Knüppelknifte in Bochum

Were there today for the first but definitely not the last time. Such a nice team, such delicious kniften, all in all perfect. For dessert after dessert we had a Black Tiger skewer

We went to the Knüppelknifte four times today and were once again thrilled. Staff: is very friendly and available to have fun at any time, we would be served quickly and courteously. There was also a chat with the boss :-) Cleanliness: There's nothing to complain about, just great. The food: It's super fresh, there's no use for a can here! Process: You first get the wooden drinks menu, which fits the campfire atmosphere. Then comes the menu which, in addition to interesting tarte flambées and other delicacies, naturally also contains the bones. There are 2 order forms, 1x for the savory Knifte and once for the sweet Knifte. First choose the bread (dough) then the ingredients and the dip. Grill the knifte over an open fire (5-7 minutes). We had ingredients for example: 1x chirozo, parmesan, dried tomatoes 1x banana and white chocolate 2x rocket, Camembert and ham The selection is much larger!! Price-performance: At €5-7 per knife, everything is within the price range and the ambience is a real experience. Thanks to you for the lovely evening.
