Today, a group of 12 of us went to Kizuna restaurant for a birthday celebration. Everything went perfectly; the food arrived quickly and all at once. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, everything was clean, and I'm completely satisfied.

We were there again for our company Christmas party. Everything was booked and discussed beforehand to avoid any problems. The food was great as always, absolutely nothing to complain about! This time, the waiters were extremely stressed and unfocused. Several wrong drinks were delivered. One of the dishes was also initially delivered incorrectly. But the worst part was that after 9:20 p.m. (!!!) they stopped taking drink orders and told us we had to leave by 10:00 p.m. at the latest. Unbelievable! There was no announcement of a last round, and no one had the opportunity to order anything else to drink. When we asked why, they said the boss had ordered it. The Christmas party then came to an abrupt end, and we were told to leave shortly before 10:00 p.m. The guys were completely fed up. Conclusion: 20 extremely disappointed customers who will not be coming back.

Very satisfactory. It tastes great, looks great, and thankfully isn't drowning in soy sauce. We had a sushi platter for two, which was truly very generous, and two bowls of pho soup. All to go. Even the accompanying soy sauce isn't that thin stuff that's more water than anything else. We were very happy and will definitely eat there again. Only three things stood out to me: the loud phone in the restaurant, no delivery service, and no online ordering. If those weren't there, it would have been a full five stars from me.

Unfortunately, this isn't a proper Japanese restaurant. The dumplings aren't homemade. They also try to charge even more if you pay by card! Be careful!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I know of some much better Japanese/Vietnamese restaurants. The food was edible because we were hungry. However, we couldn't finish it all, as delicious is a bit different. There are some suggestions for improvement in the service area: they could perhaps accommodate customer requests a bit more. We can't say much about the ambiance, or rather, nothing positive, as we had to sit outside with our dogs in 15-degree weather and a bit of a breeze. Dogs are not allowed inside.

Kizuna is an unassuming restaurant in downtown Oschersleben from the outside. It's tastefully decorated inside (except for the flashing string of lights above the bar 😉). Four of us spontaneously dropped in on a Wednesday and were very surprised to find that all the tables inside were occupied or reserved. It was a bit of a bummer for us at first, but it gave us hope for a very good meal. They quickly made a table available for us, which we used to temporarily store our takeout orders. All the service staff were super friendly and served us promptly. The food was amazing, and we were all delighted and full. We mostly ate various types of sushi. The prices are quite high, but the quality is commensurate. We've found a new favorite restaurant for sushi and now we don't have to drive to Magdeburg anymore. We went there for the third time, but we were very disappointed. The food wasn't tasty. Our seafood meal consisted of three shrimp and a piece of fish. If I had wanted fish, I would have ordered fish and not seafood. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Simply beautiful! Truly the pearl of Oschersleben. Only recommended. Food is perfect. Prices are good. And all the employees are super nice. You can sit comfortably, eat and always enjoy light music in the background. But it's also super easy to order for pickup. Punctual and reliable. 5 out of 5.

You can't park in front of the door as the restaurant is on the boulevard, but there are plenty of parking spaces nearby.

The food is modular. Is not bad. You have to serve a lot of customers.
