Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hannover

Just KFC. Fast service. Good fast food.

The prices are too high for poor quality. I especially don't understand why you have to get wings if you want drumsticks. The breading on the crispies is supposed to be crispy. But it's not; it's soft.

The service at the checkout was very unfriendly. Claiming something that the customer didn't say is not okay. Furthermore, to charge for food that should have been included in the menu but wasn't and then to ask for money again is a disgrace. I will never go to this branch again. It's a real shame. It's frightening... today I wanted to stop at KFC on the way to the highway because I was just hungry. This is certainly the case for everyone who visits a fast food restaurant. Today's problem: I am a wheelchair user. This KFC is not designed for wheelchair users. You can't get in via the narrow sidewalk because there's a trash can there. The wheelchair won't fit past; There are high sidewalks everywhere and it's not easy to get up. The outdoor area - which I was looking forward to in this weather - can only be reached via steps; So not handicapped accessible And then came the coronation! My assistance dog was not allowed in, an assistance dog in accordance with Section 12e of the Disability Equality Act. I've never come across that before! I had no problems at all at McDonald's, where I had to go with him. The fact that the global corporation KFC does not address the rights of people with disabilities is a complete impudence! So I can neither judge the ambience nor rate anything other than one star. However, since I also want to rate fairly, it is important to me to thank Shivan. He was very polite, courteous and specifically asked the shift manager, who said no: "No dog is allowed in, regardless of whether it is an assistance dog." Often there is a comment from the operator on Google reviews: "The employee made a misjudgment..." However, in this case it was precisely the shift management who made this discriminatory and law-breaking decision!

I ordered three spicy chicken wings and they were raw. I returned them and got new ones back and they were gross and what I got as an excuse was that the machine decided that they were through, so they were through

Extremely small portion of curly fries that weren't in the fryer long enough. Instead of 10, only 9 chicken wings. It took a long time for that.

We had ordered a delivery, and that's how it started... before the specified delivery time, the delivery was already confirmed as delivered, then the next fiasco. Two side dishes were missing, cole slaw and fries, unfortunately there was no veggie burger, our number was listed under the service number, no one could be reached at the branch, we would have liked to have tried to clarify this somehow, but it's stupid when no one can be reached. Thank you, unfortunately that was nothing. Imagine a vegetarian biting into a chicken burger...great idea. Thanks no

Simple fast food restaurant, the fries and the meat probably came from a hot air warming oven and not fresh from the deep fryer 😞.... Not really special, on the other hand you don't expect much more in such restaurants.. only enough for 3 good stars

This is a terrible place to dine in and the staff Schvan is also very cunny. He asked for my phone and gave the shop initially a 5 star review and posted, which I had to delete. So many of the positive reviews you read might be from staff of this shop. I suffered stomach ache after dining here. The chicken were ill-prepared, and my order was incomplete when served. When I got back to the desk, Schvan said I should have checked before taking the food away. I would anyway have trusted that they follow my order and serve as demanded (well, lesson learnt). It's the worst kfc you can ever visit

If you haven't food at home and shops are closed (I didn't count gas stations because are a "little expensive") then depends of day you have 1-2 hours (from last shops closed) to order some good warm food for good price

For fast food it was good. Quickly fresh and hot. None of the parts were soft, everything was crispy. Salad was fresh and plentiful. The employees tried hard to ensure cleanliness.

Restaurant was clean enough. Went there at 13:00 and was quiet. Chicken was properly seasoned, warm and tasty. The downside was the fries. A bit soggy and bland.
