We were there for dinner last night. Ordered food on the online tablet and the food arrived quickly. Cleanliness could be a little better. Bicycle stand not suitable for wide tires. Service could also bring the food to the table. Would be desirable In any case, improvements need to be made Otherwise food was good and warm

Had the burger box twice... Very tasty and quick to make. Positive. Cutlery is made of wood, drinks can be refilled, unfortunately MC in Sha is no longer available

We waited 15 minutes for our food to be prepared (manager playing on his cell phone), then we were told that normal chicken pieces would take 20 minutes. The only alternative was spicy chicken wings. While eating in the restaurant, the manager starts sweeping and pushes the iron chairs around and sweeps under our table. We told him we had a lunch break and the only answer he got was new people

Unfortunately the quality at KFC has deteriorated tremendously, everything is dry and shriveled. The food here used to be so delicious, it was really sad. And priceless. Paid 28 euros today, and what was on the tray was a joke......a waste of money, really! The staff is very unmotivated and unfriendly. Two items were missing from my order, then I got the items from a pretty annoyed young woman - after a lot of explaining...KFC...no thanks.

The new veggie varieties are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. But you have to wait a really long time for “fast food”. Addendum: After my previous review, the service has turned 180 degrees and you get your order in a time that is reasonable for a fast food chain. Great.

Unfortunately, there is still no improvement in sight. It's a total shame because they have a great location and KFC actually has great dishes too

Pleasant environment, fast food

The staff is extremely unmotivated. We forgot to prepare the food or no one was in sight for 15 minutes. When I asked, there was no apology or anything. There was no conversation with the customers… they simply turned their backs on you. And since I always had such unpleasant experiences there, I won't come here again.

We discovered KFC by chance during a motorcycle tour and are super happy about it. The chilli cheese fries are still available there. When asked, it was said that the boss ordered these specially from Belgium. Chicken was excellent and the team was also super friendly. Thank you for the nice hospitality and new sauces for you to try. We will definitely come back from Stuttgart! :)

This place is a joke! They attempted to deliver the order to the wrong location, and the entire delivery took more than 40 minutes. Finally, they failed to deliver it and refused to provide a refund. Previously, they had forgotten to deliver many items as well. Extremely rude!

The last time I ate something from this KFC, I spent 4 days in the bathroom. I also thought to myself that that couldn't really be the case, but I had only eaten KFC that day so the food poisoning must have come from there. Am cured of KFC for the rest of my life

Our older one wanted to try KFC so we agreed. The only thing usable was really the chicken. Rolls, a paste of dough, salad, well, can you find it with a magnifying glass and €0.70 for a slice of cheese? Simply too expensive for the quality. So if it's fast food then there are definitely better alternatives.

Very unmotivated young staff, lady I’m assuming was the manager was lovely but she must be at her wits end! Couple of them screaming in the kitchen they ‘can’t be bothered to be there’

Absolutely rude staff. No motivation to work whatsoever. They say they “can’t cancel already ordered items”. It was just an unpleasant experience at the drive through. Went there 2 times to confirm and I’m never going back. The food was also not good. What a shame

The food was great as always, but I think it's a shame that there are only zero drinks left. I just don't like it, sorry. Unfortunately, a good meal without a drink is somehow pointless

I thought the food was absolutely bad, the fries were rubbish and the rest wasn't particularly tasty or edible. It was the last time I went there again and for almost over €30 you just won't get your fill there👎

Every trip to KFC lately has been a pain. There is not a single leg in the most expensive bucket, although I ordered it. Water flows instead of Pepsi, it's over. We won't come again. It's a pity for money and time.

The food was actually quite good. The waiting time was just a bit long. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The tables were beyond dirty! Normally we like to come and hope that things get better again

Maximum overload, close drive and nothing progresses inside. It feels like there are never any shakes and you sometimes wait 20 minutes for food, small things are simply pushed to the back

Low class fast food. It was freezing cold in the store, the portions are very small and definitely not worth the money. Trying it out once and deciding to go there once is enough.

No personal interaction, very robotic, food is OK not great. Cole slaw is not at all what I'm used to from the US. The mashed potatoes were not bad.

Really slow, even though the drive-thru was empty I still had to wait 15 minutes on the side for my food, it doesn't have much to do with fast food anymore. And the chicken part consisted almost entirely of breading and was bone dry.

Friendly, clean and good food. Overall, I find the menu combinations and the app vouchers take some getting used to if you rarely eat at KFC.

The staff is simply incredibly rude and unfriendly… something was missing from our order, which of course we complained about. The employee was cheeky, claimed he had definitely packed it and that we now had a second free corn on the cob. I bought it for just under €60 and certainly didn't need to snag half an ear of corn for €3.99... just unbelievable!!! Never again and not recommended!!!

Yesterday I ate there with my girlfriend and had absolutely great chicken 🐔 The boss is very nice and looked after us very well and personally. Happy to come back :)

After we ordered food in the drive-thru today for just under €55, we of course checked after receiving the food whether everything was there. Half an ear of corn and butter were missing. So I ran back to the window and said that a corn cob was missing, to which the employee cheekily replied, "That can't be right. I put it in myself," so I really said??? He said sure, then I replied again that it was really strange because we completely emptied the bag and there was 100% no one in there. He turned and mumbled that it was very strange and got the corn on the cob, he handed it to me through the window and said cheekily, now you'll find a second one at home and have a nice evening. Something like that doesn't work just because his ego was hurt because he forgot something!? Incredible!!!! As if I needed to steal an ear of corn for €3.99, unbelievable!!!! Oh and the butter is still missing

Normal KFC like everywhere. Service is fast. Prices for a burger, fries and a coke are 10 euros. Very dirty everywhere, especially at the entrance.

The only fast food restaurant where you pay more than in a restaurant and wait twice as long as in a restaurant. A clear 2/10 and the employees are all demotivated and rude.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle nett, aber der Schichtleiter, der seit 3 Monaten da ist (stand 12.01.2024) schnauzt alle Leute an. Habe online über die App bestellt und auf „jetzt zubereiten“ geklickt. Von der App kam die Anweisung zu warten bis angezeigt wird das die Bestellung fertig ist (wie wenn man normal von bestellt). Als nach 20 min jeder was hatte außer ich habe ich ihn fragen warum ich nix bekommen habe. Dann hat er mich angemozt wie dumm und Inkompetent ich bin. Ich hätte es laut seiner Aussage vorne sagen müssen das ich jetzt da bin, was nie so war. Danach hat er mich noch beleidigt, hat sich umgedreht und ist gegangen. Böser Mann Whalla

Vorsicht bei den Öffnungszeiten, scheinen wohl nicht zu stimmen. Um 22:30 würde man unfreundlich angemecker was einem einfällt, jetzt noch etwas zu bestellen und der Zusatz Info, es gäbe eh nichts mehr.

- Das Essen war sehr frisch zubereitet. - Teuer. - Guter Treffpunkt mit Freunden

- Fade Pepsi ohne Kohlensäure, dreckige Klos, dreckige Parkplätze, unfreundliches Personal + Schnelles gutes Essen, jedoch eher teuer

Das Essen geht aber das ist fast noch teuerer als in beim MC und in SHA ist nicht gerade der sauererste KFC

Naja es geht so. Hatte heute ein Burger Menü für 12,00 € . Meiner Meinung nach ist das zu teuer da bekomme ich bei Burger King mehr. Das Personal war heute leider auch überfordert. Für ein Schnellrestaurant hat es einfach zu lange von der Bestellung bis zur Essenübergabe gedauert. Schade

Essen war in Ordnung, leider der Laden selber, genauso wie die sanitären Anlagen nicht sehr sauber...

Ein Maiskolben wurde von der Bestellung vergessen. Pommes sehr kalt und trocken, als ob sie gestern frittiert wurden und heute warm gemacht und verkauft. Bin total enttäuscht!!

Leider nicht sehr sauber, Tische nicht abgeräumt und verschmutzt, Boden rutschig 7nd schmutzig, Menüs erst nach Kontrolle und Nachfrage vollständig und als Highlight Finger mit der Zunge befeuchten um die Pommes - Tüten zum Befüllen zu öffnen geht gar nicht, das letzte Mal

Schnelle Zubereitung. Schmeckt gut.

Es war sehr ruhig um diese Uhrzeit, im Restaurant selber kein Gast und auch an der Ausgabe keine anderen Gäste. Also genug Zeit um zu putzen. Das ist wirklich eklig, vor allem an den Getränkeautomaten!

Also es wurde uns sofort bei der Bestellung geholfen also rundum zufrieden!
