DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my food over 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived! NO ONE answers when I call, and I get NO INFORMATION about the delivery status. 0 stars for the delivery service.

Ordered food and then after waiting for over an hour received a call saying it couldn't be delivered - this is the second time this has happened to me there!

It took an hour and 21 km to get something to eat, and then something was missing. Eats Uber listed the wrong address, so we were initially directed to Spandau, only to find out on arrival that the actual address was Bussestraße 11. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the Bhatura bread, which we ordered three times, was missing. Complaining wasn't possible because no one answered the phone. So we paid, but we didn't receive it. 😬

After almost two hours, the food finally arrived. The entire meal spilled into the bag, simply disgusting. Besides, the butter chicken was extremely spicy. If I'd wanted something spicy, I would have ordered something spicy. Incompetence to the tenth degree!!! Disgusting.

The food is just disgusting, it has no taste, the yogurt was awful and the chicken had no business being THIS SOFT

This is the most disgusting food I have eaten in my life. Not only was the food delivered after 2 hours and 10 minutes and I had to call them 5 times... the food was really disgusting. Dir souce wasn't a souce, but a soup. The batura was very firm and dry. We ordered duck and got pork. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Money and food for the trash.

Ordered at 7:30 p.m. it is now 11:35 p.m. and my order is still not there!!! I was told several times that my order was on the way until in the end they said I hadn't received it at all and they were also rude and dismissive on the phone!!!

Delivery sometimes takes a little longer but the food is extremely 1.a with * delicious, it couldn't be better in Berlin, absolute number 1 So plan a little more time and it's worth it :)

Essen Super, lieferung dauert ewig. Habe durch einen der Fahrer erfahren wie es dort läuft, sie warten mit dem Liefern so lange, bis noch eine weitere oder mehrere Bestellungen im selben Gebiet oder in der nähe bekommen, erst dann schicken sie den Fahrer los, dafür das man dort für 15€ bestellen muss, finde ich das schon ziemlich unverschämt. Und am Telefon kommt dann die Typische, ich weiß nicht masche und man wird von Person zu Person weitergeleitet.. Am ende kommt nichts dabei raus, egal welches anliegen, am Schluss wird gesagt Essen ist in der nähe und in 1 Min da, dann dauert es immerhin nur noch 10-20 min je nach Gebiet bis der Fahrer dann endlich mal das essen liefern DARF!!! also liebe Leute, nichts am Fahrer auslassen, sondern direkt beschweren und schlechte Rezessionen schreiben wenn ihr so Erfahrungen macht. (Ich bestelle dort nun seit mehr als 2 Monaten, regelmäßig und warte jedes mal 1,5 - 2,5 std auf mein Essen.. Bis es dann WARM ankommt MAHLZEIT.
