The audacity of raising the price of some dishes three times (!) within a year, while people diligently continue to order via Lieferando. They're now also charging a delivery fee (to Auerbach) and a service fee – they want to make every penny. What's the service fee for, exactly? If they even mention this in the Lieferando review, they shamelessly delete Lieferando itself. As the only restaurant here that even delivers via Lieferando, these fees are a nasty rip-off! If anyone here really thinks that more than €14 for a burger is fair, they've probably never eaten and paid for a burger, despite all the alternatives in Auerbach (excluding Lieferando). Pizza is now more expensive on average than the better non-Lieferando alternatives in the city area. It's truly outrageous that they're enforcing these increases without improving the quality. A shame for the nice delivery drivers – you were the only positive thing here. Rude of the owner – never again!
