The food is good, but I would recommend going at a quieter time of day. We arrived at a packed restaurant; it was incredibly loud, the waiters were rushed, and the place was a bit dirty (probably due to rushing through customers). If it were quieter and more relaxed, it would be wonderful. But for us, the experience of dining out is just as important as the food itself.

We were there yesterday for an event at Büsing Park. Everything was already reserved because of the event, but the waiter still gave us a table for two hours. The food was excellent (great selection, high-quality ingredients, good portion sizes), the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was inviting and nicely decorated. A real insider tip, especially if you don't want to pay the exorbitant prices at festivals in Büsing Park.

Small restaurant with very good food. The service is friendly and pleasant, but you should expect a fairly long wait for your meal. However, it's worth it! Fresh, delicious, and the portions are huge. The restaurant is relatively small and a bit cramped, so reservations are recommended. Value for money: 5/5. In summary: highly recommended! 😊👍🏻

A bit disappointing as a vegan/vegetarian. Vegan and vegetarian labels aren't consistently present; only the gyoza are clearly marked as vegan. The curry contains milk, as do the salads, which isn't mentioned in the description. I ordered the "Veggie Sushi" with tempura, which, according to the allergen information, is vegan, but received the "Sushi Vegan," a different dish. (A misunderstanding, it happens.) The "KiBi Veggie" sushi also appears to be vegan based on its ingredients, but it comes with unagi (eel) sauce, which should be more clearly stated in the dish's name. I thought it was vegan and was going to order it. The food didn't taste bad, but overall, I find it very unfortunate that vegans/vegetarians have to specifically ask or carefully check the allergen information to know what they can and can't eat. The vegan declaration for the gyoza was a good start, but I would come back if some dish names were reconsidered and vegetarian and vegan options were clearly and consistently declared.

We got takeaway food because the restaurant was very busy. It tasted awful. I don't know if they just gave us leftovers or what was going on. I usually love sushi, but I had to spit that out. The salmon and tuna were stale, and so was the oil for the crunchy rolls. It was unfortunately inedible.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant with very traditional sushi. A true experience, and the service is very attentive and fast – you barely order and it's already on the table. The dry ice is also an artistic and interesting addition. I highly recommend it.

We've eaten here so many times. Today, I picked up takeaway food for the first time and was very disappointed. The portions were so small, they wouldn't even fill a child. So I called just to inform the waitress about it, and not even expect anything in return. The reaction from the individual male waitresses there was very sobering and very cold... with an answer that they were completely normal portions. Especially the waitresses don't even see how much is in them because the kitchen packs everything in from the start, as I've seen thousands of times. It's a real shame, apparently Kibi is getting too comfortable!!

My first visit here was for lunch, shortly after the restaurant opened. My first impression was that the tables weren't completely clean, so much so that my arms were a bit stuck to the tabletop. It's possible that after 4-8 hours of operation, the tables get like this because the staff wipes them down quickly and doesn't have time to do a thorough cleaning in between. However, after the night and after opening...

Mega delicious food I can't say more, absolutely recommendable

Very generous portions at moderate prices. Also worth mentioning is the lovingly decorated dishes, including dry ice. Spectacular and highly recommended.

Quiet atmosphere with a Japanese feel, good selection and delicious sushi❣️🍣

We were able to choose two lovely seats and received a very warm welcome. The ambiance is very cozy. The service was equally pleasant. The sushi was truly delicious. The special rolls with tiger prawns were especially amazing. The Thai coconut curry with chicken was also a 10/10 in terms of taste! The food is also beautifully presented, as you can see from the pictures. In conclusion: Highly recommended! We'd love to come back! :)

I've eaten there twice now, and both times it was good. A bit of hocus-pocus with the nitrogen in the appetizer, probably meant to emphasize the "standard" and differentiate it from others. The food is crossover, not Asian. Spicy, pleasantly balanced. The menu offers a good selection, even beyond the sushi. It's better to make a reservation during peak times; the outdoor area isn't as good.

We were at the restaurant with my wife and our baby in a stroller. Although there are tables both inside and outside, and all the tables outside were free, we were not allowed to sit outside – on the grounds that babies and strollers are only allowed inside. This was very disappointing for us, especially since it would have been more pleasant and easier for us outside. Furthermore, there are four steps inside, making it unnecessarily difficult to get in with a stroller. Unfortunately, one of the waiters, a man, was not particularly friendly to us, which made the experience even more unpleasant. In our opinion, this kind of treatment of families with small children is not customer-friendly, and we are very dissatisfied with the experience.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with KiBi! The place is very nicely decorated, the food and drinks always look great, the price is great, considering what you get and yes, it tastes good, as well! And if you have a group of people coming, there is tons of parking available right there at the river bank.

Kibi is one of the best sushi places I've been to in Frankfurt! The sushi was fresh and delicious, the dumplings were perfectly made, and the chips and shrimp were amazing. Everything — from the presentation to the taste — was top-notch. I highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

My first time at KiBi was okay/good. The summer rolls were open on both sides and cut in half, so after one bite, the rest of the rolls fell apart completely. I found the sushi tasted bland, but visually it was a real highlight, and we had a great evening there.

A hidden gem in Offenbach. The outside has moderate appeal but inside the friendly staff welcomes you and the food has the absolute wow factor in both taste and presentation. Whatever you order: have someone in your party order the shrimp dumplings 👍🏻

Good sushi. Great ambiance with the black walls and ceiling and the many waving cats. 10 Kibi Crunchy Rolls were quite a lot. Unfortunately, they don't serve miso soup 😔

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance, the food is really very good. Since I'm not a sushi fan, I had a wok dish, which was wonderfully seasoned and delicious. My husband had the crunchy sushi and raved about it so much that I gave it a try. It was so exceptionally good, I'll order it for myself next time.

It was just okay. I wouldn’t say it was the best nor the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Slim pickings on the sashimi… not much of it. That deep fried sushi 🍣 on boat was definitely a turn off. Did not like it all. Never seen anything like it…

Definitely worth a visit: fresh, tasty sushi and a nice, well-kept restaurant. The staff tries very hard, but it is often a bit crowded and loud. Reservation recommended.

When you walk in, everything looks very stylish. The tables are also nice and big. The menu offers a nice selection, especially of sushi, with many special features and specials. Now move on. Our waitress doesn't really do the job out of passion and there is a lot of lack of communication. The sushi we ordered came only half right. We were told then, after a complaint. It would have been sold out and they would have taken something else for it. That's nice, but do I want that? Maybe I don't like the variety or I'm allergic? You could have asked questions!! We don't eat shrimp and so the variety was removed. I have to say the sushi we ordered was very tasty. One of the best, making it into the top 5 so far. The Pho soup was too salty and the rice paper for the summer rolls was too hard. Same again for dessert. Ordered mochi 2x mango, 2x macha, got 4x mago 🤦🏼‍♀️. But there were also delicious things. The tuna with avocado and seaweed salad was to die for. The fried rice with duck also tasted good, as did my lukewarm Thai salad with beef. However, the beef is not for the third party, 😉 you had to chew on it for a long time. Conclusion. You can do it and just stick to certain dishes. P.S. To our waitress. Simply communicate with the guests, they don't bite and go home happy if everything goes well.

For me it's still the best value for money for 🍣 in the Offenbach/Frankfurt area. Also other predominantly Vietnamese dishes. Everything is of great quality and visually imaginatively implemented. We always enjoy coming back - from Frankfurt.

While the edamame wasn’t impressive, the sushi and fish dishes were excellent—fresh and well-prepared. However, one dish was slightly overcooked, which took away from the overall experience. A must-try is the dessert! It was truly exceptional and a perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended!

I'm very sorry but I cannot rate the meal more than 3 stars. It is possible that this is due to my lack of knowledge about oriental cuisine, but when choosing a wok dish from the menu, I expected a hot dish, while Bun Bo Nam Bo turned out to be a dish served on cold rice noodles. While I can't fault the taste, the dish was very tasty, but the way it was served disappointed me personally. My partner really liked the fried rice with vegetables and shrimps. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, the service is nice and helpful. The toilet needs improvement, it gives the impression of being in a cheap, fast restaurant with bad fast food. Since I'm not a fan of sushi, and KiBi specializes in this, I probably won't visit this place again.

My son has been raving about this place for a while and we went there yesterday. We were surprised by the chef.😍 The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We were able to chat in peace while we ate. The tables are not crowded so that every guest had enough space for themselves. I can only recommend it. Go and find out for yourself how delicious the surprise was.

Diarrhea and stomach pain all night right after we ate there. I called and let them know in a completely normal way, I wasn't even finished and the boy started talking to me loudly and cheekily, especially the one who had been really nice on site two days before. NEVER AGAIN. Besides, they are Vietnamese and not Japanese. If you want to eat sushi, go to Japanese and save yourself what we experienced there.

Das Essen war gut, aber jedes mal wenn wir was bestellt hatten uns worde gefragt wieviel besteck brauchen wir, die haben nicht genug Geschirr. Wir haben Geburtstag gefeiert und mehr mal nach Teller gefragt für die Torte aber uns wurde gesagt dass die nicht genug Teller haben und das wir selbst mit bringen müssen. So was habe ich noch nie erlebt.

My favorite place not only for sushi but also for wok dishes. Regardless of whether the restaurant is full or only a few guests, the atmosphere is always pleasant, and the staff does not neglect anyone. OK, sometimes the wait is a little longer if you want an additional dish after the initial order, but it doesn't bother me because I use the time to chat. I definitely recommend homemade drinks because no matter which one you choose, they are all excellent.

The food was very good and was presented really attractively. The Freestyle Gin surprised me personally very positively. It's different every time and creatively prepared. In general it is a bit more expensive here but still within reason. The service is very nice and accommodating.

Cozy rustic furnishings, the first impression was very good. As a starter I had Gyoza with wild herb salad and CreamyCocosZoup with salmon. Both tasted amazing, really sensationally delicious. The presentation of the food was also excellent. The main course was Kibi Gold with grilled tuna, unfortunately the fish was grilled dead and the overall taste was very bland, a disappointment after the very good start. The service was practically non-existent, drinks or other requests had to be requested at the counter. Empty glasses were skillfully ignored, no one cared whether it was tasty or not, and as a guest I didn't feel welcome here. The restaurant was about a third full, but not so full that you couldn't take care of your guests, which in my opinion was a poor performance. The price is completely okay, just under €200 for 7 people for starters, main courses and drinks. 2* deduction for the wasted tuna and non-existent service, maybe the Kibi will get another chance, unfortunately it's not enough for more than 3* at the moment.

We've been there several times now and the food is always really good. For me, the sushi platters are among the best in Rhine-Main and the price is completely reasonable. The homemade lemonades are super delicious. As a rule, the service is really good and the sushi platters are an eye-catcher. I just say dry ice. A Vietnamese coffee at the end is definitely still a must.
