I was there with my children today around 4 p.m. and I have to say that I was very satisfied. My children really enjoyed the bubble teas and the fries were also extremely tasty. The young woman was really friendly and gave us sweets. My children were happy, I was happy, would like to do it again.

One of the best chip shops I've ever visited. The food tastes like no other and the employees are very friendly and treat every guest well, you can tell that they do their work very ambitiously and with all their heart. This chip shop is highly recommended!!!

In my opinion, the best fries in Krefeld are served here. Whenever I'm there, Koality is a must. Fresh ingredients, clean preparation, large selection and the young man served us in a very friendly manner. Simply TOP, keep it up. 😊

I am absolutely thrilled with Koality in Krefeld! The selection of products is first class and the quality really impressed me. I would particularly like to highlight Semih's excellent service. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and had competent answers to every question I had. Thanks to him I found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a Kaassouffle (2€), a Kipcorn (2.30€), a small fries with mayo (3.90€) and a veal croket (2.20€). Then I was told straight away that there was no longer any veal croquet, but I could get a beef croquet. All right. While I was waiting for my food, someone wanted to order a Coke, whereupon they said normal Coke and Coke Zero is only available warm, but Diet Coke could be offered cold. I found that very strange. Which snack bar doesn't offer a normal, cold cola? After about 10 minutes I got my food, paid €10.40 and tried it. The fries were nothing special, rather lightly salted, absolutely mediocre. With the Kaassouffle, the dough was still raw, but the cheese inside was hot. Kipcorn was a bit dry, but also very crispy. The croket, on the other hand, was very soft and unstable; you could definitely have spooned it. By the way, there was no mustard. Overall, everything also had a slightly bitter note, which could indicate that the frying oil was not fresh. You could eat it and get full, but it wasn't really tasty. The only thing I liked about this store is the prices. There is a similar shop on the same street, everything there is a little more expensive, but the food there tastes worlds better. And that even though most of it just comes from the freezer and is fried in oil. I don't understand how such a simple concept can be implemented so poorly. All in all there are 2 out of 5 stars due to the cheap prices for today's standards.

I ordered fries from Koality for the first time on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised. The guys do a good job and are service oriented. Example: I didn't know all the sauces and was allowed to try many sauces before ordering. The fries were very crispy and my favorite was the Samurai sauce, which is nice and spicy and very tasty, exactly my taste. I will 100% come back. Thanks!!!

Die Pommes waren angenehm knusprig mit großzügiger Soße dazu. Man muss sagen es sind die besten Pommes aus Krefeld, komme hier immer gerne hin. Außerdem ist das Personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Prima!

Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Ich werde immer wieder gerne etwas kaufen kommen. Die Schnelligkeit war super und das Essen hatte die perfekte Temperatur zum verspeisen. Die Mitarbeiter sind Top ausgebildet sehr freundlich. Abschließend kann ich es jedem empfehlen auch was dort zu Essen.

Schade. Die Chefin ist sehr penetrant wenn es um eine Bewertung geht. Ich würde gerne in Ruhe essen, aber die Chefin nötigt einen quasi dazu eine Bewertung direkt vor Ort abzugeben. Sie ignoriert auch völlig, wenn man zu verstehen gibt, das man in Ruhe essen möchte und später eine Bewertung abgeben möchte. Deswegen kann ich den anderen Bewertungen auch keinen Glauben schenken, wenn sie es immer so handhabt. Auch wenn sie darauf besteht 20% Nachlass auszuzahlen. Bei meiner Frau und mir waren es bei einem Preis von 9 Euro und noch was ein Euro und noch was ca. Da verzichte ich gerne drauf, wenn ich in Ruhe essen kann. Da meine Frau zu höflich ist um es abzulehnen, hat sie die Bewertung von der Chefin von ihrem Handy machen lassen. Sehr fragwürdig ob das der Sinn von Bewertungen ist.
