A disaster. The meat was ancient! I paid €7 for the kebab and immediately threw it away. Never again!!!

My sister bought 500g of olives and 500g of a dip and it cost €18 but it tasted good and was of good quality. The people there are always very nice and very personable. We would come again, but I don't like olives but I like kebab.

What's on it...sorry Service messed up!!! So annoyed then we started and then unfortunately realized that it is probably the worst kebab in Hamburg East in terms of taste....sorry

We picked up something to go there yesterday. Unfortunately the entire order was incorrect. Ordered 2 Dürüms and a fries, both had the wrong meat in them. When I pointed this out to him I only got a cheeky reply. The contents of the fries box were also very, very meager, unfortunately less than half was in there. Finally he gave me the bag with the food without the napkin or cutlery. When I took a fork and two napkins (to go order) I was cheekily shouted at why I was taking them. Food was already cold on site. Never eat there again.

The dips are super delicious: 5 stars! You can always try; the employees are always very nice. Doner kebab (veal) is a total failure! (1 star) We just ate kebab: the employee forgot a sauce; there were hardly any vegetables on it; There was a lot of meat and almost no sauce on it, even though we said a lot of sauce. The employee just did it very quickly, he probably didn't care :/

We recently hosted a party and chose Kaya's party service. In addition to two plates of delicious antipasti and juicy chicken, we also ordered a plate of various dips. All I can say is: everything was a complete success! The antipasti were fresh and varied, the chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the dips were simply heavenly - an enjoyable combination that was a huge hit with our guests! The delivery service was also great – everything arrived on time and perfectly packaged. A big thank you to the entire Kaya team! You did a great job. We will definitely come back to you again. Keep it up!

This Kaya salad and deli is located opposite the Kaufland checkouts. A huge selection of different delicious salads and many types of olives makes the purchase decision not easy. The friendly sellers are helpful and happy to give you a sample of the salads. We bought some and they taste very, very good and of course we will come back. We can highly recommend this delicatessen

People like to buy dips and they are very tasty here. Unfortunately, customer requests regarding quantity are not taken into account. We like to buy six dips without a full package. Despite asking, the staff usually fills the packs so full that we now only buy a maximum of three dips, which is a shame... because the price remains the same, whether six half-filled or three completely filled ones. It depends on weight. Because they taste good, three stars, but unfortunately the service is mediocre. Service is very nice.

Absolute recommendation from us! The quality, taste, friendliness and selection are excellent. What is particularly worth mentioning is the endless number of dips and the fact that the dishes were prepared in-house. It is located in a shopping center with through traffic. We'll definitely stop by here again to eat on our way back from vacation.

I'm now only talking about the left area with antipasti, although kebab prices there are the highest that I know of. Every time people pass by, they are encouraged to try something. I avoid it every time because I was so disappointed from the last time. But yesterday I specifically went to the stand because I really wanted to buy some cream cheese. Apparently I forgot how I was disappointed last time, but it happened again. I asked for specific ingredients, I got a few samples and thought, well, I'll use a little of 3 types, they all taste the way I wanted. I asked the seller to please only use one spoon as I only need it for "snacking" and would take several types. What does he do - he takes the smallest container, but stuffs it full (for €9) and when I raised my eyes up, I asked him to do less. The seller immediately freaked out and said, well, it's only there a little bit. I thought to myself, well, I didn't feel like arguing, so I took it too, but only once. When I wanted to pay by card, he asked me several times, without explanation, to only pay with cash. I think the sellers need to become a little more professional and LISTEN to what the buyers want and not just get rid of it. I will now avoid this store again.

Card payment only from 10€, but you are still persuaded and then told specifically that it should NOT be more than 10€ - but they don't try to aim for the 10€ but rather put in a little more and then for over 13€ sold. The olives and the tzatziki taste good, but the sales ploy doesn't leave a fond memory. Once you pay a little more, the next time you only pay a maximum of €2-5. I originally wanted to stay roughly within this framework. Therefore 3 stars.
