I've bought kebab and fries to take away here three times. First two times: Service 3 stars, the kebab too, not exciting, but not really bad either. Fries, at most 3 stars, could have been crispier and had a few more in them. If you are hungry and are nearby, you can also buy something to eat here. Last (literally) visit, tonight: Again we happened to be nearby. I bought a kebab and a lahmacun. Tried to eat at home, was the worst kebab in recent years. The meat was completely charred and tasted bad, even though I like crispy kebab meat. Was completely inedible. The Lahmacun was very limp and wasn't edible. In the end all the stuff went in the bin and I felt sick. The service was also rather poor. That was definitely my last visit. To be honest, I can't understand all the 4-5 star reviews. I could explain it like this: people have never eaten a really good kebab in their lives. Compared to other kebabs within a 2-3km radius, it is the worst I have tried so far. I don't even want to start the comparison with Döner Metropol cities, as there are at most 4-5 shops in the whole of Munich. The other dishes behind the glass display case were anything but inviting. Pide, Köfte, Börek,... everything was completely dried out, it was probably the stuff from the morning and had been lying there for several hours. I don't even want to know how it all tastes warmed up and even drier. The only good thing was the kebab bread, it was freshly prepared and delicious. You can now get this in many other kebab shops. Overall, I can't get more than 2 stars, more like 1.5 stars. Can't keep up with TK Discounter Pizza. It's a shame because there is equipment for good and fresh food. The kebab is cut down by a machine. 3.5 employees and 90% warmed up food is really weak. Because my review wasn't published immediately... Everything nice and ok. Update: 2 -> 4 stars Ambiance: Classic kebab snack bar, no particular charm Reply to the owner: Yes, I attach great importance to good food. It doesn't matter to me whether I visit a Michelin star restaurant or just a snack bar. I really like kebab and because I have bought it from your snack bar several times, it is worth a review for me. If I make the effort and give an honest review, then I actually expect it to be equally appreciated. I didn't insult anyone or criticize anyone personally, but rather explained my experiences as a guest/customer who spends money that he had to earn just as hard.

I went here to get a kebab to go and i ordered. The guy was already cranky from the start, but it’s a Monday so ok. After when he got to putting my sauce on the kebab, i asked him which options there are. He snapped at me that why don’t i know what sauce options there are cuz i always go there. It was my first time there. After he packed the kebab he also dropped it on the floor and didn’t even say sorry or ask if i wanted a new one. Aside from this, the taste was also average. Yeah, not going to visit this place again.

It used to be better! Apparently I had a bad day because the power kept going out and then I didn't get a normal Dürüm as ordered but chicken. I noticed it when paying but I didn't want to wait for three power outages again.

I'm a little disappointed. I had bought a falafel box and specifically asked if he would put fries in it, as there are always fries in a box. Your falafel are really very small and delicious, but you could have packed more than 4 pieces in the box. Really cheap for €6.40. I didn't get enough, I was really missing the fries.

Food was delicious. The service is very friendly. There were even (wait for it) fries while you had to wait a bit for your kebab. Can only be recommended!

We always have the food delivered and I can say it's just great. The kebabs, no matter which one, are super good and taste great. Food is always delivered promptly and warm. That's why Kebab Haus deserves the highest rating!!!

Average kebab , nothing special. The dűrűm "tortilla" was a little bit raw. And when the kebab was done, chef didn't bake it on the Grill. 🥲 sauce wasn't also enough, yes not happy customer.

That's a joke for €7.90. In Lahmacun you can look for the meat with a magnifying glass. Two half slices of tomato and a decorative slice of green cucumber. If you've ever been to Dresden, you'll just feel like you've been fooled by the price-performance ratio. Sorry, that doesn't work at all.

Small spot with excellent döner. Everything on point. Great service. Restaurant is a bit small for eating on, but the food is fantastic.

The last time I had a kebab here was very good. The bread is freshly made, and the salad in the counter is also very fresh. The chicken kebab costs €6.40 and the veal kebab costs €8.40. Both are a good price these days and the performance is also good. There's always something going on here and you often have to wait, but that's good for the kebab as it's always freshly cut. The service is always pleasant and nice. Unfortunately the shop is a bit sad. One or two chairs inside with slot machines, one or two chairs with tables outside. Nothing big. More of a shop where you would take the kebab with you.

Price performance is right, and nice staff, I don't understand why people complain about the price performance. 1. kebab is also affected by inflation. 2. The bread for kebab and dürum is freshly baked in the store, which automatically increases the price 3. the ingredients are always fresh, meat and vegetables. If you don't like a kebab for under 10 euros, which definitely fills you up, you can eat a smash burger for 10-15 euros that consists of a store-bought bun, a small portion of meat, perhaps onions. As always, your food is very good and the price is right too.

The sauce is watery, the bread is homemade and good. But I find the meat very dry! I would cut it with a knife so the juice stays in. The portions are also extremely small, a grown man will never be full of one kebab...

Food quality is okay, portions OK, but could be larger. Prices too expensive. But what's not possible is that we've now seen employees go out to smoke and not wash their hands afterwards!

I always enjoyed going here to get my kebab and dürüm and the food is still great. But there's more to it than just the food and I've rarely seen such dissatisfied and unapproachable service staff than in the kebab house. Things used to be different when the boss was still on site. A real shame.

So guys, I finally had to take back my good rating. Today we had a kebab box and a Dürum. There was a black hair in one, a wire in the other, which is really no longer wearable. One coughs, the other goes for a smoke and doesn't wash her hands. A few months ago we were very satisfied with the quality. For over 17€ for 2 pieces, this is out of all proportion.

It has now become my favorite vegetarian kebab in Munich. The sauces are extremely tasty and the remaining ingredients are always fresh. I'd love to come back again and again!

Normale Dönerbude. Überteuert, 7,40 € für einen normalen Kalbsdöner. Es wird schon viel vorbereitet und das liegt dann ewig rum und wird trocken.

Die Frage ist einfach, die Antwort schwierig. Geht es besser? Das Döner Haus verkörpert den perfekten Döner. Frisches, selbstgebackenes Brot, hochwertiges Fleisch, sehr gute Soßen und Salate, die schmecken und passen. Der "Döner-Mann" ist freundlich, das Ambiente großstädtisch. Authentisch, ehrlich und auf eine charmante Art "griabig". Nein, besser geht es nicht. Der beste Döner meines Lebens.

Geschmacklich war der Döner ok. Nicht ganz durch.

Wie immer top. Gehe hier bereits seit 15 Jahren meinen Döner kaufen. Leider ist der Döner mittlerweile sehr teuer geworden, daher komme ich nur noch selten.

Für mich der beste Döner und Dürüm der Stadt, bin Stammkundin dort. Der Chef achtet fast schon penibel darauf, dass der Kunde König ist und führt seine Mitarbeiter dementsprechend auch gerne mal mit hartem Mund. In 90% der Fälle stimmt die Döner-Qualität. Hatte noch nicht einmal einen flauen Magen oder so. Am besten kommt man Mittags und Abends zu den üblichen Stoßzeiten, dann sind Fleisch und Brot extrem frisch. In den restlichen 10% der Fälle bekam ich bereits längere Zeit abgeschnittenes und angehäuftes Fleisch, das dann auch schon etwas kalt war. Oder zu dunkles und lange liegendes Brot (da macht das freundlich gemeinte, kurze Aufwärmen alles nur noch schlimmer). Das kann entsprechend öfters passieren, wenn man zu Zeiten kommt, an denen dort nicht so viel los ist oder sie sich einfach mit der zu erwartenden Kundschaft verschätzt haben. Deshalb einen (halben) Stern Abzug. Generell kann ich allerdings sagen, dass dort eigentlich fast immer etwas los ist.

Ich hatte ein Köfte Dürüm und ein Burek, beides war gut 👍 Die Zutaten machten einen frischen und qualitativ vernünftigen Eindruck. Positiv ist mir der frisch gebackene Fladen aufgefallen. Der Preis schien mir der Qualität angemessen. Zu Service und Ambiente kann ich wenig sagen, da ich die Speisen mit an die Isar nahm. Die Kommunikation war aufs nötigste beschränkt, das geht schon sonniger 😉

Wir waren hier immer gerne bei Kenan beim Essen. Top Qualität und total lecker, auch die frischen selbstgebackenen Brote…. Aber für einen Dönerteller nur mit Salat und einem Döner mit Schafskäse insgesamt 18,30€ is halt echt zu viel mittlerweile.. Inflation und die anderen Ausreden, die man jetzt immer hört… seien mal dahingestellt. Schade

Essen immer Top. Einer der besten Döner der Stadt, das Fleisch ist kross und gut gewürzt, Salat immer frisch, sehr leckere Saucen. ich kaufe hier oft etwas nach dem Rennrad Fahren, ab und zu größere Bestellung für unsere Praxis. Bei der letzten Bestellung fehlte eine Pizza und ein Hähnchen Döner, leider erst zu Hause gemerkt. Werde ich beim nächsten mal reklamieren, ich denke es war ein Versehen, es war ziemlich voll. leider keine nummer, dort anzurufen, das ist schade. Auch wenn man vorbestellen möchte.

Super Qualität, exzellenter Service, selbst gebackenes Brot und frische Zutaten. Ich komme regelmäßig und es schmeckt immer ausgezeichnet. Große Auswahl an verschiedensten Spezialitäten und Variationen. Für mich der beste Kebab in der Gegend!

War grade zum ersten Mal da und bin begeistert nette Mitarbeiter der beste Döner denn ich bis jetzt gegessen habe sauberer laden gute Soßen und selbstgemachtes Brot meine Kinder waren im Duzu gehörigen Veggiehaus eine Bowl essen die hat in auch super geschmeckt gerne wieder würde am liebsten 10sterne geben

Mein Döner um die Ecke, ALLES super lecker und immer frisch, Riesen Auswahl,Normal, Halal, Vegetarisch, Vegan.?, mein Liebling -》 Dürüm, Kalbfleisch mit Allem und Knoblauchjoghurt-Sosse und die Preise sind korrekt

Gemüsedöner sehr sehr lecker, Grillgemüse, Feta, Salat und Soße nach Wahl - das macht die Vegetarierin glücklich. Auch sehr gute Falafel und Veggi-Teller. Wenn der Zeitpunkt günstig ist und man Muse hat, kann man sehen, wie das Brot gebacken wird. Man wird freundlich bedient, manchmal darf man noch was (richtig, richtig) Süßes probieren - so geht Gastfreundschaft. Für's Ambiente gibt es einen Stern Abzug, das liegt aber an der Pilgersheimerstraße und nicht am Wirt.

Das Kalbfleisch ist ein Gedicht auf der Zunge! Nicht zu trocken, nicht zu fett, einfach perfekt. Die Saucen sind nicht zu intensiv und überdecken den Rest nicht. Das Brot ist absolut frisch und der Preis mehr als fair. Komme sehr sehr gerne wieder! Danke!
