I almost threw up on the buckets, the employee tried to deny the whole time that it was bad, not a recommendation

Service friendly, food good but unfortunately not worth visiting in the future as only zero drinks are offered. Unfortunately, this makes it completely uninteresting for us.

Very, very nice service and very clean tables. After eating I stood inside with 2 buckets in front of the drinks and without saying anything a waitress came straight with a bag 😊 absolutely nice to eat here

Sorry, not my case. I wanted to try it again after years and now I know why I don't like eating here. All drinks are only available with sweetener. Bought in the largest bouquet, there was very little in it. I got out of there and felt like I hadn't eaten anything.

KFC is always tasty and I always think it's great to refill it yourself via the drinks terminal

You can eat sometimes but not every day and it used to be better price performance has also become very expensive

Not only was the burger I ordered unavailable, but many of the staff barely spoke German, which made changing the original order (which had previously taken place at the terminal) difficult. But the worst thing is that there are only ZERO/sugar-free drinks. What's that supposed to mean? Many people do not like or tolerate artificial sweeteners. By the way, there was nothing about this on the order display. As long as that's KFC's company policy, they won't get a cent from me anymore.

Seems to be getting more expensive each time. Paid 45€ for something that would have been 25€ max at Maccas next door. Hotwings are fine but the burgers are truly bad. Not the employees fault, it's the recipes. Otherwise the place was clean and empty.

It was pleasantly expensive, but tasty. Stupidly constructed SB kiosk. Lots of free places (visit was after 9 p.m.). Would I come again? I think so

Clean, the food is very good as always. On the one hand, I think the new concept that there are only zero drinks is good. Unfortunately, this gives the guest the opportunity to decide for themselves whether to choose normal or zero drinks.

Unfortunately I have to revise my rating downwards. Was there today and ate. Food delicious as always. But what's with the drinks that are only available as Zero? A paternalism without equal 😵‍💫. Let your customers decide for themselves what they want to drink. I really enjoy eating at KFC but I don't know if I will continue. The tendency is no.

Dirty there, no one comes to clean it. Service at the checkout was OK. There was more marinade on the food than meat. Afterwards we regretted it. We could have gotten something better for the money!

This was clearly my last visit to KFC in principle. The prices are almost outrageous. The chicken parts are getting smaller and smaller and the half of the corn on the cob is only 1/4. Orders can only be made via the terminal and then the drinking cups and the chip sauce were forgotten when ordering, even though the employees just have to put it together. Tables where someone has left their food are not cleared promptly, and the tables remain dirty for a long time. Conclusion KFC isn't what it used to be. For a quick meal over €40 for a total of 6 pieces of chicken, 2 ears of corn, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a burger, no thanks. I'd rather go to a real restaurant because I get a lot more for the money.

Absolute rubbish, you wait forever for your food, the employees almost fall asleep, there was a poster on the wall that said if you give a 5-star review you get a voucher, absolutely not recommended

Kfc immer wieder gerne, in kaarst ist es nicht zu vergleichen wie in anderen Städten, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und sehr höflich! & ein Mitarbeiter ist ganz witzig und immer gut drauf etwas kleiner dunkle Haare und glaub er ist von der Baustella 🇦🇱

Einfach TOP kann ich nur weiter empfehlen dort zu bestellen oder zu essen 🔥

Der Service ist sehr Höfflich und freundlich. Das Essen wird immer frisch und schnell zu bereitet daher entsteht keine Warte Zeit und man kann sein großen Hinger schnell stillen. Filiale hat eine gute Location aber fehlen ein paar mehr LED Lichter.

Von A bis Z alles super. Sei das Essen, der Service oder die Ambiente. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr sympathisch und immer zur Stelle. Finde es überraschend, wie gut dort alles läuft. Top Team mit Rahim!

Hervorragender Laden. Insbesondere nach dem mysteriösen Erlebnis im KFC Neuss, der keine Pommes lagernd hatte. Das Essen war wirklich 1A, genau so, wie man sich eine richtig gute KFC-Filiale vorstellt. Leider war das Ladenlokal an sich etwas schmuddelig, weshalb es nicht zur formvollendeten "Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung" ausgereicht hat. Lobend hervorzuheben ist insbesondere der Getränkeautomat, mit welchem man unbegrenzt oft sein Getränk neu auffüllen kann. Kundenservice! Wenn KFC, dann dieser hier, oder der in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt.

Alle veganen Optionen, woraus mindestens die Hälfte unserer Bestellung bestand, waren aus. Das wurde nur leider erst nach dem Bestellen mitgeteilt, was die Bestellung im Endeffekt fast 1,5x so teuer gemacht hat, wie wenn wir z.B. einfach einen Bucket bestellt hätten. Das Personal war absolut überfordert mit der Situation, hat leider aber auch keinen Anschein von Verbesserungsversuchen gemacht. Schade. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal...

Sehr leckeres und vorallem heiße Burger.

Ich muss gestehen, das ich tatsächlich das erste Mal bei KFC war. Ich war mit meinem Sohn unterwegs und er schlug vor, dass ich doch endlich Mal die hot Chicken Wings von KFC probieren müßte. Und noch den Burger mit Bacon. Ich muss sagen, dass mir die Wings wirklich gut geschmeckt haben. Super knusprig und gut gewürzt. Auch von dem Burger war ich echt überrascht. Zwei dicke Scheiben Hähnchenfilet und 4 Scheiben Bacon! Das war okay. Was ich natürlich nicht so prickelnd fand, war der Preis. Für 11 kleine Wings, einen Bacon Burger und eine kleine Cola habe ich 22 und ein bisschen bezahlt!!! Das ist teuer!!! Klar weiß ich, das alle Fast food Ketten teuer sind, macht es aber auch nicht besser. Was die für eine Gewinnmarge haben, ist ätzend. Da fällt mir wieder ein, warum ich so selten, oder wie diesmal das erste Mal in solchen Läden esse.

Der Mitarbeiter molham halabia hat uns so unglaublich gut bedient. Meine Tochter hat sich sehr gefreut und zwar hatten wir ein kleines Problem und er hat sich so liebevoll darum gekümmert 💚 Danke an ihn Hoffentlich sieht sein Chef das 💚🙏 Bester Mitarbeiter

Trotz sauberen laden ist das Personal unfähig und schläft beim Laufen fast ein darunter leidet das Essen und Pommes und burger sind eiskalt

Sehr sauber und qualitiv sehr gutes Essen. Toiletten sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und höfflich. Bestellung vollständig und war auch nach kurzer Zeit fertig. Bisher der beste KFC den ich besucht habe.

Der Service im KFC war wirklich hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, die gesamte Umgebung war ordentlich und gepflegt. Was das Essen betrifft, es war köstlich! Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, die ich gerne wiederholen würde.
