Is a beach café - restaurant with a beautiful view. The food was very good in terms of price-performance ratio. Everyone puts a lot of effort into maintaining the high standard. The service is very good.

Finally a restaurant that doesn't serve the main course straight after the starter. The food is great and tasty, and requests are catered for. Every time again and thank you very much for the great hospitality!

A small restaurant with a larger outdoor area and a nice view. We found the service great, friendly, polite in every situation and you don't notice the stress. As far as the cuisine is concerned, it's simply great, quick and the taste is just great. We tried almost every dish and all I can say is try them out (my favorites are calfskin, sandorn flip, rice pudding and beachcomber (beer with sea buckthorn). But you shouldn't just go there, you should reserve a table in advance, which is also easy to do online. So we'll be back.😊

We were there twice in total, the food was very tasty and a good size, the prices were reasonable, about €2 more expensive than other places. The service team is very attentive and quick, and everyone was friendly to us. We didn't have to make a reservation on both occasions and still got a good seat.

We had a fish dish, it was delicious. If you don't focus so much on the ambience, but just want to eat really well, the "little melody" on the south beach of Sellin is the perfect place for you.

We were there for dinner with a large group, there was a heavy storm, the staff was just great, everyone got in quickly and then it became really cozy, thank you for this great evening.

We really enjoy going to Kleine Melodie, but unfortunately it's too rare (even though we don't live far away). It used to be very idyllic here, but tourists have discovered it. Which is good too. The food is great no matter what you choose. From schnitzel to spare ribs or veal liver to many types of fish. There are large and small portions. The prices are normal. I find drinks a bit expensive. An Aperol for over €8 is quite expensive, but just take something else. The view is simply fantastic from the terrace. Directly on the Baltic Sea and the beach. The staff is very friendly and sometimes has a joke ready. In the cold season you should reserve tables, as the interior is small but very maritime-style. There are company holidays in the winter months. Toilets new and super clean. Everything I keep coming back

It may be a beautiful idyll, right on the beach, but there is also a very snooty waiter who apparently doesn't like normal people and especially doesn't like children. We bought ice cream there and were then expelled from the place because my children had wet swimming trunks and when I asked if it was theirs, I was told very "friendly" that next time I would get my ice cream at the snack bar next door What is that supposed to mean? I've been there for 25 years when I was a child, but I've never experienced anything like that.

The location of this great little restaurant alone is stunning. The food was really very good and the prices were fair. And then you get a really warm welcome and good service. An all-round successful evening and highly recommended. PS plan a nightcap on the terrace at sunset :)

As part of a training course we visited the Kleine Melodie on Rügen in Baabe. The food and service was excellent. The view is fantastic. I can only recommend it to anyone who is vacationing there.

Best beach location with great views of the sea. We were served very friendly, courteous and quickly. The food was super tasty, we had the cod with mashed potatoes (like from nuts 😉) and salmon 🍣 with röstis. Everything fresh and prepared on site. We'd love to come back! 👍

We went to Kleine Melodie for dinner for the first time with a group of 7 people. The menu is very manageable and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, we think that the standard portions are too small for the high price. The selection and price of the desserts wasn't overwhelming either. We think there are better restaurants in Sellin and the surrounding area where you can get great fish and meat dishes and where the price is right!

A wonderful place for a nice rest with a great view of the sea. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. We haven't experienced something like that in a long time. Thank you very much. The location on the south beach is fantastic, with a view of the Baltic Sea and large umbrellas that provide protection from either sun or rain. The entire staff is unobtrusively friendly and attentive. The cake is delicious and the dish of veal liver with mashed potatoes was perfect. Eating out is fun and the price is reasonable too. The "Little Melody" is worth a visit...or two....or three :-)

Great place to take a breather. The way back has a 20% gradient. But it actually works (unfortunately it failed for me). up the blue bathing railway. The green one only goes to the parking lot. The trip is included in the Sellin spa card.

We ate here with guests after our wedding. Great! Beforehand we had very friendly and uncomplicated contact. The owner was very accommodating and very flexible with our requests. We had the entire guest room to ourselves without having to pay extra room rent. The starters, main courses and desserts were fresh and high quality, the portion sizes were very good and the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. We ate à la carte and, despite being a larger group, the food was served quickly and almost all at the same time. The service was very courteous and attentive without being intrusive. The view and atmosphere were great with the sea in the background and the opportunity to go out on the spacious terrace when the weather was good. The beach is only a few meters away, which was particularly nice for the children. If you could give more than 5 stars, I would do that too. Definitely a clear recommendation!

We are usually always in Sellin in winter. Then the Kleine Melodie will unfortunately be closed. This time we were in Sellin at the end of May. We were given a very warm welcome at Kleine Melodie and a table was found for us very close to the beach. Very quick service, even though the restaurant was busy, the food came very quickly. Everything was very nicely prepared, the eye eats with it. And then cocktails with a sea view. Thank you!

Until last year I had given it 5 🌟. Ate matjes rolls again this year, but not nearly as tasty as usual. New staff and there was only a stiff herring on the roll and no longer as juicy as usual. We're happy to be there but only once this year. LG from Sellin Jens

It used to be one of our favorite restaurants between Baabe and Sellin, but unfortunately we were taught otherwise two years ago. The food was repeatedly very salty and actually inedible. The I would call colorful waiters (gay) had more to do with themselves than with the guests! A no go when it comes to prices. Then it's better to go to Fischer or Italian, as at least the price/performance ratio is right

The location is really beautiful, you sit right by the sea and can watch the waves. The service is nice and quick. The fish rolls and the cake are very tasty, we didn't try anything else.

We stopped there yesterday on our bike ride. The drinks were delicious, as was the food and the cake. The service was very nice and the view/location was simply incredibly beautiful and relaxed. I was also impressed by the very clean toilet. Overall, a very nice place, with an inconspicuous, great restaurant! 😍

Located slightly above the beach, the little melody is particularly inviting to sit outside. Plaice and schnitzel were first class with generous portions. The service team is extremely motivated and friendly.

What a beautiful location and what a view! Simply wonderful! The staff very friendly and competent. The waiter even checked our table for stability and skillfully stopped the "tipping". The food was very good, highly recommended!

Where do I begin ;-)) The view is incredibly beautiful. The food is okay. The portion was too small for my husband! He had herring and the sauce was manageable. I had a small Portion was okay. But.....we had the table at the counter. The front door kept opening and closing (that's restless and cold). I had a look at the dishes (see picture) and the toilet behind me was much worse. My husband had a full view of the women's toilet and the toilet was more than well attended - horrible. We had dinner and paid for it in 45 minutes. I made my displeasure friendly known when paying. With the tip not to give away this table. His answer:-)) yes then next time take a table by the window.....without words. There is no next time there

We had lunch there on May 3, 2024. Veal liver and cod fillet. Both dishes were very tasty and for dessert there was rice pudding and cheesecake, also recommended. We like to sit outside with a view of the water. This time, however, the wind was too cold, so we sat outside against the wall of the house. The waiters are very attentive and uncomplicated. The “little melody” is a clear recommendation!

Great location, right on the beach. From the outside it seems rather inconspicuous. Service friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and sufficient. Priced a little higher, certainly because of the location. We enjoyed the visit!

Wonderful on the beach even in fog

The veal schnitzel was like a board, tough and the breading was greasy and hard. Still in the stomach for hours. Maybe they can do fish, but it's better to stay away from the schnitzel. Never again.

Top Laden! Der Service war durchweg von höchster Freundlichkeit und hat alle Sonderwünsche gern und prompt erfüllt. Er war witzig und einfühlsam. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bzw. Suppe bis zum Dessert vorzüglich und hat keine Wünsche offengelassen: Garpunkt und Würzung waren auf den Punkt. Die Gaststube ist urig und gemütlich. Die Waschräume sind neu und sauber. Fazit: wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Kleine Melodie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Top shop! The service was consistently extremely friendly and all special requests were happily and promptly fulfilled. He was funny and sensitive. The food, from the starter or soup to the dessert, was excellent and left nothing to be desired: the cooking point and seasoning were on point. The restaurant is quaint and cozy. The washrooms are new and clean. Conclusion: we would come back at any time and can fully recommend Kleine Melodie!

The restaurant "Kleine Melodie" is located directly on the south beach of Sellin, slightly elevated on the dike and therefore with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea beach and the water. There is a large outdoor terrace at the restaurant and also a beer garden. The food in the restaurant is very good and you are looked after by attentive and friendly staff. Very popular, if you want a place with an open view of the sea, it is certainly better to reserve. It is closed in the winter months. The winter break ends on March 22, 24.
