Knüppelknifte in Bochum

We were there today for the first time, but definitely not the last. Such a friendly team, such delicious kniften, all in all perfect. For dessert, after dessert, we had a Black Tiger skewer.

We visited the Knüppelknifte four times today and were once again thrilled. Staff: very friendly and always up for a laugh; we received prompt and courteous service. We even had a chat with the chef :-) Cleanliness: Nothing to complain about, simply great. The food: It's super fresh, cans aren't used here! Procedure: You first receive the wooden drinks menu, which fits the campfire atmosphere. Then comes the menu, which, along with interesting tarte flambée and other delicacies, naturally also includes the bones. Two order forms are included, one for the savory Knifte and one for the sweet Knifte. First, choose the bread (dough), then the ingredients and the dip. Grill the Knifte over an open fire (5-7 minutes). For example, we had the following ingredients: 1x Chirozo, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes 1x Banana and white chocolate 2x Arugula, Camembert, and ham The selection is much larger!! Value for money: At €5-7 per knife, everything is within budget, and the ambiance is truly an experience. Thank you for the lovely evening.
