Couldn't they have used less gravy? After all these years, I'm giving this place another chance, for absolutely nothing.

I have loved KFC since I was a kid, so even though it’s probably not the best fried chicken it has always been my favorite. This particular shop is quite good and had quick service. The chicken was perfect and juicy. The new French fries were also wonderful. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in finding employees, you now have to order on the screen. I haven't quite gotten there yet. Unfortunately, I ordered coleslaw instead of fries, and that on top, so we would have had four portions. That wouldn't have happened if I had ordered at the counter. I also noticed that it's become more expensive. So, I'll be going here less often. I still eat the traditional way and want to be served.

I don't understand how anyone can force-play pop music so loudly in a restaurant. Even though I politely pointed out that it was loud and disruptive, nothing was done about it. You can't enjoy a meal like that.

I've rarely eaten worse. Greasy, almost tasteless, and way too much breading. It had nothing to do with chicken. The coleslaw salad was good, as was the Coke 😂. Everything seemed dirty (especially the tables) and it was very loud. We went straight to L'Osteria to get rid of the queasy feeling in our stomachs.

I ordered through Lieferando. First, the wrong order was delivered, then I waited over two hours for the correct one, which never arrived. Apparently, the driver couldn't be reached and was off duty. I was supposed to pick up my order myself. The food was acceptable, as is typical for a fast-food chain, but the lack of delivery, the lack of any sense of service, and the annoyed attitude of the staff when I picked up my order myself, even though I had paid the delivery fee and tip, were a disgrace.

10:55 PM The food you wanted to order is no longer available, with the announcement that we're closing now. Opening hours until 11:00 PM - yeah, tight, but what's a fast-food restaurant for? Then you don't need to be open until 11:00 PM. This is just as annoying as the meat counter in the supermarket that's already packed 10 minutes before closing time.

Cleanliness is not a crime! Everyone's standing around, talking loudly in their native language. Customers are ignored, and instead of keeping the store clean, they celebrate themselves. What is going on in this country? We need skilled workers, and what have we got? Poor Germany. I approach the shift supervisor, and I politely tell him that the store is really dirty. He then tells me that cleanliness is in the eye of the beholder. Excuse me? A customer politely tells him that it's not presentable here and that when you eat food, you expect it to be clean. He just shrugs and walks away. Keep it up! I won't be eating here again.

I would like to describe my negative experience at your restaurant. The food I ordered was disappointing in terms of taste; the meat, in particular, seemed dry and probably no longer fresh. I expect better quality and freshness from a restaurant in your chain. In addition, an employee wearing glasses was extremely rude and unhelpful. As a guest, you want to be treated with respect, which unfortunately wasn't the case in this instance. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve both the product quality and customer service in the restaurant.

You spend so much money and get 1. very little (the wrap originally felt like it had three nuggets, maybe half a leaf of lettuce, and a bit of sauce). 2. The crispy chicken is crispy, of course, but not rock-hard, so you can't bite into it. That's because the chicken was old and hard under all the fried stuff. And besides, the meat is smaller than burger buns. 3. The drinks have hardly any carbonation, and you only taste the syrup. I could go on and on and on. I just have one question: why are you doing this to us????????

Not recommended – dangerous situation caused by employees On July 8, 2025, we went to this branch for dinner after an outing with four children (and one adult). While ordering, a loud argument broke out between an employee and a customer. As the situation escalated, the employee threw a heavy stapler at the customer – in our direction. The projectile flew less than a meter past us and our children. This behavior was not only highly unprofessional but also potentially dangerous. Our children were completely unprotected in the line of fire of an apparently overwhelmed employee. The employee in question: dark-haired, with gray highlights, a beard, and approximately 1.68 m tall. Anyone who wants to eat in peace and safety without witnessing outbursts of anger and aggressive behavior should avoid this branch.

The food is okay, and the service is routinely okay. But the restaurant, and especially the outdoor areas, desperately need an update. It looks really shabby. The building and the restrooms need updating as well. Guys...just making money without investing doesn't work. You eat with your eyes. Not so much here. But the food is, as already mentioned, okay. Still...do something!

Where? Where was that before? I've been an avid KFC fan for many years, but when I tried the Korean-style chicken, I knew something was missing. Sweet, a little spicy, and a little smoky... Amazing! And yet the breading was crispy as usual. Honestly, they could have thought of that sooner. Besides, a little more advertising wouldn't have hurt, as it might have been around for a while! There's not much to say about the snack bar; the tables have the familiar shine of past KFC excesses, but the floor and seating were perfectly acceptable. There's also ample parking, and they have high chairs so you can start raising your little ones as early as possible.

It's frightening... today I wanted to stop at KFC on the way to the highway because I was just hungry. This is certainly the case for everyone who visits a fast food restaurant. Today's problem: I am a wheelchair user. This KFC is not designed for wheelchair users. You can't get in via the narrow sidewalk because there's a trash can there. The wheelchair won't fit past; There are high sidewalks everywhere and it's not easy to get up. The outdoor area - which I was looking forward to in this weather - can only be reached via steps; So not handicapped accessible And then came the coronation! My assistance dog was not allowed in, an assistance dog in accordance with Section 12e of the Disability Equality Act. I've never come across that before! I had no problems at all at McDonald's, where I had to go with him. The fact that the global corporation KFC does not address the rights of people with disabilities is a complete impudence! So I can neither judge the ambience nor rate anything other than one star. However, since I also want to rate fairly, it is important to me to thank Shivan. He was very polite, courteous and specifically asked the shift manager, who said no: "No dog is allowed in, regardless of whether it is an assistance dog." Often there is a comment from the operator on Google reviews: "The employee made a misjudgment..." However, in this case it was precisely the shift management who made this discriminatory and law-breaking decision!

This is a terrible place to dine in and the staff Schvan is also very cunny. He asked for my phone and gave the shop initially a 5 star review and posted, which I had to delete. So many of the positive reviews you read might be from staff of this shop. I suffered stomach ache after dining here. The chicken were ill-prepared, and my order was incomplete when served. When I got back to the desk, Schvan said I should have checked before taking the food away. I would anyway have trusted that they follow my order and serve as demanded (well, lesson learnt). It's the worst kfc you can ever visit
