We celebrated our wedding here and were thrilled. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I felt very comfortable.

St. Martin's Day goose dinner for 50 euros (3 courses) Once and never again... unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it. The appetizer was underwhelming, the main course—the goose leg—was tough and salty, the red cabbage and kale were unappetizing, the gravy was also bad, and neither were the dumplings. The dessert wasn't attractively presented; the lemon ice cream with vanilla sauce was very sour and didn't look appealing at all. What a shame! We had imagined something different. On the positive side, the seating was very comfortable, the restrooms were clean, and the waiters were friendly. Other dishes there are good, but eat goose somewhere else.

While passing through, we were glad we had made a reservation there. A comfortably furnished restaurant, very friendly service, and typically delicious Italian food 😋 I would eat there again 🤗

We had no expectations, and they were exceeded. Five huge, fat stars definitely go to the garlic soup; it's absolutely delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the fillet strips were juicy and tender. The sarti was perfectly mixed. We'll be back 😋 The starters, main courses, and desserts were all spot on. After many months, we once again went to Antica with our grandchildren and friends for dinner. And we returned home very satisfied. Cozy interior, very friendly staff, and the food was delicious. We've already been to the "old" restaurant on Marzahner Chaussee and, of course, now in Eiche. "Kergers Antica" is an Italian restaurant that we highly recommend, where you simply feel at home. The food is very good, and the staff are all very friendly and eager to fulfill your every wish. We're already looking forward to the event on September 25th and would love to come back!

The service was generally friendly, but initially a bit irritating because we hadn't made a reservation and a table had to be set especially for us. Afterward, however, the waiters were very friendly and attentive. One small disappointment: The receipt features a saying that we find truly problematic: "Don't get divorced if your wife can't cook. Eat with us and keep your wife as a hobby!" Is that really necessary these days? Such sayings seem outdated and unfortunately leave a bitter aftertaste, even though the food and service were impressive.

This Italian restaurant is highly recommended. The pizzas were truly delicious, with a fruity tomato sauce and fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can tell the love goes into the cooking here. There was one thing I didn't like so much: the waiter took an unfinished bowl of Parmesan cheese from the table next to us and placed it on our table. Other people were already spooning it out. I paid with a card afterward and still wanted to leave a cash tip, while my wife was still searching in her bag. The card died, and the waiter left, a bit annoyed and rude, because he thought there was no tip, since my wife was still searching. So, I think it doesn't matter whether there's a tip or not. It's still in the customer's interest to keep coming back, even if I hadn't tipped. The two of us left €65 and were only at the table for an hour. That's completely unacceptable. His salary is included in the price of the food and drinks, and only spoiled waiters get annoyed about that...

It was a disappointing experience ☹️ After being escorted to our pre-booked seats, we weren't noticed for half an hour. After we made ourselves known, it took another five minutes for the waiter to come and take our order. Then waiting another ten minutes for drinks is too long! The children's food was delivered incorrectly, so they were the last to get theirs. Anyone with children knows what that means! The food was okay, not outstanding. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't offer an apology when we paid and pointed out the poor service 🤷‍♂️, only the comment "It's busy on weekends!" (with the restaurant not even half full). It was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend it!

The food was of decent quality. Unfriendly staff. If you want fries, you're supposed to go to (!) McDonald's! No tip, but they gave us our free shot of liquor at the end (!)...you can't get any cheekier than that! Word gets around, let's see how long you can last...

I played there for a 65th birthday. The atmosphere was fantastic. The venue is very lovingly decorated, and the room dividers allow for perfect adjustments to the size of the group. We were really looking forward to our visit, especially after having enjoyed a beer on your terrace the day before. The food was okay, but unfortunately, our overall impression of the restaurant visit was somewhat tarnished. The service seemed disorganized, and unfortunately, there was also a lack of friendliness. We weren't asked if everything was okay, nor was there a simple "thank you" or a friendly "goodbye" as we left – we found that a shame. The indoor climate was also unpleasant: It was noticeably too warm in the restaurant, and there was apparently no ventilation. We had actually considered making your establishment our new regular haunt – we really enjoyed the ambiance on the terrace. Perhaps it was just an unfortunate day – we would be happy if our next visit had a better impression.

For Women's Day, we wanted to go out for a nice meal with good quality and atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was a flop :-(. Even during the brief greeting for us "first-timers," we were reprimanded for having to make a reservation on such a day. The regular customers were simultaneously greeted with loud hugs and hugs. Actually, that was reason enough to turn around. A friendly waiter found us a table after all. To celebrate the day, I ordered beef fillet medallions with rosemary potatoes, and my companion ordered pizza. It was good. But my "beef fillet" was a complete disaster! I ordered it medium, but it was served with a large portion of raw meat! Okay, it can happen, but it shouldn't be in a place that prides itself on being "chiki." Moreover, I doubted it was fillet (the best cut of meat from an animal). If so, it was cut against the grain. Because after I complained, they acted surprised and, a few minutes later, brought me the same plate I'd started eating, just like I had this one. The same meat was now completely cooked and tough! In a good restaurant, after such a complaint, the plate is rearranged and new meat is used. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. The meat was inedible and remained completely uncooked! Furthermore, the rosemary on the potatoes was completely flavorless, certainly not visible. Accordingly, I placed the cutlery at "6 o'clock" with the plate still two-thirds full. The waiter asked, I told him what went wrong, he took the cutlery and sliced ​​the "fillet" at the table, confirming the defects. He then offered us tiramisu or cappuccino. We declined, disappointed by what we had experienced, and paid to get out quickly. Unfortunately, the entire dish was on the bill (photo)! €29 for something that wasn't served. What a pity for the animal!! The dish should have been removed from the bill. But there, in the packed room, I wanted to avoid any loud discussions that might arise. The "host" was busy "hearting" again on his way out; there was no "goodbye," etc. Perhaps less courting and hearting of "regulars," but instead considering the products appropriately and correctly in terms of value. Unfortunately, we left our cell phones in the car for possible photos. The receipt is attached as proof. Too bad... P.S. The ambiance is charming and cozy, perfect for special occasions. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and catered to our every need. Yes, absolutely! We went there with the family. I can only confirm the numerous 5 stars. I would especially like to add: Just as Italian culture (and history) is hard to describe in words, I can't adequately describe the indescribable delicacy of my pizza. OUTSTANDING.

Unfortunately that was nothing, dancing into May with the DC was unbelievable. Only Discofox does not underlay music with original music. Goes garnished. Should be a nice evening. It's a shame about the money, €40 entry fee, it just wasn't worth it.

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday and invited our children and grandchildren. Everyone felt very comfortable. The food tasted very good and was more than filling. We were well looked after. Disappointing experience - poor service We were full of anticipation at the Kergers Restaurant, but unfortunately the evening was overshadowed by poor service. The food was okay, but the process was chaotic: the starters were served, and as soon as we were finished, the main course arrived. The waiters seemed to be hovering around us at first, but after the meal they seemed to disappear. Drinks were forgotten and no one came to our table for over an hour and a half. In the end we had to look for a waiter ourselves. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed slightly arrogant. All in all, a very disappointing experience that unfortunately won't let us come back. Really a shame!

We were invited to an 80th birthday party. Unfortunately, the agreements made when making the reservation (more than a quarter of a year in advance) were not kept. No separate room, just with other company and spontaneous guests. The cake buffet was presented uncut and some still frozen. Unfortunately, the service (drink ordering and table service) also left a lot to be desired. Coffee dishes and welcome champagne were still on the tables after 6 p.m. After moving to the originally reserved room, the DJ was able to set up his equipment after a 3-hour delay. As a result, the evening buffet came to the guests later than planned. Starting with a delicious antipasti platter, we only continued with the planned buffet upon request, but it was only lukewarm and carelessly served. The warm children's meal ordered in advance was completely forgotten, but quickly served. In short, the birthday child doesn't deserve that. Appreciation of guests looks different for me. I come from a customer service background and things can always go wrong, but how to deal with such situations should be reflected here again.

Have eaten 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Unfortunately we had to say that the quality of the food was poor has subsided. We don't give up hope that the previous quality will be achieved again. We'll see.

Really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately it was for a Christmas dinner, unfortunately only subterranean. Let's start at the beginning. Food could be chosen in advance, which I think is very good, so that the restaurateur doesn't have to buy and produce too much for such special events. The choices were, Goose with dumplings, red and green cabbage. Monkfish with white wine sauce, spinach and boiled potatoes. Veal fillet with porcini mushrooms in cream sauce and potato gratin. Starter with carpaccio and dessert with tartufo were set, which was also fine for us. For our child, we had pre-ordered schnitzel with spinach, gravy and potatoes by arrangement. Everything sounded great at first and we were really happy. Now the reality came. When we arrived, our table was not available and they had to rearrange to accommodate us. We immediately received a mean look from the service staff, as if it were our fault. The query then came back to the menus, where we discovered that the schnitzel was simply made into a goose for the child. When we brought this up, we were simply told that there is no such thing here today. After a long discussion, we ended up with schnitzel with spinach and potatoes for the child. What a miracle... Where did that suddenly come from? After the discussion, we were immediately shown who had the upper hand, as we had to wait almost 30 minutes until we were finally allowed to order drinks on our own request. If we hadn't asked, we probably would have waited longer. After almost an hour, the “carpaccio” finally arrived. 3 slices of previously frozen beef on a breakfast plate. The portion size and quality were really embarrassing. The slices were so thin and completely dried out that they were more reminiscent of air-dried ham. They stuck to the plate and the only way to get them off was to scrape them off. Only the child who had tried it was asked whether it tasted good. The adults were no longer taken seriously. The main course had another almost 40 minute wait, and I can well imagine that the veal fillet and monkfish had also waited that long in the oven or pan. The veal fillet was fried completely dry, which should really be a crime for such a great piece of meat. But the crime was probably the frozen porcini mushrooms, which were really disgusting because something like that can only be used for a mixed soup. But not for mushrooms “in cream sauce”. Unfortunately, these were completely left on the plate. The gratin was also a real 6 in terms of craftsmanship. Boiled potatoes in thumb-thick slices and coated with some kind of sauce. Nothing layered in a mold. The effort was probably asking too much. Unfortunately, the monkfish also came from the frozen food section, which you can tell straight away if it isn't cooked gently. Totally dry here too. Unfortunately, the goose leg was a bit small and the request for only red cabbage and no kale was not taken into account. Based on the portion size, you can probably assume that the red cabbage was almost gone and that's why kale was simply added. Unfortunately, all three dishes were very carelessly prepared and didn't really make your mouth water. When asked if everything was OK or whether it tasted good, nothing came back. Unfortunately, all the plates with almost half the dish were returned to the kitchen. A waiter wanted to serve the dessert 2 minutes later until he realized that he was in the wrong place. It seemed very uncontrolled and disorganized the whole time. So paying €50 per head for the meal is unfortunately totally excessive in my opinion. We really felt completely uncomfortable here and wouldn't come back, let alone recommend the restaurant. It's a shame, because it looks really nice when you get there.

I always receive a personal and very warm welcome here. I have never been disappointed about taking the route to Eiche. In summer on the terrace and in winter, if you're lucky, on the couch. It is not only delicious but also varied. The season tickets always come with exciting creations, making the decision difficult. I like the restaurant and always enjoy going there!

We went to the Advent buffet on Sunday. The ambience is really nice, But for 35 € the buffet is simply too expensive, the price-performance ratio is not right at all.

Food is average, but the prices for drinks and food are great

After 2 years we were back in Eiche for a New Year's Eve (2022) celebration. Entry was €95, as before. It used to be all inclusive, but now it's just a buffet. The buffet became very clear relatively quickly; the previous owner had previously added more. Not only was the quantity inadequate, the quality was also just average. The spaghetti lacked spices and the meatballs had the consistency of small golf balls. At midnight there wasn't even a pancake for all the guests. The price-performance ratio was in no way correct, it was definitely overpriced.

We already knew the restaurant from its “old” location in Friedrichsfelde Ost. We were very disappointed when we visited last Saturday. Service was careless/uninterested, the food was not of the known, expected quality, spaghetti was bland, the goose leg had visibly been warmed up for the umpteenth time and was correspondingly dry. We were here on Saturday evening for the band's live music. So basically food with dancing pleasure. The operation is quick, but seemed a bit overwhelmed and uncoordinated. The event was scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. There were around 60 guests present. It took a whopping almost 1 1/2 hours from ordering the food to eating it. You were already a bit hypoglycemic. The food itself was already selected in advance and therefore nothing surprising for the kitchen. Therefore, it is incomprehensible why 1 plate of pasta with chicken breast takes so long. The meal itself went like this, the number of pieces of chicken breast was very manageable. So price/performance, well, only 2 stars. The atmosphere itself was ok, the band played everything from the 50s to today's modern hits. 3 stars for this because the system was unfortunately not well controlled. The singer has a pleasant voice, but could hardly compete with the instruments. Too bad. It is very questionable whether we will do the whole thing again.

We came here by chance at the beginning of October and were very impressed by the ambience, the dishes on offer (autumn menu) and the extremely friendly service. The flyer on display advertised St. Martin's goose food until November 18, 2024. A menu was given there, and when we asked, we were told that the dish (goose leg) could also be ordered off the menu. Since it is certainly full, you should be prepared for a slightly longer wait until it is served. We have then reserved 5 places for November 17th, 2024. We have been going to St. Martin's goose dinner as a family tradition for years and have already gotten to know many great restaurants. When we arrived we were very surprised that this meal wasn't on the menu. When asked, the waiter said it couldn't be ordered and would only be on the menu after Dead Sunday. When we pointed out the conversation when reserving a seat, we were told that the information was incorrect and that only a menu reservation was possible in advance. We were very angry and disappointed, and it was only when I was informed that the rejection would be reflected in the restaurant rating that we took the opportunity to ask the kitchen what was possible. As a guest, I would have liked this statement to be made at the beginning of the conversation in order to show the concern for the paying guest. Ultimately it was possible for us to enjoy our expected meal, goose leg, dumplings, red and green cabbage, 5 times. For the rest of the meal we were served with slightly exaggerated friendliness. One felt that the reference to the rating was somehow taken personally. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty. Unfortunately, when it is full, the large hall is very loud and not as comfortable as the front room. I think if you come in between times and order something from the menu, the restaurant experience can be as positive as the first time.

Kergers Antica in Ahrensfelde is a real recommendation for Italian cuisine. The penne arrabiata was perfect: pleasantly spicy, with a fresh, aromatic tomato sauce and pasta cooked just right. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make eating there a relaxed experience. Anyone looking for authentic Italian taste will definitely not be disappointed here.

Very nice staff, great service and good food

Underground in every way! On weekdays and around 12:30, nobody from "Kerger Antica" obviously wants to have guests. All tables are "reserved", but not occupied at all, even when we asked, we only got one rather unwanted table. Staff sit together next to it and do office work or similar. The arrogant waiter couldn't even demonstrate a minimum level of friendliness and customer orientation. This was only topped by the food, which smelled unpleasant when it was served. On top of that, the "rosemary potatoes" (as already criticized here) were really disgusting and didn't resemble anything like what you'd expect. They were definitely at least a day old, totally shrunken and rubbery. I wouldn't be surprised if they were already on someone else's plate. No apology or anything like that, even though we made a complaint. It doesn't seem to matter. It is so, so sad that the former country inn is being continued by these people. :-( I can't even begin to understand how higher ratings can arise here. Maybe through all the events that dazzle...(?) I can only advise against it!!!

We celebrated our daughter's starting school here and were once again very excited! The food tastes delicious, the service is very nice and courteous, you are served extremely quickly, even when there is a lot going on, and the restaurant itself makes a clean and well-kept impression. There was a big event the evening we were there. Nevertheless, we were offered a small space. The dining room at the bar looked a bit dated. The pop music is the guest's fault, not the restaurant's fault. The kitchen was told to hurry up with your order 2 hours before it closed as it was busy. Understood. I took the lunguini with scampi. The taste is rather bland, but better than a Lieferando delivery service. The noodles were definitely chilled. You never do that in an Italian kitchen. The pasta couldn't absorb the sauce and as a result there was too much sauce on the plate. Almost like a noodle soup. Too bad. The service was still very attentive and on point. Drinks came straight away and those we ordered were there in no time Takeaway packaging costs money. That's okay, because then it will be offset against the tip. We didn't want to give too much here either. The food was just too bad. I wouldn't go here again.

After the involuntary end at the old location on Marzahner Chaussee, Andreas Kerger reopened his Italian restaurant on the outskirts of Berlin in Eiche. The rooms are brighter and more spacious and attractively furnished. The team has changed and it is clear that the residents in the immediate area were just waiting for a good restaurant. Many regular customers from Marzahn also remain loyal to the restaurant. A rush has set in, even at lunchtime there is more going on than before. The appealing dishes, the great Italian wines (also available to take away, of course) and the omnipresent, sociable boss Andreas Kerger are the guarantee for the restaurant's lasting success.

After waiting for 20 minutes, we asked the waiter with a hand signal to take our order. After another eternity, a very manageable meal came, in which the vegetables were frozen and the very pale rosemary potatoes were only carried past the rosemary, if at all. A small side salad would have been desirable, then the plates would not have been quite so manageable. The entire dish of Saltimbocca alla Romana was completely overpriced at €25.90, although the meat was okay.

We come to the Antica regularly. The food is very good and varied with the seasonal menu. The price is normal, but a little more expensive for special items. Yesterday we tried the torta limona, a poem. The service is very nice and it's great to sit outside.

Very friendly staff, quick delivery of the food and drinks ordered, seats in the restaurant and in the garden in front. Quality and size of the food was excellent. Seats should be reserved in advance as it is very well attended and very popular.

The kitchen was closed but they gave me a delicious piece of bread. They didn't want to take my money. I can't wait to go here again before the kitchen closes

This placed is not open till 12 am , it’s closed by 8pm. It’s not good that you update wrong on google and we travel from a very place thinking that it’s open. Wasted money and time.

The food is good, nice service. The prices, however, are quite ambitious for the area. All in all okay, but unfortunately nothing special.

Be sure to take a picture yourself. Food very very tasty, some exceptional, very nice service.

First time here and I would eat here again and again. The beef fillet was super tender and delicious.
