Delicious food and a cozy atmosphere in the beer garden

A group of 23 of us came here for coffee in the afternoon. We sat at a long table on the terrace in the lovely (very hot) weather, in the shade. The service was super fast and friendly. I had indicated when making the reservation that we, as a group, would have to leave after about an hour, so the service was prepared accordingly. The drinks and cakes (including the selection of different cakes) were very good. We were very satisfied and I highly recommend the restaurant.

Everything was perfectly prepared for our funeral service, as agreed. The service was also very attentive yet unobtrusive. Despite the sad occasion, we felt at ease.

Highly recommended. Wonderfully located on the Waldau/Deherloch. View of the Stuttgart Kickers training ground (on the Blaue!). Beautiful outdoor terrace. Service is very attentive, unobtrusive, and fast. Excellent cuisine: the food is top-notch. Lots of classics and seasonal dishes. Stuttgart prices, but delicious, and overall worth the price. The clubhouse interior has 80s charm made of dark wood. Plenty of parking. Absolutely worth a visit. A must-see!

It was very nice. We sat in the conservatory. The windows were open, given the heat outside. It was wonderful.

Good Swabian cuisine. I particularly liked that almost all dishes could be ordered either as a large or small portion. For example, with a schnitzel dish, a small portion meant one schnitzel, and with the large portion, it was two schnitzels. But the prices for the dishes were still too high. The beer garden and terrace were nice places to sit, and despite the adjacent playground, you could have a conversation.

Once again, everything went perfectly and special praise goes to the friendly people who looked after our well-being…

We frequent this restaurant and enjoy the food and service. The only downside is the acoustics. It's so loud that it's difficult to have a conversation at the table.

In terms of charm, it's simply a sports restaurant with a view of the stadium. But it's definitely suitable for a spontaneous stop after an excursion or hike.

We've been coming back for months because we know what to expect, and everything, absolutely everything, is absolutely perfect. From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, you can feel the dedication of the kitchen crew, and the service team refines the dishes with warm friendliness and is always accommodating. Thank you. The menu always surprises with new dishes, as well as with very fragrant and delicious aperitifs, including non-alcoholic ones. Really good food. The only thing as always in germany, after i left a tip for the waitress. We had a misunderstanding trying to pay with my phone. She answered: i know how my machine works really rude. Like??? Just be nice? Its not that hard you know. So service gets one star i even regret leaving her a tip.

Salad with turkey strips was not dressed. Just a lot of oil was poured over it. So no taste. Vegetable ravioli with asparagus (normal portion), was very little. The Maultaschen were very, very thin. 😒

Food is very good. Asparagus, lentils etc. everything tastes good. We go there often because the journey is worth it. The employees and the boss are also very friendly. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Extremely loud because a birthday was being celebrated in the middle of the restaurant with an accordion and brass music. Other guests couldn't chat. In my opinion, something like that doesn't happen on a normal Sunday lunch in the middle of the dining room.

As always, everything is done right at "Kickers" - the place just runs smoothly, and for good reason: the quality of the food, the competence of the staff and the ambience (yes, it's a club restaurant!) are absolutely perfect. As it has been for decades: always happy!

We made reservations here for my father's 90th birthday party. Everything was clarified by email or phone because I'm not local. Everything worked out perfectly. Everything was well organized. Service top, food great. Gladly again.

It was a very successful birthday meal. Everyone was very satisfied. Unfortunately there was no asparagus yet, which we would have been very happy about. But that didn't matter to anyone. The service staff was always there for us.

Recently I was really cozy in the Kickers Club restaurant in Degerloch up there at the edge of the forest. The terrace is a dream, especially when the weather is good. Had the venison dumplings, which were super tasty and something different. The service was friendly and attentive. Absolutely fair price for the quality. I'd love to come back when I'm in the area.

Delicious Swabian food, served quickly. Super nice service (the children were immediately brought painting supplies and any special requests were fulfilled). We would love to come back.

An absolute MUST if you want to eat very well. Regardless of the stylish ambience, the staff are very friendly and fulfill almost every wish. The five stars in all categories are absolutely deserved.

It was the first time we weren't happy. My husband ordered the dish with the beef roulade and wanted an additional roulade, no additional side dishes. We were charged an additional 16.00 euros for one roulade. We found that much too expensive. So please be careful when ordering something extra. Always ask for the price.

We come here often because the food is always delicious and the service is very good. All of the staff are always friendly and accommodating. We feel comfortable here. Everything is great.

The three of us were with you on April 2nd at 6 p.m. The tripe with roasted potatoes was great as always, but the beef roulades were unfortunately so salty that my two friends probably didn't want to come anymore. Ambiance inside: It was very loud that evening.

Mein Cordon Bleu mit Pommes war gut. Preis/Leistung gut. Der Salat war spitze. Die Kuchen sahen lecker aus. Ich kann das Lokal empfehlen.

An absolutely great restaurant! The food was excellent - every dish was fresh, prepared with attention to detail and tasted delicious. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

We ate at the Stuttgart Kickers restaurant today. The atmosphere was more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. The service was good and friendly. I had a cordon bleu, and for that price, I actually expected a meat cordon bleu, not a processed one (at least, it looked and tasted like it), probably frozen. A real shame.

Fine food, a wide selection, an authentic setting, and excellent service! We've eaten at the clubhouse several times and would love to come back!

The food in the Kickers Restaurant is fresh, tasteful and attractively prepared. The service is friendly, attentive and courteous, so that you feel completely comfortable. The overall atmosphere is bright and inviting. However, due to the size of the restaurant, it can get a bit noisy when it is at full capacity. Still, it's definitely worth a visit!

As always, we ate deliciously and felt very comfortable.

Unfortunately the door to the public dining room could not be closed. So a constant level of noise was very annoying for our own needs.

It was a lovely time all around. Lunch on a Sunday. Even though the restaurant was full, everything went very well. Very friendly service staff/= inside, very tasty food. One small point of criticism: the plates and the food from the main course could be warmer. So we had to eat quickly. Dog friendly.

Was OK. Hardly any choice for vegetarians, what was available wasn't tasty or at least original. Quite expensive for that. Too bad! The place is cool, especially with children, because there is a playground, lots of space etc.

Because of the mostly positive reviews, we decided to come here last Sunday after a short hike. It was our first time here and we were really looking forward to it. Our choice then fell on the roast roast, once with spaetzle and once with fried potatoes. The portions were very large, although this did not apply to the roast, which was about 1 cm thick and perhaps 10 cm long. What size would it have been if you had ordered a small portion? There was nothing wrong with the roast in terms of taste or quality, whereas the fried potatoes were dripping with fat, which meant that they quickly lost their original crispiness. The frying oil was probably not the best or freshest in terms of taste. The spaetzle had a very bland taste and was far too soft and watery. The color was far too light, you couldn't even imagine that there was even a single egg in there. The gravy was a ready-made sauce, but of poor quality, almost completely tasteless, we hope for your sake that it wasn't homemade... In short, the food was very disappointing for a price between €31.50 and €33.00. Whether we were just unlucky that day, or how all the other good reviews came about, we'll just leave it at that... And it's not like we didn't already express our opinion about this meal there. When the waiter, Mr. Müller, asked us if we liked it while carrying away the half-full plates, we clearly said “no”! His response was, “Ah, okay.” That was it, no questions asked about what we had to complain about with our food. Maybe you just don't need to take into account the guests' well-being. In any case, we have lost the desire to come here a second time.

The food tastes very tasty, there is a Swabian and a seasonal menu with unusual specialties such as game, goose or fish. The service is always courteous and all age groups are well looked after according to their needs. We have only had positive experiences here with children and larger groups.

Yesterday I was at the Kickers Club restaurant for the second time. I'm still thrilled, be it the delicious food, the rustic ambience or the fast and polite service! We will definitely see each other more often. Personally, I have nothing negative to complain about. Keep it up!🥳

Food was good and the service was attentive and quick.

Solid restaurant on the edge of the forest right next to the Kickers fan shop. The food was really tasty and the service was very friendly. There is no children's menu, but all portions are also available in small sizes. If there is no game there is a parking space right in front of it even on weekends.

Very good food, lots of choice, including vegetarian and vegan dishes and the menu states which dishes are gluten and lactose free. With a beautiful large terrace (complete with sun protection). Fast and plenty of very nice employees. Nice location in the forest, plenty of parking spaces available and not far from the Waldau tram stop on the U7 line. It is advisable to reserve seats in advance if possible, as the restaurant is usually busy.

I had wild hare ragout: the dumplings were totally over salted, there was a larger piece in the ragout that couldn't be cut with a knife, and because of its size it didn't belong in the ragout. There was still a sharp bone splinter and a small pellet in the ragout. Otherwise we were always very satisfied with the food. The paid large portion of the Wienerschnitzel that my wife ate was very small. I'm sorry, but that was very disappointing.

We had a nice place in the winter garden and friendly, attentive and not intrusive service.

We were in Stuttgart for the CMT and had dinner with a total of 8 people in the Kickers Club restaurant and sat at a comfortable, large corner table. The selection of food and drinks is plentiful, the menu offers various home-style dishes such as pork schnitzel, veal schnitzel, pork medallions and meatloaf. The price-performance ratio is okay; The service staff are very friendly, attentive and fit. Everyone in our group received their food at the same time, this deserves special praise, unfortunately this rarely works with large groups. We were thrilled and can recommend the restaurant 100%.
