The staff at the checkout were friendly and helpful if you had any questions or a bite. The food was fresh, fries nice and crispy, drinks chilled. And the garbage cans were also clean and there were no piles of tablets in the garbage can.!👍

I stayed here on October 23rd. On the way east I ordered 6 Crispys and a combo menu with Classic Zinger Burger and Crispy Cheese Burger. On October 24th Then it started with diarrhea. But the real suffering began on the night of October 25th. with vomiting twice and now watery diarrhea that continues to this day (October 28th). So I assume that the food from here was contaminated with bacteria/toxins - I always ate with a colleague after this meal on a business trip and he didn't get sick. I usually like KFC but can't recommend this restaurant due to the acute contamination of the food.

It rarely happens that you leave a fast food restaurant hungry, especially if you have spent €52 for three people. In addition, in my opinion, the food is just not what it used to be, because back then the chicken was spicy and crispy, which no longer seems to be the case today. Our chicken pieces and chicken bits were also between lukewarm and cold. The burger was impudence personified, the meat stamp that got lost on it (on all three burgers) was hard to find, so you could have a soft bun with sauce. The fries and coleslaw, however, were good and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and quick. You can't complain about the ambience either; it was clean and tidy when we visited. Conclusion: Next time you should visit another establishment so that you are full afterwards.

At the store, try KFC instead of the usual stuff. Sometimes good too. Just a stone's throw from the motorway and the charging station is literally in front of the entrance door. Very good. Unfortunately, KFC is not my taste, but everyone can decide for themselves 😃 Even with the varying number of additional chargers, the 150 kw did not arrive. About the video: yup, the guy next to me doesn't have a car...

The food was very bad, the breading on the chicken pieces tasted like the fat was old, or like they were hours old. Half of the kids menu was missing (food ordered in the drive). This wasn't the first bad experience here, but it's definitely the last.

The shop was actually always very good, but since they only serve these disgusting zero drinks, I prefer to go back to KFC in Giessen. It's a real shame, but the franchisee apparently wants it that way. Other branches continue to offer regular drinks.

Prices are beyond good and bad imho. Location and service so far everything was okay, but I ate there last night and have had diarrhea since tonight until the early hours of the morning!! A hair in my HotWing that was very reminiscent of pubic hair warned me that something was wrong and that was confirmed. It was definitely my first and also my last time at KFC.

I love the food from KFC but what they had in Herborn today was the worst thing I've ever had. The fries had no salt at all, which wasn't so bad. The three pieces of chicken had probably been on display for a few hours, the skin was hard and the meat was so dry that it hurt your throat. That's a real deal for just under €15!

We ordered chicken pieces, but instead we tried a new dish - chicken ribs... Yuck!

Since KFC was in Herborn, we have often eaten there. Today we were there again and unfortunately found out that you only get zero drinks. For us it is unacceptable that the Zero variants are being forced upon us. Since KFC is generally quite expensive, this will have been the last visit. A pity. This can also scare away customers.

Food great, toilets clean, service friendly, only the tables/chairs are very simple.

We really enjoy eating here. Food is really great. But I just placed an order and thought I wouldn't do any more. Only ZERO drinks. DISGUSTING. You can't really drink the iced tea... it's a real shame that this zero waste is forced on you. We're not going there anymore

This KFC branch is brand new, so one very important service is still missing: there is no WiFi! Unfortunately, the situation is that mobile communications are also very weak, which is why ordering via the app is almost impossible. I didn't like the atmosphere because it was very loud. The construction (a steel hall) dampens little noise. The drive-in has finally truly earned its name: It's like a long garage where you drive through and stay dry no matter what.

Ordered 18 hot wings bucket. Unfortunately, I saw straight away that the chicken wings had brown, older spots on the breading. Tried two pieces and they tasted old. The breading was, as expected, not crispy. I went to the branch manager and explained my request to him. He probably didn't understand that the wings were old and rickety. He warmed up 18 new ones in the fryer and brought the bucket to my table. It was the same old batch. It tasted very bad. It's a shame because the store looks very clean and nice. Unfortunately the opportunity to do better was missed. A weak 3 out of 5 stars.

Burger gave the impression that the sauce was spoiled. Even with my companion. Neither of us ate the burgers. Mashed potatoes were a strange color. Sauce was ok, the fries tasted good and were good.

We had a lovely visit at this place. The view outside was nice. I ordered a bucket meal and it was delicious. The place was clean and tidy. It was good stop on the way home.

Very fast and friendly service. Everything worked great with pre-ordering via the app. After 9 minutes I was back in the car with a slightly larger order.

Guys, I'm really disappointed. I was always a big KFC fan but with all the political distortion of the world (technocracy/inflation etc.) it's just no fun anymore. The 3 pieces of chicken I treated myself to today were beyond pathetic...it's just breading and at such a hefty price?! No thanks. Was the last time I was there!!!!!!!!!!

Voll dreckige Tische, Reste vom Essen klebten sogar an der Stuhllehne und das nicht nur an einem Platz. Also drin essen wir nicht mehr.

Bestellung nur noch unpersönlich am Automaten, eine Mündliche Bestellung wird im Lokal nicht entgegen genommen.

Die Freundlichkeit der Kassierin ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, eine Hygieneschulung würde ihr auch noch mal gut tun! Das Essen war recht gut.

Nach mehreren Besuchen kann ich folgendes schreiben: Egal ob Burger,Bucket,Kartoffelpü mit Soße,Coleslaw ,Kids Menü usw. geschmacklich alles sehr lecker. Bis jetzt hatten wir immer nur zum mitnehmen, aber beim nächsten mal werden wir dort bleiben zum essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich ind somit der Service echt klasse. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich. Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch (was der Bauer nicht kennt.....) aber wurde positiv umgestellt.

Im Vergleich zu KFC früher ist die Qualität deutlich schlechter und teurer geworden.

Ich wollte schon seit Jahren zu KFC, irgendwie nie geschafft. Jetzt endlich hatte ich die Gelegenheit dazu. Im großen und ganzen halt ein typisches Fastfood Restaurant. Man bestellt über Tafeln, wie McD und Co., Essen war sehr schnell zusammen gestellt. Geschmacklich war es gut, Salat im Vorfeld angepackt und versiegelt. Was mich in diesem Restaurant massiv gestört hat, es war a......kalt 🥶🥶. Haben uns dann raus gesetzt, das war wesentlich angenehmer. Toiletten waren so 50/50. Im großen und ganzen sauber, aber eine kann man nicht wirklich benutzen, da dort die Klobrille total schräg drauf war, will man dann einfach nicht benutzen.

Die Dame am Drive in hatte wohl noch keine Einarbeitung, Standard Menü Bestellung dauerte ca. 5min und dann hat noch was gefehlt (außer mir war niemand im Drive oder im Restaurant). Vielleicht war es abhängig des Tages, allerdings waren sowohl Pommes als auch Fleisch schlecht gewürzt und nur halbherzig zusammengelegt.

Das schlechteste was ich in den letzten Monaten erlebt habe. Essen war trocken und unappetitlich Der Boden des Lokals klebte. Es war kein Gast vor ort. Die Displays und das Kartenlesegerät kaputt. Die Bedienung neu und unwissend, wartete auf den Store Manager der 15 Minuten telefonierte. Nein Danke!

Colonel Burger war leider sehr trockenes Hähnchenfleisch, hätte es allerdings auch direkt reklamieren sollen. Restaurant ist wohl relativ neu und modernste KFC Ausstattung. Direkt an der Autobahn

Es empfiehlt sich, die Bestellung genau zu überprüfen. Wir waren das 1 Mal bei KFC, leider auch das letzte Mal. Hatte gehofft, das es besser ist wie McDonald's.

Das Personal dort war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Besuch angenehm gestaltet. Es gibt auch viele Sitzplätze, sodass man in der Regel einen Platz findet. Allerdings habe ich festgestellt, dass das Restaurant oft sehr dreckig ist. Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass die Bestellterminals meistens keine Quittungen ausgeben. Sehr unpraktisch und sollte behoben werden, um eine bessere Transparenz zu gewährleisten. Auch die Essensqualität war leider nicht immer zufriedenstellend. Ich hatte mehrmals das Gefühl, dass die Gerichte Qualitativ Schrott waren und des Weiteren war der Geschmack nicht besonders überzeugend. Enttäuschend, da man sich von einer bekannten Fast-Food-Kette wie KFC bessere Qualität erhofft. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft die Getränke von der Getränkeschiene. Sie schmecken häufig nach Wasser und erfüllen nicht den erwarteten Geschmack. Schließlich finde ich die Preise im KFC recht hoch für die Menge an Essen, die man bekommt. Relativ wenig Essen für einen hohen Preis. Alles in allem gibt es im KFC Herborn sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte. Das nette Personal und die vielen Sitzplätze sind definitiv Pluspunkte. Jedoch sollten dringend Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um die Sauberkeit zu verbessern, die Bestellterminals aufrecht zu erhalten, die Essensqualität zu steigern, die Getränkeauswahl zu überdenken und die Preisgestaltung.
