We celebrated a milestone birthday at the Wanderer. The food, the ambiance, and especially the warm and welcoming service impressed us. We were delighted. We'd gladly return anytime.

Can anyone tell me if this restaurant offers gluten-free pizzas and/or pasta? Thanks in advance.

Simply a cozy inn with incredibly good food. Well, I have to strongly disagree with the previous reviewer. No offense intended, but the chef here truly delights. We're always on the lookout for a restaurant that makes our culinary hearts beat faster, and we discovered this small, unassuming inn. With our stomachs filled to bursting, we have to say that Bavarian inn culture is alive and well here. The food is so good, fresh, and cooked with so much love – a true culinary delight. Forget about convenience foods – here, they even cook the potatoes themselves and toss them in the pan to give us fantastic fried potatoes. We've already made a reservation for next Friday. We're looking forward to it. The lovely service also deserves a mention; even when the place is packed, they have a smile on their faces and even a minute to chat.
