2€ Liefergebühr zahlen müssen was ich bei MBW von 25€ schon sehr viel finde. Nach 1,5h warten kam der Anruf das leider keine Baguettes mehr da sind. Habe dann einen Cheesburger genommen. Dieser war bald doppelt so teuer und ich musste dennoch nichts drauf zahlen. Auf der Verpackung stand nochmal Sorry. Fand ich ganz nett. Essen war heiß und sehr lecker. Mein Vater der sehr kritisch ist meinte sogar eine der besten Lahmacun die er gegessen hat. Fahrer hatte es dann so eilig das ich nicht mal Trinkgeld geben konnte.

Geschmacklich ok. Fades Brot. Positiv : es gibt einen normalen Döner und einen big Döner... Heute beide Varianten gekauft... Wie sich aber ein big Döner Aufpreis erklärt, wenn dieser 2 Gramm mehr wiegt als der normale Döner ist uns schleierhaft... ( Ja wir haben es zu Hause kurz gewogen weil es sich so gleich anfühlte 😂) So findet man keine neuen Stammkunden

Schließe mich dem Kommentar unter mir an, der Lieferant besteht auf Trinkgeld, er gab sich beim letzten mal erst mit 3eur zufrieden & hat deshalb diskutiert im Flur ziemlich dreist, Leider ein guten Kunden verloren, Essen schmeckt gut, geht lieber abholen.

Also essen ist echt gut da . Aber der Lieferant ist absolut frech und asozial !!! Er hat das Rest Geld einfach behalten und ist gegangen und beim letzten Mal hat er sich beschwert das es zu wenig Trinkgeld ist ...

Riesige Speisekarte, was grundsätzlich gut klingt,erweist sich meiner Meinung immer als Augenwischerei. Denn je größer das Angebot,umso mehr leidet die Qualität dadrunter. Wenn ich irgendwo was essen möchte, und so so ein Angebot, dann kann die Ware nicht frisch sein. An dem Tag habe ich einen Pomdöner bestellt. Die Menge die man bekommt reicht für einen Snack, aber steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis. Die Pommes fettig und mit einem unvergesslichen Geruch nach zu stark erhitztem Fett.

Anfangs wollten wir uns nicht von den Negativen Rezensionen beeinflussen lassen. Wir haben dort bestellt und das Essen war recht schnell da, wir mussten nur etwas 20 min warten. Als das Essen ankam waren wir recht enttäuscht, da unsere Extra Wünsche nicht berücksichtigt wurden und die Bestellungen falsch waren. Bei dem Döner und Sucuk Wrap war mehr Salat und Zwiebeln drauf als alles andere, Fleisch war von der Qualität her O.K. Werde dort nicht wieder bestellen.

Essen wie immer Super. Warte nie länger als 30 Minuten und Fahrer sind super Freundlich

Die Qualität der Gerichte hat innerhalb der letzten 2 Jahren leider stark abgenommen. Die letzten Pizzen waren recht fettig und nicht ganz durch. Zudem waren sie nur noch spärlich belegt. Das aktuelle Fladenbrot der Döner-/ Salattaschen saugt sich rasch voll und wird pampig bzw. reißt ehe man es verzehrt hat.

Top sehr leckeres Fleisch und nettes Personal. Liefere in der Ecke ab und zu und gehe dort gerne zur Pause essen. Schmeckt sehr gut 💪✌

5 Sterne für essen, freundlkeit und Sauberkeit. Immer wieder gern . Ob Pizza oder Döner alles sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet.

Ein wunderschönes Ambiente Nettes Personal ist Empfehlenswert.

Lecker nur bissel wenig grün zeug auf dem Döner

Leider seit Jahren weiter an Qualität abgenommen. Beim letzten Besuch waren die Pizzen besonders labbrig und fettig. Deshalb nur drei Sterne

Falsches Getränk geliefert Pommes waren zu weich und das Essen war lauwarm obwohl die nich so weit von uns weg ihr Restaurant haben also da bestelle ich nich mehr

super schnell geliefert. Der Burger war heiß und lecker. Der Salat herzhaft und knackig frisch. Am Preis gibt es auch nichts zu beanstanden.

Telefonisch bestellt und innerhalb von 20 Minuten abholbereit. Die Bedienung arbeitet zügig und ist freundlich. Die Angebotspalette bietet auch Speisen für Vegetarier. Insbesondere sind die Falaffel sehr lecker.

Am vergangenen Wochenende haben wir einen 1/2 Döner und eine Türkische Pizza bestellt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die ,, 1 € Liefergebühr", einen weiteren für die nicht korrekt erhaltene Bestellung. Statt einem 1/2 Döner bekamen wir einen 1/4 Döner. Der Preisunterschied beträgt hierbei stolze 3,00€. Die Türkische Pizza war kalt und falsch belegt.Nach einem Anruf in der Filliale haben wir als Entschädigung einen neuen 1/2 döner bekommen und ein Getränk. Darüber bin ich positiv überrascht. Abgesehen von der kalten Türkischen Pizza hat das Essen trotzdem gut geschmeckt. Der Service war leider nicht so gut, aber man kann immer mal einen schlechten Tag haben ! Deswegen 3 Sterne
